Sir,

On 06/03/2010 I wrongly deposited an amount of Rs 2500/- using deposit ATM in ICICI Bank A/c No[protected]Pranzal Saxena) instead of A/C No.[protected]Ruchika Sundriyal). As soon as i completed the transaction i noted that i have deposited against wrong A/c No.

Immediately, i informed the ICICI Chinchwad branch manager (Sushant) about the wrong transaction and requested to make the transaction of Rs 2500/- against A/C No.[protected]Ruchika Sundriyal). The manager told me to give an application for changing the same. As desired i worte an application and submitted it to the manager. Subsequently, he told me that they can't give details of the person to whom the amount is deposited as such i have to wait for another one week. As advised i done the same. Later, when i phoned the manager, he told me that the person is not responding as such they can't do anything.

In view of the aobve I am totally worried about my Rs 2500/-. Kindly do the needful.

    Hi,

    My name is Pradeep and my ICICI Credit card has been misused.

    This happened on 24th of march 2010, I came to know about the same when I got a SMS by Icici at 10:10 pm on same date (card was misused around 8:10 pm on 24th march 2010.

    I stright away called the customer care and ask them to block my credit.

    Credit card misused on 24th march 2010 :

    1) 20,000.00 @ Lakshmi gold palace(#475, Nanjundi arcade, 6th cross Sampige road, Malleshwaram, Bangalore -03
    2) 19,258.00 @ lakshmi gold palace(#475, Nanjundi arcade, 6th cross Sampige road, Malleshwaram, Bangalore -03
    3) 700.00 @ HP petrol bunk.

    Now ICICI wants me to pay the bills for all this fraud transaction.


    I have raised a complain about the same to Vijayanaga police station on 25th march 2010.

    * The card was misused by a couple in Lakshmi gold palace and they are caught on CC TV.

    Checks not done my merchant (Lakshmi gold palace)

    1. Split transaction made (20,000.00 & 19,258.00) in 16 sec.
    2.The name on the bill says Ramesh but the card says Pradeep.
    3. Signature not verified.
    4. Photo ID not collected or verified by the cashier.

    Kindly help me with this case as I want to fight against this exploitation made on a customer. Who has never been a defaulter.

    Today, I've received SMS from ICICI bank saying that I've made transactions following

    transaction o[censored]SD 35.99
    transaction o[censored]SD 599.02
    transaction of GBP 291.43
    transaction o[censored]SD 35.99

    I'm sure that above transaction I haven't made and I'm sure that my card is been misused
    I've filled a compliance against above transaction and blocked my card permanently

    I cannot pay any money on above mentioned transactions and I request ICICI Ltd to investigate this matter immediately.

    I am also looking for expert advice on what I supposed to next.

        I have been trying to update my office address for my ICICI credit card for the past 3 months but of no avail. The customer service call centre for ICICI Bank offers very poor services. Whenever I put forth my problem regarding address updation they listen to it for a while and blatantly cut off the call in the middle of the conversation. The address has to be updated from the phone banking service. The branch people do not entertain request for address change. So I am left with no option but to keep on calling these people to change my address. I would strongly urge people not to use ICICI Bank credit cards. They offer the worst services in the credit card industry.

          My Airtel mobile bill is paid by ICICI VISA Bill Pay facility. But Mobile Bill of the month Feb 2010 is not paid by the facility. So Airtel claimed Rs 50/- as the late fee. ICICI VISA Bill pay must pay late fee. Last year also they have not paid yearly primium of ICICI produntial policy. & my policy was about to laps. Need to improve this type of intermitent & trust less service.

          Same issue Happened with me in the month of may with two of my Billers AIrtel & Reliance. Same was informed to ICICI Customer care, several mails Exchanged still Issue not resolved. This is the Response i got from ICICI

          We are waiting the revert from the biller. Once we get the revert we will inform you.

          Looking forward to your co-operation.

          Biller has already provided Evidence that Payment debited from account on 14 th May was Received at their Side only on 1st June.

          How can Multiple Billers compliant about the same Issue for Bill Payments FROM ICICI BILL PAY???

