I am an icici customer and using the salary account and got a call from icici bank that we are upgrading your credit card limit from 30, 000 to 60, 000 by issueing a new free card without any charge, I agreed that and got a card but now they debited 500+ tax also the new card limit is also 30, 000 and also the limit is combined. Now I dont want the new card and also I want my money back

    I am an ICICI customer for the last 6 plus years and I moved to the Australia about 16 months ago, I cannot access my online banking or pay my bills because i cannot access my online account without the OTP number, my india mobile number is updated in ICICI and no longer exists. I need to update my Australian mobile number, but i cannot do this online and talking to customer care has not helped at all. So I downloaded the mobile updation form, sigend it and sent to bank. I got message that my Australian number has been updated but still can use mobile app and recover my password. Please help

      Am an icici bank customer. Today[protected] ecsrtnchg charged 590 rupees 4 times . I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is.         Multi wallet food card expired

        My name is Nishtha and i am working in TCS from last 5 years. My multi wallet food card is already expired and i don't received new card yet,

        I can not login to card portal as it says card expired, also my old mobile number which I gave is not in use now, please help me with updation of same and getting a new card....

        Hello Sir,
        I want to register an complaint that Some amount deduct from my saving account without inform me. when I call customer care regarding this then they told me they deduct Rs.590.00 of the pay later account activation charges.

        I register an request to reversal amount of the pay later charges but no information has been provided by Bank to me.

            I understand that the bank has to disable the user id for safety concerns but what is with this poor customer service?

            How is anyone supposed to “get in touch” with customer service to enable their user id for online banking? Nobody is available.
            It is all automation and IVR.

            How is anyone supposed to get this issue resolved?
            Please respond asap.

              As per my May month Credit card statement 1, 65, 165 was due on 4th June(Statement already attached in previous message), I have repaid the due amount in the following manner, on 3rd June i have paid 25, 000 through Cred, on 4th of june i have 3 separate payment as 50, 000+50, 000+40200 ( Statement Attached also highlighted the transaction ) the above mentioned 3 transaction was done using Postpe and i have received confirmation from postpe saying that the bill payment was successful. but unfortunately on 9th of june i received a message from postpe saying that one of my payments of 50, 000 was refunded to the source bank account stating that there was a technical issue with credit to the card (Refund reference Number:[protected]), as soon as i identified that the amount was credited to my bank i made the payment again on 9th using UPI.
              in the given case i did not default on the payment i have the receipt from postpe saying the payment was successful on 4th june, but icici bank have charged me with a interest charge of 8000 for a single month which is totally not acceptable leagally. i have bank statement showing debit on 4th, receipt from postpe and message from postpe saying that payment to card was unsuccessful due to technical error from the bank. also to the best of my knowledge the bank have also violated rbi guidelines as the bank is not providing complaint reference number so that i cannot raise complaint with the banking ambudsman, this case is not just about the money its about the unethical way in which one of the largest bank in india is working. these banks are true day light fraudsters. hope you can help me with this.

                Myself Sanchit Ratra I have been with icici bank since 2016. This year 2022 826/- rs is deducted from my account without any alert message. I am not using any Demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening the account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account on 30 june 2022. Dp chgs till May-22 is shown in the statement. So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited so far.

                  I transferred money from Paytm UPI to Pockets UPI of amount Rs.50 but money is still not credited into Pockets UPI account.However money is debited from Paytm UPI account.I am attaching screenshot for the same.

                      110.38 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/IN[protected]) dp chgs till may 22.

                      Two deduction

                      They told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged/deduct money and also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

                      When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.                                 I have invested in mmb-0199-mmb-two which redemption was on 03.03.2017. I need the contact information of bank for redemption. I have contacted icici bank many times but have not been given any information on how we can redeem the matured amount.

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  I booked my ticket for journey on 2 Apr through IRCTC Rail Yatri App.

                                  However, the transaction was shown as failed for the first time so I did the transaction again. Generally I receive the refund for failed transactions but I didn’t receive it this time. Both the transaction reference ID have been mentioned below. Kindly let me know the status of the refund for the same at the earliest. This has been going for almost 3 months now

                                    I was told by ICICI representative that I will not be charged anything for demat account and it is free of charge. That is when I opened this account but today i noticed that on 28th June they deducted 826 INR as demat charges. What is even more surprising that they never notified me about this via email or sms so they might have been deducting this amount sneakily like this over years. This is shameful tactic by ICICI and completely unethical. I want you guys to immediately refund this and any other demat charges you have charged my account with immediately before i take legal action. My number is [protected]
