Hi, ₹590 was deducted from my account without my knowledge (ECSRTNCHGS - didn’t add the numbers incase those are to be confidential. I have no clue what this means and I have no loans in my name. Why has this happened?

    I had a GROWW account and three SIP's that get deduct an amount of 500 on every month first or previous month ending. I know I missed the month ending date but made the amount available by the July month starting and my account statement also shows GROWW has deducted the three SIPs amount 1500 each costing about 500. Even after that I see multiple ECSRTNCHGS charges and POSDEC CHG on a daily basis from July 1st to till date. Due to these charges I cancelled my SIP and FD with GROWW and redeemed my money back to ICICI bank account. But my FD amount 1lakh has got multiple ECSRTNCHGS and POSDEC CHG charges which made me lose around 5000 INR.
    I'm really pissed off on this and I'm going to cancel all banking services with ICICI bank account. I hold a ICICI bank credit card which had limit of above 1lakh and I'm going to cancel that as well. All this is my hard earned money, me sitting for 12 to 14 hours on daily basis and earned them. And these ICICI bank account people did not have an option to cancel the auto pay mandate either on their website or in bank account application. Im going to cancel all my services related to ICICI bank from today, and will slowly progress towards the end goal of shutting down ICICI bank from my life. I'll be using HDFC from now on anyhow ICICI bank hasen't benefited in any way. To ICICI I can be a single customer but I can save multiple 590 INR charges in my life.

          My ICICI savings account got debited twice on 13th June via ADTPSLSIPG charges without any intimation. If this is the case I am pretty sure, my money is not safe in this bank. Please get it resolved as soon as possible.

                NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~Of Bank BFL - deducting from my account

                I am observing that my amount was deducted under the following statements. I am not aware of why am getting all charges from my account? I have asked about bajaj fin serve and told me that they are authorized to deduct only the EMI loan amount, not any other charges. So, I move to call customer care number ICICI bank. The IVR wanted me to enter my details so fast and then after a few seconds, it's automatically hang up.

                My credit card ending with 9007 closed with out my consent.

                When I am complaining about it system is not letting to go beyond level 1. I raise my complain at level 1 but no solution provided.

                My RM is also not reply and also not picking up my call.

                    My Card Services (Account Number[protected] has been blocked since last so many months, I don't know Why.. was applied for downgraded my profile from Premium to Normal earlier @ your Boring Road Patna Branch but yet not done even also trying to maintain minimum balance but my account number is being blocked and Branch level staff telling to make call at our Call Centre and they will update you.

                    Being a customer I would suggest you to kindly check my account and check from which date it is inactive and why if it is inactive then must ensure ZERO Penalty of Balance Maintenance waiver and should activate my account on priority with minimum Balance limit quarterly (

                      ICICI Fastag Scam

                      I have ordered ICICI Fastag for two of my commercial vehicles on 9th December, 2021 on their website. I was allowed to select the model and I made payment of Rs.499.12/- for each tag making a total of Rs.998.24/-.

                      When I did not receive the tag even after 15 days I called customer care and they said that we can't order fastag for commercial vehicles online and that they will close the account and refund the amount within 15...

                        My account has been debited by Rs. 590 three times in this month. There is one loan account active from my ICICI bank account, and the EMI was failed to be auto debited. But they charged late fee. EMI is of Rs. 2500 and they charged me Rs 2950. But ICICI bank has debited Rs. 590 thrice in the name of BAJAJ NACH. That is totally not acceptable at all. Debiting unwanted money from customer's account is just not done. Rs. 1770 in total is a good sum of money for a middle class single bread earner of the family.

                        EMI date is of 2nd of every month, and Rs. 590 is debited on 12/07/2022 twice, and on 13/07/2022 once. Total three times.

                                Respected Sir/Madam,
                                I had availed a ICICI Bank Consumer Finance Loan / Cardless EMI with Loan Account number: LCFBNG[protected] loan amount:Rs.47704.50/-. I had availed this loan towards payment of my son's school fees via internet banking. I had availed this loan on 1st June 2022 and the payment was successful. I had got a message from ICICI bank just to thank for availing the EMI option and no further communication from ICICI bank regarding loan amount released to the school. The transaction was happened via gateway Razorpay.
                                On 3rd June 2022 I get a mail from Razorpay telling that the amount has been refunded and the refund receipts had also been shared. I thought that as the amount has been refunded and no communication from the ICICI bank, the loan account has been cancelled. Hence as 10th was the last day to pay school fees I paid the fees via a different mode.
                                On 1st July 2022 I was shocked to receive a letter from ICICI bank stating that my first EMI [amount: Rs.16315/-] is due on 3rd July 2022. Only now I got to know that still the Loan account is active. I immediately called the school to confirm whether there is a double payment, they told that from my side there is only one transaction which was done on 10th June 2022. So I immediately hurried to the near by ICICI Sarakki branch and met the Deputy General Manager, he told me that the loan account is still active and he gave me the loan account statement. The loan statement has all my loan amount, EMI details and my ICICI bank account details, ROI etc. but no where the beneficiary/merchant has been mentioned. I had been to Razorpay office and raised a dispute ticket, they responded back and provided me with all the receipts/details [payment ID, refund ID, ARN number, RRN number etc] and they told me to contact the bank for further details as the refund has been initiated on 3rd June 2022.
                                As the Bank Manager whom I contacted previously was on sick leave I had no one in person to contact in the bank, so I called the bank customer care several times and raised complaints by writing mails to [protected]@icicibank.com, they did not give me any positive solution regarding the issue and kept on telling that they have not received any refund and the loan is still active.
                                Later after a week I met the bank manager and told that Razorpay has insisted me to file a chargeback, he immediately wrote a mail to the concerned dept. and explained the issue, and for the same we got a reply telling that the merchant has to raise a cancellation request so that they can cancel the loan and do the needful.
                                Now I go to the school and they tell me that how can they raise a cancellation request as the amount has already been refunded and they acknowledge the same with the receipt.
                                Meanwhile the first EMI has already been debited from my ICICI bank account on 3rd July 2022.
                                Hence its been 1.5 months and still I am facing the problem, according to the bank the loan amount has been transferred and the school has refunded the amount, but still the loan is active and first EMI is auto debited from my account. Finally I still dont know where is the loan amount and who is the actual beneficiary/merchant.
                                Requesting you to take appropriate action on the issue and please do the needful.

                                    My TCS multiwallet card got expired on 10/21. I was on ML so i could able to renew and get a new card. Now when I tried in site its not allowing me to enter by pooping "expired card". I call tons of time to icici customer care number. Either the call goes on waiting or got disconnect.

                                    The card is having some amount and not sure how to apply for new card and to get the money in the old card.
