I had made a payment of 46000 for an outstanding amount on my credit card from my SBI account. This was done through phonepe app and 1 rs was taken as their platform fee and hence a transaction of 46001 was made on 4th May 2023.
This transaction is showing success in Phonepe account and the phonepe team has also confirmed that payment has been made. But still the same is not being reflected in my credit card.
It is more than 20 days now and no action has been taken both by Phonepe and ICICI bank. While Phonepe has just claimed that they cannot do anything about it and has asked me to contact the bank with a reference ID, The bank has generated a service request which is open for some time now and no progress has been made on their end.

      Address: F-69 Arya Samaj Road, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi

      My parents are both 50 plus years old and run a small business. A few days ago, an ICICI executive named Anoop Kumar Singh visited their store and forcefully provided them with a card machine. He assured them that no charges would be levied on them for using the machine.

      However, to their surprise, the bank has recently deducted an annual fee for the machine from their account. Despite repeated attempts to reach out to the customer service department, they have been unable to get through to anyone. The calls keep getting disconnected.

      I am writing to request your help in resolving this issue. We would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and help us get the annual fee refunded. The executive who provided the machine to my parents was Anoop Kumar Singh, and his employee ID is 39872.

        I have ICICI Bajaj Scooter Bond. It is maturated on 21st May, 2023. I don't know where to contact for the perticular issue as there is only ICICI Bajaj Scooter Bond mentioned on the copy. Please help me with that.

            ICICI Amazon Pay Credit Card Rewards points not credited

            I did some shopping for my relatives during last sale through my amazon icici Bank credit card since the reward system is quite lucrative considering 5% discount on whatever spending from amazon as a prime member but instead they put the spending under suspicious transaction which is not the case as it was for my relatives.               My father had bought children growth bond -022001-cgb. Date of allotment was 28.08.2001. It is due to mature on 28.08.2022. My father had visited two of our nearest icici branches but has received no help, they just gave him two email ids: [protected]@3i-infotech.com & [protected]@icicibank.com, and I have mailed them to understand the procedure for redemption, but they haven't been responding to my mails. It is absolutely shameful that ICICI doesn't value its investors at all, I am also a customer of ICICI bank, this kind of treatment makes me want to close my bank accounts as well with them. So, unless I receive immediate resolution, I would take this matter to sebi, everyone knows about ICICI's corruption, sebi would bar them from raising money then. Also would take this matter up with RBI and consumer forum. This behaviour and approach is unacceptable. You can contact me at [protected]@gmail.com for providing resolution. If the resolution is not satisfactory and accurate, then it would be clear that ICICI doesn't value its customers as well as its investors. Hence, strict actions will be taken from my side.

                I had purchased Children Growth Bond on 27.03.2002 and it was due for redemption on 27.10.2023. The details of the Bond are as given below.

                But, till date I have not received the redemption amount.

                      I am fed up of following up with you on this issue. Request you to close this terminal and reverse the Rs.413.

                        Today, while checking through my back account, I noticed, the amount of 1899 rupees under the PPL/WPP_SR[protected]_Renewal of Policy. I am not sure of if I have enrolled in any such policies/schemes associated with the bank. Kindly, help me get my money credited bac to my account.

                          I deposited a sum of Rs 1 lakhs through ICICI ATM machine. The machine took the cash but after some time displayed time out.
                          Neither my amount came back, not it got credited to my account.
                          I report to the branch manaher, she asked me to write an application and provided me a service request number SR[protected].

                          She asked me to wait for three days.
                          I am in urgent need of this amount. That was bank problem and error in machine. Why should I wait for three days. I have to urgently pay my dues from that amount.

                          Why customer is suffering due to bank mistake. I am now waiting for my money. If ICICI bank cannot maintain network and machine then atleast deposition in the bank should be Manually.

                          They are cheating the customers. Who is going to pay the interest of my amount for three days.

                          The person handling the cash in ATM machine came just after 15 min. And i was make sure that the amount was one lakhs and it will go to the bank and backened will process the money.

                          Then why I am waiting from the last 24 hours to credited my amount to my bank.
                          Pl credit my amount by today otherwise bank will have to bear the consequences of this. I shall file a complaint against ICICI to consumer forum and banking ombudsman.

                            I have raised a request to close the icici bank account with account number[protected] on[protected] i visited the bank branch at Elamakkara, Ernakulam Kerala. And i received a message that account has been closed on[protected]. But again i am receiving messages that account has been activated without my consent and asking me to maintain 10000rs balance. I contacted customer care they are telling that message not from their end. Already one of the agent has been asked me to transfer the one of the other bank account and transfer money to this account. I also raised a complaint with icici they didn't take any action on that.

                              I got a call from ICICI bank stating that I am eligible for a pre-approved loan of 3lakh for 6.5% interest based on my diligent spend of ICICI credit card.

                              I agreed with the loan for a tenure of 12months, but the executive has processed the loan for a tenure of 48months.

                              The surprising part here is, they haven't sent a confirmation email or acknowledgment email regarding loan amount dispersal with any of the loan info, amount directly got credited to account.

                              Later after the bill generation I realised that the tenure in the bill was not the one I requested, so raised a concern with icici team but I am not getting any resolution from them and they are telling I have to proceed with 48 months tenure only.

                              It's completely the executives fault who processed the loan as I clearly mentioned to process the loan for 12 months tenure in the call.

                                I already paid all the amounts on time . but due to 3rd party bill payer take little time to reach that last 303rs amount to credit.
                                for 303 rupees, ICICI charged 4737.07+852.67, Totally 5589.74 rupees..

                                This is against their terms and conditions, also injustice to me.

                                303 is not equivalent to 5589rs just for 3 days delay...

                                I'm a 9 year old ICICI ACCOUNT holder. now i think to revise my decision.. never wants back.

                                I want my money back.
