      I am an a/c holder of icici bank for the last 4 years and they charged me ₹942.82 under this category dcardfee1773OCT21-Sep22+GST.
      I am not aware of what type of charges are these.
      They never informed me regarding these charges either by email or by sms.
      Who has given the right to icici bank to deduct the money without informing us?

      There should be some formal process for doing all these things. I want my money to be credited in my a/c which they have deducted from my a/c.

        I have got ICICI Credit Card, So I have opened online ICICI Saving Bank Accounts to easy banking

        both USER ID Issued different and cannot be link each other also my register mobile is not register with saving bank account then how they open online bank account

        Several Emailed Exchanged but surprisingly i have got unprofessional customer service email which support nothing but make more difficult issue requested for call back nobody call yet, also i contacted no solution

        Now we want to closed Saving Bank Accounts permanently or both even credit card better to avoild such difficult banking don't have time for this issue

        hope they will do take action now or else i have refer this issue to RBI as well their higher management for this kind of trouble

          I have credit card linked with my ICICI Bank. In the imobile app, everything shows proper. But, when I try to perform any transaction using my credit card. I don't receive the OTP to complete the transaction so I am not able to use my credit card at all.

          Please help me to fix this issue.

            I did all my credit card payment before the last date but still the bank sent me due payment with charges. I also put in a request in September but still the bank sent me an invoice with a late charge. I talk many times to service customers but they can’t give satisfactory answers or decline my call. My previous request no. is SR[protected] and SR[protected]. I called so many times but the banking officer can't talk properly. They do not want to resolve the problem. They also dropped my call.

                I am therese. 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL SEP-21 on 27-Oct-2021. I have never used my demat account till now.

                They told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged/deduct money and also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

                When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected]

                  I am the a/c holder of icici bank from last 5 years,
                  Now they have charged 707 under this category DCardfee5860SEP21-AUG22.
                  I am not aware what type of charges are these.
                  They never informed me regarding these charges either by email or by letter.
                  Who has given right to icici bank to deduct the money without informing us.
                  Because we kept the money in bank that give right to bank that they can do anything whatever they want.

                  There should be some formal process for doing all these things. I want my money to be credited in my a/c which they have deducted from my a/c.

                      With no knowledge of mine and proper communication, ICICI has debited 826rs for demat account which I never used and don't even remember opening. And this is the second time happening now that I checked my statement 750rs has been debited in November 2020 too. On top of everything, the customer care is worst. And I see many are suffering with this issue. Just close those demat accounts and give us back our money and stop committing these fraudulent transactions

                        My account has been debited with 826rs for depository participant charges and I have never ever used the service nor I recollect opening a demat account. I have been trying to contact customer care but of no use.IVR directed me to credit cards team twice even though I was sure I clicked options for demat account and their so called phone banking officers couldn't even redirect to the corresponding department. The whole experience is so frustrating. Please close my demat account and revert the debited charges and correct your IVR.

                          I am Gangaraju K, an amount of rs 826.00 has been deducted from my account in the name of DP CHGS till SEP-21 on 29 Oct 2021.

                          Also, I have been charged for 137.67 for the same DP CHGS Till June -21 on[protected].

                          I'm not sure why these charges are made in the span of the last 3 months. This should be reversed.

                              I transferred Rs. 12, 160 through IMPS on[protected] at 2.233 PM from ICICI A/C to Bank of America N.A. A/C.

                              Transaction Remark : Meena, Dharavath

                              The amount did not get credited to the Beneficiary Account neither was refunded back to my account.

                              But I got a message that said

                              Dear Customer, IMPS Txn Ref.[protected] for Rs 12, 160.00 is timed out at Beneficiary Bank on 29-Oct-21. Txn status will be updated by Beneficiary Bank in 3 working days - ICICI Bank.

                                How could you deduct money saying dmat account maintenance chatges if account holder is not availed or activated dmat account yet.
                                It a fraud, I was arndmly checking my account and caught this fraud. Now I will check my all my earlier transactions since you have no trust on your system anymore.
