I am an ICICI account holder. On 26th June 22, my account got deducted as "CashTxnChgs-Branch-May22+GST" charges for Rs. 463.14.

I didn't receive SMS alert or email. Then why should pay for SMS alert

This is a scam.

    I have open an icic mine savings account while during the process they took initial fundings of 25000-/ and I have done my initial fundings of 25000-/ after that I didn't receive my account opening details I'm concern and really worried and lots of anxiety I can't sleep at night😬😓😓 I am student I don't know how tell my parents about huge loss of my father money

      Due to some financial problem I have missed my credit card payment on due date every month but i will pay every month minimum amount due to manage all EMIS also . I have explained this to the executive PHONE NO. - [protected]/ [protected] but she wants money 2 times in one month how it is possible to pay 2 amount in one month if i get salary is on one time comes he /she forcefully blackmail me to pay right now they dont care she /he also told me that help and beg to someone but they want amount otherwise they call my refrence and apart from that She also threatened and call my contact list of family and friends and misbehave with that persons also to talk about card payment . I told her that I need more time but she keeps on threatening, and sending me fake msgs also by fake legal team to blackmail me . so i request you to kindly take action on urgent basis with these kind of reprensentatives /executives. i already complain on icici customer care but they told me that they cant help me to control these things pls do the needful

        Above subjected charges deducted from my account from last 6 months, no any intimation given to me with msg or calls. It's a salary account.

        Other transactions msg are received by ICICI but this was not disclosed by ICICI.

        More than 3 thousand money deducted by ICICI bank with out any intimation .

        This is clear cheating .

          Credit card fraud agent

          I received a call from an icici bank credit card agent through a personal number regarding an offer, i was told that i am being offered an increase in my transaction limit and in order to avail that i have to message ast yes to [protected]. In the name of increasing my limit she applied for a new credit card without my consent, she was then asking for details such as father's name and business name. I reckoned that there was something wrong...

          I was applying online today to open an insta savings account. I applied for everything online and was asked to make a fixed deposit of Rs 25000 there.I also put its complaint and mailed it. Posted a complaint on Twitter Complaint posted on Instagram too but no one is responding properly. That's why I am putting a complaint here that you guys will try to understand my problem.Did ₹25000 fixed deposit successfully, after that page time out and neither I got my account number nor my debit card number and when I talked to customer care he is ready to tell anything are not happening.And if you guys are not capable about solving the problem then get my refund as soon as possible.

          Today it has been three to four days for me to complain and I have given all the details four to five times on the mail. But there is no response from the bank side. Please you guys take some action on that. Those people are not ready to understand anything. Doesn't understand the value of the customer. He has never understood the problem of the customer and will never understand. please you guys understand a little bit and sort out my problem

          They make a voice call and mail and ask what proof you have. You share your proof with me. I have shared proof everything four to five times. Despite that my refund has not come yet. Point out that the customer's money has nothing to do with these. When these people are not capable. To open an online account, why do we still open an online account? There is no value of ₹ 25000 for cheating the customer?
          Sir how did you get your money back? Please help me, I am a student and need the 25000 for emergency work. They don't let me talk to a customer support staff too.

              Recently, I have changed my bank details for KYC approval on EPFO Portal (UAN No.[protected], but it is still showing Verification under process.

                On June 22nd & 24th Rs. 3431 & Rs. 501 got deducted citing the reason CashTxnChgs-branch. There has been no intimation about the deduction and for what reason i am still unaware of it.

                  My account[protected] has been deducted with Rs.283.20/- (cashtxn chgs-branch may22), on 22/06/22. As there is no reason for deducting such huge charges, and no notification was send to the account holder, the bank is liable for a refund of the same, with explanation to why such actions were taken, as soon as possible.

                          I applied for ICICI Bank credit card but
                          This is ridiculous if you are asking for 3 moths salary slips for ICICI Bank credit card this should be noted in which act they are asking for salary slips and take a strong action against ICICI Bank policy this all happens on there agent call after uploading documents adhar pan etc.
                          Even though any other bank doesn't ask for salary slips

                              We are an existing customer of your esteemed ICICI bank at the Gohana branch. Our present loan account is[protected]. We have been associated with the bank for a long time and we have made all installments on time and will also do so in the future.
                              Now, the issue is regarding the previous loan account[protected] which belonged to our father, and our father expired from hazardous disease cancer during the lockdown period. Even in the lockdown, we paid installments timely. After lockdown, we visited the branch to transfer the loan account to all dependents. Initially, the bank manager asked to return the loan amount with interest and penalty. He assured us that the penalty amount would be refunded to us. We paid the total amount with the penalty to the bank. After that, we received a loan again. When we didn't receive that amount for a long period, we met with the bank manager, he told us that your penalty amount has been approved by the bank but due to a closed loan account I unable to pay this amount to you.
                              We request you to kindly solve my problem. It will be a great mercy.

                                I am ICICI account holder, June'22 month my account got deducted as "CashTxnChgs-Branch-May22+GST" charges without my knowledge.

                                I didn't receive any message or alert from ICICI. When I checked my account statement. I came to know about this. I am disappointed with this kind of behavior about not informing the customer and debited the money. I am really worried about this deduction.

                                I want you to refund the amount, without customer knowledge debiting the money is showing the cheap behavior. You are charging SMS alert, but not receiving messages for this kind of scam. If you don't resolve this. I will go to your higher authority people and escalate about it.

                                  I have not opted any policy from ICICI Bank but 1899 got deducted from my account on 20/6/2022. PPL/WPP_SR[protected]_Renewal policy. This is not at all correct with out the knowledge of the customer you people are deducting money under the name of PPL/WPP_SR[protected]_Renewal policy .I have not opted any policy please send my money back.

                                    Recently I have opened an saving account in ICICI Bank. They took 10000 as deposit. After few days, on 23-jun-2022 they took 588.82 Rs as Picture Drcard joinfee+Gst . Even I didn't get any sms regarding the deduction . Surprisingly even the Agent who helped me to get onboarded didn't mentioned anything about the same .

                                      This is with reference to my application for changing a dormant account to active status. I've submitted the required form along with documents on Friday 17th June at Mandsaur(MP) branch [Pin Code: 458001].
