Hi, i just received a messege that your nach mandate for ava lifestyle products and services has been set up on 23rd june. I had applied for a credit card 14-15 days earlier, but i don't know if it's regarding the same or not, moreover i dnt know anything about ava lifestyle nach mandate.

The customer care number is not toll free and is not working!

I'm afraid there's could be a fraud. What do i do?

    During the covid situation, rbi mentioned about not charging anything with ecsrtnchgs charge, thought my account has money and its still charged with 590. Please do the needful.

        Dear sir,

        On 23.6.2020 and 24.6.2020 your bank deducted wrong charges from account for 19 (Nineteen) times. Exact amount is 11210 rupees (590*19). I kept money in my account for my medical expenses. I am a stroke patient.in mobile application it shows some nach_ ad_ rtn _chrg~adbldesk. Please help me to return my hard earned money. Please do the needful as early as possible.

          Our query is that i have contact with branch.
          But no positive response from your team.
          In my bank account - ecs charges has been charged multiple times. It is because of bajaj finance who represents it but bank should not charge its multiple times. As i am facing difficulty of financial condition in this covd 19. As my salary is not credited at correct time. I know its my fault but i am old customer of your bank. Please refund this time the ecs charges amount and it will not repeat again.

          Please do the needful as soon as possible.

            not receiving otp on registered mobile number

            I am unable to receive the otp on my registered mobile number. I however receive the email regarding otp generation but no message.

            Icici customer care suggested me to talk to the network provider, which i did and they mentioned that everything is working correct at their end.             Dear concern,
            I am gautam kumar swain having savings account as also credit with icicibank from last 4 years, as a loyal customer not delay to pay any payments from last 4 years.
            Due to corona i request to bank through phone banking about stop my ecs for all sip, but they can't help me so i drown all amount from my account. Which was necessary for at that time, but today (24th june) bank was deducted 590 rupes for ecs bounce charges from my account. I request on toll free no to refund my money, here is the problem not from my side but customer support office denied for that.
            I need my deducted money back on my account as an urgent basis, it's my hardcore money. With out any mistake i can't lose my money at all.
            Please help for refund my money.

                ON June 23 - rs 590 has been debited from account so far towards nach_ad_rtn_chrg without my consent and without any notification. I was maintaining minimum balance for the time of emergency and when i was going to make a payment then the amount was not there. What the hell wrong with the icici bank.

                    Dear Sir / Madam,

                    Hope you are doing great,

                    My swatantra shrivastav having issue of outstanding, my total outstanding was shown in month of March 2020 was 38000/ and after that no transaction is done with card.

                    Card holder Name: Sagun Shrivastav

                    Against 38000 / I have paid RS-14800 in consecutive three month, I have paid higher amt then the the Minimum payable amt in a month before due date but fines charges are imposed on me why?

                    Paid Amt is not adjusted against overall due why ?

                    Calling in your customer care simple answer they are giving sir our system is down we are transferring your call and post call disconnected.
                    Were should we raise our complaint who is responsible for the same, we do understand that we all are passing through difficult time.

                    Please let me who will going to resolve if there is no one let me know then I will brought such misappropriate conduct with Consumer court, this is not threat this is just mercy appeal.

                    In past also I have blocked the card because of same issue.

                    Awaiting to hear positive response from you.

                        Hi. Mhban[protected], this is my uan number. Actually i left icici bank in nov 2019 and they are not transfering my pf account to my pressent employer. Every time i apply and see after some it shows "rejected by employer" under status. What to do.

                          I have icic bank credit card (Only card not account in icic bank). I have not generated pin yet. When credit card is issued to me i have told that i dont want this credit card dont do the further process. Still i get this credit card at my home address. And then 500 rs charge applied. I have told that i dont want to use this, call the bank and do not pay this amount. Further the next bill issue to with penalty approx 1200inr. Now i have paid it. And i want to blok this credit card. I call to customer care service they do not answer. So i have complaint about this. Please blok my credit card and give the charge back (1200 inr) to my account.

                              I bring to your kind notice that there has been huge deduction of rs. 6, 500/- in a span of 2 months towards ecs bounce charges by icici bank limited.

                              Despite reserve bank of india announced moratorium benefits for consumer loans to mitigate the personal crisis of individuals, icici bank limited has mercilessly deduct huge ecs refund charges from my salary account due to communication gap of loan servicing banks/nbfcs on informing icici bank limited. Considering abnormal situation due to pandemic that put me in severe financial strain, i have written to icici bank limited several time @ customer. [protected]@icicibank.com requesting to refund the huge ecs refund deductions for a tune of rs. 6, 500/-. I also spoke to icici bank customer service executives @ [protected] and explained personal turmoil due to this huge deductions. Their customer service executives have given some hope and raise the request for refund. So far, i have not heard any news from icici bank limited.

                              As this not a normal situation, i humbly request icici bank limited to refund the ecs deduction charges at the earliest.

                              I am attaching the statement of ecs deductions effected in my salary account.

                                  I applied many times for the Moratorium on my Credit Card Personal Loan EMI from ICICI Bank Website Home Page but I never got a confirmation message.

                                  After this bank deducted the Auto debit fee from my credit card and did not apply the moratorium on my credit card.

                                  When I am calling customer care then they are saying that Moratorium was not applied on your card so the auto debit fee is deducted.

                                  But Auto Debit was not enabled on my credit card. Customer service is worst they don't know anything.

                                  I have applied 6 times in June for Moratorium but never got confirmation message.

                                  I want to return the auto debit fee and apply Moratorium on my credit card emi.

                                  Please give me a solution to my problem.
