Dear sir/Madam,
I, viveka nand sah A/C [protected] @ punjab national bank branch sector 18-Noida,UP.
I used ATM card at ICICI ATM at Bhagalpur whose TXN # 9173 at dated[protected],Time 14:55 ,ATM
ID S1AN2318 whose transaction declined & balance deducted from above A/C NO..is RS.20000.00.
I complained at PNB bank branch ,sector18-Noida dated[protected] & bank also mailed regarding transaction declined to ICICI at head office .And I also attached remainder to bank & bank also sent mail deted 11june 2009.But, still, today[protected] i havenot found positiveness regarding my complaint .
kindly,fulfill my complaint ,for this i will be very grateful to you forever.

    I had purchased 6 tax saving bonds of 5000/- each face value vide deemed allotment date[protected] with redemption date[protected]. I have received a cheque for rupees 31687 on my communication address but was surprised to learn that my previous cheques of interest have neither been deposited in my account through ECS in my account nor have i received any cheque on my address. please ensure that the due amount is sent as early as possible.

        Hi,

        I asked for a settlement of my credit card to ICICI few months back. They were silent for the whole months and suddenly they woke up 3 days back and there was a recovery agent Srinivas Reddy (#[protected])started calling me and my parents ans asking us make the payment very next day. Though I had been pleading him to give us time till 1st May, he never listened. He mentally harassed me by calling every 30 minutes once from the past 3 –4 days.

        He is taking the advantage of the customer being a lady and using unparliamentary language on phone. He went to the extent of saying so many things that an illiterate man also thinks twice before to say. I never thought a reputed bank like ICICI hires such an unethical, psycho people for recovery. Sometimes he went to the extent of asking me to sell whatever I have to raise the money.

        I would like to request the bank to give me time till 4th May to clear my outstanding.I donno how to request the bank. So, I'm sharing is here.

        A lot of people end up defaulting, because of variety of reasons:
        - no money
        - circumstances due to job-loss, medical reasons etc
        - afraid of goondagiri / coercive tactics by the bank
        - knowing fully well that the bank has no real debt management solutions on hand
        - the bank can only mislead and hence is not worth approaching
        - collection / recovery people are generally rude and not worth trusting them

          I AM DISGUSTED BY THE BEHAVIOUR OF YOUR DEMAT DEPT AT KANPUR.I HAD THE MISCONCEPTION THAT THE SALES EXECUTIVE MANISH TIWARI WAS PLAYING THE FOOL BUT NOW I AM SURE THAT THE ENTIRE DEPT IS UPTO TRICKS STARTING FROM THE BRANCH HEAD AND THEY WILL LEAVE NO STONES UNTURNED TO ENSURE THAT ICICI GETS A BAD NAME?MY DEMAT ACCOUNT COULD NOT BE OPENED IN LAST 8 MONTHS EVEN AFTER GETTING 3 SETS OF FORMS SIGNED-THE OLD ONES HAD GOT OUTDATED. NOW WE ARE TOLD THAT AGAIN NEW FORMS HAVE TO BE SIGNED?

          IT IS ALMOST ONE WEEK SINCE I BROUGHT THIS MATTER TO THE NOTICE OF THE BRANCH MANAGER MR.SANTOSH SINGH (AS ALL OTHER EFFORTS HAD FAILED WITH MANISH TIWARI- A PERSON WHO MASTERS IN THE ART OF LYING) AND HE PROMISED TO REVERT BACK WITHIN 10 MINUTES? TO OUR UTTER SURPRISE HE FAILED TO CALL US TOTALLY AND TODAY WHEN WE CALLED HIM UP AFTER A WEEK ,HE INFORMED THAT HIS SALES PEOPLE WERE SUPPOSED TO CALL US UP- THE SAME PEOPLE WHO COULD NOT GET THE DEMAT ACCOUNT OPENED IN THE LAST 8 MONTHS EVEN WHEN WE HAVE 10 DEMAT ACCOUNTS FROM OUR FAMILY IN THE SAME BANK? MY LAST COMPLAINT IN JANUARY HAD NO REACTION?

          IN CASE WE DO NOT GET A POSITIVE REACTION FROM YOUR END , WE WILL BE FORCED TO SHIFT ALL OUR FAMILY DEMAT /ACCOUNTS WITH YOUR BANK.

