ICICI Bank VIN/APPLE COM fraud

Address: Malkajgiri, ICICI Bank

My name is Mohd Zainuddin I got message amount deducted from my saving account.{dear customer, inr 299.00 was spent using debit card of account XX137 on 29-Sep-21. Info: VIN*APPLE COM*B. The available balance.}but i did not done any transaction. Without my otp how this happened. Please cross check and revert my money back....

INR 826 has been deducted from ICICI bank account on the name of DP CHGS TLL Aug -21. as per my understanding this charge for ICICI Direct account, I did not use this account from last 3 years and no prior notice to deduct it.
Please return my Money

    I have an icicidirect account (AC no. [protected]) which was lying dormant since last 10 years. I have just got it activated this year in July 21, but I have been charged with Rs. 3618.67 which are unwarranted. There was no intimation for the charges, and they were deducted without any prior information. This is unjustified and complete duplicity of faith with the DEMAT provider i.e. ICICIDirect whom I have given access to my bank account for deposits and debits.

    No SMS, no intimation.

    Please help in reversal of the charges Rs. 3618.67 on urgent basis.

      Hello,

      I am an ICICI Bank customer. I got charged for unauthorized and Unnecessarily last 29/09/2021 (ECSRTNCHG) without my knowledge and without any confirmation email, SMS, or Phone call. The total amount charged is INR.535.05 and INR. 0.02. This is ridiculous. I am requesting a refund. Otherwise, I would like to deactivate my account from this bank, this is not fair.

      My question is before charging. they have to update or get confirmation from us, right?

        Hello ICICI representative,

        today all of sudden i ntoiced that 926 rs wa debited from my account with transaction comment " DMC/*****DP CHGS"

        FYI- I have closed DEMAT account long back and it have not being charged so far. May i know why this all of sudden.

        I am a trusted customer of ICICI sice 2002 and such unnecessary deduction really frustrate and loose faith on such big brand.

        pls immediately reverse the money and get it in my account.

            I noticed that ICICI Bank deducted money from my account under the nach_ad_rtn_chrg. May I know why this deduction is happened as it already taken on 18-Sep-21 and now 28-Sep-21. why this deduction is happening??

              I have done an IMPS transaction and the amount is debited from my account, but it's not credited to the beneficiary account. Also, I have received massage as Below:

                Unjust Auto Debit Charges on my EMI Account

                I financed washing machine from Bajaj Finance Service. After my first EMI was deducted on 2nd September, in the same month, I was charged ₹118 thrice on 23rd September under following tags -

                All the reimbursements from my company are getting rejected by ICICI bank giving reason as beneficiary name differs.
                I have verified the names both are matching even then its the same issue

                            Hi icici,

                            3rd September 2021 i can see that rs.1899/- has been deducted from my icici bank account mentioning wpp renewal plan. Last year when they deducted the money for the same plan i called one assist team and said to cancel the policy as i never used it. Please cancel the policy as i don’t need it and i never used it. Please try to clear this request asap.

                                Amount of 2000 rupees is debited from my saving account and passbook shows dr trans for funding a/c. I haven't opted for any kind of policy. So this deduction without my permission is illegal and I want my money back. Also today is 26 Sept 2021 and transaction showing 27 Sept 2021. So this is a clear case of fraud and a proof is attached herewith.
