I am the a/c holder of icici bank from last 2 years.
Now they have charged 512 by leaving my account with no funds under this category dcardfee2374oct16-sep17st22.5 c
I am not aware what type of charges are these.
They never informed me regarding these charges either by email or by letter.
Who has given right to icici bank to deduct the money without informing us.
Because we kept the money in bank that give right to bank that they can do anything whatever they want.

There should be some formal process for doing all these things. I want my money to be credited in my a/c which they have deducted from my a/c.

    Not able to unblock multi wallet card through customer support

    I am Pinky from TCS. For couple of days my online trasactions from Swiggy/Zomato were getting declined. I tried to change the 3D Secure password, inspite of putting the right OTP it showed your card in blocked. Following message received" Dear Customer, your Card XXXX 5923 has been blocked for 3D Secure online transactions due to security reasons. For details, please call Customer Care."

    Hello,

    I had an EMI with my Debit card which was over due and later closed with a final settlement. One month after settling the charges and getting my settlement paper, I have been charged with ECSRTNCHGS120320 (5 times - charge INR 590 each time), DCardfee (Charge INT588), SMP-ATD (5 times - Charges INR 59 each time). A total of INR 3800 + has been deducted from my account without my consent or any other heads up! Please help me resolve this the earliest as I am already struggling to make my ends meet!

      I have the following issue regarding the credit of RS.7000 (Seven Thousand Rupees) at one of the deposit machines at ICICI Bank (G10&113, SY No - 262 / EE, Amrutha Sai Residency, Behind Lanco Hills, Manikonda, Hyderabad, Telangana – 500089).
      January 4’ 2021
      i. We ( me and my husband) were at the ICICI bank to deposit amount Rs. 207000 (Two Lakh Seven Thousand Rupees).
      ii. Teller asked us to use deposit machine.
      iii. We used one of the deposit machines to deposit the amount to my account (account details mentioned above).
      iv. We deposited the amount in the following sequence.

      · Rs. 7000
      · Rs. 51500
      · Rs. 50500
      · Rs. 98000

      v. All the amounts were credited except Rs. 7000.
      vi. We clearly heard the counting of notes for Rs. 7000 from the deposit machine.
      vii. We spoke to the bank machine and it was said that the amount will be auto credited to the account by tallying the credits/debits by the EOD.
      viii. We left the bank after registering a complaint on white paper.

      2. January 5’ 2021
      i. I waited the whole day for the amount to get credited into my account.
      ii. At 3 PM, we visited the bank regarding the update on the issue.
      iii. At the bank, it was said that there is no excess cash in the machine and hence, money is not credited to my account.
      iv. We spoke to bank manager asking for the resolution.
      v. They asked us to check with 3rd party (i.e. deposit machine related people).
      vi. SR was raised on behalf of the issue.
      vii. Bank Manager asked us to come back on the next day.
      3. January 6’ 2021
      i. Visited the bank and requested the bank manager to check the CC TV footage.
      ii. Bank asked us to come bank on the following day.

      4. January 7’ 2021
      i. Visited the bank and no update the issue.
      5. January 8’ 2021
      i. Visited the bank and check the CC TV footage.
      ii. In the CC TV footage, it was clearly visible that my husband placed the amount in deposit machine for 4 times in the following order.
      · Rs. 7000
      · Rs. 51500
      · Rs. 50500
      · Rs. 98000
      iii. But still the bank is saying that there is no excess amount in the deposit machine.
      iv. I called customer care and explained the whole thing. A SR was created for the issue by CC promising an update within one working day.
      6. January 11’ 2021
      i. We waited for CC to comeback and no update from CC.
      7. January 15’ 2021
      i. I called the CC again to understand the status of the issue.
      ii. No progress in the issue.

      8. Following are the open service requests with regards to the issue.
      i. SR[protected]
      ii. SR[protected]
      iii. SR[protected]
      9. I have written to Principal Nodal Officer on January 15th' 2021 and received the update on January 25th' 2021 saying that amount cannot be refunded to me.

      Please help me in getting my money back.

        Dear sir,
        Rs. 999/- deducted from my icici credit card no.[protected] for amazon standing instru. I didn't take any services. Its debited automatically which is not done by me and without asking any OTP.
        Please look into this matter and credit rs. 999 /- in my icici credit card. I tried to contact customer care but customer care services is currently not available due to republic day (holiday). I got a text message on[[protected]] at 10:37 pm. Message is mentioned below:

        INR999.00 debited on Credit Card XX8004 on 22-Jan-21.Info:AMAZON STANDING.Avbl Lmt:INR1, 72, 279.12.Call 18002662 for dispute or SMS BLOCK 8004 to [protected]

        Please look in to this matter seriously and resolve it asap

            Hello Team, I have been reaching the Fastag customer care of ICICI for the removal of blacklisted tag since 16th Jan 2021 and I have submitted 5 requests in the fastag website for removing the tag from blacklist, but till date there was no resolution and reaching the customer care is a nightmare. The call goes on and on for ages and at last when the executive answers the call automatically disconnects without any resolution. Please can you help me in removing the tag from blacklist and I have sufficient amount in the tag.

