      I have opened my demat account with icicidirect during 2017 and bank representative told during that time "this demat account will be lifetime free and no AMC/other charges will be charged in future as I am having salary account in the bank".
      Now on 28-Sep-21, they have auto deducted INR 826 from my savings account as DP charge. Now, this is a case of clear misinformation and cheating from bank's side.
      I need proper justification and also refund of my money.
      I am a 10+ years old customer to the bank but they have lost all trust now.

        I am Pooja, an amount of 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of 'dp chgs till aug-21'

        I have never activated and used my demat account and most importantly i don't even know that i hold a demat account till now. There was no prior notice of deduction and i haven't received any deduction message.
        I need my money back and am ready to complain anywhere else if needed.

            I have a Demat account in ICICI bank for more than 5 years now. As I checked my bank transactions and I found that there are two debit transaction 'DMC/[protected] DP CHGS TILL AUG-21'---- INR 628.07' on 29-Sept-2021 and DMC/[protected] DP CHGS Till MAR-21 --- INR344.17. When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and why to charge now, after so many years. This is My ICICI account number[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount.

              Multiple times within a month, amount has been deducted from the account with "NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG". What is this charge and why is this being deducted multiple times in a month?
              ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
              Also if I understand correctly from the various FAQs shared, this charge is deducted if there is not sufficient funds for auto debit of ICICI PRU insurance. But my concern is that I had already paid the premium amount in advance prior to the due date. Then why was auto debit enabled and this charge deducted?
              Team, haven't received any resolution or update till now. Kindly help in resolving this.

                    I am icici account holder, Spetember'29th 2021 my account got deducted as "CashTxnChgs-Branch-Aug21+GST" charges.

                    I didn't receive any message or alert from you when I checked my account statement. I came to know about this. I am disappointed with this kind of behavior about not informing the customer. I am still confused about this deduction....

                          I have an icicidirect account (AC no. [protected]) which was lying dormant since last 10 years. I have just got it activated this year in July 21, but I have been charged with Rs. 3618.67 which are unwarranted. There was no intimation for the charges, and they were deducted without any prior information. This is unjustified and complete duplicity of faith with the DEMAT provider i.e. ICICIDirect whom I have given access to my bank account for deposits and debits.

                          No SMS, no intimation.

                          Please help in reversal of the charges Rs. 3618.67 on urgent basis.

                            Hello,

                            I am an ICICI Bank customer. I got charged for unauthorized and Unnecessarily last 29/09/2021 (ECSRTNCHG) without my knowledge and without any confirmation email, SMS, or Phone call. The total amount charged is INR.535.05 and INR. 0.02. This is ridiculous. I am requesting a refund. Otherwise, I would like to deactivate my account from this bank, this is not fair.

                            My question is before charging. they have to update or get confirmation from us, right?

                              today all of sudden i ntoiced that 926 rs wa debited from my account with transaction comment " DMC/*****DP CHGS"

                              FYI- I have closed DEMAT account long back and it have not being charged so far. May i know why this all of sudden.

                              I am a trusted customer of ICICI sice 2002 and such unnecessary deduction really frustrate and loose faith on such big brand.

                              pls immediately reverse the money and get it in my account.
