This is Krishna Kumar Gupta
i have applied for ICICI Credit Card and provided My personal Email Id: [protected]@gmail.com for communication but all the emails are landing into my office's email id which creates problems for me, I want them on my personal id. I have requested through office Email id to send all the communication on my personal id instead of office’s id but the same is not fixed till date.

    Hi,

    Date of incident: 01/05/2021 - 17/11/2021

    Description: I have been using ICICI savings account from past 5 years. From May 2021, I see that I have been charged for not maintaining minimum balance in savings account. Till now I have been charged with 3300 INR without any notification.

    Desirable resolution: Please refund the amount deducted from my account without any notification.

      Am an icici bank customer. Today 16-11-21 ecsrtnchg charged 590 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. This happens twice in last 3 months.Please explain what the charge it is. This type direction is not good please return my charged amount. My email id is vaibhav.[protected]@outlook.com

          I have applied for home loan on 14 Nov 2021 on internet banking. the home loan approval letter received by me a, after submitting the detail of required location, a Rs of 3717 has been paid by me. No bank customer care contact with me within one day working day. i physically visitied the nearest bank of my town Faridabad.

          Bank rep told me that Sir we don't give the location you mentioned. Please contacted with customer care for further refund. After trying so many calls, no one told me the refund process. You are requested to please help me

              Credit Card closed but showing in Cibil

              My 3 Credit Card closed a year ago of ICICI Bank but also showing in my cibil. Being a big institution after closing a year ago but also they have not sent the report to cibil. Every month it is showing in my cibil due to that i am unable to apply for any loan as it is showing its credit value in my cibil...

              I have booked flight ticket through Make My Trip.com on 15/11/2021 from Ahmedabad to Goa Round Trip. The amount of Rs.15322/- has been deducted from my creditcard. But booking was not confirmed. I have earlier contacted ICICI customer care and MMT customer care. But no have replied me properly. Please look into the matter and shortout my issue.

                  Account number[protected].I am using icici credit card which was upgraded to Amazon card and now I have two cared with different number having saw limit of 25000. Now while making payment I have made payment of 1000 rs which was not updated on the card and late fine is levied .now as per history I have never missed my payment so I tried calling icici but after waiting for 30 mins for the charged call no response was there a girl received the call and then the call was disconnected.i marked mail for the same but no response yet.
                  Please look into the same

                    Account number[protected] under name of Atul Viplav As I am using icici Amazon card but in my app two cards are reflecting and I have made the payment on card for 1000 rs but due to some issue it was updated on different card and now late fine is levied of 750rs. I am using this care from past 3 years and there is no single late fine or any due which is missed .so Please reverse my amount so that I can pay the rest amount .I have done calls to icici and waiting time was 30 miny and call got disconnected without conversation also mail is marked from my registered mail id but still no revert is there.i am frustrated with the response of icici

                      Good morning,
                      I have paid my hostel fee for Amrita Vishwa Vidhyapeetham university Coimbatore, using eazypay on 14/11/2021 at 11.05 am. The amount of Rs.29, 260 has been detected from my State bank of India account. But it didn't get reflected in my college portal. When I asked the accounts department of my college they told me they didn't receive the payment yet.

                      Please repair this issue.

                        ICICI Bank increased my locker yearly rent by 300%.

                        Now you decide what sort of banking services are provided by ICICI Bank,
                        when I told the employee about closing the FD linked to the locker ac, I was told that can be done by internet banking.

                        But, login to bank ac the internet banking services does not work to close the FD ac.

                        Since I am having savings bank ac with 4 other banks, I am trying to close all ac which I have with ICICI Bank. One year ago, I closed the demat ac due to their bad services. Now after getting the deposit amount as well as reimbursement amount, I plan to close the ac permananetly.

                                  Iwish not able to close the goal

                                    OTP Not delivered to Mobile Number enable with International Roaming

                                    I have started travelling again from August but the ICICI Bank transaction OTP is not getting delivered. SBI is working perfectly fine. Is this is issue with ICICI only ? What is the solution....
