ICICI Bank,

first employee calls on my phone and tells about ICICI insurance scheme in marathi language. so i replied back saying that sorry i dont understand marathi language and i am not interested in insurance policy. later, i dont know who gave the employee that authority to argue me back saying "WHEN WILL YOU LEARN MARATHI LANGUAGE", thats really embarrasing for banks like ICICI bank.

        I request you to please expedite the matter with Team HR Service Ltd; New Delhi and arrange to provide me following information and oblige.

        Please confirm that PF deductions, deducted from my salary of Sept.2005 to Feb.2006 is also included in my PF account and PF withdrawal forms, by “Team HR Services Ltd; New Delhi” (My Ex-Employer) , if not
        what to do? (Please refer my letter dtd. 1 July 2008).

          Dear Sir
          I am sending this mail to you with deep anguish. I have a demat account no. IN[protected][protected] with ICICI Bank (ICICIdirect.com). I have two portfolios with this demat account, one for equity and another for mutual funds. After shifting to Kolkata I applied to ICICIdirect office (Lake Town, Kolkata Branch) for changing my address and link new bank account. Accordingly, the address and bank account had been updated in my profile and in case of equity portfolio, dividends and other communications are being received at the new address and in the new bank account. However, recently I came to know that in case of mutual fund, ICICI did not change my address and bank details. As a result I am not getting dividends and other communications. I am writing to them from 26th March 2010 but so far nobody replied nor the address and bank account has been changed.
          I request you to take up with ICICI Bank( ICICIdirect.com) to resolve this problem.

            ICICI Bank — NON RECEIPT OF MATURITY AMOUNT FOR ICICI BONDS 2005

            I Have not received redemption amount for 6 bonds purchased in the year 2005. Redemption date was 08/04/2010. My Bond holder No. is[protected] and certificate no. is 58094. You are requested to transfer amount in my account immediately without any further delay..
            I had purchased one ICICI bank bond in Feb 2005. This bond has already matured on 8th april 2010. But maturity amount is yet to receive. My bank details and Address are same as earlier.                 misusing of credit card-ICICI-VISA type. — Requesting not to release of payment

                Dear Sir/Madam
                I, Dr. Milind M. Vaidya, Vice Principal, Smt. CHM College, Ulhasnagar, am the holder of ICICIBank Credit CardNumber [protected].My residential address is 101, Serron Villa, Opp Dagadi School, Charai, Thane W-400602.
                I received a phone call from ICICI Bank Credit Card dept. that on 23rd June a transaction of abt 1400 odd US Dollars was made by using my credit card through Internet.and Bank confirmed from me whether the transaction was truly made by me, for which I immediately told that NO Such transaction was made by me and further added that, my last use of Credit Card ids on 22nd May 2008. In fact only 2 transactions were made by me in May 2008, 18/5/2008-Rs1012.70 and 22/5/2008-Rs. 647/-

                I have lodged FIR with Naupada Police Station Thane on 1st July 2008mentioning above details.
                Meanwhile I request you Not to release any payment for any transaction made on this card, as such this card stands Blocked.

                ICICI Bank — Premium Paid from Credit Card without Intimation

                ICICI Bank automatically deducted 50,000 INR from my account towards premium payment for one of my ICICI Lifetime Gold policy. I had never opted for an automatic deduction and was not in a position to pay the premium this time, in such a scenario this is totally illegal for the bank to automatically pay the premium. Moreover, I wasn't informed about the same for two months and once the minimum amount due was not paid then I was told that 50,000 Rs. are due to be paid. This is totally unprofessional behavior from the bank. I would prefer if the bank keeps it's banking activities separate from it's other activities like Life Insurance and should not take actions like premium payment at it's own will. Otherwise tomorrow bank will deduct any arbitrary amount from my account for one of my mutual funds which I won't be interested in investing any further.

