I am Anchal James, customer of ICICI Bank. 344.17 Rupees has been deducted from my account as ( DP CHGS TILL May-20) charges deducted on 25/06/2020. I have never activated and used my ICICI Demat account till now.
There was no prior notice just deduction that too without any message or notification, I just noticed my balance as low and checked transactions then I came to know about DP charges.
I need justice and my money back immediately.My Account Number is[protected].

    I am ravi kumar, an mount of 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of dp chgs till may-2020

    I have never activated and used my demat account and most importantly i don't even know that i hold a demat account till now. There was no prior notice of deduction and i haven't received any deduction message.

    I need my money back and am ready to complain anywhere else if needed

        I'm Naga srikar dhupam 481.83 rupees had been deducted from my account without any prior intimation.For the sake of personal loan and credit they'll call twice a day but when it come to deduction not even a single intiation is there. Also I had never activated my d mat account at the time of opening my salary account they had given me some kit which contains dmat but i dmidn't activated then how can you charge . Mailed to help desk of icici bank as well.

          I have a demat account in icici bank. When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction 'in[protected] dp chgs till may-20' — inr 826'. When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected]

            I posted ad in olx to sell my cupboard. Person accepted the deal and asked me to scan the qr to receive a money. I scanned the qr code and actually money got deducted from my account

              My fastag was blacklisted more than a year back. I call the customer care everytime and raised a lot of complaints but no response.
              Please resolve asap.

              This is a fake website. Nobody looks into your complaints. Executives call you and ask to transfer money.
              I don't think that's a ICICI Bank Customer support.

                My demat account was opened 4 years back with my salary account but such charges never deducted.

                  I was not informed about the charges of ECSRTNCHG and my account has been debited by this charge 7 times and leaving my account balance zero more than 5000 in total has been deducted till today that June 25 2020 I don’t more how much these people gonna debit my account with. There is no way that I can contact these icici customer care all the numbers are unreachable or fraud. In this covid situation debiting of money of a middle class person is so difficult to live. In this situation how do I stop this charges or how do I create a new account has I can’t go out. I saw so many comments and complaints on this same issue I am facing and the icici bank is still making the same thing. It shows this bank is a fraud it’s earning money by fooling customers in the form of charges. I have added the picture for reference but by hiding my account number for security purpose

                    826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till may-20) on 25 june 2020.

                    Also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

                    Mentioned the transaction remark - dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till may-20

                    We people are here because of trust towards icici. But this is totally an unacceptable behavior from icici. Don't ever do this without a customer acceptance, otherwise we can loose the trust.

                    Kindly refund my money at earliest.

                    Fake person ----> I am calling from Consumer Complaints board in ICICI
                    it's our mistake sorry for the inconvenience we will refund you shortly if you want to instead you can use any UPI Payments
                    Me: I have
                    Fake Person ----> He asked me to open the App and type this voucher Code "RFC1C*****AZ"
                    Me ----> I asked him how to use this one
                    Fake Person --- > He said Open Google Pay Click on New Payment --> Click on UPI ID ---> Enter this ID ---> [protected]@okicici --> click on continue --> click on pay --> amount place -- > enter 24, 999 ---> what is this place --> add voucher code "RFC1C*****AZ" ---> click on Proceed ---> enter the UPI PIN also that time it will come to 826 rs and voucher
                    Me ---> I asked you are calling from a bank or other third party vendors he said calling from the bank

                    Please Check ICICI BANK and take action ---> otherwise we can lose the trust

                    And comes to Consumer Complaints --- > how hackers know the EMail-ID Please check

                      My account statement is showing deduction of rs 590 as ecsrtnchgs. This amount has been deducted twice in this particular month itself. I don't have any emi which is going from my account. Please let me know why it is happening.

                          I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 23th june, 2020. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

                            I had asked to open a 6 month fd (Which was on monthly payout and would be auto renewable for 2 months after mature date at 7.5% interest rate) of 8000000/- at choubey colony branch in raipur. The executive at the branch ms. Anjali rathod had asked me to sign on the form and that she will fill the remaining details. She opened a 2 year fd without my consent. Now after 1 year 2 months when i want to make a withdrawal they are saying they will only pay 4.75% (I. E. The current interest on fd between 1-2 years and also deduct a 1% penalty from that) so total 3.75% for the entire period. The only proof i have of this is word of mouth and the form that has been filled by the executive herself.

                                  I am having savings account with icici bank and i already activated insta alerts like sms and mail.. But without any prior information or alert icici bank deducted rs 590... 19 times from my account when i am checking my account statement it was showing nach_ad_rtn_chrg_adbldesk... While i am contactimg bank people they cant know the exact reason. So kindly help me to get my money refund... As i am a stroke patient i am in a pathetic. This money i had kept in ml financial crises.. Actually i had kept this money for my medical emergencies... So kindly refund my money as soon as possible..

                                      After paying also credit card due amount lien not been removed. Calling customer service is not helpful. No proper answer recvd. Just waist of money as these are chargeable call. Almost one week now i am following

                                        There is bounce charge amount 590 two time so total 1180

                                        Really its stupidity things what you done even after sending email this kind of nonsense you have been done
