I am icici account holder, Spetember'29th 2021 my account got deducted as "CashTxnChgs-Branch-Aug21+GST" charges.

I didn't receive any message or alert from you when I checked my account statement. I came to know about this. I am disappointed with this kind of behavior about not informing the customer. I am still confused about this deduction....

I am not able to download with the details the certificate for IT provisional. and no response from the website. Atleast like earlier easy procedure on the web page directly can be provided for IT certificates of Home loan....

Let me know why you charging this amount from my account. What this is charge for?

I have done multiple complaints even though no one get back to us.

Kindly refund my money otherwise i will file a compliant in consumer forum....

INR 826 has been deducted from ICICI bank account on the name of DP CHGS TLL Aug -21. as per my understanding this charge for ICICI Direct account, I did not use this account from last 3 years and no prior notice to deduct it.

I have an icicidirect account (AC no. [protected]) which was lying dormant since last 10 years. I have just got it activated this year in July 21, but I have been charged with Rs. 3618.67 which are unwarranted. I am an ICICI Bank customer. I got charged for unauthorized and Unnecessarily last 29/09/2021 (ECSRTNCHG) without my knowledge and without any confirmation email, SMS, or Phone call. I have done an IMPS transaction and the amount is debited from my account, but it's not credited to the beneficiary account. Also, I have received massage as Below:

Dear Customer, IMPS Txn Ref.[protected] for Rs 15, 000.00 is timed out at Beneficiary Bank on 28-Sep-21. Txn status will be updated by Beneficiary Bank in 3 working days - ICICI Bank.

I financed washing machine from Bajaj Finance Service. After my first EMI was deducted on 2nd September, in the same month, I was charged ₹118 thrice on 23rd September under following tags -

3rd September 2021 i can see that rs.1899/- has been deducted from my icici bank account mentioning wpp renewal plan. Last year when they deducted the money for the same plan i called one assist team and said to cancel the policy as i never used it. Please cancel the policy as i don’t need it and i never used it. Please try to clear this request asap.
