Dishonour fine have been debited from my account. (Account no:[protected] even after applying moratorium. I have lost more than 1500 rs in this manner. This has been a grave injustice and cheating.in these crisis situation they shouldnt use deceptive methods like this to take money from us.

      I have a demat account in icici bank for 3 years now. When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction 'in[protected] dp chgs till may-20' — inr 474'. When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected]]

                I have raised complaint twice their is no response from customer care every month debited this amount from my account every month 590 rs will be debited in my account why its getting this amount please refund my money we will close the account surely this type of issue will happen in future please resolve the issue then we have close the account this type of issue will happens in my account

                  Hi team,

                  I've been using icici debit card since a long time now. Recently, due to a mess created by repeated otps, i fed in wrong numbers for 3 times. It has been more than a month that i have not made any transactions since.
                  I've tried unblocking it from imobile and from the banking site, however, they say the card is not blocked, and is available for transactions.
                  I feel it's blocked by the verified by visa merchants, kindly help me unblock the card.

                      My rs 56.99/- & 13.44 has been deducted from my icici bank savings account on 29/06/2020, 07/06/2020 & 05/06/2020. They showed me "surcharge dt:29/06/20 mcc 4112", "surcharge dt:07/06/20 mcc 4112". And "surcharge dt:05/06/20 mcc 4112"why? I had asked to icici bank customer care and they didn't confirm me.
                      My account number is[protected], sigra varansi branch branch.

                      Please help, and also inform the banks not to debit any amount unnecessarily. The every money is really hard earned.

                        Icic bank has bloacked my amount of 28212 as i have credit card due but as lockdown is going on i don't have money to spend for current month (I. E. July 2020). I am ready to pay minimum amount which is 3100. I tried multiple times to icici customer care but they are not responding on my call.. I am stuck i have rent to pay and other things but i don't have money as icici bank has blocked my account

                              Hey, your bank employees doesnt have any idea about what their customers are being charged for some reason they just throw some # on your face or say some one else will call you back

                              Nach_ad_rtn_chrg~bajajfin - 545 inr

                              Like this they have charged so many on my account even 5000 rs but i no longer have any loans with bajaj all dues are cleared before 4 years still they debit my account, i went to the local branch 5 times none of them knew what they are talking about so here i am.

                                  I failed to maintain balance in my savings account, so i missed paying my icici debit card emi of last month through auto-debit option. I thought of choosing moratorium. Later i paid my emi through upi payment option.

                                  I called you multiples time to know the other option for payment. But i didn't got any proper response from your side while waiting for 30 mints in corona period then i paid payment on 8th may so please reversed late charges also.

                                  Consider the pandemic covid-19 situation and for a consumer like me, 1100 rupees is very huge in this lock down period and kindly help on to get a refund of an additional fee charged as soon as possible.

                                    Rupees 826 has been deducted from my ICICI account on June 25 2020 (DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL M AY-20). What are these charges? I cannot contact to any of your helpline, as customer support is not available.
                                    I have also not made any demat transaction recently.

                                    There was no SMS about this deduction. Why?

                                    Urgently need a reason about this deduction with details?

                                      Our query is that i have contact with branch.
                                      But no positive response from your team.
                                      In my bank account - ecs charges has been charged multiple times. It is because of bajaj finance who represents it but bank should not charge its multiple times. As i am facing difficulty of financial condition in this covd 19. I am old customer of your bank and having good banking with icici. Please refund this time the ecs charges amount and it will not repeat again. Around 12 to 15k is charged by bank as ecs charges.

                                      I am marking you mail. I hope you understand the situation otherwise i have to go with rbi.

                                      Please do the needful as soon as possible.

                                        Hi, i am subibechana, i have icici salary account for more than 5 years now, recently checked my detailed statement and found that there are deductions of posdec more than 40 times in the month of june 2020.
                                        1. I haven't swiped my card these many times, neither initiated any transaction with low funds.
                                        2. I want to know why these charges are made - 40+ times and please revert the amount immediately.
