i have never applied for any credit card. i would like to see the documents i have submitted like the address proof and the residential proof where the verification was done. i tried communicating to each agent who called me if you want to get in touch with me please call me on [protected]. please call me with all details. the last person i spoke with aused me and my wife like anything honestly he was giving threatning messages. i really dont know who would resolve this. if i dont get a reply in next 5 working days i will give this complaint to cops and will inform the press of fraudlents happening in ICICI and also in consumer complaints

    I am Debjani Mukherjee, from Hyderabad.
    My ICICI Bank Credit Card number is [protected]
    My Hyderabad address as registered in ICICI Bank is: NO 8-1-363/127 F NO 203 KUMARSWAMY HOUSE ADITYA NAGAR COLONY
    TOLICHOWKI BEHIND FANTOOSH ANDHRA PRADESH 500008

    According to CIBIL Report (Control Number[protected] , Rs 61,670.00 is overdue against my name on an ICICI bank Credit Card ([protected]). Never in my life I had any such credit card with that number.
    Moreover, it is mentioned that the card ([protected]) is issued on[protected]; although I am using my first and only ICICI Credit Card only since Nov, 2007 , i.e after I joined Infosys, Hyderabad.

    I went to ICICI towers,Monikonda, Hyderabad. There, helpdesk people opened the account details of the card holder ([protected]). To my surprise the name of the card holder is Mr. Prabir Mukherjee. Also we got to know his address which is 110.CHAMUNDA TALA DANKUNI HOOGHLY WEST BENGAL 711224 and phone number as [protected].

    Although I was able to see all the details in my eye from their computer monitor, helpdesk people denied giving me any written document regarding this fraud.
    They insisted us to check with ICICI Customer Care. Once I called customer care, the person told that Mr. Prabir Mukherjee requested to issue an Add-on card on my Credit Card!! And worthless ICICI people did that without my knowledge and confirmation. As if all the Mukherjees are my relatives. Also they associated my PAN number with Mr Prabir Mukherjee!!!

    They also did not agree to give me any written clarification regarding this, rather they want to investigate the thing from their own side. God only knows when they will come back, if at all. It is utter shame on ICICI Bank and the way they function.

    And because of such bad pseudo credit history LIC housing finance is not issuing me housing loan. Can you imagine the level of stress and trauma I am going through for the mischievous act of ICICI Bank?

    write to banking ombudsmen google for the mail address of banking ombudsmen - the address of addon cannot be different and all the spendings are reflected in primary cards statement as the addon card does not have its separate credit limit rather it uses the credit limit of the primary card

    So in a nutshell the icicibanks customer care made you a fool ;) may be you are doing the same if you are working in Cust care kind of industry.

    Anyways - talk to the managers on customer care and don't forget to write a strong worded letter to icicibank customer care giving the control number of cibil report

      Dear Sir / Mam,
      I am Harshad Indravadan Modi have accounts with ICICI Bank account Number[protected]ATM/Debit card number: [protected]) and[protected]ATM/Debit card number [protected]) had lost both cards along with ICICIBank Credit Card, as my pouch (consisting of said cards along with some important documents) was stolen at Paris Nord Railway station on 23rd June, 2010 between 12.50 Hrs to 14.00Hrs CET. My available balance in account number[protected] was Rs.32080.15 & in account number[protected] was Rs.33325.49. I have made complaint about stolen cards to Paris Police station dt.23rd June, 2010 at 14.00 Hrs CET and then after called ICICI Customer care (Ahmadabad) to block above cards along with my ICICI Credit Card permanently.
      Even after permanently blocking of all above three cards, I found that there is a transaction of RS.22379.39 through ATM/Debit card [protected] on 23rd June, 2010. So once again booked complaint with ICICI customer care, Ahmadabad Complaint ID is[protected] dated 24th June, 2010 for the transaction taken place after the theft. [Also I have double check with ICICI customer care on 24th June, 2010 for Blocked cards & ICICI customer care has confirmed that all three cards (01 Cr.card + 02 ATM/Debit cards) have blocked permanently.] With the direction of customer care, I am sending the required document to DEBIT RECON TEAM, A WING 6th FLOOR, AUTOMN ESTATE, CHANDIVALI FARM, ANDHERI, MUMBAI-400072 by register post on 25th June, 2010 from Belgium.
      Please find copy of Police complaint (at Paris Nord Railway station) as a reference document along with bank transaction details and do needful to get back my INR 22379.39 earliest. [No card numbers were mentioned in Police complaint as I need to check my data base and was not available at that time.]

