Paras ipo ipi mandate given on 22 sept 2021 and amount blocked by icici. The ipo opened kn 29 sept and i did not get any allotment. However the amount is still blocked as of 20th october and customer care is unable to help.

      I am transferring my ICICI HFC home loan to other banks, where my new bank request for a LIST OF DOCUMENTS held by ICICI HFC.

      I raised a paid request for LOD to ICICI HFC called service request.

      I got LOD from ICICI but it mentioned only 6 documents. I reverted them back and mentioned that I have given more than 10 documents.

      then, the bank gave me another mentioning 13 documents.

      But, in both cases, the LOD letter is forwarding a letter from me to ICICI HFC.

      Other banks are not accepting this and ICICI HFC harassing me for the last 2 months by sending same letter again and again.

      Many calls and Email messages are wasted on this and no use.

        I had ordered 2 products of each costing 19, 199.03 INR on Amazon using EMI option and had cancelled the same on the same day and the amount was credited back from amazon. Card Statement also shows the same, 2 times the amount got credited back and same amount was adjusted to close both the EMI's. But the problem is that ICICI after doing this adjustment, they secretely deducted the amount 3rd time and charged me for a product i didnt buy, which purely amounts to theft on the unsuspecting customer. Since the amount was big, i noticed and contacted their online banking officer, after literally going through each spends with him for about an hour. he finally agreed there is an error in statement which shall be rectified by the bank in next 2 to 3 business days. I dont know how many o[censored]s have lost money to this kind of fraudalent transactions done by bank without our notice.

          I click iwish deposit account, and i am seeing the 3753 rs transferred to some other deposit account [protected] dr tran, what the hectic, how its happing without my knowledge. 3753 is 8 day salary... This is insane... I did not expect this from ICICI Bank..I am using icici account last 7 years..Now i am using frustrated to closed the account[protected]. Please someone solve my problem...I am not rich guy to fund everyone.This is unlawful and making me untrust icici bank for future banking activities..

            Pass Book printing has not been functioning for more than 3 months now. On several occasions, different and ridiculous excuses are given for the non-functioning of the Pass book printer. Things will get worse and all the more difficult if the printing is not allowed immediately. Other nationalised and private banks in the vicinity update the pass book on priority. RBI should take action against this bank immediately for deficiency of service.

              5 Weeks passed with no resolution.

              I am facing issue to place order of Mutual Funds using ICICIDiect web portal. I can select the fund and able to nominate but when proceed i get below error

              ERROR
              Dear Customer, As per a recent SEBI directive (Cir / IMD / DF / 9 / 2010) dated August 12, 2010, we are required to submit your account opening documents along with transaction placed in the respective AMC before you place an order in the schemes offered by the AMC. We are in the process o[censored]pdating your account opening documents in the system. You will be able to place an order in this scheme after the uploading process is completed. Regret the inconvenience caused.Kindly contact the customer service numbers for further information.

                    On September 2nd my account showed deduction of rupees 1899 for WPP sr(protected) renewal. But I have never enrolled for such a plan . I don't give my final acceptance about the policy you explained. I don't allow you to debited the amount from my account. As a student who stays away from home, this is big amount. So please help me to get back my money as soon as possible. Amount Deduction without our consent is not reasonable. please cancel the policy ask I don't need it and I never used it. Please try to clear this request asap.

                        I have applied for Home loan and ICICI Bank sanctioned home loan, verified all documents and issued check also with disbursal note, at Registrar office paid all registration fee and MODT to bank personel and paid all needed advance amounts believing everything completed, at the registration time bank team told about original document of AGPA of first seller is required but the seller gave paper advertisement, police compliant about lost document and got xeerifies copy and was ready to give indemnity but suddenly bank officials cancelled the issues cheque and informed that builder and seller were in some court dispute after enquiry it's found that the dispute was personel not at all related to the properry but bank officials without considering my loss of 5 lakhs of different fee went on to one direction and stopped total loan Disbursal..who will pay my lost money ??, Do ICICI Bank not responsible for making me to pay all money ?? As consumer I feel it's icici bank problem in disbursal resulted in the problem, , need justice for my losses and mental agony
