My swatantra shrivastav having issue of outstanding, my total outstanding was shown in month of March 2020 was 38000/ and after that no transaction is done with card.

Against 38000 / I have paid RS-14800 in consecutive three month, I have paid higher amt then the the Minimum payable amt in a month before due date but fines charges are imposed on me why?
Paid Amt is not adjusted against overall due why ?
Calling in your customer care simple answer they are giving sir our system is down we are transferring your call and post call disconnected.
Were should we raise our complaint who is responsible for the same, we do understand that we all are passing through difficult time.
Please let me who will going to resolve if there is no one let me know then I will brought such misappropriate conduct with Consumer court, this is not threat this is just mercy appeal.
In past also I have blocked the card because of same issue.
Awaiting to hear positive response from you.
There is undefined category for complain in drop down, appropriate downdown not accepting.
