My ICICI bank account :xxxxxxxx4573 has been charged with "MABchgs-Apr22+GST" these charges every month without informing me. If informed i would have closed this account. 16th Mar - Rs7.09, 13th Apr - 412.01, 11th May - Rs590. This account is a Salary account with zero balance maintainance. Then how are these charges applied to this account and why at this Cruicial Carona time, where people are losing jobs.

Payment deducted but showing failed

This isn't the first time it is happening with me. I tried to make payment on irctc website through icici upi. Money has been deducted (₹1995) but neither did I got the service not any refund. Now Irctc is saying that it has not received any amount and Icici bank is saying they have processed it. Where should a customer go?
Similar thing happened last month also with icici upi....

VIN/ gotinder fraud transaction

My ICICI Bank account was debited by 1310.25 Rs by VIN/gotinder co and this transaction was not done by me. I wonder how can someone just take money from my account without my consent because I didn't receive any OTP for the same. This is a major security breach issue in ICICI debit card, please look into this matter and i want my money back. Thank you....

Mine saving account

Sir i tried to open an icici mine account which is a zero balance account but it shows can't open the account at this location kindly visit the branch. I went to icici branch they said we open insta saving account and they knew nothing about icici mine account/digital account. Looting in the name of late fee of credit card

Last month they had charged 500Rs +90Rs as GST for late fee of credit card bill. It was one day delay and next day cleared the bill. This month they have added 210 Rs as interest +18% GST on previous month late fee. They didn't provide any provision to clear the late fee or did not send any email or sms to clear the late fee. They simply sum up this late fee for next month bill so that they can apply the interest.

EPFO Bank KYC verification pending from ICICI Bank

In May 2022 the first week, I tried to transfer my PF and the EPFO website had asked me to add my bank details upon doing that, the page displayed the "Verification under process" status. I contacted the bank for approval and they said they are not sure how to do that. I contacted my employer and he did not receive any request on the same.

About calls

From today morning I am getting calls from your bank.I disconnected a few calls and they trying to make calls from different numbers.Do you think we are so free.Dont these people have sense that you houln't once the call is disconnected.I want it to be stopped right now.
Else I will file a complaint against the bank in consumer court...

ECS RTN Charges leading to EMI bounces and losses

I have an EMI to be deducted in this month. Even after fund is transferred to the icici bank, It the ICICI Bank has charged me 590 rs in the name of ECS return charges. Which leads to EMI bounce charges of 1200 Rs and interest of again 45 rs.. A total of 1700+ rs is loss to me for
just 14000+ EMI by such action. This is not the first time I'm facing the issue. Who will bear such losses repeatedly.

Unable to update contact details for Savings Account

This is regarding savings account with ICICI Bank. This account was created as a 'b2 Digital Banking' account but was transferred by ICICI bank to a regular savings account in Nov'21 as the bank discontinued b2 accounts facility.

Car Loan Foreclosure Issue - No Response from Employees

1.I have taken my car loan at Thanjavur branch.I have applied for the car loan only when the employee who processed my loan confirmed me that i can close my loan account after 6 months without any preclosure charges and said i have some special offer at that time.Else i would have not been to ICICI Car loan.

2. I have requested for customer copy and welcome letter many times to the person who processed my loan.But i don't get...

Money not credited to Fastag but has been debited from Bank

I recharged by Fastag through the website Sbi Fastag via UPI. The transaction was successful and the amount was debited from my Bank account (Canara Bank) but the amount did not get credited to my Fastag.

Please kindly do what is necessary, either refund the amount or get it credited to my Fastag.

Fraud in my account and no proper support

I hold a bank account with ICICI bank and recently some fraudulent transactions happened in my account. I immediately raised police complaint and requested bank account closure.

Now, i am requesting the bank to support to help trace those bank accounts from where the transaction is done into my account but they arenot properly helping to help trace - they are so irresponsible and doesnt care about customer safety.