        Sir,
        I `m holding a saving a/c with icici bank for last 13yrs. and now requested for a debit card 2 .6 months back and instead again received a normal atm card,upon requesting again finally received debit card after 10days and i`m still awaiting my pin no.from the bank for last 15 days due to which i`m unable to operate my a/c with convenience for all this period. I have tried to call customer services but it is impossible that one can speak to the executive in this bank. Is there any way that without going to the bank i can find a solution.

        ICICI Bank — PIN not received

        Hello,

        I have issued a new Debit/ATM card for my account no.[protected]. This charged around Rs. 240 ( so unreasonable amount) for it on my account and Bank officer tells this is service charge. The card was not delivered to my home however new pin came to home . I collected card from Kondhwa branch after three consecutive visits. When i tried to use card, the card was blocked. When i went to bank next day, they requested to apply for deblocking of card. What is this ? If i issue a new card, it should come in deblocked state ? Anyways, so that wasted one more day. After that the New pin for new card was not working. I informed customer care. "They told there is some problem in CVC no. of card. Please reissue pin, it will work." I requested for new Pin in December, till date the pin is not delivered. When i enquired in Magarpatta branch. They say "The Pin is despatched on 2nd Jan. It will come the next day." Till today I am waiting.
        I am just frustated with all this.
        During all this new card matter, I am unable to use netbanking and ATM from almost a month now.
        ICICI charges so much for such small things with pathetic service.
        Even an account statement incurs around Rs. 150 or 200 ( i don't remember exactly).
        Is there anybody from ICICI who can take responsibility and look into this matter ?

          I had icici Tax Saving Bond-022005-tsb-one. Bondholder No.[protected] and Certificate No 28630. It Matured on[protected].But maturity sum not received yet.I was informed by thier ivrs operator, phone no.28307777 that they have sent twice through registered post. But since I donot exist hence it has gone back. Hence I was advice to reinvest the amount somewhere which I can do without problem.What can I do- I am from Guwahati and he is sitting in Mumbai.
          I request to convey my feeling to the icici boss and request him to give my maturity sum. Yhanking you.

          ICICI bond — bank details errors in redemption cheque

          icici bond — Non receipt of bond interest

          Dear Sir,
          I had six no icici 'Tax Saving Bond-022005-tsb-one' of Rs 5000/ each. Total cost is Rs 30,000/. Redemption value on maturity for each bond is Rs6,700. Bondholder No.[protected] and Certificate No 28630. It Matured on[protected].But maturity sum not sent to me for a long period. I was informed by their ivrs operator, phone no.28307777 that they have sent twice through postal registered post. But it has gone back because of my insignificant address. However after a lot of persuasion I have received a cheque through Blue Dart. An amount of Rs 31,687/. instead of Rs40,200/.Where does my rest money has gone. Has it gone to their profit or waiting for my further persuasion so that letter get lost on transmission and blame should go to Postal.

            I have ICICI credit card and using it from 2 years, recently in March 2010, there is some discripence in statments and the same was informed to ICICI executives and Managers through Emails and Calls by them to me. After several intimations also there is no solution from them.

            Even i have shown where exactly the issue is, after recognising the mistake done by them and provided statement through my gmail to their customercare mail id, their service manager Ms. Srikanthika started negative conversation stating that they did not receive any statments.

            Daily i used to get a call in the morning aroung 9'O clock where tht time is my travel time to Office, this is a regular time for me to get a call from them, even after intimating regularly for each and every executive about the issue, they will connect the same to Service manager and again i have to explain the same to them inspite their will be no solution for the problem.

            I have written them requesting to revise the statement and i can pay the amount, but they will never listen to my words and will continue with their policies where in iam effecting with uncessary charges in the statement.Recently then have sent their Recovery officer to my office and tourchered me, after all intimations also they are not providing any solution to me and tourchering like any thing with calls.

            Iam attaching the statements which i have forwarded to them and in the same statment there is a mistake where statement is showing available credit limit of Rs xxx and i can able to swipe the same, but in the same statement they have charged over limit charges to me which is unfair.

