My account has been debited with 826rs for depository participant charges and I have never ever used the service nor I recollect opening a demat account. I have been trying to contact customer care but of no use.IVR directed me to credit cards team twice even though I was sure I clicked options for demat account and their so called phone banking officers couldn't even redirect to the corresponding department. The whole experience is so frustrating. Please close my demat account and revert the debited charges and correct your IVR.

    I am Gangaraju K, an amount of rs 826.00 has been deducted from my account in the name of DP CHGS till SEP-21 on 29 Oct 2021.

    Also, I have been charged for 137.67 for the same DP CHGS Till June -21 on[protected].

    I'm not sure why these charges are made in the span of the last 3 months. This should be reversed.

        I transferred Rs. 12, 160 through IMPS on[protected] at 2.233 PM from ICICI A/C to Bank of America N.A. A/C.

        Transaction Remark : Meena, Dharavath

        The amount did not get credited to the Beneficiary Account neither was refunded back to my account.

        But I got a message that said

        Dear Customer, IMPS Txn Ref.[protected] for Rs 12, 160.00 is timed out at Beneficiary Bank on 29-Oct-21. Txn status will be updated by Beneficiary Bank in 3 working days - ICICI Bank.

          How could you deduct money saying dmat account maintenance chatges if account holder is not availed or activated dmat account yet.
          It a fraud, I was arndmly checking my account and caught this fraud. Now I will check my all my earlier transactions since you have no trust on your system anymore.

                  They told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged/deduct money and also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

                  When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.                         There are DP charges that are deducted from my account twice till now. Recently 826rs was deducted and earlier around 900rs was deducted.

                        I have never opened any demat account nor did any transaction as such.

                        Please help to reverse this charges ASAP.

                            It shows in my account that I have a Customer relationship manager for me. I have whatsapp message from the person also if any help needed I should contact.

                            But unfortunately never got any support. I suggest ICICI bank not show this fake support for any customer.

                                My name is Abhas
                                Ranjan and my ICICI account got debit with 482 rupees without any message of deduction. When I called customer care they told it is related to Demat account. But, I never used a Demat account from the date I opened the Savings account in this bank. I am not aware that I have a Demat account with ICICI Bank and never did a trade or transaction with this Demar account. But still my account got deducted with 482 rupees.
                                Please help me in closing this Demat account and refund my money.

                                    I am Anirban Garai. 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till Sep-21) on 26-oct-2021 without any notification. I kept my balance for ICICI SIP deduction and because of this 826rs charges my SIP have been failed.

                                    I never been charged/deduct money for this during my using of ICICI account and also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

                                    I need justice and return my money back. Also please tell how can i continue my ICICI SIP that failed because of low balance My account number is[protected] .

                                      Hi Team,

                                      There has been a transaction(deduction) in/from my bank account without any intimation. The amount deducted was 826 towards Demat. However, I have not used Demat services from ICICI any time not sure how bank has deducted the amount for service which I didn't avail. The worst part of this transaction is, this was not informed to me and it was directly deducted.

                                      Upon checking my statement I realized that there is a transaction of 826 as Dmc/ dp chgs till Sep-20.

                                      Could you look into this and make sure that the amount is credit back to my account.

                                        It's been more than one week I'm chasing with ICICI support team to release the hold on my inward remittance, even I provided all the necessary documents I have (SR[protected]. If I call the customer service, they don't anything about the current status of my transaction. If I send an email, the customer service agents respond with pre-made responses. Extremely bad support, not even helping to resolve the issue. I'm planning to stay away from this irresponsible bank by closing my credit card and bank account.
