I have not activiated any demat or any kind of service from my side. Still bank is deducting charges from account. 528.21 they have deducted.

    NON-TRACKABILITY OF ICICI BAJAJ SCOOTER BOND-TWO

    I am Sujit writing on behalf of my uncle Mr. Chandra Prakash Mishra.

    Many emails sent to ICICI Bank customer care ([protected]@icicibank.com, customer.[protected]@icicibank.com, [protected]@icicibank.com) No reply on the subject is received till date.

    Mr. Chandra Prakash Mishra is the Bond Holder ( Bond Holder no. 0015-750 Certificate 15751 of ICICI BAJAJ SCOOTER BOND allotted on 29.01.1999.

    It Maturity date / Redemption date as mentioned is 29.06.2023.

    There is no trackability of this bond.
    How do we redeem it at maturity? Where you we approach for redemption? Updates on the schemes?

      Hi, I have saving account in ICICI Bank & today DP Charges of Rs 826 were deducted without any prior notice.

      My demat account with ICICI was closed many years ago & i have never used DEMAT services of ICICI. Then why Rs 826 were deducted.

        I have only done one transaction of Rs817 using my credit card but I see two transactions

          I had to pay emi on L and T on May 2023 and this is my last EMI. so, I payed early and closed the loan. But now they charged for return. I told ICICI please reverse the charges and I had proof for closed the loan, Now they blame me this is your fault to close the auto debit. How do I know this? Did they teach me? Is it my fault to close the loan quickly?

              I have registerd a fraud transaction report to ICICI, Cyber crime and police station on 18th March 2023 OF AMOUNT 1409730/-. ICICI had recovered the amount on 18th Mar and credited to my account on the same day as lien balance and the customer care personnel has informed me that the amount will be given to your main balace once we will complete the dispute investigation which will take 45 days . I kept on following up with the dispute team and ICICI bank . On 2 nd May 2023, the amount was again debited from my account by ICICI, when I enquired the same to Customer care they said it is the procedure and investigation i still in process you will get the amount by next week. I kept on following up with them everyday . Today, i.e; 8th May, when i contacted again to customer care they informed be that the investigation was in bank favor and you will not get the money. I asked them why i was not informed to which they did not reply also when asked what happen to the recovered money they said that bank has kept that money also on hold. I just want to know why ICICI is not returning my money when they have received the same from the scammer . ICICI itself is a big scammer bank who does the fraud and take the money from innocent people in the name of investigation

                  I am Varun Jadhav an amount of rs 826.00 has been deducted from my account in the name of dp charge on 6th may. I opened dmat account by force from icici employee.
                  There was no prior notice of deduction and i haven't received any deduction message.

                  I need my money back and am ready to complain even in court if required.

                      My account is blocked and forzen and they are everyday deducting money from my bank very bad pathetic bank rbi please look after this they are looting every day money with unnecessary charges nor i can tranfer money nor i can withdraw it I will close iccci bank soon very bad pathetic bank shame on you gays

                                My Saving account amount marked as lien

                                HI,
                                My icici bank account is marked as lien amount of 1.75 lakh rs on feb 6th 2023. I am trying to followup with bank to resolve from 2 months no luck.
                                bank is telling some case is going on regarding transaction and not telling when it get resolved how to get resolved and what action to be taken for resolve.

                                826.00 rupees have been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till mar-23) on 1st May, 2023. Upon doing a Google search I came to know that these charges are related to Demat account. I checked my iMobile app of ICICI and it shows that I do not have any Demat accounts.

                                When I created the ICICI account, I was never told about any demat account or any DMC charges. These charges are being deducted every year from my account. Request you to refund these charges as these were not disclosed while account opening and I have not authorized them.

                                      Dear Team,

                                      My name is Safal Bharati, currently residing at Royal Plams, Arrey Colony, Goregoan East, Mumbai - 400065. With due respect, I would like to inform you that there are 2 primary ATMs in the locality. One ATM is of ICICI bank and just to opposite is AXIS bank ATM.

                                      These two ATMs are just name shake as they do not hold any cash most of the times (approx. 5 to 10 days in a month). Defeneitly more than 10 hours in a month. As per the RBI guidelines, the ATM should not exceed more than 10 hours in a month without having cash on it. If they do the bank needs to bear a 10k fine.

                                      But this does not matter to these ATM it seems. It is very inconveient for us as a consumer. We have to spend extra 60 to 100 rs to go to the ATM which holds cash.

                                      Hence, I pray to Indian Judicial system to look into it at the earliest. These ATMs are breaking the law before the nose and no strict action has been taken.

                                      Hope my/our issues will be resolved.