            SIR

            I WENT TO ROHTAK BRANCH OF ICICI BANK ON 03/04/2010 AT 10.15 AM. TO FORE-CLOSE MY LOAN ACCOUNT NO.NHROH[protected].THE BANK GAVE ME A SLIP AND ASKED ME TO DEPOSIT RS.643617 DOWNSTAIRS AT THE CASH COUNTER.
            WHILE COMING DOWNSTAIRS A YOUNG BOY OF 18-20 YEARS OF AGE TOLD ME THAT HE HAS BEEN SENT BY ONE PUNEET TO HELP ME,(PUNEET IS KNOWN TO ME AND IS AN EMPLOYEE OF THE SAME BANK)THE BOY TOOK ME TO THE BRANCH MANAGER'S OFFICE,WHERE THE MANAGER ASKED FOR MY PAN CARD.THE MANAGER SENT US TO ANOTHER OFFICIAL AND THE SAME OFFICIAL SENT US TO THE CASH COUNTER, WHERE HE TALKED TO THE CASHIERS AS IF HE WERE THEIR COLLEAGUE.I WAS ASKED AT THE CASH COUNTER TO AFFIX PINK SLIPS ON THE COMPLETE PACKETS.AS I ALREADY HAD FILLED UP THE PAY- IN -SLIP. I PUT UP THE MONEY ON THE CASH COUNTER. HE FIRST GAVE RS.270000 (ALL 1000/- NOTES) TO THE CASHIER AT COUNTER NO.2 AND THEN TOOK MY PAN CARD TO GET IT PHOTOSTATED. WHEN THE BOY DID NOT TURN UP AFTER FIVE MINUTES,I ASKED FROM THE CASHIER ABOUT MY MONEY, THE CASHIER REPLIED THAT THE BOY DID NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY.I IMMEDIATELY CONTACTED THE MANAGER, WHO,INSTEAD OF CO-OPERTING ME,STARTED ACCUSING ME.HE EVEN DID NOT ALLOW ME TO CALL THE POLICE.I,THEN CALLED THE POLICE FROM MY MOBILE PHONE.WHEN POLICE ASKED THE MANAGER TO SHOW THE RECORDINGS OF THE VIDEO FOOTAGE, HE COULD NOT DO SO IMMEDITELY,OTHERWISE POLICE WOULD HAVE CAUGHT THE BOY.
            THE MANAGER CALLED THE CCTV EXPERTS FROM NARNAUL, WHO REACHED THE BANK ONLY AFTER 5PM.THE EXPERTS INFORMED THE POLICE THAT CCTV HAS NOT BEEN RECORDING SINCE 30/03/2010.WITH THIS ALL MY HOPES TO RECOVER MY HARDEARNED MONEY SHATTERED.
            IN THESE CIRCUMSTANCES THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS ARISE.
            1. WHO WAS THE BOY, HOW HE WAS WELL VERSED WITH THE BANKING PROCEDURES.(MUST BE SOME COLLECTION AGENT/CASUAL/ADHOC EMPLOYEE OF THE BANK)
            2. WHY THE OFFICIALS WERE BEHAVING FRIENDLY WITH HIM.
            3. HOW HE WAS AWARE OF THE FACT THAT CCTV HAS NOT BEEN RECORDING.THAT IS WHY HE WAS BEHAVING SO BOLDLY BEFORE THE CASH COUNTER, WHERE CCTV CAMERAS WERE INSTALLED.THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE WITHOUT THE CONNIVANCE OF THE BANK.
            4. HOW HE COULD KNOW THAT PINK SLIPS WERE PLACED BEHIND THE CASH COUNTER.
            5. WHY THERE WAS SO MUCH MISMANAGEMENT AT THE CASH COUNTER, BESIDES THE FACT THAT THE CUSTOMERS HAVE TO GET TOKENS FROM A MACHINE.WHY SOME ONE OF THE BANK OFFICIALS WAS NOT THERE TO MANAGE THE RUSH.
            6.HAS THE BANK ANY REPLY FOR NON-FUNCIIONING OF CCTV RECORDINGS.IF THE SAME BRANCH WOULD HAVE BEEN LOOTED,THEN WHAT WOULD HAVE THE BANK DONE OR CCTVS WERE SWITCHED OFF DELIBERATELY TO HELP THE CHEATS.
            7. HAS THE BANK NO RESPONSIBILITY TO PROTCT THE CUSTOMERS IN THEIR OWN PREMISES
            8. WHY A CUSTOMER WITH HUGE CASH IS HARRASED TO MOVE FROM ONE COUNTER TO ANOTHER COUNTER.
            9.WHY THE BANK MANAGER DID NOT ALLOW THE CASH TO BE COUNTED AT COUNTER NO.2 FOR MY SATISFACTION.
            10. WHY THE BRANCH MANAGER DID NOT CALL THE POLICE .WHY HE WILLINGLY DELAYED THE INVETIGATION PROCESS
            11.THE BANK HAS NOT EVEN SHOWN ANY SYMPATHY TO THE CUSTOMER FOR HIS LOSS.MANY MANY THANKS TO THE ASIA’S LARGEST PVT. BANK.



