I am having an account with the ICICI santosh Nagar branch. This account we open only for the trading purpose. When I open this account it has been clearly told to me its a zero balance saving account. Now suddenly they start charging from me. This month they charged 552 ruppes from Account. When I call stupid ICICI call center guys they told me that this charge will be there if you will not maintain a balance of 25000 in your account.


Please beware of ICICI bank. I am soon going to close this account and will move to some other bank like PNB or Sindicate but I advice please never open a account with ICICI.

      I also same issue and A loan was given by ICICI bank in 2001 and I paid before the due date even though they have asked for penalty when I refused and not paid they have tried by various means to pressurise me and asked for RS 2500/-( Approx) in 2001. On 27.4.2010 I got call from Mobile No. [protected] and person was introduced himself as Inspector Rathi and asked me to contact Mr Vijay Ramani( Advocate) No. [protected] for immediate payment of dues of ICICI Bank otherwise they will send police to my Residence against the case No. 343/09 pending in Ahmedabad Court at Ghee Kata Road. When I contacted Mr Ramani he told me in Your card No. [protected] the payment with panelty is RS 17500/- and if you pay RS 10000/- we will not take action.

      Due their threat I contacted ICICI Bank and paid RS 10000/- but when I want confirmation no body is ready for reply. Now I am sure this is fraud of ICICI Bank and with the help of some Advocates they are taking name of police to pressurise customer to force them payment of the wrong charges made by them.

      I am having all the proof of phones and card statements, correspondence and request for help for taking legal action against ICICI Bank.

        Dear Sir,

        I have received the news from Oriental Bank of Commerce that my loan application has been rejected as my name appears in the ICICI Bank Defaulter's list in CIBIL.

        Please be informed that I had a credit card and the amount due against me was close to Rupees 50 thousand till last year. When I received funds on my savings account,my debit balance was automatically adjusted by ICICI Bank, and hence there was no amount outstanding.

        However, they have gone ahead and put my name in the defauter's list (CIBIL).

        I have applied for an education loan,from Oriental Bank of Commerce, but it was rejected by them because ICICI Bank has shown me as a defaulter though I had CLEARED my dues at least 3 months ago. My career is getting ruined. I have made a complaint to ICICI Bank, and after realizing their mistake, they have promised to send me a No Objection Certificate (NOC). I am afraid that the NOC may not be sufficient to get my education loan approved.

        Please advise, please help.

          I have applied for an education loan, from a nationalized bank (Oriental Bank of Commerce), but it was rejected by them because ICICI Bank has shown me as a defaulter though I had CLEARED my dues at least 3 months ago. My career is getting ruined. I have made a complaint, however, they are saying they will send me a No Objection Certificate (NOC). I am afraid that the NOC may not be sufficient to get my education loan approved.

          I need a letter of apology from ICICI Bank as soon as possible, else I will be forced to drag the bank to consumer court. Please resolve my problem, if possible, which means I need the approval of the educational loan from Oriental Bank of Commerce. This problem should not have been there in the first place, it is purely out of sheer callousness and indifferent attitude of ICICI Bank. It is a matter of my career, and my entire life.

          Else, I would like to advise you all that I am going to sue ICICI Bank for the damage and for ruining my career and life.

          Please help me as soon as possible. Please treat this matter as extremely urgent.

          This is to inform you , i am having account with your bank for almost last five years with account No.[protected]. And i am regular customer of the bank. I would like to let you know that on 4th August-2009 my ATM debit card got stuck in ATM machine due to electricity failure. As i had to rush for a meeting outside the city, so i got my ATM card back from the bank on 18-August. Mean while from 4-18th august card was lying with bank only. And according to the bank , on 7th August a transaction of Rs.2000 was made from the my card.

          As the card was lying with the bank only on that day,it is not possible fro me to make the any type of transaction. So i gave the written request to the bank to look into the matter and return my Rs.2000 . The complaint No. for the same complaint is SR[protected]. But after almost 2 months , i have still not got the money back.Everyday your executive are asking me to come today-tomorrow kind of thing and i am really feeling harass by this kind of act of the bank.Even i am not getting any satisfying reply from your customer care officers regarding the same. Kindly look into the matter and let me know by when you will solve the issue and return my money otherwise i have to take some serious decision which you may not like. Looking forward for the quick and positive response from your side.

          This is not the service for which bank like yours , Known For !

              I have Some Financial Deals for the last 3 to 4 years and there are not closed properly. So bank has been recovered the ammount from my ICICI account which has been recently opend as salary account.

              This has been done without my permission.

                I am Vikas Singh & unfortunately have an account in ICICI bank.
                ICICI bank A/C No.[protected]
                I deposited a cheque in ICICI bank , Chennai Ambattur branch on 30th April 2010.
                Cheque amount is still not credited in my account even there is no update from ICICI bank.
                I have visited ICICI Ambattur branch 4-5 times but their Customer care executive Mr. Tejas is also not able to help me.
                I have sent many mails to Customer care of ICICI but rather solving my problem every time some new account manager pops up with new fake commitment.