            This is with reference to the Two Wheeler loan that I had availed against my Hero Honda Splendour (TN36 W 2028) Loan Ref No: LT ERO[protected]. I have paid all my dues a couple of months back and the rep had asked me to go to the bank to collect the NOC. But in spite of my repeated requests personaly and over the phone, they are not providing me with the NOC.

            Please help me out to get my NOC.

              I have taken Home Loan form your bank where my LOAN A/C NO LBGOR[protected] In the name of TARIQ SULTAN this loan I want to pre close before maturity on 10/02/2009 contact with local branch my foreclose amount is Rs 410000/-while I asked for any discount they will provide to me while branch has given me to contact from Mr Lucky Raj (Collection Manager) after contacting him he is ready to give me discount of Rs 5000/-if I pay this amount on same day 405000/-some how I manage and deposited this amount by receipt no L[protected].and they said me to come after one month to collect my property document from Gorakhpur branch. After one month when I went to take my document bank executive said me that loan has not closed due to some internal problem and wait for another fifteen day then I regularly visited the branch and contact to Mr Kaleemuddin he said that discount is not updated in system and contact to Mr lucky Raj in Lucknow branch I have went to Lucknow branch but collection manager Mr Lucky Raj not response me properly and said me to contact Gorakhpur branch they both treated me badly in spite of this further I am very forested this time they said me to deposit more than 30000/- why I should pay this amount further.



              From last one year’s I am running from Gorakhpur and Lucknow but no solution found ultimate I deicide to take some legal action against this case if this time I not found any solution

                Complaint: Without my permission ICICI bank has debited my PF amount i.e.Rs.61911.00 from my saving account. and bank stated that the amount was not credited in my account, in this regards internet printout of my updated bank statement in which credit / debit activity is highlighted is attaching in the below "Attach photos field for your review and investigation.
                I will be highly oblige if you will help me to get refund my said amount with intrest.

                As per your below mail, it has proved that the bank is playing / cheating with the customer, you stated in your below mail that "PF cheque was not credited into your savings account", now pl. find attached file of my bank account in which it is highlighted that the amount has credited into my account and on the same day it has debited without my permission.
                Another PF cheque (amount Rs.6630.00) also credited on the same day, it was not debited why?
                Hence dear banker, Please pay my this amount Rs.61911.00 with intrest. and Response immediately.

                With reference to following mail, pl. explain how the amount was debited from my account without my permission, once the amount has been credited, is it not the moral duty of bank that the matter should be discussed with party, then after only any such transaction should be done after consultation and confirmation with the party.
                If my PF amount will not release at the earliest, then the ICICI bank will equally responsible to pay the same amount i.e.Rs.61,911.00 with interest.
                The matter can be discussed at consumer forum also.
                Also share the reason why it has been returned after debiting.
                This seems the customer is not safe with the bank also since they are doing like (operating by bank only) this case with out permission of acount holder.

                Pl. give the justification on the same.

                ICICI Bank — cheque returned by icici bank also debited my account

                sir,
                i applied in reliance power ipo, i gave cheque of icici bank
                account no[protected]
                cheque amt 25875
                cheque no: 551891
                but cheque was returned by bank also amt was debited from my account. because of which i went to karvy, abn amro wasting my time for 1.5 months for money fighting for it, i would like to go legal agnaist icici bank.

                ICICI Bank — amount debited in saving account without any permission

                i have the saving account & credit card with icici bank. i was regularly paid my credit card payments even then they have charged late payment charges & interest charges in my icici credit card statement and debited the entire amount from my saving account without any intimation & permition.
                icici bank doing this things with many customers. account with icici not safe.

                  I have an ICICI Bank Saving A/c No[protected], and running my a/c from the past 3 years in better way. I have been using ICICI Bank Credit Card No [protected] which is not attached to my Saving A/c at all. I have paid Rs. 800 towards my ICICI Bank Credit Card No [protected] on 4th of March 2010. Inspite of it Bank has done lien marked in my Saving A/c No[protected], for the amount of Rs. 19087 without my consent which is not ethical. I have contacted the customer services many a times for this. Even the collection caller abused and harrased me. I am feeling quite helpless about this.
                  Now I am looking for the solution as soon as possible. as they are not listening me at all.

