Me and my family have a total of over 7 accounts from Icici bank. What shocks us is the audacity of the bank to deduct charges we don't even know about. In the name of Dcardfee, MAB, PIC exp coral Jfee, Returning charges and a lot more, the bank has crossed all its limits. Dcard fee of 588 rupees was found in all my accounts several times. No information about the same has been provided by the bank through mails or sms. They have been doing this since two years almost now. Having addressed the issue several times to the bank manager, no heed has been paid by the bank. They are continuously deducting the same. Also, in case of MIN balance charges the bank assured no charges will be applied if any one of the seven accounts had a minimum balance of 10, 000 rupees, irrespective of that they are charging us unnecessarily. If this is the condition of such a reputed bank, the customer like me will loose faith in the banking industry, SCAM.