            Not only this issue of credit card i have faced so many issues with my salary account where in they will deduct amount with out my information,

            Totally iam vexed with thier service from the day one and there wont be any solution by them to customer queries.

            Finally ima approching Cosumer forum for solution.

              I am having a saving A/C in ICICI.My A/C # is[protected]. My name is Rajesh Xavier.Yesterday I gave an intimation in the bank as I had to withdraw 1.5 lacs ICICI Bank Vikhroli West. The madam on the cashiers counter Mrs.Lata said its fine but today when I went over there I had to wait for an hour but no staff over there was interested to attend me.What ID proof she wanted I had taken but when Madam Lata directly said this was not the papers which I had said the branch manager Mr.Shankar also came in between and asked for all the ID cards which I was having.That time I felt as if I am beggar over there or asking loan from them.For withdrawing my money I was seen as a robber or some thing else .The branch manager there and all the other staff working saw me as cheater.Because of this type of staff the banks reputation is getting worst.Pls tell the staff that we are having our A/C in ICICI thats why they are getting salary so follow the rules when dealing with them.I know this is only a formality cos u people are not going to take any action so I am taking an action of closing the A/C in ICICI and going for a good Bank.

                    I am settling my credit card with ICICI legal department. They gave me a settlement plan which I agreed to. This was followed by my first payment. I had asked them that before making the payment I would need a confirmation document which they agreed they will send it to me. But before sending the doc they asked me to make an initial payment. The reason given to me was that it was a weekend and the bank will not be able to issue the letter but the days will be counted (very strange reasoning) to which I agreed and made the first payment and sent an email asking the legal persons to dispatch the document immediately else I will not make the remaining payment.

                    Obviously I did not receive any document. After the due date of the second instalment, the representatives are telling me to pay without the approval. Actually the bank never approved it and still I was asked to pay.

                    This is severely illegal step being followed by the legal department. I want to escalate this issue or else I would appeal in the court of law.

                      Very good morning to you,
                      I am Mr.Ashutosh Desai (+91 [protected])and I am holder of ICICI Bank Credit Card No. [protected] (which is now transfer in to card no.[protected] without my permission or any communication) from Oct.2007

                      Dear Sir, I really very regret to say that my card statement has showing so much disputed tractions (including ATM Tractions)and I have file written complaint to bank every time but they have solve my single query and all the time when I make a call to Delhi, Chennai or Mumbai they use to tell me you reversal will be done in your next statement please make a payment or please do not stop making payments and I have made payment all the time on that commitment but the problems not getting solved and new fake traction flashed in my statement, finally from 2 July 2009 I have stop to make any payment to ICICI Bank and now they are pressurize me to make payment with words that all tractions are made from your side and there is no issue I have to make payment of the complete amount otherwise they will contact to HR of my company and will spoil my reputation, and they are trying to abuse me by other ways also.
                      Detail: My card limit was 1,25,000 /- and I made Payment of 1,19,000 /- and still 1,28,133 /- pending dues according to bank.

                        This is Nainar from Chennai,

                        I had received call from ICICI BANK, Bommanahalli Branch (Mr. Venugopal), due to over due of credit card payment. They said that your card is in temporarily block and told me to pay some amount. (I had received mail also for overdue payment).

                        I had paid 90% of the overdue amount on the due date. Even though they have blocked my credit card permanently as well as they have put temporary block in my savings account.

                        Now i am not able to do any transaction in my savings account.

                        I had informed Mr. Venugopal for the same. He promised that he will send message to release the blockage in credit card as well as debit card.
                        Even now, it is in blocked state. Now I lost his contact number, and i try to contact bommanahalli branch and try to get the number through ICICI customer care there is no proper response. They said that they cannot provide the contact number and you have to visit branch in person. Since i am in chennai, i will not able to visit directly.

                        I request you to solve this issue soon.

                          I have been cancel a ticket from IRCTC.co.in in February but the refund doesn't reflect in my account, for that i have been communicated with IRCTC and they have provided me ARN number by which they have refunded respective amount, and i have communicated with ICICI bank also and forwarded whole chain mail to them and they had gave me temporary credit, but now they have again debit the amount from my CC.

