I bought a second hand vehicle which had an ICICI fastag over it, i removed the ICICI fastag and pasted new paytm fastag linked to my account,
later on i came to know that ICICI fastag was blacklisted due to low balance & now i am unable to use any fastag on the vehicle as the vehicle is showing blacklisted. I tried calling ICICI complaint cente multiple times but they never respond, visited ICICI bank branch but no benefit.
I am ready to clear all dues but please someone from ICICI atleast provide me a solution.

    Worst experience with ICICI Bank. Almost 25 days back I have opened my bank account in ICICI, they said that there is no limit on number of transactions per day and they also promised that they will send me the debit card and cheque book within 1week. It's been more than 25 days I haven't received my debit card and cheque book and there is no response from the bank.

    Everytime I try to send money through UPI, the transaction is getting failed and if I rety it is saying that the number of payments allowed per day is exceeded. This is worst thing I have ever seen in any bank. Failed transactions due to banks issue are being counted as customers transactions and every transaction is getting failed.

    I tried calling to customer care and their customer care representatives are most rude and reckless people. They don't know what to answer to my questions and they will suddenly cut the call.

    No matter how many times I raised my complaint to ICICI Bank they never responded to my complaint. The saddest part is if we raise complaint they will not provide us any incident number also for following up further on that.

    Icici customer care is the worst service I have ever seen. They are least bothered about the customer complaint, they are very careless and simply cut the call in middle. They don't have any customer complaint tracking system.
    Icici is only concerned about looting customer money by suggesting him about investment plans.

    It's been 20 days I have opened my icici bank account till now there is no debit card and cheque book handed over to me. If I try to do UPI transaction, it will get failed everytime. Worst bank and services I have ever saw.

    Please don't prefer icici bank.

        I am Chakshu Chibber, and an amount of 73.10 & 684.07 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of DP CHGS TILL AUGUST'21 on 29th and 30th september respectively

        I have never activated and used my demat account with ICICI bank and most importantly i don't even know that i hold a demat account till now. There was no prior notice of deduction and i haven't received any deduction message.

        I need my money back and want to e sure that this does not happen again. I am ready to comlain anywhere else if required.

          I’m DeepanChakkravarthy Wealth Mgmt Account holder of ICICI Bank since 2010 and would like connect with you and request your intervention to resolve the query with regards to credit card rewards.

          My relationship with ICICI Bank are following

          1. ICICI Savings Account – Wealth Mgmt - 2010
          2. ICICI Emeralde Credit Card 3. ICICI Make my trip signature card 4. ICICI Forex Card holder 5. ICICI Trading Account 6. ICICI Amazon Pay Credit - 0008

          With more than 6.6 lakh of offered credit limit towards my credit card, I had utilized the card across the world on multiple currencies. An my repayment track since issuance of the card was 100% on time till date since inception.

          Recently I had utilized the Amazon co-branded credit card to purchase the gifts in Amazon with utmost cognizant to use for right spending within the allowed limit and ensure to make the whole outstanding payment of 3.5L at right time and during previous month.
          Without any prior intimation, my amazon card was blocked and the rewards points are put on hold indefinitely, with the doubt of commercial transaction. I had reached out to my RMs related to this through emails and no response was received from them and my phone was not answered.

          Raised a concern SR on the ICICI website and after 40 days there was an intimation email sent to me that the rewards will be kept on hold and a gentleman called me and updated that card will be blocked and rewards will be indefinitely wiped from the account.

          Justification 1: I was not even intimated about any limit within the range I should utilize on a co-branded ecommerce card and I read the statement fully and absolutely no capping of rewards was mentioned anywhere. (When this question was asked no response from the escalation officer and said “According to our guidelines, the card is blocked)

          Justification 2: During the statement generation, the rewards points and the outstanding amount were clearly mentioned to repay, I ensure to pay the whole outstanding on time. Even statement got generated with the full rewards but Bank only considered the repayment of the outstanding amt but investigating why should bank offer reward the points. It was a planned execution towards the customer by offering a higher credit limit and appraising the curiosity of the customer to spend in e-com sites without any capping and finally ensured that the customer has re-paid the whole amount and subsequently the action was taken to block the card and wipe the rewards points. I had requested the escalation officer (Thushar) to share why this was performed without even a single message to customer directly or the RM was not even able to respond my asks. An I had requested to share the clause where the capping has been mentioned in the agreement / statement. (When this questions was asked no response from the escalation officer and replied “According to our guidelines, the card is blocked. And the words/language used by the escalation officer was not every premier and professional in handling the sensitive query as I it gave me an impression as I’m being a defaulter of 3.5 Lakh outstanding payment.

          Justification 3: Finally, It was a fruitful and seamless experience in using ICICI relationship both locally and during international business travels, also I ensure to maintain a premier relationship with ICICI on every customer conduct while utilizing the best offers/benefit ICICI Offers and ensure to make the payment well ahead of time and maintained 100% on-time payment track history in last 10 years.

