Yesterday, as I was setting up my google pay account, I received an SMS from ICICI Bank stating that my request for UPI registration has started from ICICI bank. However, I do not have an account in this bank. Kindly look into it as it is hindering my bank activities.

      I had applied for Amazon Pay ICICI Credit Card almost a month ago. Had all the KYC and processes been completed, I had also received mails and SMS saying the application is processed and the card would be dispatched through Delhivery. But I received a mail couple of weeks back saying "Unclaimed: Your ICICI Bank Credit Card - Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card status"
      I have checked the address on the Delhivery tracking website and it is incorrect. I tried all possible means, calling customer care and requesting for re-dispatch online, but all the forums need the 16-digit credit card number. But how am I supposed to know to card number if I haven't received the card yet. Please contact me and expedite the re-dispatch of the card.

        Gold Loan renewal and Lien on account

        Hi,

        As per the ICICI intimation I was supposed to renew my gold loan by 20th Nov 2021.

        For this purpose ICICI have put lien on my account.

        I had visited the branch(ICICI ANANTHANAGAR ELECTRONIC CITY, BANGALORE) on 19th Nov. As per the deputy manager instructions I have transferred the amount required for Gold Loan renewal to my savings account on 19th. It's been 2 days still my gold loan account...

        ICICI Bank had auto dedcted on 29/09/2021 Rupee 1899.00 from my saving account as (PPL/WPP_SR77892965_Renewal of Policy), I never accepted any policy like this
        (PPL/WPP_SR77892965_Renewal of Policy) and I don't really have any idea about the policy itself. This is really bad, my hard-earned money is been robbed by your trusted Bank. Please don't play with people's money. I kindly request to refund the deducted amount 1899.00 to my account.

          Icici Bank deducted Rs. 2.36 surcharge from my Account for the transaction of Rs. 500 used on a petrol pump. This is not acceptable at all.

                  Dear Sir/ma'am,
                  I had cardless cash withdrawal from icici bank atm( mukesh colony) with my icici bank account[protected], amount 3500 inr, on 03/11/2021 time 8:45 approx, that time was atm machine not dispensed cash for me, but 3500 inr amount deducted from my account.
                  Same day I had contact icici bank customer care service, they told me in three working amount reverse in your account, but amount not reversed, than customer care file Complaint, SR[protected], on 09/11/2021, but they did close Complaint in three days without solution, and after contact on customer care they told contact to branch, branch told contact to customer care, no solution for customer satisfaction

                    Sir/Madam,

                    On Dated 20th August, 2021, Rs 90, 000 which i suppose to debit from my ICICI Saving account detail A/C number[protected] to my own HDFC Saving account detail -[protected] as this amount urgently require to transfer for college fee to my daughter. I used ICICI mobile app for the same and completed the entry. Later after few days when i found that amount not credited in my HDFC saving account, then by further gone in depth found the same amount was debited to HDFC Credit card account which i closed almost four to five year back ( there is no due and HDFC credit card account closed). ICICI statement showing that your Rs 90k credited in A/C HDFC Credit card [protected]. Since this credit card account closed long back and i am not using this card since many years. So i visited ICICI branch & raised the service request to take up matter with HDFC bank and get it refund the amount in my ICICI account.
                    I received very good response from Brach staff of ICICI Mahadevpura- Bangalore & they raised service request number SR[protected] & confirm that amount will be credited in next four weeks. i followed thru the number which given by their staff. After few weeks i surprised, icici send again one mail that your complaint closed and now you take up with other bank as they are not refunding your amount. Again i send the email to customer care on 14th Nov and requested to resolve the complaint as i lost interest on rs 90000 from past three months. I surprised that they again written back to me that we debited the amount to HDFC credit card and showing in your HDFC Credit card which in actual i dont have such credit card account. Request to take up with bank and help to get refund of Rs 90, 000 which no one listening since three months.

                        i have applied for ICICI Credit Card and provided My personal Email Id: [protected]@gmail.com for communication but all the emails are landing into my office's email id which creates problems for me, I want them on my personal id. I have requested through office Email id to send all the communication on my personal id instead of office’s id but the same is not fixed till date.

                          Description: I have been using ICICI savings account from past 5 years. From May 2021, I see that I have been charged for not maintaining minimum balance in savings account. Till now I have been charged with 3300 INR without any notification.

                          Desirable resolution: Please refund the amount deducted from my account without any notification.

                            Am an icici bank customer. Today 16-11-21 ecsrtnchg charged 590 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. This happens twice in last 3 months.Please explain what the charge it is.                                 I have applied for home loan on 14 Nov 2021 on internet banking. the home loan approval letter received by me a, after submitting the detail of required location, a Rs of 3717 has been paid by me. No bank customer care contact with me within one day working day. i physically visitied the nearest bank of my town Faridabad.

                                Bank rep told me that Sir we don't give the location you mentioned. Please contacted with customer care for further refund. After trying so many calls, no one told me the refund process. You are requested to please help me

                                    Credit Card closed but showing in Cibil

                                    My 3 Credit Card closed a year ago of ICICI Bank but also showing in my cibil. Being a big institution after closing a year ago but also they have not sent the report to cibil. Every month it is showing in my cibil due to that i am unable to apply for any loan as it is showing its credit value in my cibil...

                                    I have booked flight ticket through Make My Trip.com on 15/11/2021 from Ahmedabad to Goa Round Trip. The amount of Rs.15322/- has been deducted from my creditcard. But booking was not confirmed. I have earlier contacted ICICI customer care and MMT customer care. But no have replied me properly. Please look into the matter and shortout my issue.
