Hi Team,

Every month NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG-ADBLDESK CHARGES has been deducted from account, please may I know the reason and revert back all deducted amounts.

I am keeping this amount for as emergency funds but everytime you may deducted it.So where keep our money.Is that bank is safe or looted in the name of charges.

    Hi,

    I wrote to the Head of Credit Cards of ICICI Bank for an increase of Credit Limit of my Coral Credit Card ending with 2006.

    Subsequently a SR (SR[protected] was raised and I was notified about the same on 27-Jul-2020.

    The above SR was closed with the below comment - 'As per your request, Credit limit on your ICICI Bank Credit Card XX$CC has been increased to INR 180000 on 29-Jul-2020.'

    I have attached the proof for this.

    Today, on 30Jul-2020 I logged in the ICICI Online Banking Portal to check another SR and I was shocked to find that my Credit Limit was reduced to INR 120000 without any prior intimation.

    Shocked, I contacted the Customer Care and the Head of Credit card. No response from them.

    Wanted to check whether Banks are authorized to reduce the Credit Limit after offering a figure without prior intimation and that too within 1 day of offering it?

    I have attached 2 screenshots - the first one shows my limit increased to 180000 INR and the second shows that it is reduced to 120000 INR.
    Please help me with a solution for this.

      Myself k srinivasulu i have been with icici bank since 2016. Every year 757/- rs is deducted from my account without any alert message. I am using demat account this year only and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account. 28/07/2020 dmc/[protected] dp chgs till jun-20 dr. 757.17 is shown in the statement. So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited so far.

        Hi,

        I'm deekshith, in the month of feb, march, may, june and july have received a message on my registered mobile number stating "txn of inr 149.00 done on acct xx382 on 23-may-20. Info: vin*google h. Avbl bal:inr *. Call 18002662 for dispute or sms block 382 to [protected]"

        This is the message that i have received on my mobile on 23-may-2020, similar kind of messages i have received for the months mentioned in the above paragraph. From my end i didn't do any transactions at all.

        I have attached the screenshot of the other months transactions conversations as well. Please have a look.

          Icici fraud bank

          Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till jun-20 i was charged without any prior intimation have a free demat account according to your representative.

          I was charge 619.5 rupees on 28july2020 what kind of fraud are you running.

              Hi, My name is Ashish Kumar. I am a long time Customer of ICICI Bank and I have multiple relationships with ICICI.

              I Have a salary account of ICICI Bank. Today 29-07-20 ecsrtnchg charges of 590 rupees have been debited from my account. I don't know what are these charges ecsrtnchg... The bank has hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is. ECSRTNT charges of 590 INR debited without knowledge is not good. Please revert the charges into my charged amount immediately.

              Such kind of actions lead to trust deficit with the Bank. Please take swift action. I tried to call the customer care as well but the number is not going through.

                    Dear icici,

                    How can you deduct money from my account without notifying me?
                    Today i was just checking transactions of my account and found that last two month money has been deducted from my account towards dp charges till jun-20 as i dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till j un-20 found and so on from account [[protected]]. At the time of opening demat account you guys have mentioned clearly that there are no charges for demat account and it is absolutely free even after this i closed my d-mat account.

                    Request you to kindly return my money back. I am loosing trust on icici bank whether my money is safe here or not.

                    Need action on priority.

                      Why my amount was deducted under this following statements. Why i am getting all charges from my account? I asked about bajaj finserve and told me they authorized to deduct only loan amount, not any other charges. So, i move to call customer care number icici bank. The ivr wanted me to enter my details so fast and then after a few seconds, it's automatically hang up.
                      I need to know about the charges please help. And why you will charges like these under the name of "nach_ad_rtn_chrg~bajajfin".

                      Please stop all these.

                        I'm utteya pal.
                        I have been charged rs. 550.67 for dmc / dp chgs till jun-20.

                        Why this is charged and why there is no prior msg from the bank.
                        The biggest thing is it almost 2 years im not using any demat account with icici and already told the previous rm to block my demat account. After that all transactions and all i have closed with the demat account.
                        Give me back my money immediately, it is not a playful thing that you can deduct from my account.

                          I have not received demate account card. When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction [protected] dp chgs till jun 20 — inr 481.83 also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.                             Please look into it very seriously as since 10th july, 2020 refund not credited. To my i. C. I. C. I saving a/c. Documents on top priority.

                              I have been charged an amount of ₹ 826 as dmc/ dp charge till june 2020. However, i haven't utilised demat a/c till date even then this charges are deducted from my a/c on 28 th july 2020. Kindly refund my entire amount being wrongly charged to me without any reason.

                                I have opened current account with icici bank - chennai anna nagar branch in 2015. I paid additional amount of 25, 000.00 separately for cash deposit facility. My account details given below.

                                Current a/c #[protected] Arvin air travels

                                From dec 2019 to jan 2020, icici bank debited 50000.00 for cash deposit charges from my account.

                                Since June'20, i was visiting to the branch to inquiring this issue but none of them are not able to address and respond my query, also they are not even able to identify why and how the charges made.

                                I was wondering, how come they debited 50000.00 for cash deposit charges when i paid 25000 additional amount for cash deposit during opening the account.

                                Now, they came back and saying that 20700.00 amount will not be refunded without any proper justification

                                So, i would request you to take this action and reverse the 50000.00 to my account.

                                      I opened an insta account online after uploading necessary documents, pan number & e-verified the aadhar during account opening process. Impressed with the netbanking and imobile of icici, i decided to move all my funds to the newly opened account.

                                      After having done this, the account is blocked/frozen and i am unable to do do any transactions, and missed my regular financial commitments and suffering acute financial troubles with this account, where every penny of mine is deposited there.

                                      I approached the nearest icici branch and they are now saying that it takes about 7 days and even more to get this sorted as they are facing some issues with their online system to get this sorted.

                                      Do the needful as i badly suffering from this.
