ICICI Bank Money Multiplier Bond-0199 mmb-two redemption.

I have invested in mmb-0199-mmb-two which redemption was on 03.03.2017. I need the contact information of bank for redemption. I have contacted icici bank many times but have not been given any information on how we can redeem the matured amount.

    Dear Sir,

    I booked my ticket for journey on 2 Apr through IRCTC Rail Yatri App.

    However, the transaction was shown as failed for the first time so I did the transaction again. Generally I receive the refund for failed transactions but I didn’t receive it this time. Both the transaction reference ID have been mentioned below. Kindly let me know the status of the refund for the same at the earliest. This has been going for almost 3 months now

      I was told by ICICI representative that I will not be charged anything for demat account and it is free of charge. That is when I opened this account but today i noticed that on 28th June they deducted 826 INR as demat charges. What is even more surprising that they never notified me about this via email or sms so they might have been deducting this amount sneakily like this over years. This is shameful tactic by ICICI and completely unethical. I want you guys to immediately refund this and any other demat charges you have charged my account with immediately before i take legal action. My number is [protected]

        826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/ dp chgs till May-22) on 28-June-2022. I have never used my demat account till now.

        They told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged/deduct money and also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici And it is been deducted many times until now.

        When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount.

        Last time when my money was deducted, i contacted the ICICI agent & he said it won't be deducted again! But see it happed again, those ICICI bank fraudsters are cheating on me

              Money deducted on the name of DC charges till May 2022

              Myself Sai Teja Kandimalla, recently a deduction of 826 rupees happens in my account on the name of DC charges till May 2022. First of all banker forcefully opened demat account on my name saying it is free of cost with no hidden charges. Second thing is I haven't even logged into it yet.               I'm Ephraim Devasiachen, I have been with icici bank since 2018. This year 28th June 2022 550.67/- rs is deducted from my account without any alert message. I'm not sure how demat account was created. I'm not using any Demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening the account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account. DMC/ DP CHGS TILL MAY-22 is shown in the statement. Please provide proper reason why amount is getting deducted without any authorization.
              Please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited so far.

                    Hi Team,
                    I had opened my icici fixed deposit account from Mira road branch to avail credit card facility however the representative who helped me with process asked me to open savings account with the bank as well as demat account which I did even though I did not knew what is demat account and he himself purchased IDFC shares from my account and had asked me to sell off whenever I want. I never looked after that as I was least bothered about as my primary concern was to get credit card through fixed deposit. Few months back an ICICI representative called me on my phone stating that my demat account is unused and I would be levied charges and he then guided me over the phone how to sell off that IDFC shares and close the account to avoid charges. However to my surprise when I went through my statement today I was shocked to see Rs 826 being debited and narration against as DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS and when I searched on google as to what it is, came to know that its Demat charges. Further upon more research I came to know there are many more people like me who have been defrauded by ICICI bank in similar way. Your sales representatives make people open accounts that they do not want and on top of that they are never told that there would be such charges applicable. This is absolutely pathetic from ICICI part. I need my amount that was taken by you'll on 26th May.

                      I am Sanjeev. I am having savings bank account at ICICI Bank, Madhapur branch. On 28th June 2022, I've an unauthorized debit of Rs. 826/- with transaction remarks "DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL MAY-22". As I am unable to reach ICICI customer care number, I would like to register a complaint against this transaction that has happened without my authorization. Concerned bank is requested to reverse this transaction.

                          I added my icici bank account to bank kyc in epfo portal. It's status is showing as verification under process. I need to complete this verification bit earl. Need Bank support on this.

                          Last month, i had to deposit some cash using the cdm machine at my home branch.

                          I had enquired in the branch itself if I would be charged any fee if I happen to deposit xxxx amount to which I was assured that there would be no charges If I deposit the stated amount.

                          I proceeded to deposit the said amount.

                            Hi there, please be informed that ₹826 has been deducted from my ICICI salary account for demat account charges which I haven't use and last year 2021 I spoke to ICICI customer service to close the account at that your executive said your demat account will be closed within 24 to 72 working hours.

                            If the account is closed than why ₹826 has been deducted from my account?
