Hidden charges fraud

Dear team
i never open any demat account in your bank but unfortunately bank deducted rs 826/- from my account on 26/10/2021 this is not fair i am using my account since 2017 but if the bank cuts hidden charges in the name of demat account i closed my all accounts and credit cards from your bank kindly close my demat account and give me my money back anyways this is very ridiculous such a fraud type bank kindly solve my matter anyways...

Money Deducted without notice. UPI/129..../euronetgpay.pay/ICI

Hi,

I have not used icici bank account in any app(Gpay, PhonePay and others).
and not used icici bank account in any online transaction still money is deducted from my ICICI account.

Please revert back my money ASAP.

Scamming customers

Hello Team,

I write this mail with utter disgust towards ICICI bank. First, they deduct an amount of 826 Rs from my account which reads "DP CHGS TILL AUG - 15". But, I am unaware of these charges and I do not have a Demat account! After hundreds of calls and emails, it is still unresolved. Now, they charge another 100 Rs from my account for God knows what reason. This bank is fooling its customers and taking their hard-earned...

Trading account closure

Bank account freeze without any notification

My salary account has been freezed for both debit/credit by ICICI Bank, without any prior intimation.Due to this my salary was not credited to my account.I have called customer care but they are not able to provide any information and asking me to visit the branch to unfreeze the account....

Deduction for a failed transaction

Address:[email protected] is the mail ID for griewvences of CMWSSB and Phone number is 8144930414. My connecion area is 14

On 9th August 2021 I made on line payment to Chennai Metropolitan Water Supplies and Sewerage Board (CMWSSB) for Rs 1323/- The transaction status came as fail. Made subsequent transaction which came as success.

The two transaction IDs are[protected] and[protected]. One is fail and one is success . ICICI had deducted twice.

Written to CMWSSB and they sent a mail to my ID of the amount received in Aug...

unwanted deduction from bank (ecsrtnchg)

In the name of ECSRTNCH there were 12 deduction made to my account of around 6000 rs without any notification through sms or email. I want to know the reason for this deduction and want my money back....

Loen Removal

I have a lien applied on my current account since August 2021. We have submitted all the details of the services provided and the person who transferred has also given us proof in writing they have not requested to block the amount. However ICICI has still not taken any action on it. We have not even updated about this lien being marked. We are extremely disappointed with its services.The amount is high....

OTP not getting delivered

From yesterday onwards trying to oder products from Mi store and Amazon using ICICI card but not receiving OTP.

So called ICICI and the agent told me to call service provider and I called but no solution.

Switched of and switch on my mobile, but no solution.

Called ICICI but no solution.

From service provider side, it's fine because I receive messages from other friends except...

Amount got deducted twice from my account

Hi,
I made a transaction today morning from phonepay. The amount I transformed is 10000. But the amount got deducted twice from account. Phonepay is having single transaction, the receiver got 10000 and I got single message of 10000. But bank statement is showing 2 transactions with 10000 each got deducted at the same time.

Please check and refund the deducted amount....
