I got a refund from Amazon, Dell and Uber for three transactions but none of them are processed by ICICI and the FOREX Card has not reversed those transactions although they have been refunded by these companies. Need urgent help....

I am going through same issue, random amount deduction almost 3540/-+ rupees deductedfrom my saving account. Deduction under the name NACG_AD_RTN_CHRG_BAJAJFIN. I have also been charged with unnecessary charges of rs (Nach_ad_rtn_chrg~tpslsip).

I have visited Aundh Pune branch in 2018 for closure of demat account still I am being charged each year, No help from any email id mentioned helpdesk etc ... Not even RM helping to close this. Please refund for past 3 years....

I have a ICICI bank gift card which has remaining balance of 4970.40/- but when I use it for online purchase, the transactions get failed. None of your customer care numbers work. Please connect to a customer care representative asap and help me solve this issue....

I have been chasing for my refund from last 15 days regarding the payment of INR 1260 paid to Amazon for Nanpro 3 on 3rd September.

Today also the amount of INR 299 deducted from my account and again Amazon has not received the amount and cancelled my order

I have not received the payment nor have I received the product

Both the parties are denying and refusing the refund the amount...

There was autodebit of Rs 499 from my icici bank account through debit card. I have neither done the transaction nor have received any OTP. Transaction was made through VSI, more precisely VSI*WWW HOTSTAR. I request you to go through my problem and help me resolve this issue

Since yesterday I am not receiving OTP on my registered mobile no. for my account no.[protected] with ICICI bank. I'm unable to complete online transactions owing to this reason.

I have had my saving Account in ICICI Bank Indiranagar, Bangalore, for over 6 years. I use this account for my SIPs and other investments. It is an account that was created along with my Demat account in ICICI Bank.

I was looking at my bank statement today and I noticed 2 MABChgs made on Sep 21st under MABchgs-Aug21+GST and MABchgs-Jul21+GST, without any prior notification or warning!

On 15 Aug 2021, I received a message that 49000 & 2100 debit from Ashoka Sales in Faridabad using my credit card which was with me in Pune location Baner after getting a message of the debit amount I raised the complaint to customer care they blocked the card and I raised the cybercrime complaint after an hour of this in Pune.

Customer support asked to submit documents to the branch so I did on 17 Aug,...

I have already raised charges dispute against this transaction still they are saying that as per them amount has been received by the merchant.

Merchant is denying that they have not received this amount. I have already forwarded email that has been received by the merchant on the same day.

My question is if merchant has not received the payment where it has gone.

I have been associated with ICICI Bank for more than 10years and this is the first time on 20th SEP 2021 three UPI fraud transactions happened with phonepe wallet financial loss of 16600 amount. I lodge complaint SR[protected] against these fraud transactions to resolve the issue immediately. In parallel working with cyber crime to lodge RBI ombudsman case to avoid such cases in future.

Pls prioritise and resolve the fraud transactions...
