I have reapplied for Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card on 4 May 2022. My application was rejected in previous attempt. This time I opened a new ICICI Bank account and reapplied after 6 months. My application completely digital and paperless, It s been more than 12 days now still showing Application Under Process We are assessing your application for Credit Card as it was on day 1. I thought since it s paperless and verification is not required, it will not take this much time.

      I am an icici bank customer. On 13-may-2022 an amount of INR 18, 669 has been debited from my account. I don't know what they debited for. The bank debited the amount without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the debited amount is.this type direction is not ethical please return my debited amount.

        Icici deducts MAB charges without intimating regarding the debit. Eventhough this is salary account from 2010 and they have removed it as a salary account without intimating the customer and It was opened on zero balance I didn't get any information if they are converting the salary account to normal saving account.

        They have deducted my amount around Rs 1800.(DEC, Jan, FEB, Mar, Apr)
        I need my money back. It's a big fraud with me. Never received any sms alerts for these deduction.

            Credit card was blocked by me for a long time and they suddenly started claiming that we pay yearly charge and then started charging on top of it.

            I do not even know credit card number so can not raise complaint on their portal

            This is ongoing from many months and I keep getting SMS but can not figure out from that SMS where to raise complaint

              I have defaulted two two days in repaying my credit card bill. I was on travel and i forgot to pay. a person from icici credit card called me and reminded me that my credit card bill is overdue and i have to pay immediately to avoid late payment charges. i have assured them and paid my total due on the same day. I received my next month bill and i have been charged 750+ GST on my bill for late payment fee. i contacted customer care and informed them the total story but they simply rejected my request for late payment fee reversal. Why icici people make fake promises if they cant do so. pakka cheating.

                  I enquired for Home loan for purchase of plot at my native place at Siddarth nagar Mysore branch where I have an SB account . Loan was only20lac and told to me to be pre approved based on salary details, even issued sanction letter to me .Agent - Lohith C & manager assured loan would be disbursed in a week . I shared all the documents with in a day . However, next day itself on enquiry, They told loan can not be disbursed as that project is to be specifically approved by ICICI, which is a ridiculous condition & without doing anything just deducted processing fee.

                  When it was their fault of not informing the unfair pre condition, why I am being charged for processing fee.

                      My name is Bhargavi. I'm an employee and when I joined the company 5 years back I was given ICICI food card which got expired on 04/22 .

                      I would need a new card but the problem is that I don't have my old email id and phone number active to apply which I gave during the card issue time .I am also unable to reach helpdesk and unable to login to portal (showing card invalid status), can you assist me.

                      Every month during salary credit 2000 rs is automatically being deducted for food card and currently the card should have around 12000 rupees so plese help.

                            We are group of 4 proffessionals possessing good salary and excellent CIBIL scores have contacted your loan executive Mr. Duttatray prakash pawale(Ph:[protected]) and Mr Anurag Khadikar(Ph: [protected]) for Land Loan in a reputed project of Pune, which APF no. is already available with the bank i.e.PUN/19/5007

                            Mr. Duttatray had made false committment to provide loan at 6.70% for 20yrs with 80% of project cost and sactioned within 4 days of providing all the documents.

                            As Developer has condition to execute the deal within a specified period, if we have to avail cheaper land rate. Hence, we wanted to execute the deal this week only.

                            Based of Duttaray's committment, we applied for loan with ICICI, but Mr. Duttaray is a slow paced personality took more than 8 days to issue sanction letter. Moreover, RBI raised interest rate by 0.4 and he grab the oppurtunity to raise it by 0.45 to the committment and issues saction letter at 7.15% that too for only 10 yrs. The processing charges and pre-closure charges are also differeing his committment.

                            Moreover, when raised this point, he is showing " jo mil rha hai le lo" attitude and challanging to escalate it wherever you want, and saying saction letter can be issues only with 10yrs period, but at the time of disbursement, we will see what best can be done in this matter.