                On 13 Sept, 2019, charges of Rs 1899 were debited from my account for the one assist plan by ICICI Bank without my consent and prior intimation.
                Inspite of multiple requests and calls to Customer Care of the bank and visits to the bank, i have not received the refund for the same.
                Kindly help in getting refund of the same at the earlest.

                  I travelled to Satara on 10th Jan 2020 with my car MH12MW6138 but while returning to Pune, I got charged with 95 Rs on Khed Shivapur Toll Plaza though all the Pune and PCMC vehicles passing with MH12 and MH14 are exempted at Khed Shivapur Toll Plaza but due to my Fastag sticker I got wrongly charged on the toll plaza.                         Recently I was checking my icic bank transactions. Then I realized there was a deduction of 1899 rupees from my account. And they didn't even get my consent for the transaction. If I haven't open the imobile app. I would have never know anything like this. This is a fraud. I tried calling their customer care number. But it's so so much crappy. That it sometimes not even connected. And when connected they are using an AI for requests. Which is incapable of processesing any requests. After so many tries I'm not able to connect to their so called customer care. And definitely now after this. I'm canceling all my accounts with them and never ever ever in the future will go to them or advise anyone to go there.

                                Stopping me to Apply of my ICICI Amazon Pay Credit Card

Despite having a Credit score of more than 770 and already having an ICICI MMT Card my application was rejected. Now I have been bared for the next six months to apply for this card.

                                I received an offer call and sms from ICICI credit card department, in SMS the Link is not working and ask me to call on number[protected], if link is not working and to regenerate the Link. But the contact number is not working.So on 1st, 3rd january & on 8th january Ms.NIKITA raised the SR- SR[protected] and Email regarding this to concern department and Asure me that i receive the call within in 2-3 working date, but no response till now even when i called them they placed my call on hold for 45 minutes and once i am able to talk the officer Ms.Deepti, she Listen every thing for 30 min. then Disconnect the call. Pathetic service. No response till now they are fooling the customer.
                                From 25th December 2020 I am facing this issue Patiently talking to them but they are taking us for granted.
                                Need urgent action in priority as again my next statement will come and they add on the charges on my credit card.

                                  ICICI has been charging POSDEC on my salary account. These charges are a "point of sale decline charges" which is charged when you make a payment and it gets declined. The charge is INR 29.50 per transaction. And bank overall has charged me INR 4792 for this and I want my hard earned salary back. Since how is this possible that anyone can make decline payments so many times that a sum of INR 29.50 can become this huge in number. Hence, I request the bank to refund my money. They have initially also deducted approx INR 2500 from my account without any information just like this time. Since I was not aware how to file a complaint so I could not! But this is absolutely unacceptable as they are humiliating a customer with these charges.
                                  We earn a small amount of salary every month and have not been earning at all in the lockdown still loosing money is a big pain for a girl like me.

                                    Hi,

                                    On the 29th of December, 2020, INR 826 was debited from my ICICI Bank account without prior intimation. On calling up the customer care (for which the lines are rarely available by the way) thy apprised me that it was debited because of the Demat Account Charges.

                                    I opened this account to function as my salary account when I first joined my job on the 4th of November, 2015 (if I am not wrong) and the executive who was handling everything from ICICI did not even take my consent in opening up the Demat Account. So, I am suffering for an error which an ICICI employee did more than 5 years ago. I wanted to check for all this time whether the issue will be resolved from ICICI's end as I believed in the quality customer service the bank provides but I am beyond disappointed.

                                    Now customer care executives are telling me to travel to the nearest Demat enabled branch to get the refund! My issue is WHY? Why would I risk COVID (I have asthma) for something that is entirely the bank's employee's fault? I don't even know my Demat Account Number as I have not used it once in all these years! I want this resolved at the earliest.

                                    Additionally, on researching the issue, I found that there were literally hundreds of such incidents. I have also made a complaint with a popular online consumer complaint portal but to no avail. I request you to kindly consider my situation (as I at a higher risk of COVID) and please return my hard-earned money. Otherwise, I might have to end this relationship with ICICI.
