      I have an NRE/NRO account with ICICI Bank that was created in Oct 2022.
      However, I have not been even able to access my accounts online because the OTPs are not being sent to my international mobile number.

      I live abroad (in Europe) and receive sms/calls from India from other institutions and private numbers, and it is only the ICICI OTPs that is not being sent to my number. When I try to send the userId to my mobile, I receive SMS from ICICI with the userId, but they are not sending the OTPs.

      When I have raised the complaint with ICICI bank for over 6 months and still have not received any help, and as a result my account has become inactive. The helpline [protected]@icicibank.com has been totally useless, they keep sending me emails on how to generate OTPs, and are not helping in any way.

      I tried contacting the branch directly still no help received so far.

      It has been over 6 months and still no help from ICICI bank. This preventing any form bank transactions especially when I want to transfer some money home in India.

      The bank clearly dont respect their customers and their products.

        So, I request you to reverse the fund on same account [protected], IFSC Code- BARB0SHAHGA as police confirmation of fraud is given.

              Time of Issue : 08:46 14 May 2023 I tried to card less withdraw Rs.20000/- from ATM ID- S1CPN153 at Phaltan, Satara. It returned an error code 072 (Transaction Declined) and cash didn't dispatched, but the amount has been deducted from my account Name : Yogesh Adalinge Card Num : 4018 0XXX 70XX 5779 Mobile : +91 [protected] I am very vexed by this, checked ICICI website for a 24x7 support number, but there wasn't one.                 I accidentally blocked my multi wallet card on pockets app and now the card is not visible anywhere under the prepaid cards section to unblock it and it says no prepaid cards are linked.

                  Without any prior notice the amount of Rs. 825 /- has been deducted against trading account even I didn't use that account and I don't who the hell allow to open demat account. So it's my request you to please refund my amount in the same account deducted from or I will take the legal action against your bank.
                  And please take it seriously.

                    Hello my name is vishwanath from bangalore, i am using amazon pay icici credit card, no -[protected]. Last month my usage was only 7500/- but they have charged me about 8900/-, contacted customer care raised complaint but no response from icici even i asked amazon they are also not suporting, after that i raised a request to close my credit card for that also no response.. & they are charging extra amount for using credit card in petrol pump.. They are completely useless ###.. & even the statement about my usage is also not opening.. Fed up with these icici. I hope i will receive best solution from you.

                        I am a loyal ICICI customer A/c number[protected] Ujwal Ramdurg (Siemens Limited), I have my salary account in this bank. Had it earlier as well as now. I had been approved a RUBYX AMEX card, firstly the outstanding amount was debited from my savings account for closing the dues - would be moving to consumer court for the same. Now when I had told that I do not need an AMEX card and rather would be ok with a VISA card, officials (Mr. Mallikarjun and Sangamithra) did process the requirement, absolutely no response provided by them, I had to call them several times, and only then I would receive some feedback after following up. Post follow up I understand that the card is rejected and no one knows the reason. I am absolutely disappointed and would move towards HDFC or Axis Bank. Would transfer all my accounts and transactions to other bank and close relationship with ICICI, would also intimate this to our HR so that other colleagues who would join new do not have such experience.                           I Had an ICICI Bank Credit Card 14 Years bank, had to go for settlement for purchases I never made. I was told that the account has been closed but is still open and showing a due. I went to the bank multiple times, I was assured that from their end they will correct it and revert back my CIBIL but no action has been taken so, My CIBIL has been affected despite my healthy financial transactions.

                            I have been a regular customer of ICICI Bank. My account was created as a salary account by a company that I worked as an intern with. I was never informed about any maintaining of MAB and any charges as well. For every transaction I receive an instant notification but not for the charges deducted. The approximate amount that has been deducted is above INR 5000. I contacted customer service for the reversal of the charges and they just turned a blind eye to the same. CSA was very rude and didn't respond to my problem correctly just kept repeating that reversal is not possible again and again. The CSA provided a darn email that doesn't work as well . [protected]@icicibank.com . I need my money back since I am in desperate need of funds right now. Please help me out with a refund for the same.

                                    Unethical activity - Credit card bill Late payment charges deducted for payment within Grace period

                                    As per rbi rules and regulations, the grace period of credit card payment is 3days. I paid the next day after due date. But Icici bank has charged me rupees 100 + 18 GST. This is unethical activity against the customer....

                                    I am not able to understand why 588 INR is cut from my account for the current year without any information or notice. I have directly received the invoice after 10 days of the actual debit from my account. This is absolutely unfair and I want to understand the reason why this fees is being levied.
