Hi this issue is with regards to a bank fraud in the name of ICICI bank. I first got a call from the ICICI personal banking number which is +91 [protected]. These guys knew exactly what was the FD amount that I had made. They called me up saying that they are from ICICI BKC head office. I'm account holder of ICICI bank, without my knowledge, ICICI bank deducted 590 amount as mention as NACH ad rtn chrg and deducted 145.72. Without my knowledge how bank can proceed?

Even i am not having any personal loan from icici bank or any EMI outstanding from any other banks or third parties.

      ICICI Bank deducted Rs 1899 for SOme WPP Policy which we never consented

      Be vigilant about your ICICI bank account. It is noticed that ICICI deducts card protection plan rs 1899 without getting your consent. We called ICICI customer care and during this covid time they are asking us to visit the ICICI branch to resolve this issue. But my question to them was
      1. We have never consented to any policy for any deduction why should we go to ICICI and resolve this. They are doing fraudulent activities...

      On my ICICI credit card account 4345 XXXX XXXX 3001
      They had applied overlimit charges 590 rupees on 21 sept 2021. Although I have not used this card more than it's limit.
      It's very unpredictable and horrible.

      I request to ICICI for reverting those charges from my credit card as soon as possible.

      Not satisfied resolution provided by ICICI bank support team. They have not reverted over limit charges 590 rupees.
      Don't understand overlimit charges, as I didn't do any transaction of more amount which is greater than credit card full limit.

      Worst experience - worst bank. It's cheater bank and big issue in their banking software :(

      Lastly never recommend ICICI to my friends, colleagues and family member and relatives.

        I opened a salary account a few months back in the bank and the experience have been great but the constant call from customer executive for forcing to dispatch credit card is annoying and unintelligible behaviour, I received one of such daily routine calls from executive and I told the executive that I don't want any credit card to be dispatched; after denying the card the lady was enraged and to quote her she said: "I will dispatch it irrespective of your consent and you will have to take it". I ask is it the way you deal with customers?. I am extremely disturbed and annoyed by this behaviour.

          Amount of INR 787.28 has been deducted from my ICICI Bank saving account (Acc. No.[protected] on 30-Sep-2021 with transaction ID [protected] and details as DP CHGS TILL AUG-21.

          I have tried to contact their customer care few times but did not get any positive response from their side.
          Requesting to look into the matter and do the needful.

            Credit Card payment not reflecting in to my account

            I have made ICICI credit card payment on 8-Oct-21 of amount Rs 6507.65 ref id using ICICI imobile pay app from HDFC net banking account, but still amount is not credited in to my credit card account.

            I tried to call customer care multiple time but no pick up call even after waiting of 10 minutes each time.. pathetic customer care.

            I visited ICICI bank, they do not take credit card issues.

            Address: Gujrat Viramgam icici branch Viramgam 382150.

            Icici Viramgam branch 382150 bank employe are not giving a satisfying answer they just talk rudey my problem is jusy KYC but they are anable to solve this problem branch manager said that branch done not have biometric machine after thay he said that you should go another branch. As well as bank service not very good answer Directly without any kind o[censored]nderstanding in this condition what customer do plz take required action on Viramgam icici branch.

              Hi,

              This is regarding late payment charges of Rs 916 levied to me on my credit card no. Xxxxxxxxxxxx9007.

              I had called customer care regarding this and explained to him that i didn't receive reminder on due date due to which i forgot to pay on time (Payment was only 4-5 days late) but they talked with me very rudely. All my past payments have always been done before due date. Also, i'm holding account in icici bank since very long. Despite all this i was not provided with any relaxation regarding this.

              This is very disappointing and discouraging to see that i have been a customer of icici bank for such a long time and i have received this kind of response even though it was not my fault that i didn't receive the reminder on due date.

              So, request you to pls look into it and reverse the late payment charges otherwise i don't have any option other than clearing all my dues and closing this credit card for good.

              Looking forward to your positive response.

              Ps: i've also sent a mail to customer.customer.[protected]@icicibank.com. It's been more than 5 days now but i haven't received any satisfactory reply. Rs 984.46 is not a small amount in covid times . Pls reverse the late payment charges so that i can pay my dues timely.

                  This Is Pradeep K, I had purchased my Two Wheeler Motorcycle (Dio 2011 model) ( KA 02 HP 8059) in 2012 January. I had taken vehicle loan from ICICI Bank, Koramangala, Bangalore, My Acc Num is[protected] non active). I have cleared all the EMIs. Currently I am not able to find the loan clearance & NOC letter from ICICI Bank, when i asked in MG Road branch they said we don't have any details about your account, we are unable to find it because o[censored]pgradation..                     My ICICI Bank account got debited for DP Chgs without any prior notice. This is not acceptable. When I called customer care they said it's for demat account but I don't hold any demat account with ICICI.

                    I am really not okay with ICICI services.

                      Been over a month since I paid for the fast tag, have not received fast tag.

                      I have called the customer care 5 times and every time they ask for 48 hours or 7 days

                      The complaint and inquiry tickets are closed without resolution.

                      I am tired of following up, very poor customer experience.

                      Amount was debit without any prior information and even i dont activated and use Demat.
                      Refund the amount at earliest.

                      I did not open any demat account in icici bank. But, they deducted rs.826(28 sept-2020) from my account on Nov 25. I want my money back and would request to do same asap.

                      This should not happen without consent.

                        Hello, my name is Pulkita working in tcs New Delhi. My icici prepaid meal card valid from 10/21 upto 05/25. But currently, my card is being shown invalid status. However, each month some amount of money from my salary is getting deposited to this card but i am unable to use the deposited money.

                        I have tried to access the food card self care portal but since i forgot my user id & password, i am unable to signup. Whenever i try to register for the user id by entering the card detail, it shows card status invalid error

                          My complaint is about ecsrtnchgs charges deduction .. icici bank deducting money without my information without my knowledge .. discusting situation i talked to their customer service they are blaming me .. i dont have any knowledge about what charges they are deducting .. and they have no explanation .. in 3 days 2 times my account debited with 590 rs and when i checked my statement this is not new thing in past month also same activity was on .. i am not the only one . more customer like me facing same problem ...

                            Ppl/wpp [sr781434841] new policy rs 1899/- deducted wrongly

                            On 08.10.2021 my account showed deduction of rupees 1899 for PPL/WPP [SR[protected]] NEW POLICY. But i have never enrolled for such a plan. this is big amount. So please help me get back my money as soon as possible. Amount deductions without our consent is not reasonable. Please cancel the policy as i don’t need it and i never used it. Please try to clear this request as Possible.

                              Dear sir

                              I ordered two mobile phones from Flipkart and I instantly cancelled one phone order of rs 9000 .after that I received an msg from icici bank that money is refunded by Flipkart and refunded money will be adjusted in upcoming statement .but instead of adjusting money they convert it to emi and whole amount is put it on outstanding value .I visited dwarka and then Jhandewalan bank their bank employee saying that refunded amount is not adjusted thats why outstanding amount is high .

                              Their are accepting their mistake but still on my money is not refunded .please help me regarding this matter .
