    Today I am trying to book special darshan tickets for following date 6th September 2022 twice times i have tried the amount 2016.52 got debited from my bank account but transactions got failed for twice times but
    Till now I haven't received received for failed transactions
    When I contacted to bank transactions is successful Please do the refund process as early as possible

      I have purchased a used car where the previous owner had icici fasttag. At present the current status of the fasttag is blacklisted. I do not know the reason, nor the previous owner. When I reach the customer care they are asking me to call from the registered mobile number. The previous owner does not even using the registered mobile number now. I have transferred the RC 6 months ago but still paying twice the charge in toll just because no proper support from bank. Cannot open new account without removing this blacklisted account.

      As suggested by icici employee i have opened a temporary fastag with engine number and now they have blacklisted the fastag as well.

        I subscribed for sovereign bonds on 20th June 2022 and the money was been debited on 28th June 2022, however till now i have not received the bond certificate on my registered email account ([protected]@gmail.com) while as mentioned before the amount has already been debited from my saving account#[protected].

              4rh July 2022 i can see that rs.1899/- has been deducted from my icici bank account mentioning wpp renewal plan. Why are you deducting money from my ICICI account, why is this money deducting Rs 1899 again and again? stop it immediately. Otherwise I will close my account.

                In 2021 I received a post from ICICI bank stating that my ICICI Mine Savings Account will be closed if I didn't complete my KYC within the deadline. As a result my account has been closed. But when I am trying to open a New Mine Savings account from ICICI Website, it is saying that I already hold a savings account with ICICI. Due to this reason it is not allowing me to open a new Mine savings account. When I visit nearest branch in order to active or close my previous account. They are saying that I don't have any savings account with ICICI. I don't know what to do, or to whom I complaint. So I am complaining here expecting some resolution.                     I have transferred my account from one state to another and updated the IFSC code in EPFO portal. The status shows verification in process.
                    Please let me know how many days will it take to verify or if I need to take any further step. Why is it taking so long. I am worried because I need to apply for PF withdrawal soon.

                      This is 15 year loan LBCHD with good repayment history with only 6 months remaining.

                      In Month of June, Bank deducted double payment of EMI. I expected that additional EMI amount will be returned immediately. However it is not. Also, Bank is not using this amount for next EMI

                      Moreover, on bank support site, there is no option to create service request for such complaints (Only deliverables related and data modifications SR options).

                      Details - Loan Nu - LBCHD [protected]

                      I got a message that EMI due on 10th June, 2022 is bounced. By 15th June, I transferred Rs EMI amount to linked savings account for autopayment of EMI. To my surprise, this amount got blocked by savings bank for no reasons. When visited Bank branch, I was rather asked to make another EMI payment so that this amount can be released. So on 24th June, I made another payment of EMI. clearly marked the check that this is EMI payment.

                      However, the amount blocked is never returned back to my savings account. On contacting customer support, I am being told that this will be applied against principle re-payment and loan will be restructured without my request or consent. I am in need to money and have not breached the loan on repayment. So why such one sided decision without contacting or taking consent. I need my money back.

                                      Dombivali east midc Branch
                                      On analysing my current account statement I found that the bank has charged me a total amount 2608/- deducted as mab charges..this is ridiculous.and the best part is I have never been notified about the monthly deductions via sms or email so I never get to know the charges deduction.. the charges have deducted on 01/07/2022 amount of 588.82 four times in one day and on 07/07/2022 amount of 252.42 deducted I.e total amount of 2608 rupees deducted...I visited to the branch with the hope of reversal I went to my branch the executive was very rude to me they was like don’t u understand that u have to maintain and I do have regular deposits and withdrawals more then lakhs ..the bank staff was not ready to listen to me..I even told her that other banks do reverse the charges they tells lets other bank do Icici do not reverse I lost all the hopes and completely dissatisfied with the customer support... Lastly, i told the mam that i want to close the account.without even a second thought, she told me to fill the closure form and close the account...this kind of services you giving your customers? Is everything about profitability? Worst banking service i ever saw...

                                      As a last try, i called up icici customer care, about lodging a complain regarding mab charges, the executive told me that you can go to branch and they will reverse it for you, i asked her two times, will they surely reverse? She replied yes..

                                      Now i dont have guts to fight with the branch again...

                                        Am an icici bank customer. On[protected] ecsrtnchg charged 590 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is. This type direction is not good please return my charged amount. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com
