Monday, 27 June 2022, I applied for icici mine savings account and they asked to deposit 25, 000 and I did it, but after I deposited the sum, they showed me a page saying "Your account details have been captured. Bank will get back to you in 4 days with the account number" Insted of video kyc, so I tried to track my application but nothing comes out, I didn't get any sms nor any email. I tried to contact their customer support but I need an account number to do that which they didn't gave me. I am a student and 25, 000 is a big sum for me, please give it back.
