I have received an International transaction that is yet to be credited into my account even after 2 weeks. The branch in Kalpetta is not offering any proper solution or action steps. Even after I shared the transaction details, they didn't provide me proper direction. Instead, they ask me to contact the customer service, a number that never works. Even after calling several times, there is no response from the customer service. Further, they asked me to hold, while money is deducted for making that call. Very poor service, especially from the Kaleptta, Wayanad Branch.