            I have opened insta mine zero balance account bank sent me insta mine plus debit card and deducted money and also blacked mine debit card and deduct money both debit card, and block debit card automatically, it's fraud, can't trust can't deposit money on this bank, costumer carevexecutive always tells lie and fraud, can't solve problem, only activation and charge service in this bank, no deactivation service, it's fraud.govt should take action against bank,

              My fastag with customer id 11300310 issued in july 2019 with a credit balance of 112 rupees has been blocked without any proper reason. I called their helpline on 30/0/21 as my recharge amount of Rs100 done from my icici bank account failed I was given a reason it could be due to server issue I was asked to download etoll app by icici and recharge again I did a recharge of Rs100 again using that app it failed again when I called helpline again I was informed kyc is not done hence fastag is blocked how it is possible to use the fastag for more than two years without doing kyc I am being harassed unnecessary again I have uploaded PAN card copy on their fastag portal they are saying you have not uploaded the document I am being harrassed to the core I want to close this fastag account and get it issued from another bank

                    I have been charged around amount of 672.60 as cash transaction charges where as I didn't get any notification for this from bank. When I checked my statement it was reflecting.
                    Whenever icici bank debit such extra charges they are not notifying customers over a sms only reflecting on statement. If iam getting sms alert for all transactions why am I not getting alert for these extra charges which bank is charging me. It is fraudulent action has to be taken for this. ⁰

                      My Account has been freeze without my knowledge. when I wrote the mail to customer care. they mail be back about the reason KYC PENDING OTP ACCT.
                      I am out of india for 1 year and not able to visit the branch. I mailed them about this situation and didn't received any response from them.
                      I opened the account in Jan or Feb this year. I don't understand how the KYC is pending ? I already submitted my PAN, Adhaar and other documents.

                      I checked the RBI Guideline Clause (v) of Section 17:  and it states that my account can be operated for max 1 year and till now it's only 9 month.
                      I am out of India for 1 year and not able to visit the branch. So I also checked one more clause Amended Section 18 on V-CIP:I went through the point (ii):- which states my current condition. I opened the account in Jan or Feb this year. so we can still do the V-CIP.  No where it's written that it should be done within 72 hrs of account opening. If it's written somewhere please let me know (maybe I missed it). 
                      But I think with clause (v) of section 17, I can still operate my account. Let me know your thoughts.

                              I transferred Rs 35, 935 through IMPS on 1st Oct 2021 8:33 am from my ICICI bank A/c to PNB bank A/c.

                              The amount was debited from my ICICI bank A/c but not credited on my PNB bank A/c.

                              I received this message for the above transaction.

                              "Dear Customer, IMPS Txn Ref. [protected] for Rs 35, 935.00 is timed out at Beneficiary Bank on 01-Oct-21. Txn status will be updated by Beneficiary Bank in 3 working days - ICICI Bank."

                                Demat account charges/Account created without my consent

                                A demat account has been created out of the blue without my consent and suddenly I have been charges Rs.1000+ towards the maintenance of the same.
                                not able to reach any customer care regarding this issue, and the icici officials are also not giving proper responses.
                                I have no use of this demat account and majorly this has been created without my consent which is highly unethical....

                                  Out of my salary of 13000 there are ECS charges of 4500 out of which just 2000 is refunded to my account. And i was told more will get debited.

                                  There is no intimation from ICICI Bank of 8 ECS transaction and it just get debited whenever ICICI Bank wants.

                                  So my loan company presented ECS 8 times and my ICICI Accounts gets debited 8 times no intimation from Bank that your account is getting debited

                                  How would i know my loan company presented ECS 8 times?
                                  Why will i ask my loan company if ICICI bank is the one who is getting 8 time ECS Charges.

                                  There should be intimation from ICICI Bank you account is getting debited 8 time kindly talk with your loan company. Reply by ICICI Bank that we already intimated you by saying if you dont pay on time ECS Bank charges will apply.
                                  How will i come to KNOW how much time my loan company is presenting the payment. If ICICI is getting income from that ECS charge they should intimate the customer not the loan company.

                                    One of the worst customer service I have ever seen in my 15 yrs experience.

                                    My brother died of carona. So the amount should go to the nominee. For that they called us and took signatures and forms...there were 3 lakhs at Bank account. They told they will call within 3 to 5 days, 15 days up no response, what a pathetic service. My mom is aged with knee problem. That guy's u know not giving contact number at least to contact whether the work is done. One of the worst customer service in world. MALKAJGIRI BRANCH.

                                      I have been charged Rs. 588.18 including taxes for expression debit card which I didn't requested. They didn't inform me at all about the card issue and withdrawal of rs.588.18 from my account and I received a very unclear message. As well as, it seems they have blocked my basic debit card as it's not working now and there is no option to cancel the Expression debit card.

                                      I don't need Expression debit card as I already have a basic debit card and want to use that only.
                                      Please help me getting my money back and authorize my basic debit card again by cancelling expression debit card.
