Unauthorised transaction in my NRI account

I received a message from ICICI BANK that “ Dear Customer, transaction of INR 999.00 done on ICICI Bank Account XX069 on 14-Sep-21. Info: MSI*PAY WWW M. The Available Balance is INR xxxx Call on 18002662 for dispute or SMS BLOCK 069 to [protected]”

I did not authorise this transaction and I don’t even know how this amount got deducted. Could you please help me on this..??

Money is getting debited from my account automatically without my confirmation

Address:Electronic City Branch, No 7(P)E, Phase I, near E-City, Industrial Town, Authority, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560100

From March2021 every month some Amazon amount(INR 129) is getting debited without my knowledge. I am not getting OTP or any intimations before the deduction and no where I could see an auto pay setup done by me. Could you please check and update?

Withdrawal from Non-ICICI ATM but amount not processed still debited from savings account

I am a customer of ICICI Bank and I tried to withdraw the amount 900/- from Kotak Mahindra Bank ATM. I got the message as the transaction was declined but the amount got debited from my bank account. I reached customer support and they are lagging intentionally and the call got disconnected intermediately due to insufficient balance. I didn't receive any call back from them. But I got mail that complaints have registered against SR[protected]...

I never opted for any DMAT account and never used any serviced from dmat account. Your representative himself opened an account and said its free of cost but still I did't agree and I don't know they opened an account with my details. ICICI Bank Unauthorised deduction of rs 4000 for dr. tran for funding A/C

Without my consent, rs. 4000 has been deducted from my account on 13/09/2021 to 'dr. Tran for funding a/c[protected].
I have never subscribed to any policy, however this deduction has been done by icici. I want my money back. Kindly help me in this regard as soon as possible.
This reduction to dr. Tran for funding a/c is a clear case of fraud and banking norms are not being followed. This is unlawful and making me untrust icici...

Fraudulent Debit from Account

I opened a savings account in ICICI this month. INR 2000 were debited from my account under the detail of Dr Tran for Funding Account (number). I did not authorise this payment, neither did I subscribe to any policy of such kind. This is a clear case of fraud, as the complaints before mine also state.
I urge the bank to look into the matter ASAP and refund my money.

Amazon pay ICICI credit Card document upload does not get processed even after successful video kyc

I've applied for Amazon pay ICICI credit card and successfully completed video KYC and further more it asked me to upload my income proofs as in my case it is payslip, 3months bank statement as I'm salaried employee which I did on June 2021 and from then onwards it just says my application was on hold and re-upload the income documents and I did it not twice or thrice but around 15times and I've even contacted the customer support via e-mail...

Transaction without authorization or approval.

A transaction worth 4000 Rs was made on 9 September 2021 from my account, I haven't made this transaction neither did I authorize it by sharing any otp. On checking the statement this was made to the account no.[protected], I am completely unaware of this account number. I haven't made this transaction. Kindly look into the matter and secure safety of my account and refund the money that has been fraudulently deducted....

Extra charges added Credit Card

I am holding the amazon icici credit card, many times, and for the beginning, I have raised the complaint about this, I have not received any last payment due to date details in my registered email id or my phone number, and I am continuously following past 6 months with ICICI Bank executives, during between I requested multiple times but they have not responded my email and calls.

Spurious auto debit return fee on card and bank account

First payment on my credit card was due on 7-Sep. I made a payment on time and it was applied on 7-Sep. Later I found that bank tried auto debit from an ICICI bank account of mine (without telling me) which was rejected due to insufficient funds. Now they are charging me INR 450 (on credit card side) and INR 59 (on bank account side) for 'auto debit return'.

My question is, how is the bank even attempting an auto debit without...

Issuing Debit card one after another for the same a/c without my knowledge

In July 2021 I collected my new debit card as well as a fresh cheque book from my icici home branch in phase7 Mohali, personally by submitting my ID credentials.

ICICI DIRECT and ICICI bank have made my life a living hell for two years. Before migrating from India, I submitted a request to convert my resident demat account to NRO status. Instead, they opened multiple new NRO accounts and charged me annual fees, but made my resident demat account inactive with my holdings/funds still in them! Now I cannot access these funds. I have contacted their customer care and chief of service quality but NOBODY...
