My account has been deducted an amount of 1, 899.00 on 09/12/2019, 04/12/2020, 30/12/2021 and 14/12/2022 with the details mentioning: wpp-sr[protected]new policy. From my icici bank account

I have not authorized, neither am aware of any such approvals for the deduction.

Utter crap of icici bank to do such activities without my consent.

I have called customer care multiple time they are not responding properly and not resolving the issue after waiting on call for long time and waiting time to connect to customer care is also more than 20 mins, I have called customer care

      Within one month of time icici bank has charged Rs4149 as NACH_AD_RTN charges or you may say bounce charges. for a single loan they have bounced auto debit cheques several times to charge more. I have taken a bajaj finsrv product on emi amounting Rs 2919 per month and the linked account was ICICI and due to emergency situation I failed to pay EMI for 3 minths now ICICI is deducting a large amount without my knowledge nor they have informed before deducting.
      In some cases i have maintained a minimum balance for the emi to deduct but before the deduction took place icici had already charged and after debit no sms or mail intimation given and i was not aware of insufficient fund my auto debit bounced and the same scenario started repeating .
      So its my kind request to look into the matter as i am already frustrated and also effecting my financial balance.

        Regarding Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card Fraud Transaction with Dispute Service Request Numbers: SR892715878 & SR895056839

        With respect to subject line a fraud transaction was performed on my Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card with Dispute raised under service request number: SR[protected] & SR[protected]. I am holding this icici bank credit card since 2020 & have been using and transacting often and holding good relationship clearing all dues on time. This incident happened with me on 27th March 2023 when a fraudster called me representing himself as an ICICI Bank...

        I opened my ICICI salary account in 2018, ever since Rs.100 is getting debited from my account every month. I am been told that its related to insurance policy when I called customer care about it.
        I am trying to close this auto debit any way possible for more than one year by contacting customer care, contacting Relationship manager at the house branch, contacting staff at ICICI prudential branch and calling insurance in-charge at home branch, filing service request (compliant). But I yet to get any responsible answer or proper way to close this auto-debit, instead every time they are pointing to one to others.

        Its been almost 6k debited from my account and no one knows how to stop this even anyone from ICICI bank.

        This auto-debit opened without my concern and I didn't get any details eg: policy number. Is this part of any scam ?
        I am holding all proofs of communication i tried with ICICI bank and my bank statements with 100rs debited details. I can share them privately if asked.

          ICICI Ashirwad Deep Discount Bond 1996

          I have ICICI deep discount bond 1 set of 5 bonds issued in 1996 with option 2 maturing every year from[protected]. 4 bonds are matured in[protected] and one is to be matured in july 2023.
          I have mailed to the company and registrar on mail id available on company site but there is no reply from any one. Tries to contact to number available on site but no one is picking up call.. whome to contact? How to get maturity amount?

          I am Gokulraj Lakashmanan, an mount of 825.00 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of dp chgs till dp charges till mar-19

          I have never activated and used my demat account and most importantly i don't even know that i hold a demat account till now. There was no prior notice of deduction and i haven't received any deduction message.

          I need my money back and am ready to complain anywhere else if neeeded. I closed demat account immediately

            ICICI bank is looting money in the name of RTN CHRG INGENOT from few months. Every week, every halfmonth & monthly they are deducting money from the account without proper notice. How ethic & legit their move I am seriously not aware. ICICI charged around 28K from few months, we think bank is their to keep our money in safe hands. But in this ICICI case they are takin advantage of this and earning unethically from people like me. These people will pay their price for their sins.

              I had done transaction of 63000/- on 23/04/2023 at 16:44 and shop keeper had reverted same transaction within 5 minutes ...
              It about more than 48 Hours passed and still i have not received my amount back.

                Icici Bank deducted 354 rupees from my account as transaction charges of March 2023 while I deposited below 1 lack in cash to my branch and i did some transactions from my deposited money by phone pay.

                This Bank always deducts the amount wrongfully. Some months ago they deducted fast tag charges two times while I don't use the car and after complaining they returned the amount. Sometimes open life insurance without my consent.br...

                SR[protected] again closed on 24th Apr 2023 without satisfactory answers. We are ready to accept judgement but with data and not evasive answers given by bank

                Chronology of Events:

                1.My wife Ms Jagruti Kothare lost 95000 in Cyber fraud on 9th Feb 23
                2.SR[protected] launched with ICICI Bank immediately and Borivali E Police Stn informed at 12.30 am on 10th Feb 23.
                3.SLA given by bank was 35 days. They took 56 working days and were not settling the SR. We kept continued follow up
                4.Finally ICICI Bank closed SR on 13th April with not agreeable findings and no detail with evasive answers
                5. We desire details whether it is our fault or issue of lack in Bank process for this UPI transaction.
                6. Also noticed was bank had not done KYC of account where money went which was shown on screen but it is being shown by evasive answers that it is customer mistake
                7 We desire justice from banking Ombudsman bcoz we are sure this is not our mistake.
                8. Want details from bank and not case closing without doing due diligence
                9. Inspector Suryakant Mane and Inspector Jagdale of Borivali E police station are contacted
                10. Borivali E ICICI Branch Manager Mr Kishor Kotian also aware of this case

                      I have recently met an employee of ICICI Bank and applied for ICICI Coral Credit Card. On 19th April I received a message stating " Dear Customer, we are unable to approve your Credit Card Application [protected]. Please re-apply after 6 months from the date of your current application."
                      As there was no reason for credit card rejection in the above message I contacted the customer care and they simply say we do not the reason.

                      I request ICICI BANK to state the reason for rejecting my credit card application.

                        Icici has deducted money as a nach return of around 3500 Rs, this is clearly a fraud in which both the parties, icici and bjaja finserv earns. I will not pay any emi for bajaj finserv now as they have deducted the money which I kept to pay emi. This is pathetic.

                            On 18th April 2023, ICICI bank has deducted Rs.590.00 & Rs.457.69 mentioning as ECSRTNCHGS CHARGES from my saving bank account . I tried to call customer care of ICICI bank, but have not received any response .

                            No confirmation / transaction was done by me for above charges .

                              Hello I opened a savings bank account with icici bank on 15th April 2023. On their website it was advertised as instant account opening and no branch visits. I opened that account did the initial funding of 20000/- but my account is still not operational. I have written them emails about this but they give a very generic response. Their phone banking is also not working for past two days I have been trying to connect to a phone banking representative but their ivr menu is specially designed to frustrate account holders.                                 having card no [protected] after issue of this new card on expiry
                                of old card New grids are disabled. On recommended SMS I did not get any reply.I have tried many times on phone but automated customer care no It does not connect to concern person.