                  Please sir help me out with this.

                    I held a platinum acrd from ICICI Bank, I used that card and used to make the payment next month, in february i lost my job and was without a job for three months, so i asked the bank for settling the card with compassion and i promised to make the payment once the bank sent me a settlemene letter but the bank always sent collection goons calling me everytime to make the payment and never paid any heed to the settlement requst that i made, as i was in a financial difficulty. The amount kept on rising as the bank never settled the card after many repeated requests and kept on charging all kinds of charges on the outstanding, i even asked the bank to charge 3% flat monthly rate of interest on the amount outstanding but waive other charges but they never obliged. Then i joined a job and received my first salary which got credited in the bank (Incidently ICICI bank again) which the bank directly debited from the bank account without even a penny coming to me... but still they never settled the card. which even today is not settled... i urge the bank to settle the card on a compassionate basis and close the matter for ever

                    I am willing to ay the outstanding (which i have used...not the hell amount of charges that the bank has levied over abd over again.)

                    I held a silver card from ICICI Bank, I used that card and used to make the payment next month, in february i lost my job and was without a job for two months and recently joined a new job in ludhiana, so i asked the bank for settling the card with compassion and i promised to make the payment once the bank sent me a settlemene letter, i even asked the bank to charge for over limit monthly & 3% rate of interest on the amount outstanding but waive other charges but they never obliged. I want to close this matter to sattlement with compassion. I can diposit Rs 10000/- only.
                    SIR, I AM HOLDING C.CARD NO.[protected] I HAVE SETTLE THIS ACCOUT WITH AMOUNT RS26000 IN THREE INSTALLMENT, I HAVE TWO INSALLMENT RS. 8666 IN TIME, THIRD INSTALLMENT RS.8668 ALONG WITH DIPUTE FORM AND RS.1500 PAID.                     this complaint is being lodged after losing patience for 8 months my name is srinivas card no [protected] settlement dt 16/04/2009 for rs40,000/-in 3 post dated chqs 1. chq no 500082 for rs 14000/- dt 16/04/2009 2. chq no 500083 for rs14000/- dt 10/05/2009 3. chq no 500084 for rs12000/- dt 10/06/2009, the bank lost the first chq when enquired they said that chq has 6 months validity so the chq would be presented after june, when enquired in july the said to wait for 1 more month, in aug i myself requested them to collect the replacement chq but which they did not do, later they called me and accepted their mistake and requested for payment of rs14000/- which i did in 2 instalments. and in month of nov-2009 they called me and said that there was a small amount remaining which was interest portion for delayed payment(not my mistake) of rs1300/- trusting them i paid even that , now again they are calling me and asking for payment and they say that the settlement was void as the payments were not made as per the schedule, was it my mistake of not presenting the chq. the amount lost by me after settlement is 1. rs250/- stop payment charges 2.rs1300/- interest for the delayed payment (which was not my fault) kindly help me to come out of this. these are the 2 people from icici bommanahalli who misguided me at every stage 1.                     I keep getting calls from ICICI collection agents to pay up my dues. I want to pay dues and close the account with ICICI due to their pathetic customer treatment. I had stopped paying due to a dispute, which the bank has failed to settle so far. The outstanding amount on my card when i raised the dispute was Rs.3000, now the card has expired but the account shows a outstanding balance of Rs. 7,311.29 . Someone from the bank called me for a settlement of credit card, I agreed to pay Rs. 3000 for the settlement. I arranged for the cash payment, a person from some collection agency came home to pick up the payment. I asked him for a receipt of the payment and he hands me a photocopy letter, which states that its an agreement of settlement and I should get a receipt of payment from the person whoever collected the money with his details.
                    The person who came home for payment did not have any receipt, so i refused to make payment. He tried calling someone from the bank, even the bank official says the letter he had was itself a receipt of payment. I refused again to make payment. he handed over the letter to me and left. (letter was not on a letter head, it had a seal saying for ICICI bank with some signature)

                    I called ICICI bank customer care, they also asked me to go to any branch and make the payment. Later a person named Sudhakar(sudhakar.sr), who claims to be from ICICI bank called me and told me that he will send the receipt through email, guess what he mailed me...the same letter that the collection guy had handed over to me. I refused to pay without a proper acknowledgement, so he asked me not to pay.

