Dear Sir,
I have multiple MF SIPs with Groww app, which is scheduled for 28th of every month. However, Groww is deducting the money on 27th itself. If the balance is insufficient, customer has option to manually add the amount in the groww account directly.
In my case the amount was to be deducted on 27th june, so I added the required balance in my account. Since it was not deducted on 27th, I manually added it to groww app and my SIP was done without any issues.
But on 28th June, I saw that three deductions of Rs. 590 each(ECSRTNCHGS270622_SR[protected], ECSRTNCHG01_270622_SR[protected], ECSRTNCHG02_270622_SR[protected] has been done from my account.
This is the first time that I have faced this situation. Please help by reverting the amount.
