Hi Team,

On 15 Aug 2021, I received a message that 49000 & 2100 debit from Ashoka Sales in Faridabad using my credit card which was with me in Pune location Baner after getting a message of the debit amount I raised the complaint to customer care they blocked the card and I raised the cybercrime complaint after an hour of this in Pune.

Customer support asked to submit documents to the branch so I did on 17 Aug, because 15 and 16 were bank Off so 17 Aug morning 10 am I have submitted documents but from ICICI that requested got closed automatically and raised new request and no one inform me and that second request which was generated it got closed by saying you haven't provided documents so I again escalate with a new request and submitted document to branch again.

This kind of ICIC doing fraud support, which customers are facing I'm also planning to file FIR & Petition against ICICI bank for the same.

Without Giving OTP & PIN and card with me in Pune the transaction happens in Faridabad using my credit card this is so shocking for me.

I really, need your help to investigate this issue and give my 70k amount back please because I work so hard to earn money but this kind of thing is very bad.

Please check below ICICI SR numbers.

First Request 15 Aug (Which was closed without giving proper reason to me and second request they created and says we don't have the document but this request does already has documents.) SR[protected]

This issue since 15 Aug, ICICI bank customer support not helping they just give reasons for documents which was since 17 Aug when the bank was open that time already supported they close that request without informing me then later when I did follow they said you don't support document then I have to raise request again and submitted documents again but still, they asking clear documents which today I again submitted but I really need your help to investigation for this issue because without Giving OTP/PIN and card with me in Pune someone swipe from Faridabad 70k so this is a very serious issue.

If you guys didn't pay attention then it will be very risky in future for other folks. please solve this issue as soon as possible with details.

because now, I don't have trust on ICICI bank for this.

    Hi,

    I have already raised charges dispute against this transaction still they are saying that as per them amount has been received by the merchant.

    Merchant is denying that they have not received this amount. I have already forwarded email that has been received by the merchant on the same day.

    My question is if merchant has not received the payment where it has gone.

    If bank is not going to help I will raised concern in front of Ombudsman or RBI.

      I am currently in United States, trying to make transactions using ICICI credit card, but unable too.

      I have been unable to receive OTP from last 24 hours.

        I have been associated with ICICI Bank for more than 10years and this is the first time on 20th SEP 2021 three UPI fraud transactions happened with phonepe wallet financial loss of 16600 amount. I lodge complaint SR[protected] against these fraud transactions to resolve the issue immediately. In parallel working with cyber crime to lodge RBI ombudsman case to avoid such cases in future.

        Pls prioritise and resolve the fraud transactions amount with reversals.

          Dear ICICI Bank,
          Iam maintainig a current Account bearing A/c no. is[protected] in your bank at Rajouri garden, New Delhi branch. Your bank has been deducting Rs.7080/- charges from my A/c on 05 Aug, 2021. After telephonic conversation with your staff/executive at Rajouri garden branch, I found out that the charges were relating to MAB charges. FYI, At the time of A/c opening your staff/executive commited MAB is Zero for first 6 months from the date of A/c opening then after MAB is Rs.10000/- and also I have maintaining the same MAB as per instructed by your staff/executive. So, what wrong with you. Why you unnecessary deducting my Rs.7080/-. I humble request please refund my money in my current A/c ASAP. This is already too late by your staff/executive at Rajouri garden branch. Your staff/executive is just manipulate to me from last 1 month, So rubbish. Then I complaint online on ICICI portal and by e-mail but same not respond from more than last 1 week. This is my forth complaint at you. So, I requested to you at least please reply Yes or No then I will take a further action.
          Please don't do that type of misguiding to any customer. You know very well this is pandemic time, So kindly refund my money ASAP.

          PLEASE DON'T POLLUTE BANKING INDUSTRIES.

            Let me know why you charging this amount from my account. What this is charge for?
            I am maintaining my monthly limit above 10000 then how could you charge

              I just received a mail and a sms that rs.2307.03 was deducted from my account by VSI GOOGLE NOR. I did not buy or purchase or consent to this transaction. This is my third time facing these kind of transaction in my account. But this time the amount is huge. I hope ICICI can resolve this asap and refund my money. This is absurd.

                  Hi Team,

                  My food e was expired and I was asked to request new card via SMS.
                  By the time the card was dispatched we were shifted to a new place and I couldn't update my new address.
                  So the card was returned back to the bank.
                  I tried resubmitting request via SMS with new address but nothing worked.
                  There is no provision to update address nor contact anyone regarding food card queries.
                  Pleas help on the way forward.

                    I am really disappointed by your actions. Without information to me, icici bank has debited Rs. 670 to my fast tag account on 11.05.2021 and made zero balance and blacklist to my fast tag account. Still I have not received fund Rs. 670. I have attached Statment also. I have got bad experience from your customers care team.we are fed up calling them and of their false assurances. They say to recharge again.                       I had transferred an amount of Rs.9000. But by mistake the amount was transferred to wrong account. The said account was dormant. I had mailed regarding this issue to ICICI Bank but have not received any response from the bank. I had requested bank to reverse the amount.

                        I have given repeated Compaints from my email ID [protected]@gmail.com, no one is responding, have done payment of Rs.4370 towards EMI conversion of my credit card dues but after payment the same is not done and my outstanding is increasing even after a 7months of raising the issue. Satish chowhan [protected],
                        Since Feb 2021 I have been waiting for a resolution the outstanding has went from 90k to to 140k, they are intentionally calling my family members instead of calling me. they abused me and my family members for non payment.

                              I have made an IMPS transaction from my imobile application, IMPS transaction.
                              I received confirmation screen of successful transaction but the recipient haven't received the money!,
                              This is really pathetic service, why you charge us fee for IMPS transaction if you cannot complete it instantly.
                              This is ridiculous.

                                I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs649/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/NETFLIX stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction, and neither there is any auto renewal option also. the amount was debited on 18th sept 2021. Could you please assist me regarding this.

                                  I had talked with customer care 15/09/21 AMAN (Supervisor)
                                  He had guided like I had sent a message, no response from your side. 17/09/21 JOYTHI (Supervisor) cut my call when we were talking, thereafter I tried to call again. She refused to talk with Priya Customer care. She had connected with JAY ( Supervisor) . He talked rashly and cut my call. you did not respond properly so I will wait upto tomorrow morning 11am.(18/09/21). If not solve this I will Complaint to Consumer court they will find what is real. I had complained in the same SBI customer care they had talked with politely and resolved my problem within 24hrs and given confirmation by mail that I had sent money Rs39500/- successfully transferred to ICICI BANK.

                                  2) INB txn of Rs 14500/- frm A/c X2761 ref#IV07086284 on 06 Sep 2021
                                  total 39500
                                  is not returned in my SBI account. it is showing paid. But My ICICI Credit Card till Showing Due Amount is not reduced could you Please Clear It as soon as possible. Please contact me by mail. Actually, my phone is switched off due to my exams.

                                        ICICI Multi-wallet Card

                                        Hi,

                                        I am using a multi-wallet card and it will expire on 11/21. I would like to renew the card but can't find any option to request for a new card on self care portal. And permanent address registered is my office address, would like to update address as well of possible so card can be delivered to home address.
