My name is Md Adil Hussain having salary account in company (SLEEK) informing you that I got a letter from icici bank in this month regarding loan disbursement of Rs- 48, 499/- which is converted in 6 EMI & on 3rd November 1st EMI of Rs- 8, 465/- has been debited with auto debit mode, but I have not taken any loan or purchase any things in October month of Rs-48, 499/- But How it is possible that without any customer approval/OTP/confirmation/no any phone messages or emails, loan can be disbursed .
I want the details of the loan from where, how, why and who's done this.
This unacceptable thing happened in a reputed ICICI bank .
Immediately Please look into this matter on a priority basis & cancel the consumer loan which is not done by me & return my debited amount of Rs-8, 465/[protected].
I'm requesting you please stop the auto debit option first then cancel the loan process which is not done by me .
called customer care, they are saying the branch will help you for the same, they ll provide you the cancellation form and do the needful, kindly but bank is not doing any things, kindly solve this issue as soon as possible.
I have visited my 4 nearest ICICI branches (KOLKATA) and also visited ICICI back office (Landmark building Kolkata ), too many emails to ICICI customer care but I didn't get any help nor support from anywhere.
