I am an icici bank customer. Today 16-09-21 ecsrtnchg charged 590 rupees. and 590 rupees two times deducted from my account. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... The bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or SMS or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is. This type of direction is not good please return my charged amount. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com. I even not getting any deduction messages on my phone. So please return my money.

    As per last statement I have paid 3000 INR on 21.08.2021 to my ICICI credit card.But yesterday I got a call from ICICI bank that I still have Current Outstanding Amount that is 4044.46 INR.But as per billing cycle 2977 INR my EMI value and I paid it before the stipulated time.You can check.

    Kindly describe the payment break up of 4044.46 INR (that is my Current Outstanding Amount as per ICICI bank.)

    And Please specify why I will pay again within the same billing period after full payment?

      Hi,

      This is regarding late payment charges of Rs 500+90 levied to me on my credit card no. Xxxxxxxxxxxx6005.

      I had called customer care regarding this and explained to him that i forgot to pay on time (Payment was only 4 days late). All my past payments have always been done before due date. Also, i'm holding salaried account in icici bank since dec 2007. Despite all this i was not provided with any relaxation regarding this.

      This is very disappointing and discouraging to see that i have been a customer of icici bank for such a long time and i have received this kind of response

      So, request you to pls look into it and reverse the late payment charges otherwise i don't have any option other than clearing all my dues and closing this credit card for good.

      Looking forward to your positive response.

      due date is Sep 12 2021,
      i paid Rs10, XXX on Aug 22 2021(balance of that day) but the emi forgot EMI transaction was debited on 24th Aug 2021 Rs7, XXX.(which i forgot)
      now - had cleared the due on 16th Sep 2021
      Pls reverse the late payment charges so that i can pay my dues immediately.

          This is regarding the order I placed with the merchant Amazon.in on 05/09/21 with amount 1493. The order was cancelled and the merchant confirmed the sam through email which was forwarded to ICICI customer service . After 7 days also the money is not refunded to my account . After sending many mails with relevant documents confirming that the merchant didn’t received the money, I didn’t received any reply back till now. Contacted customer service also . Please do the needful .

              This bank deducts charges and gives no information. This amount is always deducted when there are less funds in the ac. The charges are huge and with no intimation or even a text after charging to keep us informed. Now a days they dont even send text msg when funds are recieved. I have been getting charged for a very long time and always big amounts. They dont deduct timely, they deduct once a while which ain't good. Plz somebody take a look into this as it's not one complaint or a few, there are too many complaints with the same issue, which means it's an ongoing issue.

                I'm an icici bank customer. From[protected] ecsrtnchg has charged around 1700/- rupees. The bank hit the charges without my knowledge & without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what charge it is. This is disappointing.

                  I wrongly transferred an amount to a beneficiary account . Beneficiary refunded the amount in two days .After which we told them to remove the lein .They wasted our time for 2 months and today they say it's not in their process to send lein removal confirmation mail to kotak .Kotak bank has requested icici to send confirmation mail so that they can remove the lein from beneficiary since they already transferred it to us .Now ICICI is asking me to tell the beneficiary to raise debit concern. Both banks are planing passing the parcel

                    I have seen the following transaction. Not sure why i have been charged or deducted the amount of Rs 1.4k from my savings.

                      I called on number Ghule wines . This number [protected] is available on google search.. They used my credit card for two transaction on 38, 002 & 19001. THis are fraud from them. Ghule wines from bavdhan already had filed case against such fraud transaction on there name. I visited nearest police station. they told me that there are many fraud transaction on ghule wines. Ghule wines from bavdhan has filed case for fraud.
                      I have filed complaint to cyber crime also. but no reply.

                      Below is the requested information.

                      Icici bank is debiting payment from my saving account without my permission. i am not eligible to pay any of the fraud mobiwik transaction. this all transaction are made on mobiwik

                        Why my amount was deducted under this following statements. Why i am getting all charges from my account? I asked about bajaj finserve and told me they authorized to deduct only loan amount, not any other charges. So, i move to call customer care number icici bank. The ivr wanted me to enter my details so fast and then after a few seconds, it's automatically hang up.
                        I need to know about the charges please help. And why you will charges like these under the name of "nach_ad_rtn_chrg~bajajfin".

                        Please stop all these.

Call on 180026XX for dispute or SMS BLOCK 682 to 92156767XX . I have been suffering from this kind o[censored]nnecessary transaction from my account and that’s why i don’t save my money in this account due this problem . Others are not charged for but i an being charged . Please refund my money for earlier transaction for this type of transaction . Because I haven’t taken any subscription then also i am being charged .

                            MultiWallet card showing as invalid

                            Hi,
                            My multi wallet card is valid till 04/24 but it is it is showing as Invalid Card status while trying to login to CMS Self Care Portal.
                            It has balance of more than 2500rs. It is not a chip card.
                            I requested a chip card by mentioning details to 5676766, but not received the card yet.
                            Please look into the matter as soon as possible and activate my card.

                            I never asked for Icici bank demat account and it came by default with my salary account. That time they didn't tell there would be Charges on it. I never used the account but I see deduction of Rs.864 every year. I called customer care they said that I need to go to a branch where they have demat services and provided a wrong branch address. This unnecessary harassment. I never asked to open it, then why I need to run to the bank to close it..?

                                      I did not authorise this transaction and I don’t even know how this amount got deducted. Could you please help me on this..??