                      Hi ,

                      I have been trying to transfer money from ICICI bank account to SBI account since a long time.
                      The amount is getting credited back to ICICI bank account with comments "Beneficiary name mismatch".
                      I have checked with SBI branch folks,they have confirmed that the details like account number,name,IFSC code are all correct.I have also checked up with ICICI bank ,they have also said that there is no problem from their side.
                      However,the amount is still not getting transferred and the matter is hanging in air.
                      Both the banks are saying that there is no issue.Then ,why is it not happening ??

                      State Bank of India,Aundh branch — Online inter-bank transfer

                      Hi ,

                      I have been trying to transfer money from ICICI bank account to SBI account since a long time.

                        The letter clearly states that OPTIONAL INSURANCE AVAILED ......

                        First of all, i have not requested for any insurance. Now after taking my processing fee, babu informs me that i have to mandate take an insurance as it is my second property. Why should i?

                        If i can avail a loan to the extent of 40 lakhs , i am sure i can choose to avail one or two properties for the same. Then why suddenly in the last minute am i asked to take up an insurance that i dont want to take??? That too on the day when the cheque was to be handed over to the bulders for the same. This is cheating , unprofessional and the worst way of handling a customer.

                        I have been left in a state of confusion from day one.... N this is the worst service icici can ever offer to an existing customer.

                        Truly disappointed at this level of service and the mental torture i need to go through on account of the same. Need a resolution.

                          I have not received the interest warrant for year 2008-09, for the ICICI Tax saving bond purcahsed on March 2005. I have taken up this matter with ICICI bank & till date not received the warrant.

                          I am attaching herewith below the details of mails sent in this regard to ICICI bank and their reply.

                            This is Kishore Panchagiri using the ICICI Bank Credit Card last digit ([protected]) since 2007, somewhere around October 2009 I got a call from a lady from ICICI Credit Card stating that I've some EMI dues against my card. I inquired whether i can go for once for all settlement for all my EMI's, she told me that she will ask her manager about this and will call me back tomorrow. After 2 days she again called me said that she had discussed about the foreclosure with her manager and told that if i wished to go for settlement I've make a payment of 22050 (Twenty two thousand and fifty rupees) she told that once the payment is done she would send the NO OBJECTION LETTER from the bank on the same day itself.I told her that i need two days of time to arrange the money, she told OK sir please make it fast . And on 27th of October 2009 i made a full cash deposit of 22050 rs to my credit card, After half hour so i got a call from her whether i had made the payment or not, i told that I've made the payment through cash cover and asked about NOC, to which she said she will send NOC LETTER with her executive to my place and told me to give a xerox copy of the cash cover receipt.In the evening one of her executive came to my place i gave him the xerox copy and asked NOC to which he told that they will send it over courier. I called that lady she also told the same and assured me that LETTER would reach me within 3 or 4 working days . after a week also i didn't receive NOC LETTER. I started to call her number but no one was answering.

                            Now from last 15 days or so some of ICICI credit card agency from Bangalore branch is harassing me every day he's telling me that still i have to make payment of 20000rs or so. One day they visited my place when i was not there and threatened my mother and relatives that if didn't make the payment they would forcefully make me to make the payment.

                            Now Kindly help me out in this regards, I am totally fed up with ICICI GOONDAS daily they are calling me and harassing me make the payment My family is totally irritated by this and IF ANYTHING HAPPENS TO ME OR MY FAMILY I WILL HOLD ICICI BANK RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS.

The guy who opened my account told me that till 50,000rs. there will be no charges and you can have N no. of transactions from outside the city but within India, because it is so called nationalised bank. You have deducted 165rs. as ANW charges. The guy who opened my account told me that till 50, 000rs. there will be no charges and you can have N no. of transactions from outside the city but within India, because it is so called nationalised bank.                               One of my Friend Deposited Rs.3000 by cash ( ICICI Hosur Road Branch in Bangalore) into my Account No:[protected] on 18th june 2012 but only Rs.2831 got credited into my Account the remaining amount was deducted as ANW-Chrgs :150 S-Tax :19.

                              I want to know what is this ANW-Chrgs and why was i charged????

                                This is to bring to your kind notice that the funds amounting to Rs.45000.00 has been fraudulently transfered from my account no[protected], purusawalkam branch chennai - to account no[protected] of kishore namineni babu , ICICI thane branch, mumbai - as per details given by call centre on 25th may, 2010 at 2.22.17 pm. The complaint was lodged the same day with your call centre with ref no[protected] dt[protected]. We have also made a written complaint to the DC-DD lal bazar police head quarters, kolkata (my present location) as per advice from your tele executive.
                                We want full information about the account holder such as name, present address, permanent address, contact details, office address, pan card and photo id detailsand account statement for last one year (to get details of his salary details including the name and address of the present employers) to help with the further investigation by us and the Detective Department and cyber crime office.
                                This has reference to the discussion I had with Ms. Bhawani at 1.45pm today.
                                Please look into the matter on high priority, bring the culprit to justice and arrange to transfer the funds back into my account.

As per this time i received many statement fulfill of charges. but i am not able to pay this charges. i want to resolve this problem as soon as possible for the reason of cibil.kindly favour me.

                                        Money not yet returned after 8 days of maturity & followup, by ICICI home finance. We have been following up for money return and mailing their customer service since 3-4 days. no one even bothers to answer our mails and we are being told to simply wait to get our own money back. Cant see where to call or go to get our money back.
                                        Pathetic condition of bank while returning the money.
