Hi Team,

I just received a transaction email from ICICI Bank on my debit card. It's of 814.42 INR. Transaction says "VSI/GOOGLE Hin". I called the customer care to get more details on the same, but the executive said it's of some "Google Hint" and asked me to search for the details online. I searched it alot but unable to get any details. I want to know if my card was physically used by anyone while I left it at my room. Help me with this please.

      They have not taken any steps to solve and it is still solved I beleive it is an automated machine which by default says as solved

        I got a refund from Amazon, Dell and Uber for three transactions but none of them are processed by ICICI and the FOREX Card has not reversed those transactions although they have been refunded by these companies. Need urgent help.

                I have visited Aundh Pune branch in 2018 for closure of demat account still I am being charged each year, No help from any email id mentioned helpdesk etc ... Not even RM helping to close this. Please refund for past 3 years.

                      I have been chasing for my refund from last 15 days regarding the payment of INR 1260 paid to Amazon for Nanpro 3 on 3rd September.

                      Today also the amount of INR 299 deducted from my account and again Amazon has not received the amount and cancelled my order

                      I have not received the payment nor have I received the product

                      Both the parties are denying and refusing the refund the amount

                            There was autodebit of Rs 499 from my icici bank account through debit card. I have neither done the transaction nor have received any OTP.                                   I have had my saving Account in ICICI Bank Indiranagar, Bangalore, for over 6 years. I use this account for my SIPs and other investments. It is an account that was created along with my Demat account in ICICI Bank.

                                  I was looking at my bank statement today and I noticed 2 MABChgs made on Sep 21st under MABchgs-Aug21+GST and MABchgs-Jul21+GST, without any prior notification or warning!

                                  Please take action against this Bank for extorting the charges from my account for the first and without consent or warning!

                                    Hi Team,

                                    On 15 Aug 2021, I received a message that 49000 & 2100 debit from Ashoka Sales in Faridabad using my credit card which was with me in Pune location Baner after getting a message of the debit amount I raised the complaint to customer care they blocked the card and I raised the cybercrime complaint after an hour of this in Pune.

                                    Customer support asked to submit documents to the branch so I did on 17 Aug, because 15 and 16 were bank Off so 17 Aug morning 10 am I have submitted documents but from ICICI that requested got closed automatically and raised new request and no one inform me and that second request which was generated it got closed by saying you haven't provided documents so I again escalate with a new request and submitted document to branch again.

                                    This kind of ICIC doing fraud support, which customers are facing I'm also planning to file FIR & Petition against ICICI bank for the same.

                                    Without Giving OTP & PIN and card with me in Pune the transaction happens in Faridabad using my credit card this is so shocking for me.

                                    I really, need your help to investigate this issue and give my 70k amount back please because I work so hard to earn money but this kind of thing is very bad.

                                    Please check below ICICI SR numbers.

                                    First Request 15 Aug (Which was closed without giving proper reason to me and second request they created and says we don't have the document but this request does already has documents.) SR[protected]

                                    This issue since 15 Aug, ICICI bank customer support not helping they just give reasons for documents which was since 17 Aug when the bank was open that time already supported they close that request without informing me then later when I did follow they said you don't support document then I have to raise request again and submitted documents again but still, they asking clear documents which today I again submitted but I really need your help to investigation for this issue because without Giving OTP/PIN and card with me in Pune someone swipe from Faridabad 70k so this is a very serious issue.

                                    If you guys didn't pay attention then it will be very risky in future for other folks. please solve this issue as soon as possible with details.

                                    because now, I don't have trust on ICICI bank for this.

                                      Hi,

                                      I have already raised charges dispute against this transaction still they are saying that as per them amount has been received by the merchant.

                                      Merchant is denying that they have not received this amount. I have already forwarded email that has been received by the merchant on the same day.

                                      My question is if merchant has not received the payment where it has gone.

                                      If bank is not going to help I will raised concern in front of Ombudsman or RBI.
