I have invested rs. 52, 000.00 in sovereign gold bonds scheme 2016-17. My certificate no. Is [SGB[protected] - [protected]] under investor id[[protected]]. The date of issue was 08.02.2016. I am eligible for interest on above gold bond . My account number is in your icici bank pune satara road branch at Pune. The same interest has not yet received. The branch bank officers are not responding on this issue and ask to contact...

I had raised a FASTag request on 7th Jul which I never received.

I called the customer care[protected] on 15th Jul and was told that it will be delivered in 4-5 days.

I called again the customer care on 27th Jul and was told that it will be delivered in 72 hours. I was told that the Blue Dart courier number will be shared in 24 hours...Still NO UPDATE......

My name Desh Raj, LAN - LHKNA[protected]. I need an urgent Home loan statement . My branch requests you thrice for a statement but usually as you ever provide the poor service same issue I am facing for this statement . It delays my work so I request you to provide me statement on an urgent basis .

While opening my salary account the bank officials opened 3 in 1 account so demat account created without informing me later they also denied to deactivate my demat account by saying that they don't deduct money unless I use it. They deducted amount of 68.83 rs on July 27, 2021 from my bank account as DMC/IN(demat account no) /DP CHGS till jun-21. But I never used DEMAT account. And the customer service is not responding in a helpful way....

1) Representatives doesn't understand what I am saying. How dumb people! Totally dissatisfied
2) They do not concentrate on my words. Ask me for repetition several times. Told my query 4 times
3) I try many times to contact ICICI Customer Care Number[protected]
4) This call charges 2.5paise per second. How costly!
5) Representative asked me to direct me to Credit Card Department and wait for some time. I replied...

I have ordered 2 products from Amazon i.e. Neutrogena deep clean foaming cleanser for normal to oily skin, 100g and Maybelline New York instant age rewind concealer, light, 6g. Which I've cancelled but amazon had deducted my amount but when I asked the customer service of Amazon, they said that they didn't recieve the amount from the bank and told me to contact to the bank. It's been more than 10 days and I haven't received the amount yet....

Dear Icici bank as I can see that u have charged Rs826 from my account as chgs Or dp charges but i never did this type of activity. So plz refund my money as soon as possible otherwise I have to take some immediate action against you......

Hello sir I got a message that if I open icici direct demeat account I will get 500rs Flipkart gift card I opened account and thay said for trade and I traded till now I not received my gift card...

I have Credit Card of ICICI Bank with acct number linked to [protected]. On 23 July 2021 i got notification of payment Amount Rs. 4256 which was not done my me and even i have never used this card. Still it got charged. Kindly do the needful and resolve this issue....

They told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged/deduct money and also I did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

When I created the demat account, I was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative...

Yesterday I have checked by bank balance suddenly I got shocked 826 rupees deducted not even a msg came to me.. but the money only deducted. Even i don't open any demat account on icici why you guys deducting money? I want my money back...

ICICI bank has deducted a sum of 826 rupees from my account without any intimation and i see the transaction remark as DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL JUN-21

ICICI bank is already deducted their charges while doing monthly SIP and not sure why you are deducting this additionally which was never discussed or mentioned by bank....

I am Ayush sudhir singla. 398.48 Rupees has been deducted from my savings account as DP CHGS TILL JUN-21) DP charges on 27/07/2015.

I have never activated and used my Demat account till now. I haven't received any deduction message to my mobile.

This ridiculous in world of digital and transparency.
There are unnecessary deductions shown up into my accounts and the one I am more concerned about is of Rs. 826.00. If you have deducted this money why there was no message for this. I came to know only when I checked my statements.
I want immediate action here, if not I will escalate to higher level and can take pull this to court if required. br...

Myself Girish, i have been with icici bank since 2014. Each year 826/- rs is deducted from my account without any alert message. I am not using any ICICI demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account. Dmc/ dp chgs till july-2021 is shown in the statement. So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited so far....

I have not linked my bank account to this credit card account and I have not activated the Auto Debit Option. But the amount has been debited from my account without any information and without my permission.. Due to this Problem i cant able to Maintain Balance to pay other payments.. So Please stop the auto debit options in my account..

I Durgesh Kumar Verma, would like to complaint about wrong deducted balance ₹404.00 at (27 july 2021), ₹122 at (03 Apr 2021) and ₹153 at (29 mar 2021) for DM DP charges of ICICI securities Ltd without any information. I didn't taken this type service ever. I am waiting for refund this amount till now.
So, Its a humble request that please help me out to refund my 679.00 Rs amount as soon as possible & immediately....
