I checked my bank statement and I can see two deductions of amount 590 from my account with the description 'NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~Of Bnk BFLo~04JUL22~329ef22~18361'. Please share the reason for these deductions.

    Respected Sir/Madam,
    I had availed a ICICI Bank Consumer Finance Loan / Cardless EMI with Loan Account number: LCFBNG[protected] loan amount:Rs.47704.50/-. I had availed this loan towards payment of my son's school fees via internet banking. I had availed this loan on 1st June 2022 and the payment was successful. I had got a message from ICICI bank just to thank for availing the EMI option and no further communication from ICICI bank regarding loan amount released to the school. The transaction was happened via gateway Razorpay.
    On 3rd June 2022 I get a mail from Razorpay telling that the amount has been refunded and the refund receipts had also been shared. I thought that as the amount has been refunded and no communication from the ICICI bank, the loan account has been cancelled. Hence as 10th was the last day to pay school fees I paid the fees via a different mode.
    On 1st July 2022 I was shocked to receive a letter from ICICI bank stating that my first EMI [amount: Rs.16315/-] is due on 3rd July 2022. Only now I got to know that still the Loan account is active. I immediately called the school to confirm whether there is a double payment, they told that from my side there is only one transaction which was done on 10th June 2022. So I immediately hurried to the near by ICICI Sarakki branch and met the Deputy General Manager, he told me that the loan account is still active and he gave me the loan account statement. The loan statement has all my loan amount, EMI details and my ICICI bank account details, ROI etc. but no where the beneficiary/merchant has been mentioned. I had been to Razorpay office and raised a dispute ticket, they responded back and provided me with all the receipts/details [payment ID, refund ID, ARN number, RRN number etc] and they told me to contact the bank for further details as the refund has been initiated on 3rd June 2022.
    As the Bank Manager whom I contacted previously was on sick leave I had no one in person to contact in the bank, so I called the bank customer care several times and raised complaints by writing mails to [protected]@icicibank.com, they did not give me any positive solution regarding the issue and kept on telling that they have not received any refund and the loan is still active.
    Later after a week I met the bank manager and told that Razorpay has insisted me to file a chargeback, he immediately wrote a mail to the concerned dept. and explained the issue, and for the same we got a reply telling that the merchant has to raise a cancellation request so that they can cancel the loan and do the needful.
    Now I go to the school and they tell me that how can they raise a cancellation request as the amount has already been refunded and they acknowledge the same with the receipt.
    Meanwhile the first EMI has already been debited from my ICICI bank account on 3rd July 2022.
    Hence its been 1.5 months and still I am facing the problem, according to the bank the loan amount has been transferred and the school has refunded the amount, but still the loan is active and first EMI is auto debited from my account. Finally I still dont know where is the loan amount and who is the actual beneficiary/merchant.
    Requesting you to take appropriate action on the issue and please do the needful.

        My TCS multiwallet card got expired on 10/21. I was on ML so i could able to renew and get a new card. Now when I tried in site its not allowing me to enter by pooping "expired card". I call tons of time to icici customer care number. Either the call goes on waiting or got disconnect.

        The card is having some amount and not sure how to apply for new card and to get the money in the old card.

              I have open an icici mine savings account while during the process they took initial fundings of 25000-/ and I have done my initial fundings of 25000-/ after that I didn't receive my account opening details I'm concern and really worried and lots of anxiety I can't sleep at night😬😓😓 I am student I don't know how tell my parents about huge loss of my father money

                    I am having a basic saving account in icici bank .. i am a student because of some financial issue i couldnt maintain the account balance because i have no earning.. My MAB charges has been deducted for April Rs 196 and for May Rs 222, , Total - Rs 418 ..This amount means a lot to me as i am a student..                               -Deduction of happening from last moths(April) till this they deducted 3270rs from my Account.
                              - I'm using Icici bank from past 4 yeas, i'm really happy with there service.
                              But Suddenly from April They started deducting Amount. As i told above till 3270rs they deducted from my account, if called to icici they toll free number not working. today its connected, i talked related to issue but they telling some story. any why for the late payment i'm paying extra amount then also icici deducting so much amount from the account thats also without any information. and i asked one question, i doing same thing before April also then why guys are not deduction. For that they not answered. if they deducting at lease they have tell us naa with reason but they not done that. they simply stared deduction amount from the account.

                                I open my account with 25000/- INR quartley average maintenance, i gave 1 lakh INR cheque
                                for account opening in your bank. Your bank upgrade it to 1, 00, 000/-without
                                informing me also, on 20 May 2021 your bank debited 4720/- INR from my account without
                                informing me . Which is inappropriate.
                                I transfer my money in to another bank account, if i will not get charegs refund, i will close my current account here.
                                So I requesting you to refund me AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
                                I'm contacting the bank via phone but nobody replaying me so revert me ASAP.

                                  I had a loan account (LBGHZ[protected]) in ICICI bank that has been closed now. But, I have not received my original property registry papers which was mortgaged in place of loan. Other documents I have received and during receiving the document I have informed the bank representative (RDC, Ghaziabad branch) and he raised the concern within the bank.

                                  I have been follow-up with bank since 1 month but still neither I have received my property registry paper nor no one is sharing any confirmation.

                                  I also called customer care/ Relationship Manger and also have written multiple mail to ICICI but they are also not supporting and responding.

                                  I request you supports towards such irresponsible behavior of ICICI bank. This is just like a mental harassment.

                                        I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon.

                                        I am not a member of amazon audible but the monthly deduction is still there. I have seen these deductions for more than a year now.
                                        ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
