Today (4th Nov 2021) two USD50 transactions were made from my icici debit card, without my authorization to VIM*GOOGLE ADS. I didn't get any notification or any OTP verification for the transactions. I have attached the message below. Please raise the complaint and give me my money back.

Dear Customer, transaction of INR 3, 886.89 done on ICICI Bank Account XX635 on 04-Nov-21. Info: VIN*GOOGLE A. The Available Balance is INR ----. Call on 18002662 for dispute or SMS BLOCK 635 to [protected] .

    Hi, I have an ICICI Bank Salary (Savings) account since last four years and have maintained good credit records since then. I have always paid my credit card bills on time and have adequate sweep-in deposits available.

    My credit card bill was due on 30th Sep and auto debit was enabled. 80% of the due amount was debited from my savings account and I was expecting the remaining amount to be debited from my sweep-in deposits (which did not happen). ICICI bank got the golden opportunity to levy hefty unjustified charges of INR 2900 (approx.) - I never had any problem with HDFC since last 8 years but ICICI (being ICICI) was highly inconsiderate, inflexible and provided template response everytime when I escalated my concern.

    Also, when I was redeeming my reward points, they had a very few options to select from (in comparison to HDFC) and guess what HIDDEN CHARGES (yayyy! - ICICI will never let you down)

    I realised that ICICI do not care about customer's goodwill, good credit records or anything and consistently sent template responses despite several escalations.

    I am so done with ICICI that I have decided to surrender my credit card, close my salary account and move to HDFC.

    Takeway for other existing/prospective customers - Khayaal aapka tagline is super misleading, should have been "KHAYAAL APNA". I would never recommend ICICI Bank / ICICI Direct to anyone (TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!).

        I am Rajesh Jaiswal ICICI bank given me in Big Bazar in a card for shopping and pay after some days we are purchase item and deposit money in ICICI Bank but Bank tall me its credit card and necessary charges in my statement. 1st purchase[protected] Rs.302/- and than paid 07-02*-2007 clear cheque and again tell me my due Rs.391/- again paid to[protected] but my statement in EMI PRINCIPAL with EMI INTEREST charges i don't know what is EMI PRINCIPAL and EMI INTEREST LATE FEE CHARGES again see in my Statement in Rs.207/- 5/24 EMI PRINCIPAL - ICICI LOMBARD GEN 24 EMI i don't know why again again charges in my statement. its FRAUD with me ICICI BANK.

          I had a Fasttag with ICICI customer id: 14061629 which i requested you to close on 6/3/2021 due to the sale of my car. Fasttag account is closed but my vehicle AP09CH4421 is blacklisted. I tried to reach your customer care but with no proper solution. It should be removed from black list from Ncpi. Please revert as soon as possible.

            My name is Garima Sharma. Yesterday I got a message from my ICICI savings account [Dear Customer, A purchase of INR 599.00 has been made using your Debit Card linked to ICICI Bank Account XX799 on 01-Nov-21. Info: VIN*APPLE COM*B.] I didn't spent any amount on it and I don't even own an iPhone but still got charged for it. I sent an email to ICICI Bank customer care service but there's no response from them. What should I do now? I want my money back to my account as soon as possible

              Hello,

              On Tuesday 26th October 2021 amount of Rs- 15490 was deducted for Mobile purchase from my ICICI credit card at a Smart Gadget Sale, SCF-217, Huda Market, Faridabad. and again try but same amount was deducted and voided due to converted in EMI which was not required.

              But as soon as we realized we made EMI and the manager within 10 mins. Hence it was not settled he gave us the void sale receipt for that transaction and told that in maximum 48 hours the amt will be refunded to my card.

              After 48 hours, i have contacted the customer care executive of ICICI bank and explained him on the issue, for which they asked me to wait for 7 working days and email the receipts.

              I have emailed the receipts with Card details and mobile number.

              I contacted the customer care executive of ICICI bank again on 2th November 2021.

              Kindly request you to fasten up the process and help me refund my money back.

