I did a transaction of 30k from icici to axis and the transaction number is[protected]. Can you please help me refund..the money got deducted and it also didn't credited the

Axis account.

The message I got was

Dear Customer, IMPS Txn Ref.[protected] for Rs 30, 000.00 is timed out at Beneficiary Bank on 30-Sep-21. Txn status will be updated by Beneficiary Bank in 3 working days - ICICI Bank.

Cab you please help

    I am icici account holder, Spetember'20 month my account got deducted as "CashTxnChgs-Branch-Aug20+GST" charges for 4 times,

    29 Sep'21 - rs 48.13
    31 Sep'21 - rs 4081.17

    Total - rs 4130

    I didn't receive any message or alert from you when I checked my account statement. I came to know about this. I am disappointed with this kind of behavior about not informing the customer. I am still confused about this deduction.

    Please help me to get refund

      In the above loan account we have cleared all the installments of the vehicle through settlement on 31.01.2019, after this the guarantor name is reflected in the CIBIL report.
      Kindly remove the closer reason on priority basis.

        On 29th September 2021 I was charged for Rs.826 as DP charges till Aug 2021 by ICICI Bank. There was no notification or email or text message about the transaction. While opening the account they never mentioned such charges. I called the bank twice and asked about the charges but they hung up the call. I checked online and found that lot of other people have logged similar complain. Please resolve.

          ICICI has fraudly deduct 826 Rs from my account on 28th Sep 2021 as i haven't request for any Demat service or any other service.

            There is a deduction of 620 Rupees from my savings account, charging for Demat account which I never activated. This is done without any information or communication given. Have been calling customer care received no response. Need my money back.

              I am using an ICICI bank account since 2013 and have never opened any Demat account. Today when I checked my account balance then I found that Rs. 826 has been deducted on the 28th of September in the name of Demat account charges till August 21. Even I was not notified about this transaction through a message which results in bouncing off one of my loan which is expected to go on the 30th of September. I need the deducted amount immediately and I will also not going to pay any bounce charges for this as I am not faulty here.

                826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[] dp chgs till aug-21) on 29-Sept-2021. I have never used my demat account till now.
                same amount was also deducted last year, but last year i did not complain
                You people have provided me by saying this is free .
                When i checked this online i found that you are doing this all the people
                This is totally unaccepted . I want my refund for both year.

                      Why my amount was deducted under this following statements. Why i am getting all charges from my account? I asked about bajaj finserve and told me they authorized to deduct only loan amount, not any other charges. So, i move to call customer care number icici bank. The ivr wanted me to enter my details so fast and then after a few seconds, it's automatically hang up.
                      I need to know about the charges please help. And why you will charges like these under the name of "nach_ad_rtn_chrg~bajajfin".

                      Please stop all these.

                      Baja finansrv is the biggest mistake in my life.

                        I was informed it is free of cost and it will never be charged/deduct money and also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI

                          They have zeroed my account without prior intimation they have deducted 266 till now and i am sure they will deduct further more if balance updated.
                          They are deducting without prior intimation.
                          Even if we are liable to pay then also they should inform.
                          They just their write code words for what they have deducted
                          I didnt get what is dmc dps charges.
                          This is pure looting.
                          One side government is saying put your money into bank and other side they are seizing the money without prior notice.

                            How did this transaction happen without any OTP.

                                I am Ashish Balodia, an amount of 619.50 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of dp chgs till aug 2021 on 29/09/2021

                                      I have opened my demat account with icicidirect during 2017 and bank representative told during that time "this demat account will be lifetime free and no AMC/other charges will be charged in future as I am having salary account in the bank".
                                      Now on 28-Sep-21, they have auto deducted INR 826 from my savings account as DP charge. Now, this is a case of clear misinformation and cheating from bank's side.
                                      I need proper justification and also refund of my money.
                                      I am a 10+ years old customer to the bank but they have lost all trust now.
