I have made purchase only 1 time through credit card in Isha fancy shop for the price 1890 on 22 SEP 2021. But amount has been debited twice.i have even contacted shop keeper whether they received money twice they have informed they received only once but why icici has debited twice for me. And the amount which was displayed to me to pay is 3780. When I have made only for the purchase of 1890 when I have contacted customer care no one is responsing. This is really wondering. If customer care was not responding then what user should do he need to pay the amount twice which was really fraud. I don't accept such things need resolution on this

      Dear team,

      On October 7, I got 4 instances of Rs. 590 deducted from my account under the code ECSRTNCHG. I had SIPs set to be deducted on October 5 but my salary came later in the day after the deduction was attempted. Please resolve this issue as a big amount was deducted from my account. Kindly let me know if there is any scope for a refund.

        Dear sir/ma’am,

        Rs 590 was deducted from my icici account
        Without any prior information.
        As we know we all are going through a crisis situation.
        It’s my salary account/emi account
        For past 8-10 months or above salary hasn’t come, But emi has.
        It’s unfair to deduct such a amount with costumers knowledge
        When we have to verify/acknowledge every transaction
        Please let me know the reason for deduction.

          I tried recharging my mobile balance online through ICICI online pre-paid recharge on 4 October 2021 the balance(Rs. 399) has been decucted from account however my mobile is not recharged yet. Kindly look in this.

            Hi,
            I am Sivanagbabu., holding a credit card of your bank for since year and paid an june and July month and reflected in the card but August month payment amount 14727 on 27th August 2021 and amount 8000rs september month payment which are not yet reflecting in my card. Please let me know how long will a credit card payment takes to reflect my account. I have to make further payment because of this am not able to do it.

              Without my consent, rs. 2000 has been deducted from my account on 07/10/2021 to 'dr. Tran for funding a/c[protected].
              I have never subscribed to any policy, however this deduction has been done by icici. I want my money back. Kindly help me in this regard as soon as possible.
              This reduction to dr. Tran for funding a/c[protected] is a clear case of fraud and banking norms are not being followed. This is unlawful and making me untrust icici bank for future banking activities.

                On 29th September 2021. Rs.826 debited with a remarks " DMC/[protected] DP
                CHGS TILL AUG-21"
                DMC DP CHGS charges debited in my ICICI bank account. I haven't activated any Demat Account on ICICI bank. PLease close all demat Account. And Refund my money as soon as posssible.

                  ICICI Multi Wallet Issue

                  Even I am getting the same issue. This multiwallet card is not valid anywhere. Money is stuck in it. And getting no point of contact. Somehow managed to login in self care but there also just able to see what you have nothing what you can do with that. Very disappointing. My card is going to expire, still not getting any update on that. Profile is also unable to edit....

                    I had Loan A/c LPNAG[protected] with ICICI for which I deposited the BT Cheque on Dt. 25/6/[protected]/- for For closure of Loan @ your Hingna nagpur Branch

                    But After one month again my EMI started getting deducted from my A/c., when I contacted the HIngna Nagpur branch, regarding excess EMI Deduction, they have stated that your Loan A/c is not closed even you deposited the balance amount of INR. 123000/-, due to which Interest on Entire amount is getting charged & EMI is getting deducted.

                    There are 2 Excess EMI's Deducted & again they are saying that to close the loan you have to pay further Rs.5, 700/-,

                    I would request you that if i have deposited the amount in the loan account then why interest on whole amount is being charged this is nothing but just like robbery on the account of Customer.

                    Pease look into the matter, also i would be more than happy if somebody from your team call back me for the issue to explain clearly

                      It's more than 10 days, I have given request for home loan foreclosure letter and list of documents. No response from ICICI Bank still SR status are open. No proper response from branch executives, one person says TAT is 7 days, some one says 21 days. If TAT is 21 days, for this 21 days customer has to pay interest on outstanding. This is not at all acceptable.

                        I have been charged 3 times in a month for 590rs without any prior notification, don't what these charges are all about. This is insane when I am in real need of the money this bank is going crazy deducting money out of my account.

                          I am Dushyant Kumar from PARASTIN GROUP same issue happens to me. This is really frustrating and giving burden to the customers. One of my loan emi schedule today, i.e. 05th October 2021, I have matained emi balance to pay the emi but all deducted from the account saying (NACH_AD_RTN charges)

                          Please look into this otherwise I will close my relationship with ICICI bank.

                            Without any authorization from me, card protection plan was actiavated for my credit card. An amount of 1399/- is being deducted every year. 2days back the amount is being deducted from my account. I do not want to continue this plan any more. Hence I request you to please deactivate this plan and refund my amount ASAP.

                              The bill payment was successful 3 months ago and actual limit showing in the NetBanking web is 50k but when I tried for transaction it says limit is 10k .I have dropped a mail thrice but there is no response.

                                  Hi,

                                  I opened a ICICI Demat Account recently and couldn't invest anything due to my availability but there was a Unathorized transaction in my account using my Account credentials last month saying i invested sum of 5000 Rupees in Kotak Multi cap Mutual Fund.

                                  I called immediately to ICICI Customer care and the call transferred to multiple teams and my complaint was not registered and i called the Demat Agent who opened my account he said he's not aware about this how did this happened. He asked to wait till Oct 6th to redeem and i waited i tried to Redeem but it is not allowing me to do.

                                    I had purchased a TVS Jupiter Scooty from Arvind TVS Motors Agra(UP) on date 31/01/2021 amount of Rs 83833 (Sum of two transaction) using ICICI Bank Credit Card. There was cashback offer going on at that time using ICICI Credit Card. The offer stated that within 90 days the cashback will be credited in the bank account but it's already 250 days yet I have not received the cashback and ICICI Customer Care helpline are not providing sufficient help.
                                    If its a fraud, I will never use ICICI Bank Credit Cards
