This is khushboo jain.
My complain is regarding icici reward points redemption.We requested the Zomoto coupon worth 3000/- by redeeming our 12000 credit card points on 3rd march.
It was supposed to be delivered in 7 working days.I am waiting since. But got nothing.
We complained 4-5 times to icici costumer care, first they told me that they had to update email id, and it will take 2-3 days, after that, I would get the coupons.
But even after wait for 20 days, nothing happened.Then they told me to send the request again and I’ll get the coupons in 5 days. Again nothing happened.
Same thing happened 3-4 times.. but all Jn vain. And they told that, I can’t get the points back, because I have request once.( and even after 2 month not sending the coupons too)
