Dear Sir,
I'm Bishal Sarkar holding ICICI savings account for past 4 years. in west bengal kolkata.
Without any intimation my account has been debited 708 rs. I have never come across something like this on a monthly basis.
Please take some action against the bank, if it is not complying RBI standards / guidelines. and return my money also.

    My sip amount dated 7th of every month due to some holiday they submitted on 6th of That month, how can I maintain balance because my salary not credited that time when this happen and my salary credit every month of 6th, I need my money back.

        I made a transaction on my credit card for Rs. 12910 on April 17th, 2021. Requested to convert it to EMIs for 6 months. The merchant issued a refund of Rs. 8545 on the 20th of December. ICICI has still charged me the entire amount. Now they are asking me to pay the entire amount without any answers on where the refund has been used by the bank. No answers and no direction as to who can answer this.

          Hi,

          I have a policy with name ICICI PRU Smart Life with policy Number : 33374323. EMI use to deduct on 29th of every month and I missed to maintain balance but I deposited the emi on same day with the link provided and Bank deducted the amount without any notice for 2 days(590/-) per day.

          Can you please explain me what is the fine for one day delay in policy amount submission?
          and without my notice and consent how can you deduct amount from my bank account.

          I received email from [email protected] but their response was not satisfactory as they informed me for dishonored transaction I have to clarify from bank. They asking me to concern with the bank but as I know without my consent bank can not deduct any amount until there is request raised to deduct. Will you help me in this because I don't want to go here an there and don't want to round and round between ICICI Bank and ICICI Prudential life insurance.
          NO one is helping me and I will raise it on twitter and other social apps as well thanks for the great greatbgreat help
          and congrats loosing one more customer. I will pause all the services with bank after getting good help from icici

            Am an icici bank customer. Yesterday[protected] ecsrtnchg charged 590 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is.               My icici saving account has been debited following charges naming surcharge (Mcc 5541) for fuel purchase. Government is promoting cashless transaction and i have been charged on my own money. Does that mean it's wise to take out money from atm and pay in petrol pump?

                Bank has deducted rupees 4000 from my ICICI savings account without my concern. transaction narration only shows DR TRAN FOR FUNDING A/C[protected]. It is very painful, that my money is not safe with the bank as well.
                I only requested you to kindly revert my money to my account as early as possible.

                  An amount of Rs 568.97 has been deducted from my account on 08//11/2021, with the remarks a-
                  NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~NJINDIAP~18OCT21~4abfd1 Dr. 568.97 However, minimum balance of more than Rs. 10000 was already present in my account. Screen shot attached.

                  Let me know why you charged this amount from my account. What is this charge for?

                      Myself Ganesh Gholap, NSDL Demat A/c No. IN[protected].

                      I have been told by Mr Navroj[protected] that to save brokerage charges, you can choose ICIC DIRECT Neo plan, which will cost max Rs. 20 for any deliveries or buying a shares while trading.
                      For the same Rs.352 too deducted from my account wherein promise was given he will give Rs 2000 as cashback which was for more charges which i had paid earlier for my Buy and sell of shares.
                      I am not happy that this is not yet happening as I buy ITC shares last week Friday and still brokerage charges been applied 0.55 % of total cost +GST.
                      I will launch a complaint in SEBI if same is not setteled, as i have whole recording and proof on this.
                      Also till the time all this is not sorted I will not going to trade anything IN ICICI.
                      Resolve this ASAP and refund my extra money which are charged for brokerage.

                        I m a 75 years old senior citizen living alone with my 70 years old wife in my flat no 3c, SFS Flats B Bock East of Kailash Raja Dheer Sain Marg, New Delhi65 eversince the flat was allotted to me in 1985.Recently on massive scale unauthorized construction work has been undertaken in Flats no 6C, 6D in my immediate neighborhood by its occupants ( Mr Akash Deep Bhagat owner of 6C and Mr Ajay Singh owner of 6D)by threatening me and suppressing me.As I m an old retired person living alone with my wife without any support I succumbed to their threats and pressures and had to keep mum due to their threats and undue pressure. But as a consequence of this unauthorized constructions in their Flats some damage to my flat has also occurred. Not only this they have breached my privacy on one side and obstructed my free light and air on other side. They have made so huge unauthorized construction that even they have been peeping into my balcony by ndertaking construction work on their side in such a manner that their opening doors of newly erected unauthorized construction is not only kissing my balcony but also peeping into my balcony. This they have done without my concurrence and by threatening me .Because I m an old person living alone without any help I got scared from their threats and had to tolerate their unwanted act .As some damage has occurred in my flat I am requesting the owners of flat no 6c, and 6d to get this damage repaired but they r not even listening to this at all I m following up the matter with them for last two months but now they have started threatening with me dire consequences even I continue pressurizing them for anything. I m very much afraid of them for my security and the security of my wife and property. Immediate inspection of the site can be done to assess the reality and the type of massive unauthorized constructions work that has been undertaken by them and consequently necessary remedial measures may be provided to me at the earliest.

                            I purchased a Dell laptop with an offer of ₹5000 cashback on ICICI credit card on August 19th 2021. As commited the same has not been credited back to my card from where i have transacted. I was ensured that credit will have to wait untill 60 days past, now its almost to complete 90days(max limit).

                            Please ensure the timely response & resolution on the above stated matter ASAP.

                                I had invested under ICICI bonds through LOTUS GILTS GLOBAL INC. in 2013.
                                We have since then not received any information about the status of our bonds. Till today no payments received or any form of correspondence. Is there a way I can get information.

                                        I am reshma. 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till sep-21) . I have never used my demat account till now.

                                        They told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged/deduct money and also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.