                          I have copying whole mail below.

                          ICICI Bank Cc — Statements not delivered

                          Hi,
                          This is Leonard.
                          I am holding two CC with icici bank, The issue is that that i have not received my statements for the past five months & making my pmt but late as i get calls from the collections team & they ask for the details & the reason why the pmt is not made as give them the details they inform that a credit will be applied for the same but nothing i done for the past three months & for that my credit scores are getting screwed.
                          So lately i spoke wiht few advisors from the customer service team all of them were of no use(FATIMA,SUMOD) & AS I ALREADY SPOKE WITH THE COLLECTION TEAM (ABHISHEK,SUNITA,ANSARI) where i was promised that a credit will be applied but i need to speak with the customer care & they will credit the amount but it did not work & they were very rude & informing that the statements for both the a/c was delivered to me for the past five months which was not true & was giving details of the customers they service & also informed it is not possible to give credits to all customers as we are runnig a business.
                          I have taken all the details of the AWB numbers of the statements delivered & the courier detail & contacted them one after the other & i found out that the statements were not delivered to me but the courier boy was signing for the same & destroying the statements.
                          I spoke with the boss of the courier company & informed him that i need a written letter on the letter head that it was not my mistake but the courier company at fault but the boss informed that i he does it than his company will be screwed & wanted to make a deal with me which i refused because by the end of the day it is my credit rating which is going to be hampered for theses peoples foolishness.

                          Th Details of the COURIER SERVICES ONE IS MUMBarkar & TEAM UNITED....

                          Please help with this issue as i know what to do but if there is any thing else that can be done so that other people also know about this & how to deal with such issues.

                            The past two weeks have changed my opinion of ICICI bank totally. Their server being upgraded was an issue, as they should have, like any morally conscience bank, provided us with a backup server. But no. All they did was display the photo of the CEO of India wearing a fancy saree and smiling away. Who cares about her? I don't for sure.

                            Then My Credit Card got damaged. So I requested for a replacement credit card. The fee of Rs100.00 was INSTANTLY debited from my saving bank, and was told that the card would reach WITHIN SEVEN WORKING days. Excluding the day I lodged the request, Sundays in between, and holidays, today is the TENTH, yes 10th working day, and I still have NOT GOT MY REPLACEMENT CARD. I called Customer Care and they said the card has been dispatched by Express-IT couriers on the 17th of June 2010, which incidentally was the 7th working day. So there you go. Minus points to ICICI bank for dispatching it on the day they promised that I would get it by. More minus points to come, with this issue itself. Express-IT couriers must be some dead famous courier company for ICICI wank NOT bank to choose it right? Wrong. It's as bad as the bank itself. The bank has provided me with a tracking number, but what's the use if the courier's website doesn't work. How is one to track his consignment? Shout it out? Or maybe put up a loud-speaker in the neighbourhood and let everyone know.

                            So I thought to myself, a) server down means no 'online-bank transfer' possible. Nevermind. b) Creditcard not reached, so again, I can't pay online. Nevermind. c) I have an ICICI DEBIT CARD. WOW!!!! Three cheers for me. But then I was Unfortunately Born in India (UBI) -that was the school title I got from my seniors on their farewell party. And li8ke most Indians, I'm a too. I incorrectly entered the login password 3 times (actually the CAPS LOCK key was on) and my account got locked. Customer Care again. They said by Wednesday the 16th my ID would be unlocked, so I would be able to use the ID and password.

                            But whenever I try using my Debit Card for an online transaction, it says "Incorrect details have been given so your card has been blocked". I am, however, able to view my account details, which means the ID and password have indeed been unlocked. Customer Support again. This time they were the as they couldn't understand why this was happening.

                            So out of sheer desperation (do you watch Desperate Housewives by any chance?) I went to my branch, and asked them to issue me an Insta-Credit Card against one of my FDs. They had the Insta_Credit Card ready, but the packet had no application form. It is being couriered from Delhi. 4 working days ago. I could have cycled to Delhi in that time.

                            So all in all, ICICI Bank is the BEST IN THE WHOLE WORLD. Make sure to patronize it. Just hope you don't get services like I got.