                    I feel ICICI Bank(sudhakar.sr) and the DSA/collection agency are cheating me. I have always had a terrible experience with ICICI and this card. I want to end this.

                    Can someone help me as to whom I should reach up to get this settled. I definitely don't want to go to sudhakar, he is a cheat.

                    I want a confirmation from ICICI bank that I have paid my dues(NOC) and there is not amount outstanding.
                    A confirmation that they have not negatively updated my Credit report..

                      I have spoken to Shaikh from ICICI BANK on[protected] at 11:00pm.

                      I have not received the hard copy of my credit card statement. From the soft copy of the statement I have noticed that there are 2 transactions for the same payment. They are as follows :-

                      22/02/2010 74056630054005300103088 MAX NEW YORK INS CO LTD 20,002.00
                      22/02/2010 74568220054700139000015 MNYL PAYMENT 20,001.46

                      After speaking to shaikh came to know the transaction ids and time of transactions as per ICICI Bank is :-

                      [protected]:36am 543682 MNYL payment bill desk - 20,001.46
                      [protected]:08am 664810 Max New York Life Insurance - 20,0002

                      I wanted to raise a dispute as there should be only one transaction,the second one is definitely a mistake.

                      Shaikh refused to raise the dispute. - This is absolutely unacceptable and againt consumer rights! How can agents refuse to lodge customer disputes?

                      I mentioned clearly that I will not pay for the wrong transactions.

                      Also he transferred the called and am waiting for over 15 minutes to be transferred to supervisor. - 11:14 pm[protected]

                      We have also lodged a complaint with Max New York Life - Reference No. -2210995.

                      Please note Max New York Life has quoted only one successful transaction ID from their end - 43328 at 11:09am at[protected].

                      I am copying the mail to Max New York Life department.

                      My payment due date is 7th of April.

                      I will be very obliged if the wrong charges are credited before that.

                      Grievance No- 1 : Without knowing the appropriate reason or without calling to customer and understanding the problem or by without written communication with customer - How you are applying the lean in the A/C ? Who has given you the Authority -
                      Grievance No -2 : Call Centre- Commit Something/ credit manager Doing something else. there is no coordination between the internal dept and fighting each other which is seen when we visit in the bank.
                      Always passing the bugs.
                      Grievance No 3 : When credit card are sold to customer (Gold or Silver ) they invite like carpet honor, but if person misses one EMI- they punish jsu like police hammer a criminal.
                      Grievance No 4 : Never the local office respond to normal customer properly / Either in Land line or Cell.

                      3 Times My Saving A/C was leaned - But never before I was called or intimated or no one spoke to me and understand the difficulties of the customer who are willing to pay the Due and imposing Lean & heaving interest charges .

                      Pl call me with 7 Dys and I have lot may grievances to convey . if I dont get the response - may escalates to Shri Kamat Sir & Chanda D Kochhar.( Mam)- I m most dissatisfied customer

                        Dear sir,
                        I've applied for the credit card in the month of December,2006, which was approved by the bank and sent fo Dispatch in Jan,2007.
                        But i did not get the card to my hand till March,2007.
                        So,I have applied for cancellation my credit card XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-2002 in the month of March ,2007 as i did not recieve the card to my hand for which i got the confirmation also.

                        Now problem started :
                        1) In the month of October,2007 Rs 10,000 was debited from my ICICI Savings Account whiout my notice, when enquired at bommanahalli Branch (Bangalore); officials told me that it was deducted as i had credit card payment due.

