On 15 Aug 2021, I received a message that 49000 & 2100 debit from Ashoka Sales in Faridabad using my credit card which was with me in Pune location Baner after getting a message of the debit amount I raised the complaint to customer care they blocked the card and I raised the cybercrime complaint after an hour of this in Pune.
Customer support asked to submit documents to the branch so I did on 17 Aug, because 15 and 16 were bank Off so 17 Aug morning 10 am I have submitted documents but from ICICI that requested got closed automatically and raised new request and no one inform me and that second request which was generated it got closed by saying you haven't provided documents so I again escalate with a new request and submitted document to branch again.
This kind of ICIC doing fraud support, which customers are facing I'm also planning to file FIR & Petition against ICICI bank for the same.
Without Giving OTP & PIN and card with me in Pune the transaction happens in Faridabad using my credit card this is so shocking for me.
I really, need your help to investigate this issue and give my 70k amount back please because I work so hard to earn money but this kind of thing is very bad.
Please check below ICICI SR numbers.

This issue since 15 Aug, ICICI bank customer support not helping they just give reasons for documents which was since 17 Aug when the bank was open that time already supported they close that request without informing me then later when I did follow they said you don't support document then I have to raise request again and submitted documents again but still, they asking clear documents which today I again submitted but I really need your help to investigation for this issue because without Giving OTP/PIN and card with me in Pune someone swipe from Faridabad 70k so this is a very serious issue.
If you guys didn't pay attention then it will be very risky in future for other folks. please solve this issue as soon as possible with details.
because now, I don't have trust on ICICI bank for this.