                            from many years in uk i was hearing icici is making india proud and is iconic bank providing excellent services. coming back from uk tried to get insta credit card on fixed deposit
                            1 Two branches in my citi says they dont have facility in branch for insta credit card.
                            2 i called phone banker he said yes facility is available in your branch but still if they refuse you deposit rs.20000 in your bank account and call us back we will open fixed deposit on phone and issue you credit card .which will acitvate in 7 working days.
                            3 so rather asking branch people i deposit money and call them back i clearly said to phone banker i want insta credit card. he said ok let me take request and said to me he took request.now somebody will come to your house in 1 or 2 days give you credit card and you give him cheque of 20000 and within few days your card will be activated.
                            he didnot say facilty in my city available or not.
                            4 nobody came to my homede rather i got text on phone that fixed deposit is open and 20000 debited from your account.
                            5 it look strange to me i call again and when will i get my credit card. phone banker said you will get in branch i explain whole story that somebody was come to deliiver it he drop the line call again now 4th phone banker says you will not get credit card in your city on basis of fixed deposit .as you have make a request of fixed deposit it is open you will get bla bla benfits i said i dont want [censored]in benfitsi want credit card so i requested for fiixed deposit. he said no body deliver credit card to home nobody take cheque from you it automatically debits
                            but now at end after wasting so many days of mine i am still without credit card this was great bank making india proud 4 phone bankers have differnent views who is right any body knows
                            i was thinking system in india has changed a lot and experiences of public sector banks in old days is made history by private banks and they provide great international standards but i was wrong first experience with private bank really bad impression banking service can never compete with western countries poor phone banking officers . unable to provide services all over india poor bank shame shame

                                      I had some dispute regarding my out standing payments. Therefore, I visited to ICICI Bank Delhi Office in Vediocon Tower to resolve the outstanding payment matter & to close my credit card. The same matter discussed. And I requested to close my credit cards & finally after sometime they made a call to their customer care for the outstanding payment & as per the customer care advice me to made the payment sum of the amount Rs. 20155/- and after receiving the payment your credit card will be closed & you destroy or cut the card into four pieces. I paid on dated 30/09/2005 the same amount Rs. 20155/-through check. After a month, I got the credit card payment statement zero due balance from ICICI Bank Credit Card Division.

                                      In addition, after that i confirmed, had never used the above credit cards.

                                      Almost after a year, I have to shift due to my posting at JAMNAGAR (GUJRAT). I board in the train (Porbander Express) on dated 21/08/2006 form NEW DELHI to JAMNAGAR along with my family & during this journey my wife purse stolen in the train. I reached at JAMNAGAR Rly. Station on dated 22/08/2006 time 3:30 PM.

                                      I surprised, saw a SMS on my mobile phone dated 7/10/2006 that ICICI Bank due for credit card payment immediately I called the bank and given my consent to the bank that these transaction not done by {SARITA KUMAR (My Wife) [protected]} and fax the Rly. Police complaint copy of lost of credit card & request to do the investigation for unauthorized transaction. ICICI Bank Customer care assured me that bank will enquired the same & meanwhile bank had reversed the credit temporary.

                                      After two month bank had put on me these unauthorized transaction amount of Rs 61840.32. With interest & late charges also. Now Bank compels me to pay this amount to bank without proper investigation with vender of ICICI Bank where the transaction took placed.

                                      After this some recovery agencies, which is hired by bank, are continuously giving the threatening on my mobile phone and so many times visited to my house said the bad words or slang’s to my old parents or me.

                                      Latest on dated 12/06/2010 someone bank recovery agency agent called me on my mobile([protected]) that I am Dayanand Joshi ([protected]) speaking from Delhi police HQ and I had a warrant against you in line of case no 427/10. So I want an action from bank but they are not responding posibtive on my complaint.                                       ICICI Bank — Credit Card Payment Not confirming