                I created an ICICI MINE Savings Account 6 Days ago but still I don't get my account number and all the details of my account. After filling all the details for creating an account online on this Bank, It told me to do my Video KYC but without verifying my Video KYC, a new message appeared which was saying that "Your account details have been captured. Bank will get back to you in 4 days with the account number." But it's been 6 days I didn't received any SMS or CALL from the Bank neither got any MAIL. I tried to report this issue to their customer care service but they don't allow me to get connected to any customer care executives without account number. I haven't got my account number yet and that's the main issue I'm facing. Bank lied to me that I will receive my account details within 4 days. So I tried to every possible things for me, I mailed them and explained my issue, I visited their nearest Bank Branch and they tried to find my account with my PAN NUMBER and Registered Mobile Number but they didn't find any account of mine on their Bank. Today I got a call from ICICI Bank Customer Care and a person tried to find my account too but he was also unable to find my account. After sometime he called me back and told me that I will not able to create an ICICI MINE Savings account in my area and I'm not eligible for it! I know he was lying that's why I'm complaining my issue in here. My brother created an MINE account in same area why can't I? I had experienced the worst time with this Bank while creating an Zero Balance Mine Savings Account online, their staff lied to me because they don't know what to do. My request is that please solve my problem and open my MINE savings account without giving me any kind of harassments. I can't even retry because when I try to create the same account again or if I try to track my application it says "There is an existing Account in our records with the Permanent Account Number (PAN) entered by you. If you are holding an existing account with us, please login to internet banking or iMobile else contact customer care". But the funny thing is that I can't do any of the mentioned things because they won't allow me to do. Thank you so much, I hope I get a solution very soon.

                  There is a debit of Rs. 590 from my ICICI Account. I see it is debited for failing of mandate of mutual funds. I have already added funds in the mutual funds separately. So reverse this debit!

No.[protected]. श्रीमान हमने बिग बाजार में एक शॉपिंग कार्ड ICICI बैंक ने हमको दिया था जिसकी तारीख शायद जनवरी 2007 होगी हमने पहली खरादारी २०Feb-२००७ को की जिसका की भुगतान हमे चेक कि मध्यमं से दे दिया उसके बाद हमको नहीं पता था आईसीआईसीआई बैंक से मेरे पास फ़ोन आया कि हमारी कुछ पेमेंट बाकि है करीब Rs391/-- हमको नहीं पता था कि या भुगतान किसी सामान कि खरादारी कि होगी हमे वो भुगतान[protected] को कर दिया अब वो हमको प्रेसन कर रहे ही कि आप को और भुगतान करना है हमने करने से मना कर दिया तो उन्होंने ने हमारे PAN CARD का सिविल स्कोर कम कर दिया है और कहते है करीब Rs.15, 500/- का भुगतान करो वरना हम तुम्हारे घर नोटिस भेज देंगे।
                      आप से प्राथना है कि इस प्राथना पत्र को संज्ञान में लेते हुए इस पर सख्त से सख्त कार्यवाही करने का कस्ट करे । ताकि मेरा पैन कार्ड पे जो रुकावट लगी है उसको हटाया जा सके । हमारे पास उनके द्वारा जो भी चार्जेज लगाए गए है उसका स्टेटमेंट हमारे पास है ।

                            I used Make My trip and made payment via ICICI card for the flight booking.
                            Money was debited from my account but Makemytrip is not recognizing the transaction not even letting me dispute it or talk to someone.

                            I informed ICICI about it, the only solution they have is contact the merchant. I told him Makemytrip is not letting me talk to anyone or even give a email for complaint, ICICI didnt help.

                            So now after multiple nerve racking conversations Im back to square zero.
                            No one has helped me and my hard earned money is gone.

                                  I submitted a request to transfer money from my account in India to my ICICI UK account for personal expenses. After transferring the money to their pooled account I was told that the transaction failed due to incorrect reason submitted.
                                  So what should happen to my money that I transferred to their account? I should get it back. But its been one week and I have not got the money back to my India account. I have followed up with them daily over emails and there is no ETA provided. I didn't expect this from ICICI. I needed the money for my expenses in UK and now its sitting somewhere with ICICI and I am not sure when I will get it back. This is bad customer service, taking customers money and sitting on it without any updates/response.

                                    I financed my car through icici bank in July 2006 . My finance is over. But till date i dont recieve noc from bank. Pls arrange noc from bank.

                                      I have raised a police complaint and also a fraud dispute in ICICI on 6th oct and today is nov 1st. Its been many days and still no progress. I feel so insecured to use ICICI bank. Even when i have complained that my amount got debited also the cybercrime Police have mailed them to revert my amount as it is fraud, there is still no action taken. I want all my money back: i wont tolerate all this now. Its been many days without response from bank. Not a small amount. I lost 1, 52, 900/- even after police confirmation mail also you are not refunding me the amount.

                                      I no longer want to be an ICICI customer. Worst service. What kind of customer service icici give? So worst!

                                      I hate to be an IcICI customer. They are not showing any progress. I want my money back immediately to be visible in account balance. Not like shadow credit. I want permanent money to be in my account.

                                        Amount of 100 rs deducting from my bank on 1st of every month in name of IPRUGTP-NCA from[protected] which i'm unaware. Not sure what is the purpose of this deduction.
