We are group of 4 proffessionals possessing good salary and excellent CIBIL scores have contacted your loan executive Mr. Duttatray prakash pawale(Ph:[protected]) and Mr Anurag Khadikar(Ph: [protected]) for Land Loan in a reputed project of Pune, which APF no. is already available with the bank i.e.PUN/19/5007
Mr. Duttatray had made false committment to provide loan at 6.70% for 20yrs with 80% of project cost and sactioned within 4 days of providing all the documents.
As Developer has condition to execute the deal within a specified period, if we have to avail cheaper land rate. Hence, we wanted to execute the deal this week only.
Based of Duttaray's committment, we applied for loan with ICICI, but Mr. Duttaray is a slow paced personality took more than 8 days to issue sanction letter. Moreover, RBI raised interest rate by 0.4 and he grab the oppurtunity to raise it by 0.45 to the committment and issues saction letter at 7.15% that too for only 10 yrs. The processing charges and pre-closure charges are also differeing his committment.
Moreover, when raised this point, he is showing " jo mil rha hai le lo" attitude and challanging to escalate it wherever you want, and saying saction letter can be issues only with 10yrs period, but at the time of disbursement, we will see what best can be done in this matter.
After receiving so many false statements from him, I hardly have any trust on him and I can not go with his words.
Also, I do not understand what is the issue for ICICI in issuing the loan tennure as 20 yrs.
We all have plans to also took home loan post this deal, but after observing the false committments by ICICI, its seems hard to go again.
ICICI executive have already wasted my 8 days in processing. Hence, I am escalating it with a hope that immediate action would be taken in this regard and we will get a corrected saction letter with the committed values ASAP.
