Amount "NOT" credited to my savings account after my Iwish account closure. I have called many times since 27th of September month after closing my iwish account but in spite of all my calls, escalations. They said amount will be credited to your account in 2 or 3 working days but I am not getting my money credited to my own account. No ICICI Manager or Officer owe the responsibility or giving me assurance of the amount. Please consider this as an urgent issue and do the needful!!

      ICICI bank is forcibly issuing an upgraded debit card during my account creation. On the name of debit card upgrade twice IAM charged Rs.588.

      ICICI bank I swear now and never in future will go for any debit card upgrade and credit card.

      If you are really concerned of your customer and not on profit generation cancel debit card upgrade and refund the deductions.

        I have followed up 100 times with customer care and I know the processes is automated this last year for processing the claim by NHB which can be monitored online. But however due to the negligence of the bank representative the address details were not in filled in correctly and it got rejected ( Address as village mentioned) 2nd time the name was mismatch with aadhar and other proof which was again the mistake of bank rep!!!
        Now it's been 3yrs I have applied for subsidy claim under PMAY and they just state it is pending with NHB, I want to raise a pmo grievance on this, please help.

          Hello, I have an account with ICICI Bank and there was no obligation of minimum balance required for my account.Yesterday 622.10 rupees was deducted from my account under the MAB chgs, without even notifying me or sending me a message for the deduction . I thought that i might have bought something and forgot about it but in the statement today i received, it displayed that i have been charged for something spelt as MAB chgs . It have never happened before and at the time of opening my account i was not made aware of any such charges, so why am i charged of something which i was not made aware of in advance . Please look into the matter and help me in getting a refund of my money as soon as possible

            Credit card fraud happened on 1st October 2021. Fraudster name Ravi Verma and mobile number is[protected] which is still active and responding. Bank is not helping even after complaining the same day.

However the computer screen flashed that the transaction may not be successful but I received a message from my bank ( idbi bank) that the amount has been deducted.                   I missed my debit card emi and called the customer care he suggested me to pay the emi on

                  I agian called the customer care he said you paid emi on wrong upi.Actuall upi is

                      Hi this issue is with regards to a bank fraud in the name of ICICI bank. I first got a call from the ICICI personal banking number which is +91 [protected]. These guys knew exactly what was the FD amount that I had made. They called me up saying that they are from ICICI BKC head office. Then they told me to release that amount they needed verification of the card and the otp for them to do the backend work to release my money. They said after they would do that they would cancel the amount and that would work as a reversal. The name of the fraudster is Yogesh Jadhav. His mobile number/ telephone number still remains active. The phone number is [protected]. Imagine this high level heist. Today I called up the CUSTOMER care and they told me its a fraud and the transaction has taken place on another portal. These ### have the audacity to fraud somebody and take away hard earned money. Beware.

                            Be vigilant about your ICICI bank account. It is noticed that ICICI deducts card protection plan rs 1899 without getting your consent. We called ICICI customer care and during this covid time they are asking us to visit the ICICI branch to resolve this issue. But my question to them was
                            1. We have never consented to any policy for any deduction why should we go to ICICI and resolve this. They are doing fraudulent activities so it is their responsibility to take corrective measure.
                            2. I asked them to send details in email on customer consent when we asked for such policy. We wanted all details in email as we can file a complain in RBI and it can be done only after 30 days.

                            Ultimately they say they will revert the money as I was asking for proof and wanted to file a complaint to RBI on this. Its very bad on part of ICICI. We are changing our salary account to HDFC now.

                            If anyone of you got such deduction, ask them to show proof and report to RBI.

                              On my ICICI credit card account 4345 XXXX XXXX 3001
                              They had applied overlimit charges 590 rupees on 21 sept 2021. Although I have not used this card more than it's limit.
                              It's very unpredictable and horrible.

                              I request to ICICI for reverting those charges from my credit card as soon as possible.

                              Not satisfied resolution provided by ICICI bank support team. They have not reverted over limit charges 590 rupees.
                              Don't understand overlimit charges, as I didn't do any transaction of more amount which is greater than credit card full limit.

                              Worst experience - worst bank. It's cheater bank and big issue in their banking software :(

                              Lastly never recommend ICICI to my friends, colleagues and family member and relatives.

                                I opened a salary account a few months back in the bank and the experience have been great but the constant call from customer executive for forcing to dispatch credit card is annoying and unintelligible behaviour, I received one of such daily routine calls from executive and I told the executive that I don't want any credit card to be dispatched; after denying the card the lady was enraged and to quote her she said: "I will dispatch it irrespective of your consent and you will have to take it". I ask is it the way you deal with customers?. I am extremely disturbed and annoyed by this behaviour.

                                  Amount of INR 787.28 has been deducted from my ICICI Bank saving account (Acc. No.[protected] on 30-Sep-2021 with transaction ID [protected] and details as DP CHGS TILL AUG-21.

                                  I have tried to contact their customer care few times but did not get any positive response from their side.

                                    Credit Card payment not reflecting in to my account

                                    I have made ICICI credit card payment on 8-Oct-21 of amount Rs 6507.65 ref id using ICICI imobile pay app from HDFC net banking account, but still amount is not credited in to my credit card account.

                                    I tried to call customer care multiple time but no pick up call even after waiting of 10 minutes each time.. pathetic customer care.

                                    I visited ICICI bank, they do not take credit card issues.
