From yesterday onwards trying to oder products from Mi store and Amazon using ICICI card but not receiving OTP.

So called ICICI and the agent told me to call service provider and I called but no solution.

Switched of and switch on my mobile, but no solution.

Called ICICI but no solution.

From service provider side, it's fine because I receive messages from other friends except ICICI. Please help.

    Hi,
    I made a transaction today morning from phonepay. The amount I transformed is 10000. But the amount got deducted twice from account. Phonepay is having single transaction, the receiver got 10000 and I got single message of 10000. But bank statement is showing 2 transactions with 10000 each got deducted at the same time.

    Please check and refund the deducted amount.

      From icici bank deducted 20k, now also deducted 1000 again as ECSRTNCHGS.
      kindly give information, how to stop this? and how can I get my hard earned money back?
      please don't repeat this to any customer, we are not in position to digest this robbery.

        I am getting unwanted emails from the company. I have never been a customer or account holder with ICICI but seem to be getting promotional ads and the account statements and transaction details of another person.

        It seems there has been an error either on part of one of the bank employees or on part of this account holder in question who have wrongfully given my email id ([protected]@gmail.com). The person shares similarity with my name, Noyal David Arokiyasami but my name does not contain Arokiyasami.

        This has been going on for months. At first it was just ads and so I ignored it. But now I am seeing transaction details. I have complained to the ICICI regional branch manager about this a month ago and even gave written complaint. They said there was nothing they could do about it apart from trying to contact this person and ask him to change his email id. In short they have washed their hands of a problem they created for me.

        Their emails are getting irritating and annoying. I have tried unsubscribing but it keeps coming back. Banks ought to not spam even their own customers with so many emails let alone a non-customer.

        If someone from the bank or person of authority who is capable of resolving this issue sees this compliant please contact me by email. I do not wish to divulge any more personal info here.

        Following my post, I had been contacted by ICICI customer service (via email). The customer service executives seem to have accepted my complaint and promised to resolve the issue and stop further emails as of[protected]Tuesday).

        But I had received unwanted emails on the same day[protected], Tuesday) and also on[protected], Wednesday. I didn't receive any emails on[protected]. I am hoping the emails received on 26th and 27th was due to delays in their system updation and further on there will be no more.

        I will wait and observe for a week or so before I confirm the problem is resolved.

          Dear sir/madam,
          My name is purushottam jadhav,

          When I was withdrawing 10000 cash from ur atm machine SA6wd68 (deep residency, nalasopara east) Money counting (Sound) was in process, but due to power cut, cash was not delivered but amount gets deducted. No ups or generator facility available, no security guard is here to assist. I did tried to press panic and security alarm button but no use. I got message from my bank stating account is debitted.

          I am a customer of HDFC bank, orlem branch malad.
          Below are my account details :

          I was withdrawing rs. 10000 and due to sudden power off I didn't got any money from machine.
          Kindly help me to get my money back. Below is the message from my bank of balance deduction

                Sir i have bought share of MTF but not receiving pledging link to pledge my share as collateral.
                Sir this icici Direct is scamming me again, this is happening 2nd time, 1st time i have to bear a loss of more than Rs 800 and now this time i think my loss will be more than Rs 1500. Please do something and take a strict action against icici Direct and also i need compensation for their mistakes.

                        I have seen multiple instances where I'm charged with " POSDEC CHARGES "

                        A continuous amount is 4x 29.50 is deducted from my account and I haven't used my card at all and I need to know what or why these charges are levied

                        Is this some sort of day light robbery from ICICI BANK ? I need clarification on this at the earliest

                        I REQUEST/URGE TO QUICKLY CHECK THIS AND REFUND THE AMOUNT ....

                          Icici bank is fraud bank .deduct amount from my bank account without any information . My account is salary account and zero balance account then how can you deduct MAB charge .this is fraud bank .totally

                                Me and my family have a total of over 7 accounts from Icici bank. What shocks us is the audacity of the bank to deduct charges we don't even know about. In the name of Dcardfee, MAB, PIC exp coral Jfee, Returning charges and a lot more, the bank has crossed all its limits. Dcard fee of 588 rupees was found in all my accounts several times. No information about the same has been provided by the bank through mails or sms. They have been doing this since two years almost now. Having addressed the issue several times to the bank manager, no heed has been paid by the bank. They are continuously deducting the same. Also, in case of MIN balance charges the bank assured no charges will be applied if any one of the seven accounts had a minimum balance of 10, 000 rupees, irrespective of that they are charging us unnecessarily. If this is the condition of such a reputed bank, the customer like me will loose faith in the banking industry, SCAM.

                                  ICICI deducts MAB charges without intimating regarding the debit. Even though this is salary account from 2019 and they have removed it as a salary account without intimating the customer and It was opened on zero balance I didn't get any information if they are converting the salary account to normal saving account.
                                  I want my amounts to be refunded.

                                    I'm using this icici bank account from past 2 years..! This account opened for the purpose of salary and I was not aware of this MAB charges but present without intimating u people deducted 1200 rup from my account! So please resolve this issue and do refund the amount!

                                      My delhi University form number 21107744 when I cancelled my admission I paid the first time and it said transaction pending later checked and found it was failed so I paid the next time but the money deducted twice my first transaction I'd is in the picture refund my money ASAP