                Moreover, when bank people can call numerous times for selling various services can't they even call or contact me by mail even once before paying the premium? On top of that lots of late fine and few other charges have been levied on me. I have suffered severe inconvenience because of this surprising act by the bank and somehow arranged for the money to do this credit card repayment. Therefore I request you to look into this issue and take appropriate action.

                If the same is registered but how can you make payment with out giving me any intimation.
                And if due date of bill is 21st April 2010 then how can you pay the same on 17th march 2010.
                I had forwarded you the mail in which Bajaj allianz mention that they have not asked for payemnt and the same paymant released by ICICI.
                Either you have to credit interest for two month on Rs. 12000/- to my account otherwise I am not going to pay this bill

                  dear sir,i am holding a credit card of icici and i was regualrly paying the min amount,still nov09,when it was not possible for me to pay the min amount ,collection people called me for payment i made req to settele for the amount by giving some discount that time the o/s was 45000 only,after that some one called and and told me that they can settle for the amt of 32000 ,that i have to pay in 2 installmets,after he played a game that i have to clear the min due and after that they are going to settele that,i made req again pls get me the settelment letter and collect the chq.after that there is no resopnse from bank.in last month some one called from bank and asked for the payment and eaplained the same thing.when the time of making the settelment req it was 45000 now it became 57000 and they suddenly blocked my savings acconut without any kind information,i had been to atm cenetr to draw money it was very urgent situation,wife was in hospital.it was showing negative balance.
                  what i have to in this situation is that correct form bank people to block the account without any information.now also i am ready to pay for the settele the amount for 32000.by this month end.do they rights to block my saving account without any kind information.pls help me out to unblock the account and to use my amount .and suggest me how to settle this issue

                  Hi,
                  For the past 2 years I am using EMI card(Rs. 2000) . Last year due to Job crisis I am unable to pay my 01 month premium and in very next month paid Rs 2000 . After putting late payments like 300, 600, 1000 not it becomes 4545. But last 2 months I am chasing with Customer call centre for this clearance. But no proper response from their side. ATlast Last month before due date I again contact the call centre for this settlement. They told our settlement person will contact U with in five days. Still I have not received a single call than fresh statement.

                  pl look at this matter and do the needful.

                  I also conformed with that executive for further late fee, he says they don't put .

Bank has forwarded redemption form requesting to take the option of getting the amount credited by ECS furnishing the bank account reference.                     First reminder was given on 26th March 2010, but nobody bothered to revert. Again on 17th April 2010 another reminder was given but to no avail. I contacted the customer-care regarding the same but it seems people out there are only for the sake of being there. No action was taken.

                    ICICI being such a highly esteemed institution, this kind of service is something which is not only awful but also highly unexpected.

                      This is with regards to my Personal loan(LPBNG[protected]) that I had taken in 2007 july for 271000. and was also told that I will have an Insurance against the loan, incase I Loose my Job I dont have to worry. Since I am not in a position to visit the branch, sent an email
                      I had sent an email regarding my Loan - stating that I want to close my loan as I am out of Job due to the Recession, and I want to know what is the Amount I have to pay, I have a very good credit history, as I had taken the 2 wheelers loan, i cleared without any delay, I had taken the Personal Loan and I paid till January, with lot of difficulties, I got married in July and I have no jobs but still I paid the loan till January, After that I sent an email to the branch manager through Online and i didnot get any response - I ended up paying the loan for February, Later I got the details from the Branch As to how much I should Pay, I had sent several mails and I have the proof, requesting for the negotiation of the amount, I paid 32 instalment for 7405/- Now I want to close this loan, since I have already paid so much interest I am not in a position to pay the interest anymore, and request you to help me for the negotiation,
                      DAY BY DAY THE INTEREST IS ADDING ON BECAUSE ICICI BANK IS NOT RESPONDING AND THERE IS A DELAY IN THE SERVICE.

