Rs. 177 has been deducted illegally

I've been an ICICI A/C holder for a long time but have never faced this kind of an issue.

ICICI Bank has charged Rs. 177 under this category:
DCARDFEE2961JUN21-MAY 22+GST.

The date of the transaction (in the app for previous transactions) shows 26th July whereas at the time of writing this it's 25th July (Sunday).

Also, they've deducted the money for 2022, what kind of a harsh joke is...

Unknown auto debit from account

Hi,
There has been an unknown autodebit in my account worth ₹4, 800.
The entry is named ‘ATD/Auto Debit CC0xx2871’
I do not have any credit card with a number ending with that.
It is very surprising to see banks like ICICI making such blunders.
Need this resolved asap....

Wrong Deduction of Toll Charges

Had recently used ICICI Fastag for toll service and charges were properly deducted during the journey.
But suddenly on dated 20th june 2021 i got an sms saying Adjustment Debit for Standard Toll Charges for the Tag Account No. : 25129123 with Ref TripNo:[protected] on Transaction date time[protected]:35:07 for Amount: Rs. 170.00

ICICI Fastag customer care is always shown busy and you can never contact them for any...

ICICI BANK - Auto debit from my account VSI*WWW MONEY - 999 deducted

I received a sms regarding auto dediction of Rs. 999 from my ICICI bank account without asking any OTP. I didn’t authorize this transaction by amy means.

Then, how was the transaction approved ?

Unauthorised transaction through UPI on imobile app of ICICI Bank

Sir, I initiated a payment of Rs 40450 on 16.07.2021 through upi of Imobile app. My account number is[protected]. Payment was made only once and deducted at the same time from my bank account but now in passbook it is being reflected as payment made twice with the same amount of Rs 40450. Thus amount 40450 has been deducted twice from my account. Transaction details are UPI/[protected]/UPI and UPI/[protected].

WHy ICICI bank is not accepting AAdhar card and card to correct spelling mistake in my account

Why ICICI bank is not accepting Aadhar and Pan cards to correct spelling mistakes in my account, they ask for extra documents such as a driving license and voter id. In 2011, ICICI bank opened my salary account on basis of a PAN card even though there was a spelling mistake. Recently I corrected my pan card. When last month I approached them, they are saying along with Aadhar and Pan cards, I should also produce a driving license. Shame on...

About Erroneous transaction Of 11,800

Hello Sir,

I want say that I shubhneet srivastava resident of Mohammad zai, Malkhana Road, shahjahanpur transferred an amount of 11, 800 to the account[protected] instead of other account number by mistake. The transaction remark is "BIL/INFT/[protected]/fees payment/MADHAVRAO SCIND" and transaction date is 06/07/2021. I was not aware about this kind of wrong transaction. I Ravinder Kumar have an account with your bank bearing A/C No[protected] at VPO-Tandaurmar, pin 144204, Punjab . My account was frozed in the month of Apr2020 to date without any intimation to me, both by my home icici branch or by the core banking. Icici multi wallet card got expired

Hi Team,

My name is Priyanka. I 'm a TCS employee and when I joined the company 7 years back I was given ICICI food card which got expired on 6/21 .

I would need a new card but unable to reach helpdesk and unable to login to portal (showing card invalid status), can you assist me.

Dp chgs till mar-21

ICICI has debited silently without any notice prior to the deduction on 27th April Rs. 201.28/- and on 19th July Rs. 418.22/-.

I stopped keeping money in the savings account after the first deduction in April.

I loaded Rs 1990 /- 0n July to keep the account some amount. ICICI has deducted Rs.418.22 from that saving and made me a fool.

Kindly Reverse both these deducted amounts, please....

Ashirwad Deep Discount Bond Maturity

I had Purchased Two Bonds of Rs.5200/- for Maturity Amount of Rs.200000/- each. Now when I appoached ICICI I was refused payment of Maturity amonunt stating that the money has been deposited in Govt Account.We should file a case of 420 and cheating against ICICI....

ICICI ECS Return Charges

Dear Sir, I have got a personal loan from Yes bank. I am paying the loan regularly due date of the loan is actually not known sometimes it gets deducted on the 3rd, 7th, 8th of every month. Whenever the ECS of the yes bank is produced so many times I get my amount deducted from ICICI as [ ECS RTN CHGS ]. This started happening after the first covid season of 2020 till now . Why this is happening I am unable to understand, as there is a clause...
