Sir, i have made a transaction of x amount and i wanted to convert to emi but the transaction is not visible in statement and the amount seen to be deducted as my credit limit decreased for the same amount and also confirmed by icici bank customer care service.

    I had to pay first Emi from my account and I had sufficient balance too...but i got some error message like this you have insufficient funds on your account...and the next day debited some 590 rupees from account due some ecsrtnchng..what is this..?

        I am icici account holder, July and August 21 month my account got deducted as "CashTxnChgs-Branch-Aug20+GST" charges for 5 times,

        19 July 21 - rs 190
        26 July 21 - rs 09.99 +0.01
        29 July 21 - rs 1.99
        30 July 21 - rs 0.01
        3 August 21- rs 901.01

        Total - rs 1103.01

        I didn't receive any message or alert from you when I checked my account statement. I came to know about this. I am disappointed with this kind of behavior about not informing the customer. I am still confused about this deduction.

            Don't know where to begin! ICICI Direct live chat support doesn't work, their phone call number doesn't work, chatbot doesn't understand what I want and I feel stuck. No one replies to my emails, self-service service request doesn't give the required options.

            I ordered 390 shares of Zomato but none was allotted. And I have still not received my Zomato IPO refund.

            Worse is there is no one I can contact! I tried all possible ways but still couldn't get hold of their customer support. no one replied to my email.

            To all present and future investors: If you want to smooth transaction and quick help, don't ever deal with ICICI. I am going to close my Demat with them soon and transfer my assets.

            Trust me when I say this : Stay away from ICICI Bank and Direct. You'll regret doing business with them.

              I've done a transaction through ICICI credit card on 25th of July. But transaction got failed and amount got debited from credit card. I contacted merchant and they said they didn't received the payment. But the debited amount still not refunded to my account. Transaction reference number is : [protected]

                Hello,

                I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of Rs.169.00 has been deducted from my ICICI account and the transaction message says Info: VSI*AMAZON STAN. Neither had I done any transaction nor did I get any OTP during the transaction. The amount was debited on 04-Aug-2021. Could you please assist me regarding this issue?

                  On date 04/08/2021 - Rs.700 was credited in my account and on the very same day the bank deducted the whole amount in the name of ECS and NACH charges.
                  Now my bank balance is ZERO.

                    AN AMOUNT OF RS : 999/- was deducted from my ICICI account with the name of VSI*WWW MONEY. I didn't authorize this transaction by any means (OTP or monthly subscription).

                    OTP for the transaction was also not asked for approval, how was the transaction approved?

                    Only support that is to block the account?

                    Please share this complaint with the respective teams and share the required information with me.

                      I have TATA 1109, which is a LCV class vehicle and so are my fastags yet I get charged for hefty money by the word "wrong debit adjustment " everyday .Till now Icici have looted 1.5 Lakhs from me using this technique from Nov 2020 .

                        I have deposited my House Tax of my House ID 9157A08145 for the F.Y. 2020-21 on line through SBI Debit Card on date & time: May 19, 2021, 19:40 for Terminal Owner Name - EZYPAY NAGAR NIGAM LU, Money has been debited from my account, but the receipt of payment has not yet been received, nor confirmed that the House Tax has been paid.
                        Nagar Nigam shows payment pending till to date.

                          I am holding saving account in ICICI bank but not using any Demat account, Still they activated my DMAT account and now they are charging annual fees. I want to close my Demat account and refund my money.Recently I got new mail for deduction of AMC Charges of 826₹

                            I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of Rs 199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon st. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. Even i was not log in through my amazon account in that month. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, kindly resolve this issue.

                              Hi,

                              This is with regards to the issue been faced from the Icici bank success manager : Mohammed saif. This request is regarding the account closure as I no longer need the services due to alot of issues which I've already faced and due to any upcoming issues which are about to come I wanted to close the account and the customer success manager stated to visit the bank branch as due to covid everything is virtual and when asked for the letter in regards to any covid issue we face when visiting the branch the manager claimed they don't care about it and it was devasting to hear such a response and the bank and Not at all taking Care of the Customers and also not at all taking safety measures for the Icici customers and still they are asking me to visit the branch.

                                  Placed an order on swiggy by online paying through my ICICI debit card, but order got cancelled for some reason, Order no is #[protected]. For the same swiggy initiated refund and as per there app amount is refunded in my bank ac but as I check my bank ac statement amount is still not credited. REFERENCE NUMBER THAT THEY HAVE PROVIDED IS[protected]. Kindly refund my money earliest.

                                    I have an ICICI Bank Coral MasterCard XXXX XXXX XXXX 1003 for several years. The card is in good standing as I generally pay in full every month. But recently I cannot use it for any online transactions esp. at night. No OTP is sent to my properly registered mobile no 87xxx 1xxx1. I am tried on complaining over phone. Please rectify your mistakes so that I can use the credit card for online transactions. Do it quickly.