                      I was asked to contact the branch of ICICI BANK LTD., 1st Floor, West Wing, Euphoria, Mytree Towers, # 4/10, Besides Oxford Dental & Engineering College, Hosur Road, Bommannahalli, Banglore - 560 068, Inspite of me telling I will not be able to visit the branch, I can visit the branch in november - if the bank is willing to wait till november without adding any late fee on the loan or interest.

                            I purchased ICICI Tax Saving Bond-022005-TSB-Two

                            Payment is not received so far at the address given at the time of purchase of bonds.
                            In May 2010, I approached ICICI bank Jalandhar in May 2010 and at their advice, gave a letter for early redemption of the bonds including details of my current address and bank details with one crossed cheque.
                            Today,on 10.7.2010 I again approached ICICI bank Jalandhar and met dealing executive Mr Chatanya, who after enquiry informed that the redemption cheque number 001735 Dt 8.4.2010 was issued on 8.4.2010 and gave me format of indemity bond to be submitted along with stamp duty of Rs 200/-. In this connection this is to submit that
                            1 Onus of safe delivery of the said cheque is with the bank.
                            2 The said cheque has never been received by me. If considerd otherwise,the bank is required to produce proof of its receipt.
                            3 Since I have already intimated the bank about non receipt of the issued cheque, the bank is required to take immediate steps to stop payment of the said cheque.
                            4 It is unjust to force me to sign any one sided agreement making me liable for erronus payment by bank if any.

                              I had opened a new ATS(Active Trader Service) account with ICICI on 15th march 2010 bearing the application number [protected].

                              I received a letter stating that the trading account is active and to contact the relationship manager.

                              My relation ship manager started trading on this account but after purchasing some sharesm he stopped calling me and my 1.5lak is now stuck. I also did not receive the login details for the demat account and when I tried to reach ICICI customer care they advised that they do not support this product. Im calling the sales executive in vain and not able to reach him. they do not pick up the call.

                              Today Im in between the devil and deep blue sea with no one from ICICI responding to my calls or emails.

                              ICICIdirect ATS is a service handled by brokers who do not know what they are doing. They initially tell you that there will be financial planning etc. However your broker just calls you for giving buy and sell calls.

                              The customer service sucks. Repeated calls and mails have yielded no response.

                              Please avoid this service.
                              I am having similar horrendous experiences with ATS service. Basically there is NO SERVICE. Its been 4 months that they r trying to open this account. still no luck. and no one in the team knows the rules and terms. Every one tells a different story. STAY AWAY FROM THIS
                              We had similar experience. The person involved in Anant Agarwal, Manager & Gurpreet both operating from Indore.
                              I suspect they are asking clients to buy stocks which they know are going down due to upcoming envents like interest rate hike, demand slow down etc.
                              Majority of their calls went wrong and i have a strong suspecion of major irregularities in terms duping investors.
                              Does any one know how to approach SEBI to lodge a complaint to investigate them.
                              I do agree with the statements "Everyone tells a different story" And asked to buy stocks when they are going down or vice verse.Equity advisers only follow the advise from their so called research team and are not at all experienced.Ones you join all the pro misses disappear in thin air. Their brokerages are very high. tips and calls are horrible. 8 out of ten times you will be in profit if you just do the opposite. Even if the tips are correct, by the time you get the call share will be in the reverse direction and you will end up buying the share at high price of the day.One adviser caters to many clients, hence when your turn comes it will be too late. It is a service where you will loose and company gains.By following their advice I am only making ICICI richer at the expense of my hard earned money and peas of mind.Even if you want to withdraw you will not get back your brokerage paid in advance. You are struck with them till you exhaust one lac brokerage paid in advance.

