I wrongly transferred an amount to a beneficiary account . Beneficiary refunded the amount in two days .After which we told them to remove the lein .They wasted our time for 2 months and today they say it's not in their process to send lein removal confirmation mail to kotak .Kotak bank has requested icici to send confirmation mail so that they can remove the lein from beneficiary since they already transferred it to us .Now ICICI is asking me to tell the beneficiary to raise debit concern. Both banks are planing passing the parcel

Complaint marked as Resolved After visiting my home branch and following up the team has finally sent the details to kotak bank and the action has been taken from their end .Henc, closing this issue for Now .Thanks
