826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till dec-20) on 28-jan-2021. I have never used my demat account till now.

They told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged/deduct money and also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[protected] .This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number [protected]

    Yesterday debit my amount 354/- one week before debit 177/- why debit my amount i am very disappointed i don't believe ICici bank no response staff and manager all refund my amount

      Dmc dp chgs till dec-20

      I am Rakesh Bodduna. 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (DMC/[protected] DP CHGS TILL DEC-20) on 28-JAN-2021. Which I did not ask when I was opening account (I don't even know about Demat Account, how to use it and what is it about) but the icici representative stated that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and he convinced me that I can use it in feature. But he isn't told me that it will be charged which...

      Money2world transfer india to UK

      I initiated a transaction using money2world and received a notification that the transaction is submitted. The website says that the beneficiary will receive the money in 1 working day.

      I am the sender and beneficiary in this case, and i did not receive the money even after 3 days. The online status shows money sent.

      Sent an email to [protected]@icicibank.com quoting the details and after 2 days got a response that...

      Address: B-194 VIDHAN SABHA NAGAR-B, MANSAROVAR, NEAR ISKCON TEMPLE

      Why every month from my card auto debit return charges 450 + 80 GST deduct. and I have already paid credit card bill and also enough money in my account. And I never opt auto debit facility in my card.
      Every month this charges is too much for me. Please give some solution because already two times money is deduct from my card. this is such a very bed behavior with customer.

        NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~TPSLSIP~16JAN21~0274121, not sure what actually is this but many time amount has been deducted with this transaction name. I tried speaking with ICICI customer service but there is no resolution provided.

        I am very much disappointed and definitely change to other banks if I did not get my money back and also need proper reason for this deductions. Also, please keep in mind as a corporate employee my issues and your bad service can influence other employees as well.

          28/1/2021. I have never activated and used my Demat account till now. There was no prior notice. I haven't received any deduction

          I tried calling customer care several times on this update, while the line transferred to the second level team, and the concerned team behaving rudely and dropping the call without a proper update.

          Hi Team,

          I have not received any call from icici bank customer care regarding, It's been a week now since the complaint raised no call and no update till now.

          Awaiting for refund update early this week!
          Same amount has been deducted from my account as well..

          What this icici bank is doing..
          Please help me to get back my 826/-
          Even they debited my account as well, I have never used any demat account nor I requested to open any, and no text message recieved for this deduction...I accidentally checking my statement and identified this and then got to know this is happening from many years...this is really unethical making a fraudulent charges against customer account and this ICICI bank is taking advantage of people who don't see there statements often...please address this to the consumer court anyone...I'm trying to report to their higher authority

            ICICI Bank has deducted Rs. 590/- (Rs.109.78 on 21st Jan 2021 & again Rs. 480.26 on 29th Jan 2021). Can I know the reason for these charges, being charged without any prior information and for no reason. If these are mandatory, would like to close this account.

              I am Chethan Das A J. Amount has been deducted from my account as[protected] DP CHGS TILL DEC-20) DP charges on

              I have never activated and used my Demat account till now. There was no prior notice.

              I need justice and my money back immediately. My Account Number is[protected].

              I have raised the complaint one year back and asked to close my demat account and submitted my request to the branch.

              There is no update on that still this worst ICICI bank is charging the customer. There is no response to the mail. I have sent 5 mail regarding, to check on the demat charge.

              Please call me on +[protected] or WhatsApp on [protected].

              I know ICICI bank will not call. Three months I raised customer complaints asking for IT certificate for a loan account since there was no response from customer care.

              Whenever I call to customer care they will decline call after few min wait.

              Please take this serious action on ICICI bank now a days bank service is very worst and trying to take customer money.

              I will close my saving account in ICICI bank. I don't want to keep any relationship with ICICI bank.

              There are similar several issues from so many customers telling without information Demat account is opened just to take the amount from the customer.

              If you want an amount to tell the customer and charge directly don't do this type of drama to take the amount from the customer.

              I'm not sure what your officers are doing.

              Really I'm afraid of keeping the amount in ICICI bank. I have told properly that the Demat account is opened without confirming with me. Still, the amount is deducted from my account today.

              What a --- service you are providing.

              I thinking of closing my savings account. Simply amount is deducted I have not used even a single-day that Demat account still I have to pay Charge.

              These really a strange paying for not used.
              If you want the amount to ask all customers to transfer. They will help don't do this of tricks to loot the amount.

              Tell me when my deducted amount will be credited to my account back. I want a reply to these here only not in call or mail. Since other customers will let know how ICICI will make customer fool nicely.

              I can't believe in your service or officer.

                Myself laxmi Kanwar Naruka, i have been with icici bank, yesterday 826/- rs is deducted from my account without any alert message. and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account. Dmc/ dp chgs till dec-20 is shown in the statement. So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited so far.

                  Deducted 1899 for PPL/WPP_renewal of policy

                  Address: Manimajra chandigarh

                  Recently I have noticed that my account had been deducted 1899 for PPL/WPP_renewal of policy. But i have never enrolled for such a plan. Amount deductions without our consent is not reasonable. Please cancel the policy as i don’t need it and i never used it. Please try to clear this request asap....

                  All of my balance (₹794.01) is deducted on 28 Jan, 2020. Upon asking from the bank, they told me that they are demat account charges.

                  I have neither opened nor ever requested to open any demat account with the bank. I need my money back and an explanation to why my money is deducted.

                        I am using icici since 4 years and have never activated the demat account then how I am being charged . When I reached customer care they told that there is demat account on your name.

                          Dear ICICI,

                          I have noticed today that ₹826/- deducted from my account by saying that DMC charges. When I was opening the demat account with icici direct, they were told me that its free of cost and not sure why amount is deducted without notice. Kindly refund my amount soon. Thank you.

                            Hi Team,

                            I have my account in ICICI Bank.
                            Where before opening an account or issuing debit card they had not informed about D Card fee and without any intimation or message/phonecall they have deducted an amount of 706.82/-

                            It is really not safe to keep money into icici bank I think so because this is not the first time, I have experienced this multiple times

                            In this difficult pandemic situation they are deducting money from account.

                            Very much disappointed

                            Please look into the issue.

                                Rs. 826 was deducted from my ICICI personal account in the name of Demat account. I never opened any Demat account. Please resolve this issue at urgent basis and refund money that was cut unlawfully.
