    Hi ,

    I have been trying to transfer money from ICICI bank account to SBI account since a long time.
    The amount is getting credited back to ICICI bank account with comments "Beneficiary name mismatch".
    I have checked with SBI branch folks,they have confirmed that the details like account number,name,IFSC code are all correct.I have also checked up with ICICI bank ,they have also said that there is no problem from their side.
    However,the amount is still not getting transferred and the matter is hanging in air.
    Both the banks are saying that there is no issue.Then ,why is it not happening ??

    State Bank of India,Aundh branch — Online inter-bank transfer

    Hi ,

    I have been trying to transfer money from ICICI bank account to SBI account since a long time.
    The amount is getting credited back to ICICI bank account with comments "Beneficiary name mismatch".

      This is with reference to application number [protected],

      The letter clearly states that OPTIONAL INSURANCE AVAILED ......

      First of all, i have not requested for any insurance. Now after taking my processing fee, babu informs me that i have to mandate take an insurance as it is my second property. Why should i?

      If i can avail a loan to the extent of 40 lakhs , i am sure i can choose to avail one or two properties for the same. Then why suddenly in the last minute am i asked to take up an insurance that i dont want to take??? That too on the day when the cheque was to be handed over to the bulders for the same. This is cheating , unprofessional and the worst way of handling a customer.

      I have been left in a state of confusion from day one.... N this is the worst service icici can ever offer to an existing customer.

      Truly disappointed at this level of service and the mental torture i need to go through on account of the same. Need a resolution.

        I have not received the interest warrant for year 2008-09, for the ICICI Tax saving bond purcahsed on March 2005. I have taken up this matter with ICICI bank & till date not received the warrant.

        I am attaching herewith below the details of mails sent in this regard to ICICI bank and their reply.

        I request you to kindly do the needful at the earliest, to get the interest warrant.

        I have not received the warrant cheque for the amount of Rs.1800/- towards the interest for the period ended 15th March 2009.

Kindly let me know, whether this amount of Rs.31,780/- is the Bond amount with full interest or not. If so the full interest should be around Rs.9,000/-, wherein the interest is shown as Rs.1,780/-

        Kindly clarify whether the amount is correct with details of remittance of interest, if paid earlier for me to get it clarified with my bank.

        Kindly send me statement of accounts with cheque numbers with date for me to follow it up with my bank. If the balance interest is not paid, kindly send me the balance interest at the earliest and oblige.

          Dear Sir,

          This is Kishore Panchagiri using the ICICI Bank Credit Card last digit ([protected]) since 2007, somewhere around October 2009 I got a call from a lady from ICICI Credit Card stating that I've some EMI dues against my card. I inquired whether i can go for once for all settlement for all my EMI's, she told me that she will ask her manager about this and will call me back tomorrow. After 2 days she again called me said that she had discussed about the foreclosure with her manager and told that if i wished to go for settlement I've make a payment of 22050 (Twenty two thousand and fifty rupees) she told that once the payment is done she would send the NO OBJECTION LETTER from the bank on the same day itself.I told her that i need two days of time to arrange the money, she told OK sir please make it fast . And on 27th of October 2009 i made a full cash deposit of 22050 rs to my credit card, After half hour so i got a call from her whether i had made the payment or not, i told that I've made the payment through cash cover and asked about NOC, to which she said she will send NOC LETTER with her executive to my place and told me to give a xerox copy of the cash cover receipt.In the evening one of her executive came to my place i gave him the xerox copy and asked NOC to which he told that they will send it over courier. I called that lady she also told the same and assured me that LETTER would reach me within 3 or 4 working days . after a week also i didn't receive NOC LETTER. I started to call her number but no one was answering.

          Now from last 15 days or so some of ICICI credit card agency from Bangalore branch is harassing me every day he's telling me that still i have to make payment of 20000rs or so. One day they visited my place when i was not there and threatened my mother and relatives that if didn't make the payment they would forcefully make me to make the payment.

          Now Kindly help me out in this regards, I am totally fed up with ICICI GOONDAS daily they are calling me and harassing me make the payment My family is totally irritated by this and IF ANYTHING HAPPENS TO ME OR MY FAMILY I WILL HOLD ICICI BANK RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS.

          your are an - she was from a collection agency and she duped up - now u have no option but to pay the balance amount

          you should have asked for the settlement letter and should have paid through a cheque.

          now no one in the world can help you for your foolishness

            I an Vaneet Sethi, having a saving account in your bank at Green Park branch, New Delhi. My account no. is[protected]. My friend deposited 45000rs. and 45000rs. respectively. You have deducted 250rs. as ANW charges. The guy who opened my account told me that till 50,000rs. there will be no charges and you can have N no. of transactions from outside the city but within India, because it is so called nationalised bank. So please do take correct action against those people because I think they are spoiling the image of the bank and reverse my money as soon as possible.

