I have a salary account with icici bank, the bank automatically made 16 (Approx.) deductions of 29.50 inr as posdec chg. I visited my home branch and the bank executives were of no help and they said for trying to use the card at online pos merchant without having any money in the account which resulted in transaction failed charges, and so many times i was called icici bank customer service number but the call was automatically disconnected. I didn’t use my debit card anywhere in atm, online purchases,.. Etc. And the usage was less in my debit card i’m always transferring icici account money to another account in all the month. I didn't receive any sms or email for bank posdec charge deductions. I want all the deductions made from my account as posdec chg to be refunded.