            IN MANY OF THE ADVERTISEMENTS ON TV AND NEWSPAPERS ICICI BANK HAS BEEN DEPICTED AS VERY FRIENDLY BANK, THIS MAY CREATE AN IMPRESSION ON THE CUSTOMERS LIKE ME, WHO IS HOLDING A DOCTORATE DEGREE IN LITERATURE, THAT BANK IS PROVIDING HELP TO THE CUSTOMER BUT THE REALITY IS VERY PAINFUL.THE BANK HELPS THE CHEATS TO DUPE THE CUTOMERS OF THEIR VALUABLE MONEY..IN REPLY TO MY E MAIL THE BANK HAS GIVEN THE FOLLOWING REPLY ON 13/4/2010(SERVICE REFERENCE SR[protected]

            “ACCORDING TO THE CONFIRMATION RECEIVED THE CASH WAS TAKEN BY A STRANGER WHO WAS NEITHER WEARING THE CORPORATE ATTIRE NOR WAS WEARING AN I –CARD AND ALSO NOBODY IN THE BANK INRODUCED THE STRANGER. HENCE REGARDING YOUR CASH WE REQUEST YOU TO FOLLOW UP LEGLLY.”

            THE ABOVE REPLY DO NOT COVER MANY SECURITY LAPSES AT THE BRANCH AND THE ACTION TAKEN AGAINST THE RESPONSIBLE OFFICERS FOR THEIR CALLOUS ATTITUDE

            FURTHERT IN RESPONSE TO THIS REPLY I AM ATTACHING TWO PHOTOGRAPHS OF THE SAME BRANCH (09/04/2010 ;2.18 PM) WHERE AN EMPLOYEE OF THE BANK IS WORKING AT COUNTER NO, 4 WEARING BLUE SHIRT,(NOT UNIFORM) AND WITHOUT I- CARD,AND ANOTHER GIRL CONVERSING.ALMOST HALF OF THE BRANCH AND ALL COLLECTION AGENTS AND OTHER CASUAL EMPLOYEES DO NOT FOLLOW THE DRESS CODE.THEREFORE BANK CAN NOT SHEDOFF ITS RESPONSIBILITIES SO EASILY ONLY ON THE ABOVE BASES.

            Credit Card — icici bank in connivance with collection agencies

            my credit card no. [protected] d/14 July, 2008
            After i defaulted on payment I requested the bank to make a settlement as per their practice.Instead on 31 oct.2007, I recieved a cancellation of the settlement offer which was never made to me. I was not in town at that time. My father ran from pillar to post to find where to contact the credit card dept. as the bank shifted the dept.around that time.Ultimately after finding my father visited the dept. at rohni a no. of times and requested to stand by the offer. on their negative response my father sent a grievance letter to the credit card dept.In the month of Dec.2007, the bank reffered my case to a collection agency.The agent collected Rs.9773/-on the promise that this would be full & final payment and that NOC to this effect will be issued by 2 Jan.2008. However, I kept on getting inflated bills month after month.In June 2008 the bank again reffered my case to another agency. Some Neha from the bank told that a final settlement can be reached if we could deposit another Rs 1300/- and assured the all the interest, late payment fees, overlimit charges and the service charges will be waved. My father again made the payment in order to get peace of mind.In July again a bill of more then Rs 20, 000/- was sent to us.
            For a purchase of not more than Rs.7000/-on my credit card I have paid Rs.11073/- and still I am being billed for more than Rs.20, 000/-. My father is a retired person and I am still struggling and doing odd jobs for my living. Most of the times I have to depend on my father for financial needs.I am in no postion to make any undue payment further.Through this complaint I request the bank to wave all the undue amount and issue NOC to this effect.A grievance letter has already been sent to the Hyderabad office of the bank.

              I am an commissioned officer of defence forces and getting salary of Rs 45,000/- month excluding free ration and accommodation in A class city. I own a new Maruti A star car and two in no two wheelers.

              I am a old customer of ICICI bank since 2001 vide my account no[protected] and[protected] and having salary account n this bank. Agents visited to me for credit card and I applied for it 3/4 times between 2006 to 2009 but application was rejected everytime and also i am declared defaulter on the list of credit card department which can be only accessed by all banks. Since i have not taken any type of loan till now from any bank and do not have any case of defaulters because i do not need money on credit since i am a planeed man.