            Dear Sir/ Ma'am,
            I am Ankur choudhary, having a saving account in your bank at vaishali nagar, jaipur. My account no. is[protected]. My friend deposited 11000rs. . respectively. You have deducted 165rs. as ANW charges. The guy who opened my account told me that till 50, 000rs. there will be no charges and you can have N no. of transactions from outside the city but within India, because it is so called nationalised bank. So please do take correct action against those people because I think they are spoiling the image of the bank and reverse my money as soon as possible.

            I terminated my ICICI account bcoz of diz charges...

            HDFC and IDBI r gr8...

            No extra charges...ICICI charges for using ATM and debit card annually..

            Initially there were charges but now banks are offering daily transaction free of charges to attract customers..

            Pity ICICI is following same old format
            One of my Friend Deposited Rs.3000 by cash ( ICICI Hosur Road Branch in Bangalore) into my Account No:[protected] on 18th june 2012 but only Rs.2831 got credited into my Account the remaining amount was deducted as ANW-Chrgs :150 S-Tax :19.

            I want to know what is this ANW-Chrgs and why was i charged????

            I deposited 1000 rs in my account,[protected] and Rs 200 debited as ANW charges.

            I feel its not fair deducting 200 rs for depositing 1000 rs.

              This is to bring to your kind notice that the funds amounting to Rs.45000.00 has been fraudulently transfered from my account no[protected], purusawalkam branch chennai - to account no[protected] of kishore namineni babu , ICICI thane branch, mumbai - as per details given by call centre on 25th may, 2010 at 2.22.17 pm. The complaint was lodged the same day with your call centre with ref no[protected] dt[protected]. We have also made a written complaint to the DC-DD lal bazar police head quarters, kolkata (my present location) as per advice from your tele executive.
              We want full information about the account holder such as name, present address, permanent address, contact details, office address, pan card and photo id detailsand account statement for last one year (to get details of his salary details including the name and address of the present employers) to help with the further investigation by us and the Detective Department and cyber crime office.
              This has reference to the discussion I had with Ms. Bhawani at 1.45pm today.
              Please look into the matter on high priority, bring the culprit to justice and arrange to transfer the funds back into my account.

                  sir i am sorry to inform you that your bank services are not upto mark and not convenient for it,s customers.I bear a saving account no.[protected] at civil line branch moradabad.I had issued a cheque no 734083 dated 08.03.10 duly signed by me in favour of LIC of India.You have dishonoured my cheque on account of alteration in date which is not very apparent. May i ask you when cheque was account payee, signed properly by account holder,cash was to be withdrawn from my account to my LIC account only what was the need to dishonoure it? even nobody phoned me before that i, already given my mobile no. Because of this my LIC receipt got cancelled and i have to pay penalty of Rs 167 and laps 20000 in saving amount in financial year[protected] ie of 4000/ and after that when i went to the branch branch manager misbehave with me during conversation i left my cheque book and ATM card in the branch now they told me that your account finally closed.I am sending this complain to your kind notice so that you may take neccessary action.                     when i receive the next statement & icici bank policy i can approach icici bank.but they don't want to talk regarding policy & credit card. As per this time i received many statement fulfill of charges. but i am not able to pay this charges. i want to resolve this problem as soon as possible for the reason of cibil.kindly favour me.

We have been following up for money return and mailing their customer service since 3-4 days. no one even bothers to answer our mails and we are being told to simply wait to get our own money back. Cant see where to call or go to get our money back.

                                  My name is Ms. Rohit Yogini Ratilalbhai. I belongs to Baroda, Gujarat. I had a credit card from ICICI bank for which I had later made settlement as per the discount given by the bank. I had also received settlement letter, zero balance statement letter & finally Not Objection Certificate ( NOC ) letter from ICICI bank.

                                  Even then when I am trying to take used car loan, my name appears in the cibil defaulters list whereas I have never defaulted any payment. So, Requesting you to please remove my name from the cibil list. So, it will be very helpful to me in my car loan process.

I was supposed to receive a cash deposit of Rs. 5000 from a friend however I received only Rs. 4835 .The statement mentioned deduction towards ANW-Chrgs :150 S-Tax :15 . My account no. is [protected], the transaction date is 21/01/2012 . My question to ICICI is ...Are you eligible to deduct this much amount towards ANW for a petty sum of Rs. 5000 . I checked internet and found that there are thousands of such complaints pertaining to ANW .

                                    Please answer my question and remit my money as I know this money has been illegally deducted. Come on ICICI bank, this is no way to fill up the losses you make on your day to day banking. Also please send me the link where the ANW policy is mentioned.