                        After following up with them over phone, that amount was reversed and bank officials declared that ther is no out standing in my account and it was debited
                        because system was not updated.

                        Worst part is i did not recieve any Bill statement either as e-statement or hard copy.
                        Till that day or even after that.

                        2) I got my first statement surprisingly in the month of September, 2008 stating that there is an outstanding amount of Rs.12656.08. When checked with customer care below is the response from them:

                        "I was billed Insurance amount by ICICI Lombard in the month of March 28,2007 for Rs.5683.00 on EMI basis for 24months which was not informed to me either by mail or by any other means.
                        But i've recieved the hard copy of insurance in the month of April (after cancelling my card)
                        As I've cancelled my card, EMI is foreclosed and complete amount was billed to my card."

                        4) When checked the Policy number in the ICICI website , I was getting an error that it is not a valid policy number.

                        5)) One more surprise was, I got a Request number:"SR80576504" on
                        September 24,2008 that credit card cancellation is initiated ( :) on already cancelled card).

                        4) Now they back has sent a recent statement that they have sent my details to CIBIL.

                        My questions are:
                        1) Why statements were not mailed in April,2007 or May 2007 or even after that till September 24,2008.?
                        2) Whenever i approached Customer care they were stating that they have data only after September,2008 , basing onwhich they are sending the statements to me?
                        3) How the amount which should be 5683.00 got cummulated to 12656.08?
                        4) Why Insurance amount was billed even after policy number was not accepted by ICICI website?

                        This is a very embrassing situation which makes me to refrain myself in entertaining ICICI Bank for my transaction in future.

                        I cannot pay the amount which was never useful to me.
                        Please let me know how to deal with the situation.

                          I am the seller of a property in Bangalore.

                          All property documents / details had been provided to buyer before loan sanction.

                          The buyer insisted that he would proceed with agreement only after he got it cleared through legal / technical team in ICICI. Valuation people came on Feb 25th or so. They apparently gave him the go ahead, after which we signed the sale agreement on March 1st.

                          The buyer has given EMI cheques and everything was supposedly ready for disbursement, with registration scheduled for April 3rd.

                          Now they are raising an objection due to horizontal deviation, deviation from plan and lack of setbacks

                          Mitigants
                          The property in existence for nearly 10 years now
                          Taxes up to date
                          All construction in the area is similar
                          ICICI Bank had funded the property in 2004 and loan closed only in Jan 2010.

                          The loan amount approved is about Rs.20 lakhs, when purchase price is Rs.36.9 lakhs. The buyer is contributing almost 46% (Rs.16.9 lakhs). Properties in the area are sellling for Rs.40-50 lakhs. Considering that, the risk to the bank seems low.


                          My parents have paid an advance for another home in RT Nagar and were supposed to sign the agreement today (25th) and move this weekend (27th and 28th)

                          I spent almost $750 to get the PoA attested by the Indian Embassy. They asked for several documents at different points of time, but we gave them everything. They even asked for my PAN Card details, saying it was required for disbursement.

                          After co-operating with them completely, why are they raising this issue now?

                          The buyer and his wife are both employed in good companies (Fidelity and Infosys) and their down payment is quite high. Its not as if they are going to default on the loan, even if someone raises an objection later on. I am sure they will deal with it and resolve it.

                          Did it take them ONE MONTH to realize that there are technical deviations?


                          If deal falls through, who is going to compensate for all the expenses, incurred by me as well as the buyer?

                          I fully intend to ensure that the buyer takes up this matter in Consumer Court for compensation, since I would be deducting all my expenses + penalty from the advance payment that he has made.

