I have a concern on my credit card statement. I did two hotel booking transactions on 26th Aug 2022 and I see markup and IGST is charged which is fine and acceptable. But since the merchant confirmation was not done, my transactions were reversed by booking.com and I see ICICI has charged markup fee and IGST for reversed transactions as well. This is wrong.

Same transaction was done in HDFC and markup and IGST was reversed by HDFC when the transaction was unsuccessful. Seems ICICI is looting money! Even after many follow ups with the ICICI team no response. When we raise a complaint with ICICI online generated SR is also not shared with customers. Not sure why ICICI is not working as customer friendly.

        A Deep discount bond of ICICI was purchased in the year 1997 in my name (dated 28 May 1997)for Rs. 2750 with maturity value of RS. 1 lakhs to be redeemed in 27 May 2022. The details are given here under:

        To my surprise, when I contacted ICICI recently, I was told that the scheme had been wound up long back & I need to approach IEPF to get a meagre amount from them

        I request for taking up the issue suitably for early redressal i.e. to get full face value amount of bond.

            I have been an always punctual on my credit card repayment and I have made sure to pay back the full amount in the stipulated time limit. This time I was unable to as there was a glitch on the imobilepay app and after that I fell sick for a couple of days. This is the first time and I request ICICI Bank to waive off the interest charges.

I received a response from ICICI bank to address my concern on particular ID, I commented twice on their comment, about incorrect email provided and received no response. Kindly share me the correct email. If i do not receive a proper response i will have to highlight it on social media platforms. Bcz I am being diligently tortured by your team.

                    I was using ICICI Direct iOS mobile app. Till 25th May 2022, the app was working fine, but starting from 26th May 2022 the Intraday Orders started converting into MTF automatically, and according to MTF charges getting deducted.

                    I was having a neo plan, so on every Intraday buy/sell the charge was Rs. 20/-, but this auto converting to MTF the charges were collected Rs. 0.55 on transaction amount from me.

                    I suffer from a loss of nearly Rs. 5000/- instead of Rs. 20/- because of ICIC Direct app issue.

                    I tweet this issue with valid proof, and after this their Tech team resolved it, but they refuse to refund the money.

                          Regarding deduction of amount

                          I would like to bring to your notice that the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had I done any transaction nor did I get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 29th aug, 2022. Could you please assist me regarding this....

                          My ICICI Bank credit card was closed more than 2 Years ago but it is still showing in my CIBIL as Active . Due to which my CIBIL is Low.

                              I have tried to make IMPS payment of INR 46, 740 on 27th Aug 2022 for US Visa appointment but I have got timed error and money got deducted from my bank already and says status will be updated in Beneficiary Bank in working days - ICICI Bank. But I wanted to get Visa Appointment ASAP because appointment date were moving fast, so I made second time payment via NEFT and NEFT Transaction was successful.

                              Now I am looking for refund of Rs 46, 740/- for failed IMPS transaction back to my ICICI savings account.

                              Here is the IMPS Transaction detail : "MMT/IMPS/[protected]/visa payment/BANA"

                              I have full confidence on ICICI Bank that they will keep trust alive of their customer on their Banking System.

                              I want to thank you ICICI Bank and all those who involved for resolving my issue quickly. I want to thank you Consumer Complaints Forum for creating this kind of platform for allowing us to raise our voice and strengthening the belief of every Indians (especially keeping youths beliefs alive) that someone is there who can hear your voice and at the end "justice will prevails".

                              I have tried to make online payment of INR 737.7/- on 11th September 2022 for IRTC ticket Booking but I have got timeout error and money got deducted from my bank

                              Now I am looking for refund of Rs 737.7/- for failed Online transaction back to my ICICI savings account.

                                I am SIDDHESH. 826.00 Rupees has been deducted from my account as[[2841]] DP CHGS TILL JUL-22) DP charges.

                                when i check detailed statement it started from 2020 total 2753.33 has been deducted.

                                I have never activated and used my Demat account till now. There was no prior notice. I haven't received any deduction

                                I need justice and my money back immediately.

                                      I have closed my loan accounts with icici bank by paying off 100% of money owed.
                                      Still, icici bank refusing to return my security post dated cheques provided during loan application.
                                      I have sold my loaned property to other party who now has their own loan but still bank is linking my SPDC to loan of other party. I believe this is unprofessional and unfair trade practice. Please advise if I can file a formal case against bank.
