Hi,

I am icici account holder, my account got deducted as "CashTxnChgs-Branch-Jul21+GST"

20Sep'21 - rs 3001

I didn't receive any message or alert from you when I checked my account statement. I came to know about this. I am disappointed with this kind of behavior about not informing the customer. I am still confused about this deduction.

      I have made an IMPS transaction from my imobile application, IMPS transaction.
      I received confirmation screen of successful transaction but the recipient haven't received the money!,
      This is really pathetic service, why you charge us fee for IMPS transaction if you cannot complete it instantly.
      This is ridiculous.

      Below I am mentioning my transaction details.

      Date: 19th September

        I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs649/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/NETFLIX stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction, and neither there is any auto renewal option also. the amount was debited on 18th sept 2021. Could you please assist me regarding this.

          I had talked with customer care 15/09/21 AMAN (Supervisor)
          He had guided like I had sent a message, no response from your side. 17/09/21 JOYTHI (Supervisor) cut my call when we were talking, thereafter I tried to call again. She refused to talk with Priya Customer care. She had connected with JAY ( Supervisor) . He talked rashly and cut my call. you did not respond properly so I will wait upto tomorrow morning 11am.(18/09/21). If not solve this I will Complaint to Consumer court they will find what is real. I had complained in the same SBI customer care they had talked with politely and resolved my problem within 24hrs and given confirmation by mail that I had sent money Rs39500/- successfully transferred to ICICI BANK.

          This is N Mohanmurali. I have a Credit card ([protected]) of ICICI Bank, Aug 2021 Bill I had paid through online banking of SBI. Bill Amount Rs 39407.37, So I had Paid
          1) INB txn of Rs 25000/- frm A/c X2761 ref#IV07085966 on 06 Sep 2021 and
          2) INB txn of Rs 14500/- frm A/c X2761 ref#IV07086284 on 06 Sep 2021
          total 39500
          is not returned in my SBI account. it is showing paid. But My ICICI Credit Card till Showing Due Amount is not reduced could you Please Clear It as soon as possible. Please contact me by mail. Actually, my phone is switched off due to my exams.

                ICICI Multi-wallet Card

                Hi,

                I am using a multi-wallet card and it will expire on 11/21. I would like to renew the card but can't find any option to request for a new card on self care portal. And permanent address registered is my office address, would like to update address as well of possible so card can be delivered to home address.

                Demat account charges without my consent

                ICICI has charged 688.33 Rs for Demat account DP charges.

                Not Even send message for money deduction of Rs. 688.33

                I have never open demat account with icici then how can u people deduct money from My account. This is the second time demat account fees is deducted from my account without my permission.

                2000/- rs deducted from my Saving account ICICI bank without my consent, sms title says "Dr. Tran for Funding A/C for 2000/- has been created".
                I mean if i have to use it for investment i have other instruments than this forceful investment plans oppressed by bank itself.
                This is illegal, kindly revert the transaction back to the account.

                    My money is being deducted in the name of minimum account charges without even notifying it. It was open on the terms of zero balance account and now money being deducted kindly resolve my issue
                    This month it deducted Rs 698. Last month it was somewhere around 250 or above.
                    Kindly look into the matter and refund the same.

                      275.33 INR debited from my account no. ending in 1771, A/c Holder Name- Jaspreet Singh Chawla, Mob#- linked to account.as DP charges for demat account. I never used it as it was forcefully/zabardasti given to me by icici official/representative on ICICI bank account opening by communicating that there are no charges/fee whatsoever, applicable for this demat account for lifetime. And they are deducting the amount now, which is unethical.

                      I have never used it, never want to use it. Moreover, I would not like to have an account where false promises were made to me.

                      I reported this fraud and complaint to them on 30-Aug-2021 but they are simply delaying the refund process by giving excuses and all. I have done multiple follow-ups and they do not respond timely.

                      Please help me get the bak an amount of INR 275.33 inr into my bank account ASAP.

                      There is already an email trail that's ongoing since 30 Aug, 2021 but the ICICI team is not resolving it. I have done multiple follow-ups as well, but your team doesn't care about it.. I have done again a follow-up by providing this UID in bold on top of the email content/body. Please check and do the needful ASAP.
                      Attached is a proof of email as well where I responded with UID as asked.

                              I am an icici bank customer. Today 16-09-21 ecsrtnchg charged 590 rupees. and 590 rupees two times deducted from my account. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... The bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or SMS or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is. This type of direction is not good please return my charged amount. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com. I even not getting any deduction messages on my phone. So please return my money.

                                As per last statement I have paid 3000 INR on 21.08.2021 to my ICICI credit card.But yesterday I got a call from ICICI bank that I still have Current Outstanding Amount that is 4044.46 INR.But as per billing cycle 2977 INR my EMI value and I paid it before the stipulated time.You can check.

                                Kindly describe the payment break up of 4044.46 INR (that is my Current Outstanding Amount as per ICICI bank.)

                                And Please specify why I will pay again within the same billing period after full payment?

                                  This is regarding late payment charges of Rs 500+90 levied to me on my credit card no. Xxxxxxxxxxxx6005.

                                  I had called customer care regarding this and explained to him that i forgot to pay on time (Payment was only 4 days late). All my past payments have always been done before due date. Also, i'm holding salaried account in icici bank since dec 2007. Despite all this i was not provided with any relaxation regarding this.

                                  This is very disappointing and discouraging to see that i have been a customer of icici bank for such a long time and i have received this kind of response

                                  So, request you to pls look into it and reverse the late payment charges otherwise i don't have any option other than clearing all my dues and closing this credit card for good.

                                  Looking forward to your positive response.

                                  due date is Sep 12 2021,
                                  i paid Rs10, XXX on Aug 22 2021(balance of that day) but the emi forgot EMI transaction was debited on 24th Aug 2021 Rs7, XXX.(which i forgot)
                                  now - had cleared the due on 16th Sep 2021
                                  Pls reverse the late payment charges so that i can pay my dues immediately.
