We gave an account closure request on August 11th. They asked us to fill out all mandatory fields and again the same was done and the account closure form was sent back on 15th august. We were assured to get a reply by two working days but still we have not heard from them. Most important thing is Demat and the trading account was opened without our knowledge. We have not given any such request to open the demat account. So kindly close the account. Herewith i am attaching the account closure form for your reference.

      Hello, I have recently opened an account with ICICI Bank and there was no obligation of minimum balance required for my account.Yesterday 550.02 rupees was deducted from my account under the MAB chgs, without even notifying me or sending me a message for the deduction . I thought that i might have bought something and forgot about it but in the statement today i received, it displayed that i have been charged for something spelt as MAB chgs . It have never happened before and at the time of opening my account i was not made aware of any such charges, so why am i charged of something which i was not made aware of in advance . Please look into the matter and help me in getting a refund of my money as soon as possible .

            As an employer, we are not getting support from the Multi Wallet Card team. There are no responses to our queries. We have unresolved issues open for more than 1 year!!
            The team change is not updated to us. Somehow we manage to find out on our own about the new team. The new team turns out to be worse than the one before. They do not answer calls/revert to any mails. They are treating their corporate customers this way. God knows what the retail customers must be going through!!
            To top it all the "complaints" section on their website doesn't even cover the MultiWallet card in their categories. So I cant even raise a complaint through their site. There is absolutely no contact person/call center person available to guide. Every call center number has only IVRS running. Makes we wonder are we banking with robots??!!
            Totally frustrated with this experience!

              ICICI bank deducted MAB charges without intimating regarding the debit. This is salary account and I don't know if they have removed it as a salary account without intimating me via anything such as SMS or email or phone call. This was a zero balance account and I didn't get any information if they are converting the salary account to normal saving account.

              It deducted my MAB charges for the month of March, April, May, June on the below dates. I lost Rs 1644 in total from my account.

                My Regd mobile number is [protected]. My vehicle is Maruthi Omni bearing Registration Number KA 02 MB 8412. I have purchased fastag from Karur Vysya Bank, Nagasandra Circle Branch at Bangalore. I deposited Rs 600 in the Karur Vysya Bank, Nagasandra Circle Branch for which the bifurcation was Rs 100 charges or fee to issue fastag. Rs200 is refundable deposit and Rs 300 in my account to be used for payment at Toll plaza.
                On[protected] around 9.30 am I crossed the Devanahalli Toll plaza in my Maruthi Omni bearing Registration Number KA 02 MB 8412 to go to Chikballapur. Toll was collected from my fastag.
                The same day around 5 pm I returned from Chikballapur and wanted to go through Devanahalloi Toll plaza. I was Shocked to hear there was no balence. I WAS MADE TO PAY Rs 190 and cross the toll plaza.
                How the 300 Rs could not allow me to cross Devanahalli Plaza within 24 hours only for one up and down journey is a mystery. This is broad day light Robbery. How to get my amount refunded is not known to me. My email Id is [protected]@yahoo.com. If I dont get a reply, I will send this email to National Highways Authority of India and complain this DAY LIGHT ROBBERY by the Fastag.

                  My account has been deducted from my icici bank savings account multiple times.for eg :- They showed me "surcharge dt:14/08/2021 mcc 4112". Why?
                  I visit the nearby ICICI branch but they dont have any explanation for it.

                  Please help, and also inform the banks not to debit any amount unnecessarily. The every money is really hard earned.

                    My account get a freeze on 30/03/2021, so I go to the icici bank and they told me that
                    my account is freeze due to over transaction, so I ask them then how to solve this problem they told me that you have to wait for 1 to 2 days and then it automatically unfreeze. I wait for 5 days to unfreeze. but the account is steel freeze, so I again held to the branch they told me to wait for 7 days again I said ok.
                    today, s date is 17/08/2021 but there is no action taken, whenever I go to the bank they only listen to me but they do nothing about it.
                    *also my money is also stuck in account*

                      Today I noticed that there has been a deduction of Rs. 1899 under the name WPP_ SR[protected]. As a housewife, this is a very big amount. What is this deduction without former consent. I have not even applied for any such policy in icici.

                      Please explain and return the amount asap.

                        ICICI money2world money debited but not received for 15 days

                        I sent a money2world transfer through Icici on the 7th August 2021 and the money has been deducted but not received by the beneficiary in UK till date- 17th August. I have been following up with your customer care service but they keep hanging up. There has been no update on my money. Is it lost? It is on the way? This kind of service from Icici is very unexpected and highly unprofessional. Looks like my money is lost in your blackhole....

                          Why my amount was deducted under this following statements. Why i am getting all charges from my account? I asked about bajaj finserve and told me they authorized to deduct only loan amount, not any other charges. So, i move to call customer care number icici bank.
                          I need to know about the charges please help. And why you will charges like these under the name of "nach_ad_rtn_chrg~Bnk BFLo".

                            Credit Card Transaction Withheld Due To Security Reasons

                            I'm trying to purchase a online gold from PhonePe (iOS application) today but every time it is showing transaction failed I tried for 4 times times all 4 times transaction was declined. Below is the message I'm receiving.

                            "Dear Customer, your transaction of INR 63, 000.00 on ICICI Bank Credit Card XX9007 is withheld for security reasons. Please call our Customer Care."

                            ICICI Bank FASTag Account linked to VRN MAT632129LPNJ8764 has been debited with Rs 290.00 for dispute on trip number [protected] on[protected]:15:58.
                            I have notice that other vahicle caused problem which is in front of mine.
                            Your roll plaza raised dispute wrong.
                            Front vehicle don't have fast tag.
                            He tooks his vehicle reverse.
                            What is my role?

                            What your team is working?? Raise refund of 290 Rs

                              On 25/06/2021 rupees
                              826.00 has been deducted from my account as DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL MAY-21

                              On 25/05/2021 rupees
                              68.83 has been deducted from my account as DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL APR-21

                              I never activated and used my Demat account till now.
                              I did not receive any deduction message on my mobile.
                              Please close this unauthorized Demat account and refund
                              my money back immediately.

                                Amazon pay ICICI credit card application rejected due to office address confirmation

                                I applied for Amazon pay ICICI credit card a while back, after that I was contacted by the bank and in the video call they took my pan card and signature for document upload procedure. After that I was told that the its processing. After few days I got a call from someone saying that he is an ICICI bank employ and need to take photos in my office.                                 The bank, without any notice, charged Rs. 600 from my account as a debit card fee for the two months of July and June despite my never using the card or being told about this in the past. I have never encountered this strange fee and would like to get this resolved.

                                  Debited amount for Expressions Debit card that I have not applied

                                  I Have recently opened a icici bank account before 1 month.Then after 10 days they debited 588 rs for the expression debit card.I didn't ask Expression debit card.please I want to return my Icici Expression debit card and refund my amount....
