My name is Mayank Singh and Rs. 569.77 was deducted by ICICI for no reason. I have never used my DMAT account and was forced to open it by the bank employee. He specifically told me that there will be no additional charges but the amount was deducted without any notification and I was left to dry.

The transaction is illegal, I only want my money back.

    I am Ritesh Roy Chowdhury from Kolkata and today I saw that Rs.268 is deducted from my account as DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL A
    PR-22.
    I have never used the ICICI Direct demat account to trade in market. So why I am charged this amount and also this deduction was done without any prior intimation through mail or sms.

    I want this clarified and want the amount to be credited in my account.

          Loan Part Payment not Credited/received

          We have made the loan part payment for our ICICI Bank Loan amount 322230/- on 17/05/2022. Payment was done from the amount with Union Bank. The transaction is successful and the amount is debited in the Union Bank. But the credit is not reflected in the ICICI Loan account till date. Nor is the payment returned to Union Bank. We have made the payment through ICICI Bank website and the payment portal is IBIBO Web Pvt Ltd with thier bank details....

              I'm working with World Bank. My bank account got deducted every month in the name of ECS. This month they deducted totally Rs 37000.
              Now they deducted Rs 5000 on 22nd May'22 and today I received my salary of 32K which also got deducted immediately. Deduction happened totally of 64 times of Rs 590 each
              When I called the customer care they said it was because my EMI from Cashe. Money auto debit was bounced because of insufficient fund while I already the paid the EMIs on time. There is no information on such charges is pending in my account which will be deducted.
              This is a fraud bank and I am submitting the same complaint to RBI and Nadal officer, Ombudsman, SEBI and Consumer Court. Also I'm going to escalate this issue to World Bank to get in touch with RBI officials.
              I really in need of money as i'm in emergency situation and have to pay hospital expenses
              Please stay away from ICICI. one of the worst bank in India.

                  Unauthorized transactions

                  I have had ICICI savings account for more than 12 years. I also have the ICICI direct account that is linked with the savings account. Never had any problems but today I noticed several transactions done on my savings account related to the linked ICICI Direct account.                   Hi this aswini, I have taken by phone emi from zest money app connected with my savings account icici bank. That emi date is every month on 5th date for 9months before that I have paid for 6months on 30th every month but my last due date every 5th...this month I don't have cash to pay on 30th so tht last due date I will pay on 5th May... AMT WILL REFLECTED ON 5TH MAY... AFTER THAT SLOWDOWN AH AUTO DEBIT IN MY ACCOUNT ONCE I WILL SEE MY STATMENT STATUS AMOUNT WILL DEBITED WHAT A RUBBISH IS THIS...                     Within 15-20 days bank has deducted around[protected] rupees. Why they are charging i dont know its my salary account and it comes under the nach_adn_chrge_ingen something like that please resolve this issue aspa. Today 433 rupees got deducted again.

                      Without any prior notice or email, my bank account has been frozen since almost 1 and a half week now, and there has been no action taken for the same. No reason has been given for this either. When we visited the main branch of the bank, the branch manager mentioned that he also doesn't have the required information. He told us to wait for the bank to contact us, which the bank has not done till now. Please resolve this matter as soon as possible, as we have our whole business halted due to the payments that are not being received or being sent.

                                I have received a call from ICICI customer care on 21.05.2022 regarding a personal loan with a minimum interest of 8.20% based on the credit card. I shown interest as the interest is low. Then they asked for my savings bank account number for crediting the loan and I gave my number. After that, they told that the interest rate is 8.20% for the loan amount of Rs 2, 50, 000/-. I have agreed to the said interest rate. Further, they told that EMI amount for Rs 2, 50, 000 is Rs 12500. I asked that the EMI amount seems to be high (Your calculation is Rs 12500, as per the standard calculation is Rs 11330 for 2 years) compared to the standard calculation.
                                I have compared with the standard calculation, your EMI amount is very high around 18% interest rate. Then I didn’t agreed this interest rate and loan amount. But ICICI customer care official said you have already told me yes. Not possible to cancel the loan now, I told I will not agree. Then they told me that, one SMS we will send your registered mobile number, and you have to send a reply as I agreed on the terms and condition of ICICI. I didn’t reply to that SMS. After two days, (23.05.2022) I have received a mail from your customer care stating that, your loan process is completed and DD will reach my address within 5 days.
                                I have surprised, by how this ICICI team is threatening me. I believe that ICICI is very good banking and they are customer-oriented. But after seeing this mail I have shocked.
                                Now today ie 25.05.2022 they are dispatched the DD to my address.
                                Here, you see forcibly sending the DD even we are not agreeing.
                                I raised the complaint to the ICICI customer care official, they told once credited in my account, you may cancel with penalty charges.
                                This is totally against the customer.
                                This has to be addressed by ICICI bank.

                                  I got email that "A purchase of INR 299.00 has been made using your Debit Card linked to ICICI Bank Account XX329 on 23-May-22. Info: VSI*GOOGLE PLAY."

                                  I couldn't do that so even in past i saw 2 more transaction happened.
