Today, while checking through my back account, I noticed, the amount of 1899 rupees under the PPL/WPP_SR[protected]_Renewal of Policy. I am not sure of if I have enrolled in any such policies/schemes associated with the bank. Kindly, help me get my money credited bac to my account.

    I deposited a sum of Rs 1 lakhs through ICICI ATM machine. The machine took the cash but after some time displayed time out.
    Neither my amount came back, not it got credited to my account.
    I report to the branch manaher, she asked me to write an application and provided me a service request number SR[protected].

    She asked me to wait for three days.
    I am in urgent need of this amount. That was bank problem and error in machine. Why should I wait for three days. I have to urgently pay my dues from that amount.

    Why customer is suffering due to bank mistake. I am now waiting for my money. If ICICI bank cannot maintain network and machine then atleast deposition in the bank should be Manually.

    They are cheating the customers. Who is going to pay the interest of my amount for three days.

    The person handling the cash in ATM machine came just after 15 min. And i was make sure that the amount was one lakhs and it will go to the bank and backened will process the money.

    Then why I am waiting from the last 24 hours to credited my amount to my bank.
    Pl credit my amount by today otherwise bank will have to bear the consequences of this. I shall file a complaint against ICICI to consumer forum and banking ombudsman.

      Address: Elamakkara, Ernakulam Kerala India pin 682026

      I have raised a request to close the icici bank account with account number[protected] on[protected] i visited the bank branch at Elamakkara, Ernakulam Kerala. And i received a message that account has been closed on[protected]. But again i am receiving messages that account has been activated without my consent and asking me to maintain 10000rs balance. I contacted customer care they are telling that message not from their end. Already one of the agent has been asked me to transfer the one of the other bank account and transfer money to this account. I also raised a complaint with icici they didn't take any action on that.

        I got a call from ICICI bank stating that I am eligible for a pre-approved loan of 3lakh for 6.5% interest based on my diligent spend of ICICI credit card.

        I agreed with the loan for a tenure of 12months, but the executive has processed the loan for a tenure of 48months.

        The surprising part here is, they haven't sent a confirmation email or acknowledgment email regarding loan amount dispersal with any of the loan info, amount directly got credited to account.

        Later after the bill generation I realised that the tenure in the bill was not the one I requested, so raised a concern with icici team but I am not getting any resolution from them and they are telling I have to proceed with 48 months tenure only.

        It's completely the executives fault who processed the loan as I clearly mentioned to process the loan for 12 months tenure in the call.

          I have been charged a joining fee on my credit card. The amount has been debited from my bank account. Can you reverse this transaction as I have been told that the card has no joining fee and is lifetime free. (Refer to email with subject 000YBaJ5M13F29DH:Query Regarding Credit Card).

          for 303 rupees, ICICI charged 4737.07+852.67, Totally 5589.74 rupees..

          This is against their terms and conditions, also injustice to me.

          303 is not equivalent to 5589rs just for 3 days delay...

          I'm a 9 year old ICICI ACCOUNT holder. now i think to revise my decision.. never wants back.

          I want my money back.

                I am Deepanshu. 826.00 Rupees has been deducted from my account as DP CHGS TILL MAR-23) DP charges on 08/05/2023. I have never activated and used my Demat account till now. There was no prior notice. I haven't received any deduction message on my mobile. I need justice and my money back immediately.

                  I am icici account holder, April 2023 my account got deducted as "CashTxnChgs-Branch-Aug21+GST" charges.

                  I didn't receive any message or alert from you when I checked my account statement. I came to know about this. I am disappointed with this kind of behavior about not informing the customer. I am still confused about this deduction.

                    This is regarding the request for Charges and services tax reversal request -SR[protected].

                    Firstly, I have maintained more than a minimum balance on 5th of May to pay my education EMI.
                    Will ICICI Bank deducted Rs 590 from my account on 11th may which not a genuine charges.

                    Secondly, I have contacted customer support and raised a request on 12 May where I was informed that I would get refunded by I business day.

                    It's been 3 business already no update or refund.
                    And when I call customer service representative giving me different answers or cutting my call.

                      There's an incorrect surcharge deducted from my ICICI account without any intimation on a digital payment made in the past on the IRCTC website. This is not correct as per checking with IRCTC there is no additional surcharge being charged by them, the amount deducted during the transaction is inclusive of all taxes and there's no additional amount to be deducted later.

                      Please refund the incorrect deduction.

                        I'm unable to send/receive money through UPI in PhonePe, GPay, Paytm and on Imobile app as well. I reached out to customer care, and they say nothing wrong with UPI on my account. I reached out to my bank manager, relationship manager as well but no use.

                        It says for security reasons UPI transactions are blocked/frozen on this account. Please contact the bank.

