I have got the Flexi Personal Loan from Bajaj finserv . I am paying the Loan due 2400 Rs on 2nd of the every month.Last september of 2nd I can't pay . I know that my account is not having sufficient Funds I have deposited my Amount on 4th September.But In the evening I am getting message that your ECS has returned due to Insufficient funds and Charged Rs.1190 from my account.I have called customer care and they are saying...

Lufthansa has credited an amount of Rs. 3252 to my Mastercard Credit Card ending with 5000 on 22nd July, 2021. But, the amount is not reflected in my Credit Card. I have raised this issue with the customer care, but have not received any feedback.

Please check and refund the said amount to my Credit Card...

There was a transaction of rs 619.5 from my account. I have not done any transaction. Its a fraud transaction. Please help...

To my utter astonishment, My account has been debited twice with INR 624.03/- and INR 201.97 on 30th August 2021 and 26th August 2021 respectively. However I don't have any demat/trading account with ICIC bank nor ever requested for. Thus this issue to be raised with respective authorities and arrange for refund as soon as possible.

Dear Customer, transaction of INR 999.00 done on ICICI Bank Account XX201 on 04-Sep-21. Info: VSI*WWW MONEY. The Available Balance is INR 1, 81, 014.24. Call on 18002662 for dispute or SMS BLOCK 201 to [protected] .

I don't know about this transaction, I want to know is this done fraud transaction or correct...

On[protected] Rs.1699 auto debited from my acc.I did not apply for any policy
Please cancel this policy....

I ordered a product from amazon but i did not like the product so returned that product but till now I have not received my refund.
[protected] this is the RRN (Refund Reference Number) for the refund initiated....

I am Sonu, amount of 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL JUL-21

I have never activated and used my demat account and most importantly i don't even know that i hold a demat account till now. There was no prior notice of deduction and i haven't received any deduction message.

I need my money back and am ready to complain anywhere else if needed...

I am valued customer of ICICI bank, having debit card -[protected] & two Credit Card -[protected] & another last four digit is 8005
I was regular user and made regular payment of ICICI credit card.(for that you check my previous year details) but recently in Jan/feb moth I asked to close my credit card 1003 & another 8005 had told to block .
2/3 months back (July – Aug) i noticed that I am getting bills regularly...

I had two credit cards. One is Amazon ICICI credit card and another is ICICI credit card. Both the accounts also closed without any due. But in cibil report date close is not updated.

I tried to reach out to customer care. After 15 mins get disconnected automatically. I have tried more than 5 times same happened.

Please help me to update the cibil report.

On 14th Aug 2021, I was Inquiring the Amazon delivery status from toll free number :[protected]. I was asked to re-verify the address on link shared by the person through SMS and pay 5 rupees using my ICICI credit card XX02.
Immediately following this i received text messages in my mobile no. XXXXX 49019 sending otp for the following transactions being under process using my said credit card.

I paid my BHU pet fee through Google Pay to tpsl.[protected]@icici eve though the transaction is successful, the payment is still not received to the recepient. Pls this is not something small amount for us. My form still showing pending...

I have a salary account with ICICI bank since ages now however I noticed there is a deduction of 5, 000 twice from account in the sum of 2500 twice which I got no notification for.
When I did call the bank Ram Babu and Srikanth Gabapa, both informed that the deduction was for a demat account which i dot not have with the bank at all....

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have registered my number in DnD registry for ICICI.
Despite this I keep getting calls.
I even called up customer care in the month of June/July complaining about the repeated calls. I was assured that after 30 days I will not be receiving any calls. When I asked the CCE for appellate if I get a call, she still assured that wont be necessary.

Now, I have been getting calls that too...

I wanted to know why Amount of Rs 826 has been deducted from my ICICI bank account as DP charges till July 21 so request to refund my amount as soon as possible...

I transferred Rs 100000 through IMPS on 1st September at 3.30 PM from ICICI A/C to Sate bank of India bank A/C.

The amount did not get credited to the Beneficiary Account neither was refunded back to my account.

But I got a message that said

"Dear Customer, IMPS Txn Ref[protected] for Rs.100000.00 is timed out at Beneficiary Bank on 1-Sep-2021. Txn status will be updated by Beneficiary Bank in...

I am not using any demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening account.
But still this charges are applied and debited from my account. Dmc/ dp chgs till July-21 is shown in the statement. So please...

What could be the reason you people debited DP charges once at 6Re. and later on 604.99,

Why its debited. i want that amount should be refunded
