I have called icici bank for more than 10 times they are saying it is with service provider issue. When i contacted my service provider everything looks fine. I owed a credit card from icici bank for more than 3 years now and have been very regular in paying back since then. Hi. I have payback card which is by default linked to my icici bank salary account. Iearned hardly any points from transaction done from icici debit card but they charged me rs 30 for redemption of points. Even if i redeem points which are earned from other payback partner like bookmyshow or food bazaar they charged fees. If you have earned rs 2 from debit card transactin in a month they will charge rs 30. So this is not reward for cuatomer...

Icici bank sms, otps are not being received since 12.09.18. Customercare cannot help and putting the onus on service provider! Have been receiving messages from all and sundry except icici bank!
Among the bizarre solutions suggested by the relationship manager include taking the sim out and putting it in another handset. Tried everything, nothing works and icici does not want to explore the root cause for it.

I have been on break for 2 years from july 2016 to april 2018 and my icici card shows card invalid status when i try to login through corporate portal. For the past three monthe my card is not credited with any amount and this month (Sep) i received a message that my card is credited with 2500.
But when i tried to access my card it is getting declined. Am not able to use the amount available in the card.

I have made a payment of 19445.10 on 30th August (where my due date was 2nd Sep) but I was displayed an error message saying "Transaction failed" with no reference numbers generated. But the amount was debited from the account.

I immediately called the customer care (and waited for 20 minutes before someone responded) and explained the whole situation to them. Then the representative assured that I'd get...

I am holding my salary account in icici bank. Since last 2-3 months, to my surprise i am observing there is continuous deductions from my account in the name of posdec chg (E. G. Posdec chg/[protected]/xxxx+gst 29.50 dr.). Neither i have swiped my linked debit card at merchant shop nor i have tried any online transaction during recent days.