                          Amazon credit card blocked with out doing proper investigation

                          Amazon Pay/ICICI/Concern,

                          i would like to raise a complaint to ICICI +AMAZON for doing a fraud to me i was using my amazon pay card ending with last 4 digits 4005 i did transaction with in limit by using my card, i had never been intimated that i am not suppose to use my card above certain limit.

                          मेरा नाम अंकित अगरवाल है मै गाज़ियाबाद, उत्तर प्रदेश का रहने वाला हु. मेरा ICICI Credit card का 58800/- बियाज के साथ देना है, पिछले कुछ महीनो से मेरी माली हालत ठीक नही है जिसकी वजह से में मिनिमम भी जमा नही कर पा रहा हु. ये बात में आपके रिकवरी एजेंट्स को पहले बहुत बार बता चूका हु. मै कहीं भाग नही रहा हु बस थोडा टाइम मांग रहा हु जैसे ही मेरे हालात ठीक होंगे में धीरे धीरे पैसे जमा करने शुरू कर दूंगा. लेकिन रिकवरी एजेंट्स कह रहे है में कहीं से लाऊ उनके इससे मतलब नही उन्हें पैसे चाहिए बस वरना वो और भी ज्यादा रिश्तेदार को कॉल और मेसेज करेंगे.
                          ICICI bank की तरफ से रिकवरी agent’s वालो ने मेरे कुछ रिश्तेदारों को कॉल भी किया है और गाली दे रहे है और बहुत ही बदतमीजी से बात कर रहे है. घर पर जाकर पेरेंट्स से गलत तरीके से बात कर रहे है और उन्हें भी परेशान कर रहे है. इस नंबर से [protected] से कॉल कर रहे है और ये लेडीज बहुत ही गन्दी लैंग्वेज का इस्तेमाल कर रही है.
                          आपके रिकवरी एजेंट्स मुझे रोज 40-50 बार कॉल करके परेशान कर रहे है जबकि मे उनसे भी request कर रहा हु की मुझ समय दे दीजिये. मुझे धमकी दी जा रही है की मेरे घर पर जा रहे है वहां जाकर सबको बताएँगे और मेरे सभी फॅमिली के सदस्यों को भी बता देंगे. मुझे बदनाम करने से तो कोई पैसा देगा नही आपको पैसे मेने लिए है तो में ही दूंगा. मेरा घर के दिन चर्या के खर्चे भी चलना मुश्किल हो रहा है जैसे तैसे दोस्तों से उधार लेकर घर का खर्च चला रहा हु
                          आपके एजेंट्स के इतने कॉल्स आते है जिनसे में बहुत परेशान हो गया हु. जिसकी वजह से मेरे मन में उलटे सीधे ख्याल आने लगे है कभी कभी मन करता है मर जाऊ और ये लोग मुझे इतना परेशान कर रहे है की मेरे सर में 24 घंटे दर्द रहता है पुरे दिन में 5-6 (saridon) गोली सर दर्द की खाता हु. मेरे पास अपने तबियत ठीक करवाने के लिए तो पैसे है नही. मै इस समय इतना परेशान हु की कोई भी नंबर से कॉल आता है तो डर जाता हु और कॉल उठाने की हिम्मत नही होती. अगर मैंने सुसाइड किया तो मेरी हालात की जिम्मेदार ICICI बैंक और आपके रिकवरी एजेंट्स होंगे. अब मुझे मरने के अलावा कुछ और रास्ता नही दिखता, थोड़ी हिम्मत करता भी हु तो रिकवरी वाले डरा डरा कर और बेईजजत करके मार देंगे. प्लीज सर बहुत उम्मीद से और हिम्मत करके लिख रहा हु, मुझे बचा लीजिये.

                                I have an NRE/NRO account with ICICI Bank that was created in Oct 2022.
                                However, I have not been even able to access my accounts online because the OTPs are not being sent to my international mobile number.

                                I live abroad (in Europe) and receive sms/calls from India from other institutions and private numbers, and it is only the ICICI OTPs that is not being sent to my number. When I try to send the userId to my mobile, I receive SMS from ICICI with the userId, but they are not sending the OTPs.

                                When I have raised the complaint with ICICI bank for over 6 months and still have not received any help, and as a result my account has become inactive. The helpline [protected]@icicibank.com has been totally useless, they keep sending me emails on how to generate OTPs, and are not helping in any way.

                                I tried contacting the branch directly still no help received so far.

                                It has been over 6 months and still no help from ICICI bank. This preventing any form bank transactions especially when I want to transfer some money home in India.

                                The bank clearly dont respect their customers and their products.

                                  So, I request you to reverse the fund on same account [protected], IFSC Code- BARB0SHAHGA as police confirmation of fraud is given.