                                      This is Arpana Pathi from Bangalore. I have been a victim of ICICI Credit card department. Due to some monetory issues i was not able to clear my ICICI credit card dues. Later last month on[protected], a person called me at 10:30 AM saying he is from legal department and some police might come to arrest me if i did not pay my total outstanding due of 29,300/- and asked me to make the payment by 12:00 PM the very same day. I was scared and sold my jewels to get the required money (as i did not have that amount at that time). He did not even show mercy and didnt even give me 24hrs to arrange for the amount. being a lady, i was scared and arranged for the money. and asked my husband to make the payment at the whitefield branch ICICI bank and send the scan copy of the receipt to the mail id's told by the legal department executive. Aftr which i immediately called the ICICi customer care and informed them about the same and they told me that i would receive the final settlement letter within 10working days which i did not recieve even after one month. That legal department official also assured me that i would receive no-due certificate and my name will be cancelled from CIBIL within 45 days which i did not receive and that person's mobile number is out of order/disconnected! today when i call to icici cust care to follow-up on my final settlement, they are saying that its not updated on the database, and that i need to go to some bommanahalli icici branch and ask for the final settlement if any which they cannot cofirm completely.
                                      The official was very very rude and said thats the procedure and i dont abide she shall disconnect the call !! now they have charged me outstanding as 9000/- Rs again..!!!!!!!!! i am in a complete mess..these guys cheated me..i am scared now if the Bommanahalli branch people dont provide me the final settlement letter what shall i do.. plz help me. I have the receipt of the amount paid at the branch i.e. 29,300/- cash payment.

                                      This is to bring to your notice that i , Juhi Agrawal, am an account holder at your bank , and have been really troubled by your bank officials lately.
                                      I have an account with ICICI bank for 2.5 years.
                                      Recently i discovered that on the 14th ,15th and 16th of June, a total of Rs. 6000 was debited from my account .
                                      The Transactions happened through 3 days , i,.e Rs 2000 each day.
                                      However i was sent a message of the transaction details only on the 16th on June , when Rs. 6000 was already used from my account.
                                      I am well aware of fraud emails and am very careful about them.
                                      Also all my passwords are with me, and only me .
                                      Despite all this, ICICI bank did not help me, all this while.

                                      Customer care is just not of any help in any kind of problem.

                                      On enquiry it was found that the transactions were made to do some pre-paid phone recharge.
                                      I requested Mr. Jitendra (ICICI bank manager Lok vihar delhi) to kindly get me the information of which number
                                      were these re-charges made to.
                                      He told me that he will not reveal any such information to me and will do so only to police.
                                      I filed a complaint with police, and the police went several times at Mr. Jitendra's Office branch to get the information, but in vain.

                                      Mr. Jitendra acted as if he is not a part of ICICI bank and has nothing to do with grieving customers.

                                      All i need is the information that which number was re-charged from my money.
                                      And where did my money go without my knowledge.


                                      I am deeply disappointed that such a big bank can be so irresponsible and the same time so very inconsiderate towards its customers.

                                      On the date of 02-Feb-2014 at 9.45am, I received messages from ICICI bank that I had made a Online purchase of Rs. 3258.77, I shocked I check my ATM card, it’s with me I called the customer care and confirm regarding this message the bank customer care told me that yes this transaction is made, I requested for block the ATM card and issue for the new card and also take action on that transaction, customer care person provide me a email address “[protected]@icicibank.com “ for inform regarding that issue, I mailed this issue 2-3 times but they never replied me, I don’t know what to do ?

                                      this is to inform you that on dated 08/11/2014 at 10.30 pm, a person called from icici bank named Mr Rahul Kumar Gupta seniour officer. As per him he called me to settle my account of the credit card on that day only and also my salary account will be revoked on that very day but for that i have to pay RS 10 only as a service charge, and i thought bank has offered me this service as on dated 08/11/2014 i went to icici bank collection department for settleing my account .

                                      Sir as i am facing the problem from icici bank from many days and my salary account has been blocked so i through with this procedure and i went through with this but as both my credit and debit cards are blocked i made a payment through other bank corporation bank debit card which belongs to my wife .After some times i got three sms that my account is debited three times by RS 2020, details (debited from oxicash bill desk mumbai, time 22.59pm), Rs 1500 details (debited by vodafone bill desk mumbai time 23.01 pm) and RS 2020 (debited by oxi cash mumbai desk at 00.00pm).

                                      Sir i just want to know that how can a person uses the name of icici bank and debit my account .and in my mail it is coming from customer care after his usage

                                      Sir my total amount of RS is debited by RS 4530 from icici bank official, i want my money back on priority basis from icici bank .

