Hi team,

My account marked lean without any info so that I stopped adding money in my account and trying to get the problem to rectify.Then finally bank accepted its was done my mistake then they in freezes my account immediately I transferred 10k then I got charged Rs 600 + as a mba charges them again I transferred 2.40 lakh again charged mba charges. Help me to get my money back.

    Without any intimation my account has been debited. I have never come across something like this on a monthly basis.

      Hi Sir,

      I have been with icici from 7yrs and they tell me as valuable customer and approach me for taking loans...i have my salary account, home loan account, personal loan account, credit card, mutual funds, term plans in icici ban. i haven't paid my credit card bill for last month, out of all these those are with icici as i have not paid my bill for one month they have been charged me with fine and intrest amount and late payment fee as well besides everyday they are calling for 20-30 times and threatning me and the as next bill got generated and due date was on 12th aug2021 even before i cross my due date they have made my savings account with -ve balance that is more than my current outstanding.

      my question is
      1) last month credit card bill i havent paid an you have have charged me for that and generated new bill that has to be paid by 12aug2021, why did you people made my account with -ve balance before due date?
      2) Even after making previous bill payment why people are calling me and threatning me which has made me to get heart attack.
      3)employees are behaving like goons are you people hiring goons or professionals.
      4) Govindhu swamy chandra shekar and pasunithi Nagarani has wrongly guided me which lead to extra amount payment

            Sir, I have invest three policy online in year 2020 which name is india Growth Fund one time investment and you get 14% interest from ICICI Bank officer Bangalore that amount is 20 lacs then I agreed. After few day I get a certificate which mentioned in icici prulife insurance then I ask that officer what is this certificate is icici prulife signature insurance then he told me ignore it that certificate issued by corporate office we issue to u another certificate till date they not issue. So many times I send a mail, whatsapp and a phone call but till date he say that plan is igf plan.
            After some time call from corporate office for pay your installment premimum then I told him I invest igf plan which is one time investment they not agree. I contact my icici bank manager Bangalore but there side no response he ignore me that officer also same reaction.

              On August 8th 2021, a cafe in Jubilee Hills deducted ₹42280 instead of ₹4228 from by HDFC Debit card and gave me a void sale receipt and said it will take 24hours to credit in my account. As I post this on 11th August 2021 the money still has not been credited and the cafe management says that it’s stuck in transaction at their bank ie ICICI. Pls advice as this is a big blunder and can’t be ignored for so long.

                With out my approve or declaration/apply you deducted Every month 100rs. Recently i noticed. please stop the deduction and reverse the my money.

                  ICICI deducts MAB charges without intimating regarding the debit. Even though this is salary account from 2019 and they have removed it as a salary account without intimating the customer and It was opened on zero balance I didn't get any information if they are converting the salary account to normal saving account.

                  My account was debited as MABchgs-Jul21+GST

                  I have lost a lot my money...

                  I need to close this bank account...

                    My bank credited a payment to your account however it was shown that payment failed and my Zara order couldn’t be placed.

                          AN AMOUNT OF RS : 999/- was deducted from my ICICI account with the name of VSI*WWW MONEY. I didn't authorize this transaction by any means (OTP or monthly subscription).

                          OTP for the transaction was also not asked for approval, how was the transaction approved?

                          Only support that is to block the account?

                          Please share this complaint with the respective teams and share the required information with me.

                                Why do someone charge ₹590 as ECSRTNCHGS for the transaction amount of ₹120. Ridiculous. Also no intimation inform of SMS whatsoever. After checking statement itself i get to know. Whats this anyway.

                                      I had applied for Zomato IPO against application number LK[protected] through Zerodha using ICICI UPI payment and was informed on 22-July that I have not received the IPO allocation. But I have still not received the refund of Rs. 29, 640 in my ICICI bank account even after 3 weeks. Zomato confirmed they have released the amount long back but there is no response from ICICI bank on the refund despite several reminders. This holding of funds is completely unacceptable on bank's part. Please help get me expedite the refund of Rs. 29, 640.

                                        So I applied for this credit card and after my successful KYC verification a person came to my home address for verification he said you will get card in 2 days and on same day I received call from bank she again asked for all details my office address employee ID told me to send email from my office email id to bank which is not allowed by any company to send emails to external network. And I asked her twice do I need to send email from my personal id or office id so she said through office email id and I even have call recording. So I just did research on net and one user said you should mail office details application number through your personal email id. So clearly they give false information mis guide customer while processing there application and I'm pretty sure they rejected my application on basis of this because I did not send them mail using my office mail ID I even asked my HR about this and got the same reply from here.