              But now i need credit card because lots of bookings and purchases are done only through credit where debit card is not accepted. So, i had applied with many bank and when they take my salary statement, they get happy and promise for platinum card but later when credit card dept survey then it finds me defaulters on the list uploadd by silly icici bank and application is rejected every time. I have applied with SBI, Syndicate,City bank and HDFC bank till now but rejected. At last when i confirmed from one of the bank by respecting my position of being a top most gazetted officer of India, then i came to know that bloody one bank has declared me defaulter on the list while i have not been defaulters yet. Even my subbordinates who are jawans also applied with me and they got the credit cards being only getting Rs 18,000/month.

              Now i have swithced off salary account from ICICI to Syndicate bank w.e.f Mar 10 due to the poor administration which has humiliated me being on central govt highest service. Now i want to take action against the bank otherwise contact the ombudsman dept of ICICI bank and get the matter solved at an early date.

                Re : Settlement of dues of ICICI Credit Card NO.[protected] in my name ANAND VASANIA.

                Dear Sir,Madam,

                I am in receipt of Credit Card E statement of date 07.05.2010 showing total amount due as Rs.50217.60.

                I have not been able to pay the dues and use the card on account of prolonged illness of family member leading to financial hardships.

                I wish to resolve the matter and therefore offer to pay Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five thousand only) as one time settlement for closure of the credit card account.

                I request you to accept my above offer, taking into consideration my situation.

                on your conveying acceptance of the above offer through my email id [protected]@rediffmail.com, I shall arrange for depositing the offer amount of Rs.25,000/- into the Credit Card account within one week.

                  Hi,

                  I am using ICICI Credit Card No: [protected]. After converting my
                  purchase amount into to EMI they are charging unnecessary Interest & Late Fee.

                  My monthly minimum amount inclusive of interest was Rs. 835/- (for 24 Mounts) but i pay Rs. 1000/- every month but still the principal amount has not come down.

                  Hence i would like to close my credit card. I cannot pay all amount. If any principal amount send me an email @ [protected]@rediffmail.com

Every quarter we get statment by post by 15th of the following month after quarter ending. We have not got the same for 01 Jan 2010 to 31 Mar 2010 till date. Please send thesame immediately.

                      My name is Asha from chennai, Recently some one had misused my funds through ICICI Net banking,
                      when I called the ICICI customer care they are helpless also the approach or response from them
                      is not appreciable. Even though I hold an corporate account and I use to login only from my
                      company's secure website some one had misused my net banking account , So I wanna to make people
                      aware about ICICI net banking facility is not much secured and it needs to be improved but the bank
                      is not much worried about customers security. when I launched a complaint in cyber crime they found
                      that its some one from nigeria used my account and made transactions its mainly bcoz of ICICI banks
                      poor service and also there were so many complaints on this banks net banking.

                            Dear Sir,

                            As I have been undergoing neurological surgery I will not be able to make any further payment and whereby not necessary to keep the card anymore with me.

                            Secondly, I have cut the credit in to four pieces and deposited in ICICI Santhome branch

                            Keeping above in mind, I would request you to prepare a bare minimum amount which I can pay and close. (i.e. – Rs.10000/- I can pay and close it as I have taken some legal opinions on this)

                            According to the statements I have made Rs.62100/- as on today from Dec’2009 to March ‘2010

                            I can lead my life at least for some years if my operation goes well.

                            I have already gone through lots of financial problem due to my health and family issues.

                            I once again request to you consider and get a full stop on this issue by making a mutual and smooth decision.

                                tele executive( Sunitha )[protected] from icici bank called me and spoke regarding full and final settelment.,
                                she and her manager agreed for 12000 as full and final settelement, they asked me to pay the amount in nearest branch and scan and send me the acknowledgement to the official mail id ( sanjay.menon2icicibank.com ) i followed their instructions and did the same. and later i waited for 20 days , still i have not got the settelment letter. and now iam trying to call sunitha her docomo mobile number switched off. i never expected this things from icici bank. my opinion is that no one should have relationship with icici bank. its actually bank.

                                  My saving account no[protected] is running in ICICI bank Sigra Varanasi since long times but on 24/2/10 bank has deducted Rs. 827/- without any pre intimation, when I confirmed with branch, branch confirmed me that this deduction is average quarter balance charges. Then I have immediately transferred balance amount and maintained AQB Rs 10000/-but on 16/4/10 bank has again deducted Rs. 827/-.when I confirmed with the customer care, he confirmed me that min amount Rs 10000/- should be maintained on daily basis because we are calculating on daily basis. if bank says that Average quarter balace Rs.10000/- for saving account should be maintained in a quarter then why are they calculating in daily basis. It means bank is cheating,

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  I have a Saving Bank Account No.[protected] with ICICI Bank - Bund Garden Branch, Pune since 2005 with a credit card of the same bank; i was the one who made regular payment against credit card but failed to keep regular since 4-5 months - still made the payment of Rs.4000 last month and Rs.24, 000 this month; now Bank deducted Rs.25, 880.00 without any pre intimation. When I confirmed with the bank executive he confirmed that the amount deducted against outstanding of Credit Card.