                            After receiving so many false statements from him, I hardly have any trust on him and I can not go with his words.
                            Also, I do not understand what is the issue for ICICI in issuing the loan tennure as 20 yrs.

                            We all have plans to also took home loan post this deal, but after observing the false committments by ICICI, its seems hard to go again.

                            ICICI executive have already wasted my 8 days in processing. Hence, I am escalating it with a hope that immediate action would be taken in this regard and we will get a corrected saction letter with the committed values ASAP.

                              Issue : MAB Deduction

                              My account was funded against my salary with 26300 INR on 5th of May and my account got deducted on 11th of May with INR 536.31 against April MAB however in the month of April also my account was credited with 16500 INR against salary.
                              When i called the team at customer care they said that the charges are genuine and will deduct every month if 10000 INR balance is not maintained in my account.

                              Now you guys please tell me why the hell they are (People at ICICI Bank) mentally harassing me by deducting charges unnecessarily every month.
                              Is this the way ICICI Bank their customers and please explain is this in detail.

                              And when try and contact their team at customer care, they don't give any relevant resolution.

                              I am a family man, if these guys keep on deducting like this, how will i survive. Please intervene and reverse my money back to my account.

                                I created an ICICI MINE Savings Account a Day ago but still I don't get my account number and all the details of my account. I have even transferred the fund amount required in the process. After filling all the details for creating an account online on this Bank, It told me to do my Video KYC but without verifying my Video KYC, a new message appeared which was saying that "Your account details have been captured. Bank will get back to you in 4 days with the account number." But it's been days I didn't received any SMS or CALL from the Bank neither got any MAIL. I tried to report this issue to their customer care service but they don't allow me to get connected to any customer care executives without account number. I haven't got my account number yet and that's the main issue I'm facing. Bank lied to me that I will receive my account details within 4 days.
                                had experienced the worst time with this Bank while creating an Zero Balance Mine Savings Account online, their staff lied to me because they don't know what to do. My request is that please solve my problem and open my MINE savings account without giving me any kind of harassments. I can't even retry because when I try to create the same account again or if I try to track my application it says "There is an existing Account in our records with the Permanent Account Number (PAN) entered by you. If you are holding an existing account with us, please login to internet banking or iMobile else contact customer care". But the funny thing is that I can't do any of the mentioned things because they won't allow me to do. Thank you so much, I hope I get a solution very soon.

                                    I lost my elder brother last year due to COVID who was working in HCL Technologies. Due to this my parents was going through Trauma and I had to resign due to their health issues. I resigned on 3rd March 2022 with the last working date of 21-March-2022. My manager Miss Yati Vaish (Emp ID 487361) also accepted and approved the same. I started following with the fnf team for my fnf settlement as I am jobless and needed some funds for my parents treatment. on 15th April, I received an email from the fnf team stating that there is a recovery amount of INR-4243/- on account of 9 days salary recovery. On asking, I came to know that my reporting manager had marked absent in my attendance sheet even though I attended the office. Request you to pls intervene as I am the only person left to take care of my parents as well as my elder brother's family.

                                    Nobody damn cares for the employees as well as the customers in such a big organization like ICICI Bank. More than 8000 complains stands unresolved and everyday many more new complains gets published. I don't know what is CEO of the company busy with when his employees and customers are not happy.
                                    Let's see what steps are taken in my case.
                                    I am asking the HR department in Iprocess to provide me the Form 16 for filling the ITR, but no-one is damn intrested in issuing the same. No FnF and no Form 16, monopoly should be stopped immediately so that others do not suffer.

                                      Cash stuck in cash deposit machine

                                      I have deposited Rs.50000 in ICICI Bank Cash Deposit machine (Bhagalpur Branch) today (Wednesday, 11th May - around 7:30 AM). Money was accepted into the machine. But at the end while printing the Cash Deposit detail, machine shows transaction got declined and no money was returned from the machine. It did not receive the slip. Called the customer care but no proper response was given....
