I don't know why my 199/- got debited on 5th feb 2021.I got message stating that vsi/Amazon debited with 199/-.
Niether i got any Otp .I haven't done any payment then how come my amount got debited.Please help me with this.

    I would like to bring the point to you that on 5th feb i got a message that my 199/- has been debited stating vsi/amazon stan .Niether i got any OTP nor any payment i have done.Then why amount has been debited? Please let me know

      ICICI bank has increased locker rent from 2000 to 3500 plus HST, without intimation.
      When requested, they mentioned it was informed by email to all customers on 10-Feb-20. I didn't receive the same and when asked for proof, they started giving reasons of bulk email notification.

      I am not convinced with their resolution and when escalated to their escalation email id, they raised hands saying Branch manager has discussed with me. They insanely revert with same email on whatever query is raised to them.

      Pathetic bank in India, #ICICIBank. They didn't refund extra charged amount (1500 plus taxes) and when asked, they are ready to close account. Customers are least priority for ICICI bank, I am planning to close all my account with ICICI Bank. My additional forcefully dedicated amount of 1500 will survive your declined business. God bless your banking business.

      Never Mark this issue as Resolved, as ICICI bank does not deserve closure
      Same is the story with me and another friends having Locker in ICICI Mulund, Mumbai branch. So similar story on check but the terrible part is rental increased from 1000 to 4000 (4 times) + GST, can you imagine, what a beautiful way to close March end accounting and profits by ICICI at the stake of customers. I have forwarded this to Nodal office of ICICI, next is higher authority/MD - emails avail on ICICI site and I absolutely did not get any letter, email or sms from 15-Mar-2020 which they claim rent change intimation was given to all (in lockdown really?)

      I already closed my investment option and thinking to close the account as well, but only after I push further so that management knows.

        MY credit card ending with 3007 had been charged with Auto Debit for last two months and I charged with 581 Rs for the month of Nov and Dec .

        I have called icici customer care multiple times and Raised multiple service requests but its over a month now the service requests are closed without any proper explanation .

        Even the Manager Soumya, informed that the service request is raised, and will contact me once issue is resolved, but I never received any call, they are acting like frauds and its frustrating to wait in queue and call them again and again

        Please look into issue and refund my amount as soon as possible

              I want you to cancel the plan with immediate effect as it has been activated without my notice and every month 100rs is getting deducted from my icici bank salary account. It is a shame that one assist is forcibly activating the card protection plan without any permission it intimation. It is when we actually see the bank statement we get to see the amount being debited every month under the name of iprugtp-nca-sr[protected]si

                Hello Sir, I have saving account with Icici bank from year 2008 . Today I got the email for AMC charges for period Dec to January 21 of 828 rs.
                When I got the email to.maintain minimum amount I immediately trabsfer money and tried to keep balance.
                This is really frustrating as after immediately adding money and at the getting this email. Request to rever the charges.

                  Guys you are stealing people money, I have never opted for auto debit return nor anyone from your bank has told me such rule.
                  I have just checked my credit card statement and many times auto debit return fee is applied .
                  Is this your new way of stealing people money in a time where it's hard to pay bills and emi you guys have started stealing.
                  This is a true example of white collar scam.

                      Dear Customer service,

                      While checking the bank statement for Feb-21 account transactions I have realized that there are three transactions from unknown source which have got debited from my bank account. I am not sure why this has happened. Whenever there is any payment happening from my account I receive a mail from ICICI bank as well as a text message but for these three transactions neither I received a test message nor a mail, I could find it in my bank statement. The three bank transactions a s as below -

                                  On 04.02.2021, amount Rs 1899 has been deducted from Account no.[protected]. Transaction Code: IIN/I-Debit/SI
                                  ONEAST/[protected]/143

                                  I have received following SMS:
                                  Dear Customer, transaction of INR 1, 899.00 done on ICICI Bank Account XX739 on 04-Feb-21. Info: IIN*I-Debit*S. The Available Balance is INR 5, 72, 561.91. Call on 18002662 for dispute or SMS BLOCK 739 to [protected] .

                                  I am not aware why such debit has been made.

                                  My amount has been deducted fraudulently without my permission...
                                  Its a very arrogant and unhealthy behavior.

                                  I need my amount at any cost. This is not fair how come without customers knowledge.

                                  I have not authorized the transaction in any way. Please resolve the issue and get me my money back. As soon as possible

                                    Am Chethan Das A J. Amount has been deducted from my account as[protected] DP CHGS TILL DEC-20) DP charges on

                                    I have never activated and used my Demat account till now. There was no prior notice.

                                    I need justice and my money back immediately. My Account Number is[protected].

                                    I have raised the complaint one year back and asked to close my demat account and submitted my request to the branch.

                                    There is no update on that still this worst ICICI bank is charging the customer. There is no response to the mail. I have sent 5 mail regarding, to check on the demat charge.

                                    Please call me on +[protected] or WhatsApp on [protected].

                                    I know ICICI bank will not call. Three months I raised customer complaints asking for IT certificate for a loan account since there was no response from customer care.

                                    Whenever I call to customer care they will decline call after few min wait.

                                    Please take this serious action on ICICI bank nowadays bank service is very worst and trying to take customer money.

                                    I will close my saving account in ICICI bank. I don't want to keep any relationship with ICICI bank.

                                    There are similar several issues from so many customers telling without information Demat account is opened just to take the amount from the customer.

                                    If you want an amount to tell the customer and charge directly don't do this type of drama to take the amount from the customer.

                                    I have sent 5 to 10 mail([protected]@icicidirect.com
                                    ) to close the account even no response for single mail.

                                    I'm not sure what your officers are doing.

                                    Really I'm afraid of keeping the amount in ICICI bank. I have told properly that the Demat account is opened without confirming with me. Still, the amount is deducted from my account today.

                                    What a --- service you are providing.

                                    I thinking of closing my savings account. Simply amount is deducted I have not used even a single-day that Demat account still I have to pay Charge.

                                    These really a strange paying for not used.
                                    If you want the amount to ask all customers to transfer. They will help don't do this of tricks to loot the amount.

                                    Tell me when my deducted amount will be credited to my account back. I want a reply to these here only not in call or mail. Since other customers will let know how ICICI will make customer fool nicely.

                                      Posdec charges deducted automatically without proper information. Bank does not even bother to inform. Amount deducted 4 times and the customer care refuses to help.
