Around 800 INR/- has been deducted from my bank account under NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~TPSLSIP~01NOV21~ffc2391, MNDT_CHRG~ADTPSLSIPG~01OCT2021~[protected] and MNDT_CHRG~ADTPSLSIPG~01OCT2021~[protected]. I have not made these transactions. I tried reaching out to ICICI customer care but they are horrible and was of no help.

Can someone from ICICI call me urgently?

    I am a seller in Amazon ecommerce platform selling small household and kitchen items. The fraudster introduced herself as Saba and promised to create promotional videos to help improve by business. After i paid her the requested money and sent the sample products to her address, the fraudster cheated me.

      Dear Team,

      In the credit card statement generated for the period Nov 16, 2021 – Dec 5, 2021. I found late payment charges even though I paid my previous bill amount on the due date(02-Nov-2021).
      I had carefully typed in the proper card number([protected]) and I did my payment. Followed the below steps for payment.

      Steps I followed for payment :

      Payment & Transfer  Pay Bills  Credit Card ICICI Credit cards ICICI Bank Credit Cards  Typed ICICI Credit card No.

      The below Screenshot depicts my paid amount on 2nd Nov (Highlighted yellow).


      When I talked with the customer care team, they told me my credit card bill amount was received for one of my blocked cards [protected]. So they said they will transfer the amount to my latest card which was due on 9th Nov.

      My Query is,
      1. How the amount is credited to my other credit card number([protected]) even though I don’t have any outstanding bill on that credit card number and this card also blocked one.
      2.It is the huge amount I paid. So I had carefully checked and paid to the correct credit card, however, as per the ICICI my amount was credited to one of my other credit cards. How this is possible.

        I'm Mitali holding ICICI savings account for past year. A/C#[protected] in golmuri, jamshedpur
        Without any intimation my account has been debited. I have never come across something like this on a monthly basis.
        Please take some action against the bank, if it is not complying RBI standards / guidelines.

          During the college fee payment, I got request from the eazypay to pay the fees. I paid the fees via upi payment and money got deducted but it shows error and money didn't get paid.

                Yesterday, as I was setting up my google pay account, I received an SMS from ICICI Bank stating that my request for UPI registration has started from ICICI bank. However, I do not have an account in this bank. Kindly look into it as it is hindering my bank activities.

                    I had applied for Amazon Pay ICICI Credit Card almost a month ago. Had all the KYC and processes been completed, I had also received mails and SMS saying the application is processed and the card would be dispatched through Delhivery. But I received a mail couple of weeks back saying "Unclaimed: Your ICICI Bank Credit Card - Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card status"
                    I have checked the address on the Delhivery tracking website and it is incorrect. I tried all possible means, calling customer care and requesting for re-dispatch online, but all the forums need the 16-digit credit card number. But how am I supposed to know to card number if I haven't received the card yet. Please contact me and expedite the re-dispatch of the card.

                      Hi,

                      As per the ICICI intimation I was supposed to renew my gold loan by 20th Nov 2021.

                      For this purpose ICICI have put lien on my account.

                      I had visited the branch(ICICI ANANTHANAGAR ELECTRONIC CITY, BANGALORE) on 19th Nov. As per the deputy manager instructions I have transferred the amount required for Gold Loan renewal to my savings account on 19th. It's been 2 days still my gold loan account...

                      ICICI Bank had auto dedcted on 29/09/2021 Rupee 1899.00 from my saving account as (PPL/WPP_SR77892965_Renewal of Policy), I never accepted any policy like this
                      (PPL/WPP_SR77892965_Renewal of Policy) and I don't really have any idea about the policy itself. This is really bad, my hard-earned money is been robbed by your trusted Bank. Please don't play with people's money. I kindly request to refund the deducted amount 1899.00 to my account.

                                Dear Sir/ma'am,
                                I had cardless cash withdrawal from icici bank atm( mukesh colony) with my icici bank account[protected], amount 3500 inr, on 03/11/2021 time 8:45 approx, that time was atm machine not dispensed cash for me, but 3500 inr amount deducted from my account.
                                Same day I had contact icici bank customer care service, they told me in three working amount reverse in your account, but amount not reversed, than customer care file Complaint, SR[protected], on 09/11/2021, but they did close Complaint in three days without solution, and after contact on customer care they told contact to branch, branch told contact to customer care, no solution for customer satisfaction

                                  Sir/Madam,

                                  On Dated 20th August, 2021, Rs 90, 000 which i suppose to debit from my ICICI Saving account detail A/C number[protected] to my own HDFC Saving account detail -[protected] as this amount urgently require to transfer for college fee to my daughter. I used ICICI mobile app for the same and completed the entry. Later after few days when i found that amount not credited in my HDFC saving account, then by further gone in depth found the same amount was debited to HDFC Credit card account which i closed almost four to five year back ( there is no due and HDFC credit card account closed). ICICI statement showing that your Rs 90k credited in A/C HDFC Credit card [protected]. Since this credit card account closed long back and i am not using this card since many years. So i visited ICICI branch & raised the service request to take up matter with HDFC bank and get it refund the amount in my ICICI account.
                                  I received very good response from Brach staff of ICICI Mahadevpura- Bangalore & they raised service request number SR[protected] & confirm that amount will be credited in next four weeks. i followed thru the number which given by their staff. After few weeks i surprised, icici send again one mail that your complaint closed and now you take up with other bank as they are not refunding your amount. Again i send the email to customer care on 14th Nov and requested to resolve the complaint as i lost interest on rs 90000 from past three months. I surprised that they again written back to me that we debited the amount to HDFC credit card and showing in your HDFC Credit card which in actual i dont have such credit card account. Request to take up with bank and help to get refund of Rs 90, 000 which no one listening since three months.
