    I have closed my personal loan account in icici but even then they are charing something for the closed personal loan.

      I have never activated any demat account but they charged me 160.70 rs from my account.

      Are they taking money from all accounts

        My Saving account amount marked as lien

        HI,
        My icici bank account is marked as lien amount of 1.75 lakh rs on feb 6th 2023. I am trying to followup with bank to resolve from 2 months no luck.
        bank is telling some case is going on regarding transaction and not telling when it get resolved how to get resolved and what action to be taken for resolve.

        Sender of money is ready to provide the documents regarding the transaction.Please do needful

        Hi,

        826.00 rupees have been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till mar-23) on 1st May, 2023. Upon doing a Google search I came to know that these charges are related to Demat account. I checked my iMobile app of ICICI and it shows that I do not have any Demat accounts.

        When I created the ICICI account, I was never told about any demat account or any DMC charges. These charges are being deducted every year from my account. Request you to refund these charges as these were not disclosed while account opening and I have not authorized them.

              Dear Team,

              My name is Safal Bharati, currently residing at Royal Plams, Arrey Colony, Goregoan East, Mumbai - 400065. With due respect, I would like to inform you that there are 2 primary ATMs in the locality. One ATM is of ICICI bank and just to opposite is AXIS bank ATM.

              These two ATMs are just name shake as they do not hold any cash most of the times (approx. 5 to 10 days in a month). Defeneitly more than 10 hours in a month. As per the RBI guidelines, the ATM should not exceed more than 10 hours in a month without having cash on it. If they do the bank needs to bear a 10k fine.

              But this does not matter to these ATM it seems. It is very inconveient for us as a consumer. We have to spend extra 60 to 100 rs to go to the ATM which holds cash.

              Hence, I pray to Indian Judicial system to look into it at the earliest. These ATMs are breaking the law before the nose and no strict action has been taken.

              Hope my/our issues will be resolved.

                Dear ICICI BANK, I am Rahul Nautiyal. My hard earned money has been deducted from my account without my knowledge. When i contacted ICICI customer care they told i have demat account with ICICI direct. I never opened any Demat account with ICICI direct. I only have demat account with zerodha.
                This demat account has been opened by ICICI without notifying me. I have never given consent to open my account. I even did not receive any message of this deduction or demat account opening message.

                On 28 April 2023, i was just checking transactions of my account and found that Rs 826.00/- deducted as DMC/DP CHGS TILL Mar-23.

                Stupid Work by ICICI

                There was no prior notice.I haven't received any deduction message to my mobile. I need justice and my money back immediately.
                Many customers have already reported the same fraud. please take immediate action on this.
                Request you to kindly return my money back. I am loosing trust on icici bank

                  I am using icici bank mobile app but during active my mobile banking app it s give a pop up for activate payletter a/c & wrongly activate the same & charge 550 + GST against it, it's fully chitting & i not want to open this Payletter A/C please help

                    I am using ICICI credit card since last 7 years and make manual payments before due date.

                    I have been paying the minimum amount due since Aug'23 and the auto debit was activated by the bank for Total amount due. I have been charged a hefty amount of Rs. 1, 05, 522/- as the auto debit return fee since Aug'22 till Apr'23 (Apart from Dec'22) When I enquired about these charges bank said that I have auto debit facility opted on my account and due to insufficient funds charges in my linked savings bank account.

                    I clearly told bank:

                    1. I never opted for Auto debit how come it was applied automatically. They don't have any proof to show ...no KYC document and No request number.

                    2. I have been calling the customer care on various days and all I hear from them is that they cannot refund the amount. Some are even saying that the Bank is not responsible for any such deductions. (I have discussed the issue with the manager of the customer service team named Suresh, Who is manager of Jayshree but without a resolution- Chennai customer care service). There were many other who disconnected the call after some time.

                    I have been pressurized to pay these charges without any fault of mine.
                    Have called several times and asked them to raise a ticket and all they do is close the ticket without any intimation.

                    Please assist me out. I am not going to pay these charges at any cost.

                    Will switch to other bank as soon as possible.

                      I am holder of Bajaj Scooter Bond. BONDHOLDER NO. is 0018719. I logged a ticket[protected] on [protected]@icicibank.com to update my KYC and place a redemption request. After several reminders and almost 2 months later, I got a reply from ICICI Executive "Kirti" to send following documents on 3i Infotech Limited
                      Unit : ICICI Bonds, International Infotech Park, Tower No 5, 3rd floor,
                      Railway Station Complex, VASHI, NAVI MUMBAI
                      400 703

                      1. Request letter duly signed by you mentioning the bondholder no. and address for updation of KYC details.
                      2.Self attested copy of your address proof.
                      3. Self attested copy of your Pan card.
                      4.Original cancelled cheque. Please note cheque leaf must bear your name - NITIN KHULLAR
                      5. Enclosed form ISR 1 form duly filled in and signed by you.
                      6. Your signature attested by Bank Manager under his official seal, duly mentioning the name/ designation and registration number of such Bank Manager. Form ISR2 attached (each and every point should be filled).
                      7.In case you are eligible for tax exemption, forward the form 15G for the F/Y[protected] duly filled in and signed by you in the month of April 2023. All columns are mandatory.
                      8. Original Bond Certificate/s duly discharged.

                      I sent all above documents on mentioned address and shared tracking no on ticket.
                      The courier was delivered on April 14, 2023 with my original bond paper and other documents. Since then, I have been requesting to provide me a confirmation of receipt of documents but despite of multiple reminders, I have not received any confirmation. I have been calling everyday on "[protected]" multiple times but no one is picking up call.

                      I want to know if my all documents were received and by when can I expect the money to be transferred to my bank account.

                      This is really bad that its been months and despite of following up on ticket, they dont care to reply.

                        Within 2 months about 3000 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of nach_ad_rtn_chrg_ingenot
                        without any notification. I was maintaining my loan emi and when i was going to make a payment then the amount was not there. What the hell wrong with icici bank.

                            I was trying to pay electricity bill for month June and July on 02.05.23 to WBSEDCL and initiated the transaction by clicking the pay button which took me to billdesk page and paid the amount of Rs 1328. The amount has been debited from my bank account, but page showed "Sorry ! we are unable to process your transaction. We apologise for the inconvenience and request you to try again later." messsage from bill desk.

                              bond was issued on jan 1999 to someshwar rao and the maturity date was july 2023 so we dont have information to whom we have to contact so request you to provide the details how to redeem this bond and whom to contact