                              Cheque was deposited in Old Gajuwaka Branch of ICICI dtd 20.01.10. Cheque No. is 869074 and Cheque is of Dena Bank, Khaperkheda, Nagpur. Cheque got rejected on 23.01.10 due insufficient balance in the account of Dena Bank. After rejection of the Cheque it was sent to my Base Branch ICICI Basant Lok, New Delhi. After that I have made a request to the Customer Care of ICICI Bank to send the cheque to my destination branch i.e., Old Gajuwaka ICICI Branch. Cheque is in name of Mahendra Kr Vaish. Cheque was given by Mr. Firoz account Holder of Dena Bank. Cheque Amount is Rs.25000/-. After a week Amount balance was sufficient in the payee account but due to lack of Cheque I was unable to withdraw money from it. Customer Care informed that they have dispatched the cheque from my base branch to requested Branch on 9th of February by the SkyLark Courier. Courier people provided the Mobile No of an executive but that no. is not responding and Docket no. has not been provided by them after requesting also. In this way 3 months passed but till now no resolution is there regarding the subject. Till the result of the cheque is bleak. I would like to request you to see the matter seriously and take necessary action so that cheque should not go in wrong hands or misused.

                                Reg: Car Loan a/c no.LADEL[protected]:
                                My loan was completed in January 2010 and by confirming over phone for completion certificate and deletion of Hypothecation Clause from my Registration Certificate(RC), the bank told me that these documents will be sent to me by 23'January'2010 but till date it has not reached.
                                Please arrange to do the needful that the bank must send me the documents with the confirmation over phone. I am in urgent need.

                                Yes i completely agree with the complaint filed as My father is suffering from the same. He had received a confirmation call from the bank but has not received any papers yet. They are telling him to come to their Jhandewalan branch and collect the papers himself. We have been caught up in a mess now. I request you to kindly wake up the bank from the slumber and tell them to serve the people what they deserve. Please help the common man and help the needful.

                                  I applied for preapproved home loan last year (Oct-Nov 2009). In Nov 2009. I was sanctioned loan for Rs 4,11,000. They did it within week time...I appreciated it through my email to them.

                                  In February 2010, I finalized deal for plot located in Saaligrampura, Jaipur. Saaligrampura is JDA (Jaipur Development Authority) approved colony. JDA launched this scheme in 1997.

                                  I submitted deal agreement and other documents that ICICI asked for on 11th February 2010. I was told, that reimbursement process will take atmost 4-5 days. I waited for their call but didn't receive any for more than a week. I then contact ICICI and told bt official that there is no demarcation on plot. I explained that two sided boundary and plot number marking is already done by JDA. All other banks are offering loans in same scenario. After having few days discussion, I agreed to construct boundary on remaining two sides. When construction gets over, I intimated about same to ICICI on March 11, 2010.

                                  PLEASE NOTE: I never got calls from ICICI officials. Every time I was making call. I even went to their office after taking appointment but found no one to entertain me. Frustrated !!!

                                  On March 16, 2010, I again visited their office. Then ridiculous thing happen...ICICI loan officer said that we can't approve loan. I asked Why? They explained that we don't find any landmark near plot location. I argued that this colony is JDA approved, I submitted all documents, there is no dispute on property and it is clean (ICICI panel of registrars approved that)....then how can you reject? But they sticked to their saying that there is no landmark near plot.

                                  Funny fact is that JDA map plan was with them, even they not able to locate plot....isn't this funny?

                                  I simply ask them to hand over rejection letter to me and mention reason within it. But they don't even bother to do this. They handed rejection letter mentioning that loan is been rejected as technical norms not met. No other details provided. I urged to mention details but they keep saying that this letter is only what they can hand over to me. Don't know what's could be the reason....

                                  They said that my application processing fee will be refunded to me. I was told to submit application to refund application fees.

                                  My question is why this reason given to me so late after ONE month I submitted property related documents? Why ICICI emphasized on boundary wall construction when there was already no landmark there? Were they thinking that landmark will appear itself after demarcation? Why this decision came after I spend money on construction? Why???

                                  Now, I am verge of losing this deal just because of all this delays and irresponsible actions. I may get my application processing fee back but what about time I lost? What about financial loss I will face if this deal breaks....

                                  Poor customer care demonstration was shown up their officials and even more bad they have no value for time.

                                  Based upon my experience, I strongly recommend NEVER approach "ICICI Home Loan".

                                    I had requested for a cheque book which was sent on 12th March 2010 by ICICI bank. I am not yet receive it.
