Hello Team,

I had made a transaction on Nov 9, 2021. I immediately made a void sale transaction but the refund has not been credited back to my account.
Please find attached the receipts for this, Please take this as a priority and credit my money back to my account. I waited but found no refund credited into my account. Please check and confirm.

I enquired with my saving account bank (Bank Of India), they said nothing pending from their side. I tried getting in touch with the shop where the transaction took place they showed me their account statement for that day and found nothing with my amount has been settled into their account and the amount has been put on Hold from ICICI bank end.

Account number from amount debited: Bank Of India [protected]

Date of debit: 09/11/2021

Amount debited: 4970/-

Please check and help with it. I've attached the transaction as well as void receipt

    Hi

    I came to abroad for 3 months trip. I thought of opening an NRI account. I just tried Saving account to NRO conversion link. Then my employer changed my business trip
    so I don't want to convert it. But when I tried for the conversion before my Demat account got deactivate. ICICI helped & clearly told its is still RI account only. But I send ICICI
    DIRECT Around 20 mails. But all the reply are saying same reply. Even customer care people are not at all reading my mails. I have a doubt whether any customer care executive is reading my mail or simply replying. Now you are the 11 th person in ICICI DIRECT to tell my story.

    Another thing please understand we are making ISD calls to reach customer care executive but customer care executive s are lethargic and they just want to close the ticket without giving any proper reply.

    Now I really beating on bushes because I don't know who is my complaint manager or I don't know his e m ail or phone number

    For the past 20 days i am struggling to trade.

          Within 4 days about 10030 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~TPSLSIP~28DEC20~925a405~[protected] to NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~TPSLSIP~28OCT20~33ccfc5~[protected] total 17 times 590 INR without any notification. I was maintaining minimum balance for the time of emergency and when i was going to make a payment then the amount was not there. I active my account after 6 month because of job loss in covid i return back . i mail to ICICI before leaving my ompany for closing my NRI account because of i am not using. after that now i start again on 6 november 2021.

          What the hell wrong with icici bank.
          What is this transaction purpose?

          Three time it has been same with me within 4 days. I want a strong reply from your side dear icici bank.

            I am holding an account in ICICI bank for many years.I have never occurred any problem like this.my account was an zero balance account.on 10/11/2021 an amount of 627.17 was debited from my account without any intimation as "MABchgs-Oct21+GST".Why the amount was debited on what purpose, i need an clear explanation and my money back.please do needful.

              Unauthorized money 124.57 is deducted from my ICICI Bank account. The required money for transaction in ICICI Direct is already added to the account. However, the money is still deducted.

                    Why my amount was deducted under this following statements. Why i am getting all charges from my account? I asked about bajaj finserve and told me they authorized to deduct only loan amount, not any other charges. So, i move to call customer care number icici bank. The ivr wanted me to enter my details so fast and then after a few seconds, it's automatically hang up.

                    I need to know about the charges please help. And why you will charges like these under the name of "nach_ad_rtn_chrg~of Bnk BFLf~

                      As i have told the recovery agent Vilas Shinde on 10-11-21 that i will get my car on Sunday that is 14-11-21 and ill do settlement process on 15th. As i have given my car to my relative. Despite that i am being continually harassed giving threats like we will come to your home then it will be not nice. Bank manager will then we don't know how we will treat you.

                      On top of that coming to my home unannounced, coming with 2 people at a time to intimidate, talking in high tone in passage. I would some solution on this despite me being in contact and telling them. Why are this threats give.

                          My name is Md Adil Hussain having salary account in company (SLEEK) informing you that I got a letter from icici bank in this month regarding loan disbursement of Rs- 48, 499/- which is converted in 6 EMI & on 3rd November 1st EMI of Rs- 8, 465/- has been debited with auto debit mode, but I have not taken any loan or purchase any things in October month of Rs-48, 499/- But How it is possible that without any customer approval/OTP/confirmation/no any phone messages or emails, loan can be disbursed .

                          I want the details of the loan from where, how, why and who's done this.

                          This unacceptable thing happened in a reputed ICICI bank .

                          Immediately Please look into this matter on a priority basis & cancel the consumer loan which is not done by me & return my debited amount of Rs-8, 465/[protected].

                          I'm requesting you please stop the auto debit option first then cancel the loan process which is not done by me .

                          called customer care, they are saying the branch will help you for the same, they ll provide you the cancellation form and do the needful, kindly but bank is not doing any things, kindly solve this issue as soon as possible.

                          I have visited my 4 nearest ICICI branches (KOLKATA) and also visited ICICI back office (Landmark building Kolkata ), too many emails to ICICI customer care but I didn't get any help nor support from anywhere.

                                Hello, I have been using ICICI Bank from 2005 and there was no obligation of minimum balance required for my account.

                                From Apr'21, MABchgs deducted from my account without even notifying me or sending me a message for the deduction . I thought that i might have bought something and forgot about it. When I checked the netbanking today, shocked to the core that it has zero balance.

                                It have never happened before and i was not made aware of any such charges, so why am i charged of something which i was not made aware of in advance . Please look into the matter and help me in getting a refund of my money as soon as possible .

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  I'm Sree Sarad p holding ICICI savings account for past 3 years. A/C#[protected] in Koramangala Bangalore.
                                  Without any intimation my account has been debited. I have never come across something like this on a monthly basis.
                                  Please take some action against the bank, if it is not complying RBI standards / guidelines.

                                        I'm Bishal Sarkar holding ICICI savings account for past 4 years. in west bengal kolkata.
                                        Without any intimation my account has been debited. I have never come across something like this on a monthly basis.
                                        Please take some action against the bank, if it is not complying RBI standards / guidelines and also return my money.
