    I have a hdfc card today after noon I withdrawal 4500 Rs in icici bank arumbakkam branch atm but amt 4000 Rs only came but I received debit alert SMS 4500 Rs below I attach that SMS please resolve the issue.

      I have a zero balance account in ICICI from last 4 years. But the bank has deducted 465 rupees on 28th December and 303 rupees on 27th Jan 2021 without prior intimation. Also, I am unable to complain in customer care number as it is unreachable.

        Rs.199/- got deducted under transaction VSI/Amazon Stan. I haven’t subscribed to any of Amazon service. I didn’t even get any confirmation before amount deduction. Can anybody please look into this issue ASAP and process my refund.

          I am Chethan Das A J. Amount has been deducted from my account as[protected] DP CHGS TILL DEC-20) DP charges on

          I have never activated and used my Demat account till now. There was no prior notice.

          I need justice and my money back immediately. My Account Number is[protected].

          I have raised the complaint one year back and asked to close my demat account and submitted my request to the branch.

          There is no update on that still this worst ICICI bank is charging the customer. There is no response to the mail. I have sent 5 mail regarding, to check on the demat charge.

          Please call me on +[protected] or WhatsApp on [protected].

          I know ICICI bank will not call. Three months I raised customer complaints asking for IT certificate for a loan account since there was no response from customer care.

          Whenever I call to customer care they will decline call after few min wait.

          Please take this serious action on ICICI bank nowadays bank service is very worst and trying to take customer money.

          I will close my saving account in ICICI bank. I don't want to keep any relationship with ICICI bank.

          There are similar several issues from so many customers telling without information Demat account is opened just to take the amount from the customer.

          If you want an amount to tell the customer and charge directly don't do this type of drama to take the amount from the customer.

          I have sent 5 to 10 mail([protected]@icicidirect.com
          ) to close the account even no response for single mail.

          I'm not sure what your officers are doing.

          Really I'm afraid of keeping the amount in ICICI bank. I have told properly that the Demat account is opened without confirming with me. Still, the amount is deducted from my account today.

          What a --- service you are providing.

          I thinking of closing my savings account. Simply amount is deducted I have not used even a single-day that Demat account still I have to pay Charge.

          These really a strange paying for not used.
          If you want the amount to ask all customers to transfer. They will help don't do this of tricks to loot the amount.

          Tell me when my deducted amount will be credited to my account back. I want a reply to these here only not in call or mail. Since other customers will let know how ICICI will make customer fool nicely.

          I can't believe in your service or officer.

            HI,

            ICICI bank playing with customer same with me, they will not close the account and they will charge the amount. If you have saving/salary account in ICICI bank keep the amount limit zero. If you have one rupee in the account also they will debit that amount.

            I think the bank is running with no amount. I have submitted my request so many times since last year they didn't close my account yet now I am closing my saving and deposit account from ICICI bank

                I have been charged rs 199 on Feb 3, 2021 and on the statement it showed vsi Amazon. When I contacted amazon they guaranteed there hasn't been any charges made and showed me the transactions. The customer care executive of icici bank left the chat without explaining anything. I have blocked my card and I have serious concerns regarding the security of my account.

                  I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 2nd February 2021. Could you please assist me regarding this.                     Icici direct deduct money without my consent

                    Without my consent and my permission icici bank is deducting money out of my account for demat services which i never approved or applied for.
                    They deducted 826rs without my consent.
                    I would like my money refunded and also would like an explanation and the leadership which allows this barbaric decisions! How can a person open something by my name without my consent?

                    I m Hardik Joshi from Rajkot, Gujarat.
                    I have a Demat account (IN[protected]) in ICICI bank.

                    When I checked my bank transactions in my ICICI Bank account, I found that there is one debit transaction 'DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL DEC-20'---- INR 826.00'.

                    When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI. My ICICI Demat account number is IN[protected]. And ICICI BANK account number is[protected].

                    This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected]

                        I had made a transaction of 4000 inr to canara bank account via imps on 02-feb-2021 and it got timed out at beneficiary bank with message "txn status will be updated by bene bank within 3 working days"

                              I also received call from ICICI bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1399/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission on every year. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap.. and also from November on words some amount deducting from my account attached digital photos for your reference.
                              Kindly cross check and refund my amount.

                              Pls do the needful help ...

                                Vsi/Amazon Stan Debit - 199

                                I would like to bring to notice that I just got a notification of debit of Rs 199 from my savings account and the transaction message mentions vsi/amazon stan. I have not done any transaction and nor do I have any auto renewal case. I have seen that many other people have faced similar problem. The amount was debited on 2nd Feb.

                                Please assist me with this issue and help me get this resolved....

                                I don't have any idea on why was I been charged 199 INR from my account today 2/2/2021. I spoke to Amazon they mentioned we do not charge any such amount. Please contact your bank for reversal.

                                ICICI bank I am your customer from past 7+ yrs. If scammers can hack my account and charge me 199 INR I doubt its safe anymore with you.

                                Kindly refund this amount back, look into the same on urgent basis.
                                Please also avoid such transactions from my or any customers account.

                                  I am Ganesh Moolya. 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (DMC/[protected] DP CHGS TILL DEC-20) on 28-JAN-2021. Which I did not ask when I was opening account but the ICICI representative stated that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and she convinced me. But she isn't told me that it will be charged.

                                  If this service is going to charge me they have to remind or intimate before, so that I can cancel or close that service and without any prior information or sms alert the money was deducted from my account. Even after the deduction I did not get any notification. Today when I check my account I found it. I don't understand on that time. This is completely unacceptable.

                                    Fraudster took money via easypay and never provided the service

                                    I was contacted by a fraud company (called themselves "Human Resource Group) that promised to schedule interviews for jobs in Australia. They asked for a payment of 7138 via easy pay, which I did, but post that there is no contact from that company, and neither they are responding to my emails nor calls.
