Have a sapphiro credit card
however my payment was due on 5th april 2022, but unfortunately i was admitted in hospital due to covid19
(can share the reports and hospital bills if required) and i kept trying making the payment for my card, but the payment got failed several times via icici net banking, i used to get message like due to security reasons the payment is stopped, and the payment got posted to my account only on 11th april
i told the phone banking officer to waive the charges for interest and late fees as me being a customer in good standing, and i have never missed any credit card payment from the last 12 years,
only on humanitarian grounds i told them, please waive the interest and late fees levied, but the phone banking officer talked up very rudely and told what we can do in this
i told payment was delayed also from icici banks end as it was getting failed via net banking, but the phone banking officer told me, you can cancel the card if you dont need
this is not something i was expecting being a customer of icici and its various products like prudential, in case you can do the needful to waive the same, that would be really helpful sir
also when i tried raising the request by submitting the complaint form, you can see that level 1 request was closed when i tried raising request at level 2 by submitting the form to mr phani kumar thota, the system does not allow me, it says account number and service request are not matching

similarly i tried explaining the phone banking officers that payment was getting failed by icici net banking
i did not have any upi service linked to my account as you can see, there is no upi mapped to my account other wise i would have made payment via upi
i give you full permission to access my phone recordings with the phone banking officers made during 5th to 16th april as i want a resolution for the same
the phone banking officer would say they are transferring the call to their senior colleague and they used to transfer the call to ivr, which was way too pathetic, i thought this might be due to system glitch, but i happended not once but 5 times
can share you transaction failed screenshots messages from icici bank which i received while making payment, request you to please waive the interest and the charges levied as a one time relaxation to my account, as am a icici customer since past 12 years, i also use its other services like prudential, mutual funds, and insurance as well and i am also very much satisfied with all your services till date, except for the ones which am mentioning in here
every bank waives credit card charges never expected this from icici bank thatt they never care for their old customers