I am having demat account with ICICI securities since many years.Due to my duty timings i was not able to use their trading service.During August month I received a call from my relationship manager Ms.Yamini, asking for the reason for not trading. When i explained my problem, she said that there is a service specially made for people like me who are busy during trading hours.Experts will; manage my portfolio and give tips which are 95%accurate. trading will be done by equity adviser specially designated to me. Initially everything went on well, after a month when I realized that i have paid brokerage more than what i earned, they suggested to pay Rs. 110300as advance brokerage and service tax so as to get the benefit of reduced brokerage and racer software through witch i can trade by myself if needed.with the help of the expert advise from the equity adviser as well as from their expert team from Mumbai.Today I realized that 95% of the tips are only way to make profit not for you but for ICICI.Tips are coming only from their Equity adviser repeated from the tips available on their web site.After a month even the tips have become scarce. Everybody you contact assures better service but you will never get one.I am only loosing money by following their advise given now and then. Even I am not allowed to come out till the advance brokerage is exhausted. I am still to get the password for racer software. My original right to trade has been taken away.Neither they are calling me nor I am able to trade. If I do not trade I will loose my advance brokerage.If you complain they say you yourself can call and place orders if you don't receive the call from the equity adviser, forgetting completely the very purpose of joining this scheme. Now I am in a most precarious situation and completely at their mercy.

                              I also face similar issues. Intialy 2-3 times i got call from ATS desk and afther then its been 2 month thre is no call. I also don't know where to reach them. They provide only email id. Can someone provide ATS desk contact numbers ?

                                  I have an salary account (A/C No[protected] with ICICI Bank and as per information given by Relationship Manager (Name - Puneet Sharma, e-mail ID - sharma.[protected]@icicibank.com)

                                  1. we can use any visa ATM for transaction without any charges, but when i use any other visa atm to withdraw some money Rs. 20/- is deducting from my a/c.

                                  2. there will be no any debit card charges but bank are charging Rs. 111/- as a debit card charges & the worst part is - they are charging twice in a year for the same.

                                  for all the problem which i am facing called up and sent an e-mail also to Mr. Puneet Sharma but he is not responding on either e-mail or phone and every time he is giving wrong information about facility.

                                    Dear Sir, I have an saving cum demat account no.[protected] in icici bank which is not operating by me due to illegal deductons made by the bank as not maintainning Rs,10000/- balance. Although bank is aware that zero balance can be maintained by a demat account holdereven than the bank is deducting amount illegally. The bank has no proper system, working in the air. However, no guidlines have been issued to the bank employees. The bank is simply deducting the amount on no basis. Kindly help me to get my money back.

I am also facing the same problems. The bank has deducted amt. since I am not having any record as no statement is being sent to me. I have noticed about the deductions during share trading online. The bank has lost its image, no morale and working without system. Only, demat business of icici is running that will also be closed shortly due to heavy brokerage being charged.                                     Sir, I am surprised to note that illegal deductions is being made by airtel prepaid service in the name of MATRIMONY ALERTS. Perhapes airtel company is sinking, However that is the best way to collect money from poor prepaid mobile user.I tried to stop the unwanted alerts but failed.
                                    It is to be stoppped these type of nonsense messages and not to be deducted amount. I will request airtel to refund my amount . Thanks

                                      DMAT account charges were debited through my saving banka ccount using auto debit feature and per my understanding bank can only use this if customer have provided his approval and since bank did this without conveying any correspondence so it shows wea internal controls. Moreover if i would have recd any notification, i would have closed the dmat account.

                                      Would appreciate your help in getting the charges reversed and also advise about the auto debit policy.

                                        How you may find the address of theft person?

                                        The person who has perchaged a mobile from One mobile shop, they must have the address of the same person with currect location.
                                        Because if a shopkeeper like ONE MOBILE Shop do not note the name and address of the person, means it is a violation for the National Security reason.
                                        So any how you people may take a legal acction and recover the money.

                                        As Delhi Govt. need the registration of each mobile hand set so ONE MOBILE shop can not sail the mobile without registring the hand set.

                                        The Service provider who has provided the Sim-Card(Subcriber Identity Mobile Card) must have to register the handset id, while dialing to some one else.
                                        So the Service provider of SIM has the real address of the thief.