I walked to Jubilee Hills ICICI branch as per their suggestions and reported the matter to Assistant Manager, but unfortunately there is no proper response and they are not even saying whether I will receive my money back or not.It is my salary amount how should I survive this month after loosing all the amount which i saved in the bank. Bank staff are saying that it will take time but not even telling the time line also. I am totally disappointed with ICICI bank service, what should we citizen should do, if there is no security for the money in the banks also and I want to ask ICICI bank to tell me how should i survive and what should i do to feed my family and children after loosing all the money which I saved in the bank has been debited fraudlent. Please help me and suggest me how can i get my money back.

I then went to my home branch and asked them to give details about this issue and they said it is police case and police will investigate this matter and customer care will call you soon. I then followed up with my home branch and they are not ready to share any information about this case and not providing any concrete answer. Till now I have not received any call as above .

                                      Some time back in Feb month somebody pic-pocket of my parse and parse contains is – 1. ATM card (ICICI Bank). 2. PAN card, 3. Aadhar card and some amount.
                                      Some body who has pic pocket my parse use my ATM and he had two transaction 1. 10000 and 2. 7400 total is 17400 withdrawal from my account using my ICICI bank ATM on the same day. I have inform to my bank and block this card and I am also FIR report in Bangalore myco layout police station.

                                      I have raised a request for cover this amount and CCTV Footage, They view CCTV Footage but they are not recovering this amount.
                                      My account is salary and insurance cover of some amount. But bank is not agree for cover this amount.

                                      Please help me, Can I eligible for covering insurance amount related some frauding. Please do the need full.

                                      Somebody called from ICICI bank from this number[protected]on Saturday. she told your Aadhaar no. is not updated your ATM card is blocked I sent one OTP no. give that I will updated your Aadhaar no. like that she told after that she has taken OTP no. and in my account deducted Rs.4600/- last 3 Transaction. and i spocken with customer care also but there no reasoponse and i sent document to Customerdisputesicicbank.com this mail id
                                      Hi ALL Who ever making complaint about ICICI bank, try to understand one thing . This bank icici is not only doing this now and then, i have faced same credit card cheating transactions and they forced me to pay the all the cheating transactions before 9 years. they never be a genuine banker earlier days aswel. i will tell some something to you all.

                                      as of my review highest customer complains are against ICICI BANK.

                                      Highest legal cases are filed aganist icici bank.
                                      another example all the banks will accept the payments if one day late even its due date, and they credit in our credit card a/c within 3 to 4 hours of payment. But icici will creadit in your cr accoutn after 4 working days. (WORKING DAYS) which means for example if your due date on Friday and paid you made a fund transfer using imps (which is immediate transfer) on Thursdayone day earlier, ICICI is the only bank will charge you penalty as late payment, if you call customer care they tell you very cool that to the amount was credited on Tuesday which is 4 working days, . so its considered as late payment. and apply penalty interst and service tax on penalty etc etc etc. if you refuse to pay they wont bother you till few months they wait to increase your liability.
                                      These icici MBA will never follow RBI guidelines .

                                      Be aware of icici bank dont use their credit card or loan its a trap. sometimes its interest rate also less but don't accept. Its a pure trap, they wait for their turn to suck everything from you.. they will post all reply and everything here but they will not reverse any amt back to you. finally you are going to be looser. be aware. as of my experience i want you all to know about it.

                                      some instructions

                                      1. never take words from bank officials ask in written.
                                      2. If you are giving checking, send in registered post with attachment letter stating full and final settlement.
                                      3. ask them the settlement letter before making payment.
                                      4. Make sure you have the word in settlement letter that full and final settlement.
                                      5. what ever they say dont trust ask everything in written. and get acknowledgement for all your transactions.
                                      6. if bank officer said something confirm same with customer care via email.
                                      overall play safe with ICICI BANK.

                                        The ICICI Internet Facility is very unreliable

                                        It offers online funds transfer and it is not working as they are doing some maintenance for entire two days
                                        The servers do not send out the URN when you add an account payee
                                        The phone number is masked and they dont have a way to see what all the digits are

                                        I have faced problems and losses many a time as the customer service is also not empowered to correct these issues, or give any other way to get the transactions completed on time

                                        This is a major issue for NRIs because they have no where to go. I sincerely advise not to rely on ICICI for their Internet Banking

                                        Please advise if I can take some action for my losses
