I am trying to buy a laptop from lenovo store. Transaction failed and message showed that the transaction was withheld due to security reasons.

The online service care is also horrible. The cut the call after saying ki wait for 5 minutes and dont call back. I need to do this transaction urgently

    I have kept the minimum balance in my zero balance account for the payment of sip but the bank charges money with the name of nach_ad_rtn_charg_ and charges money please help me with this issue. Why the bank is charging money from my account without informing me

      I am shalini 826.00rs has been deducted from my account as dp chgs till apr 20

      I have never activated and used my demat account till now there was no prior notice i have not received any deductions message to my mobile i need my money back immediately

      I have not received proper response nor the issue is resolved kindly look into it asap

        Hi icici bank deducted 1899rs from my account under transaction details iin/debit / oneast i never tell them that i wanted any such services such a fraud. And seriously icici shame on you you deduct the amount without my permission without my concern. I wanted that money back asap. And i am closing down my account from your bank such a terrible services.

            I tried to transfer some money to other bank account through neft and in the end of the procedure it asked me to enter grid values, which i did correctly but for some stupid reason it was showing me this msg "your grid card authentication has been disabled, call our 24 hour customer care centre and ask to enable grid card authentication". I have entered all the values very carefully and cross-checked it many times yet same error. Then i tried calling 24hour customer care center which is totally useless in this regard as no real person picks but a stupid automated system. It's been a week and i am not able to make online purchases/transactions. If my problem is not solved soon then i will be forced to close my icici a/c no[protected] and post a gloomy review on how lame icici online services can be. Pathetic support icici.

              I just checked my saving accounts balance in icici bank and it is showing a negative balance of -48233.4, what can be done to clear it up? I don't even see a clear reason for this.

                  I have received an International transaction that is yet to be credited into my account even after 2 weeks. The branch in Kalpetta is not offering any proper solution or action steps. Even after I shared the transaction details, they didn't provide me proper direction. Instead, they ask me to contact the customer service, a number that never works. Even after calling several times, there is no response from the customer service. Further, they asked me to hold, while money is deducted for making that call. Very poor service, especially from the Kaleptta, Wayanad Branch.

                              My icici account was debited rs. 1899/- on 15 june 2020 with transaction remark as
                              Iin/i-debit/si oneast /[protected]/0#/

                              Please resolve the issue and get me my money back. Without my permission how can you deduct money from me?
                              This is the worst behavior.

                              Please deactivate the one east plan and refund my money back.
                              If not i will close my account.
                              Expecting instant reply to this.

                                Hi,
                                Recently i have received message from team one assist icici bank saying that

                                "hi customer, your walletassist plan will be renewed for another year. Membership fees of rs 1899 will be charged on your icici bank account as applicable - team oneassist"

                                And today the amount 1899 has benn deducted from my account

                                I don't even know when this got activated, and i think this people might have deducted same amount even last year also without my notice.
                                I request the one assist team to deactivate this immediately and refund my amount asap

                                Recently i have received message from team one assist icici bank saying that

                                      I have got message that txn of inr 1, 899.00 done on account xxxxx on 15-jun-20. Info: iin*i-debit*si.

                                      What it means?
                                      I have not made any above transaction and still my amount has been deducted fraudulently without my permission... Its a very arrogant and unhealthy behavior
                                      Please resolve this issue asap and credit my money back. Otherwise i have to take strong action.
