I was supposed to pay my emi to balaji finance on july 02th, 2022 but the auto-debit never happened. after waiting for long, i transferred the emi amount manually on april 05th, 2020 to the respective merchant account number. on july 05th, 2022 i received a notification from icici stating that due to insufficient balance ecs could not be processed. i checked with my merchant on this and they have received the required emi amount. but i can see that inr 590 has been debited with the transaction code as 'ecsrtnchgs020722_sr[protected]' on july 05th, 2022.
rs.590/- big amount for me, kindly refund my amount

    Dear Team,
    I held an account with ICICI bank with account no[protected] IFSC ICIC0000044. I did UPI transaction on 14 march 2022 of amount 25000 Rs. To Jayant Vishwanath Mahajan who has an account with HDFC bank account no [protected] held at Dhyari branch Pune IFSC code HDFC0004888 ithrough I mobile but it was wrongly credited to some other person.
    I have raised complaint to customer service of ICICI Bank with SR[protected].
    But the issue remains unresolved inspite of my follow up .
    Kindly do the needful.

      Hi Team,

      My name is Lasya.I'm a TCS employee and when I joined the company 5 years back I was given ICICI food card which got expired on 2/21 .

      I was on a long leave during that time .Now I joined back. I would need to get a new card and transfer my balance amount on expired card to new card.
      I contacted customer care number, but it is asking me to enter my card number and saying the entered card number is invalid.

      I am unable to contact anyone in ICICI. Please help on getting a new card and transfer my balance to new card

            My ICICI credit card payment was declined, showing that you have only Rs. 35000/- limit. While the ICICI mobile app shows the limit of Rs. 74000/-. The bank's customer care number responds by IVR, which keeps going round and round with no result. My relationship manager has no idea what's going on.

            Your services are the worst. I do not want to be affiliated with this bank. Close my account, and please stop fooling with people.

              Multiwallet Card Blocked

              My multiwallet meal card just het activated now. I tried using some options in pockets app & I accidentally blocked my card & now I'm unable to see it. Please unblock it & remove that option from there or mention permanent block there....

                Someone has called to send me CV after that they informed me that I have selected for ICICI Bank for interview or employee code u have to pay some amount which I have paid bucz I want to booked interview after I crack interview they said me refundable security deposit amount which I have paid for verification at residence location After that before verification team coming on call they have asked me for money which I refused after that they are not receiving calls

                  Worst bank ever, , , same thing happened to me and we kept visiting bank they doesn’t even know anything. So unprofessional.. they closed the acc for no reason, when asked the CUSTOMER care rep they give ###. When visit the bank they ask to call CUSTOMER support, when called CUSTOMER support they ask to visit the bank. Like seriously.. ? I’m a working doctor, and I don’t carry any cash and this is 3rd day. And money also got debited.

                    I am the a/c holder of icici bank from few years

                    Now they have charged 502 under this category dcardfee

                    I am not aware what type of charges are these.
                    They never informed me regarding these charges either by email or by letter.
                    Who has given right to icici bank to deduct the money without informing us.
                    Because we kept the money in bank that give right to bank that they can do anything whatever they want

                        Today I have send money to Yatin Jeevan Bhate from my saving Account

                        While going through the statement It is observed that
                        Payment transaction charges for pay confirmation was charged twice
                        I e. Rs99+Rs 99= total 198 rupees has been charged.
                        So it clear the Rs 99/- has been doubly debited.
                        You are requested to Refund Rs 99/- and credit to my SAving account
                        Xxxxxx982 immediately.

I am not using any Demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening the account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account on 28 June 2022.                             Hi, my money got deducted from my account on the name of PPL/wpp renewal policy on July 1st 2022.Even i don't know about the policy, how can the organisation deduct money from my account haven't got any sms, got to know when i go through bank statement.Need Rs 1899 refundable and I was expecting an answer why this happened?                               826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc dp chgs till May-22) on 27-June-2022. I used my demat account very rarely.
                              I also called for closure of my account but they said it will be free so don't close.
                              The icici representative told that it is free of cost and it will never be charged/deduct money and also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.
