I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs999/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction and nor i did get any otp during the transaction. I nvr add my this account in amazon account and i have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 31st july, 2020.Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

    I am having my salary accout in icici bank. But few days back 29.50 rs/- were deducted from my account and when i looked into my mini statement it was described under "atmdec chg/[protected]/5684+gst". Although i was having enough balance in my account and that two i have tried only once's in the entire month to withdraw money, please let me know why the amount is deducted from my account.

        I am holding following tax saving bonds, and redemption date of which was 28/04/2002. Due to some personal problems i was unable to redeem the same. Kindly guide me in the matter so that i can redeem the same.

          I am the a/c holder of icici bank from last 7 year,
          Now they have charged 591 under this category dcardfee0883jul20-jun21st+gst - 706.82 rupees
          I am not aware what type of charges are these.
          They never informed me regarding these charges either by email or by letter.
          Who has given right to icici bank to deduct the money without informing us.
          Because we kept the money in bank that give right to bank that they can do anything whatever they want.

          There should be some formal process for doing all these things. I want my money to be credited in my a/c which they have deducted from my a/c.

            With reference to the above subject every month inr 590 has been deducted from my account 5 times in a month. This month also deducted and last month i personally went to bank and deactivated all nach mandates but again why these amounts are getting deducted. I want my month refund else i will go legally.

              I tried sending my query on the email also, the description is that same. Besides of several followups, bank representatives told me that i will be receiving calls against this issue from the concerned department, but still no resolution is still yet made neither i have received any call.

                        I am Divendranath Maurya amount of 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of dp chgs till Jun-20 on 28h July 2020.
                        One such deduction also occured on 30th March 2020 in name of dp chgs till Feb-20. But i didn't noticed

                        I have never activated and used my demat account and most importantly i don't even know that i hold a demat account till now. There was no prior notice of deduction and i haven't received any deduction message.
                        Please do the needful, and refund it asap.

                          Money is continously deducted from my icici account in name of posdec. There are icici bots which are automatically deducting 29.5 rs from my account on daily basis from my account without swiping at any pos or any attempted transaction. Prior to this month 265 rs (29.5 posdec deductions) was deducted like this. I complained no satisfactory reply from the bank.
                          So kept my account open for refund (Was thinking of closing my account). Today july 30, 2020 when i transferred money to my account, again the bot worked and made 20 posdec deduction of 29.5 rs each in 5 minutes, and additional charge dp 800+ rs. So now total 865 rs posdec (Without swiping) + 800 dp is fraudulently deducted from my account. Last 30 days i have not made any transactions, as i am in home quarantine - no digital or physical transaction. This is blatant fraud using bots.
                          When requesting refund in mail no proper response.

                              My savings account linked with ICICI bank has been deducted with an amount of 826 rupees on 28th July 2020(Dmc Dp C HGS charges)which I have no idea about.