                                  I will do the payment of whatever the outstandings in couple of months - but without intimating customers how they block the account - that means bank can do any transaction without informing customers means bank is cheating.

                                  I am the regular customer of ICICI and have a smooth transaction, if the account is not unblocked it will more harmful for me. So you are requested please take necessary action against this cheater bank.

                                  ICICI Bank is not up-to the mark of Customer satisfaction. having lots of Hidden Charges in it. One of the example of Hidden Charges is ATM Transaction Decline Charges.

                                  Need to improve it's process and avoid these faruds of playing with customer money.

                                    Problem during cash withdrawal using ICICI ATM
                                    Dear Sirs,

                                    I, Bharat Arora, wanted to withdraw Rs. 25,000/- by using my daughter Payal Arora's ICICI ATM Card (Her SB A/c is[protected] at Preet Vihar Branch) at SCOPE ATM, Lodhi Road on 07.01.2010 at 14.24 hrs TXN no. 6824, but I received only Rs. 22,000/- . I have lodged complaint No.[protected] on same day i.e. 07th January, 2010 with their Customer Care. We have even lodged complaint in writing with the base branch. About 3-1/2 months have elapsed but nothing is coming out.

                                    We request you to kindly help us in getting Rs. 3000/- from the ICICI Bank.

                                    Problem during cash withdrawal using ICICI ATM
                                    Dear Sirs,
                                    I, Mrs Smita Naik having ICICI Bank A/c No[protected] having a problem while withdrawing money by ATMM Card. On 17th Aug'10, I have deposited Rs 2000/- in my account but now I am trying to use my ATM to withdraw money, I am not getting the money. remark comes-transaction detined collected. Can you tell me what it means?

                                      I am holder of your (icici)tax saving bond 022005-TSB-two holder no.[protected]certificate no.29197 dated 05/05/2005) deemed date 08/04/2005 and redemption date 08/04/2010 amount of each bond(issue price per bond Rs5000/-) maturity value of each bond Rs 6700/-total maturity value payable to me Rs 13400/- As I have retired from my services and now settled at my new residence as under:-

                                      ICICI Tax Saving Bonds - 022005- TSB Two — Non Payment on Maturity

                                      Sirs,
                                      I am holder of ICICI Tax Saving Bonds Feb 2005, with bondholder No. 06464118. I hold six bonds with value of Rs. 5000/- each Bond No. 26638 bearing Distinctive No.[protected] . These bonds are due for redemption on maturity today i.e. 8th April 2010. I had not received any intimationfor the same. I have changed my address from 11/1495, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur - 302017 to 7/236, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur - 302017 And My bank A/C No. is [protected] and Pan card No. AAUPV4508Q. This I had intimated to the Bank through Registered A.D on 19.03.2010but till the day I have not received Acknowledgement. I have not received yet even the maturity cheque with interest due for the year[protected] to this date. I am also not able to get the present status on your Bombay telephone number[protected] provided in your correspondence.

                                      Kindly forward the proceeds of the above bond to me ASAP at my new afore mentioned address and also let me have your email id and concerned person's name and contact number for followup.

                                      I pity Mridul and he is 100% true... Nobody bother while returning our investment from ICICI. I too purchased THREE Bonds in 2005 the same Bond of Tax Savings Bond-022005-TSB-ONE and the details are here:

                                      for the total value of Rs.15, 000/-

                                      I contacted the local office/s which they have each and every corner of every alternate street/s only to collect our hard earned money and certainly not for giving fruitful / helpful suggestions how to get our valuable deposit with ICICI.
                                      I do not know what to do ...

                                        Dear Sir/Mam,

                                        It is here by you to give a note that Its being 6-7 weeks, but my cheaque has not been cleared. due to mis match of account name and name on the cheaque.

                                        It has also been proved that mistake is from Bank side. B'cos some one has ommitted my last name from account. and i have already sent my passport copy in order to verify the person and name. But still there is no feedback from bank side.

                                        My case is handle by Malini Swamy and Namita Raj. Both of these person are not giving me right or satisfactory answer. Even they are not pickuping my phone.

                                        Please do the needfull.
