Hello! My card was debited for 42, 050.17 and 21, 025.08 on 1st june at bestbuy.com the merchant placed a pre authorisation hold which was released immediately when the order was automatically cancelled after 5 minutes. Icici bank has not yet processed the amount back in my account.

    Dear sir,

    I have purchased a mobile on flipkart using icici debit card emi option for the amount of Rs.8999/-. I would like to mention that order has been cancel due to delay.
    But still my debit card emi for this product is not yet cancelled. Now seller have refunded the amount to Icici bank with respective transaction id:[protected] and authorization code 019347.

    But it was not adjusted in my pre-approved debit card emi account [protected].And my emi is not closed. I was debited Rs.3072.55.

    i have contacted both icici customer care and flipkart customer care i couldn't get any possible solution till now.

    I request you to address the issue. and cancel my debit card emi for amount of Rs.8999 and refund the debited amount to my account. i have attached reference mail from flipkart support team.

      Got message amount deducted from my saving account.
      (Txn of inr inr 249.00 done on account xxx71on 09-june-2020. Info: vin*google k.) but i did not done any transaction. Without my otp how this happened. Please cross check and revert my money back.

        My account was debited with rs. 1899 on 14th may 2020 for one assist service which i didn't apply for. Having asked the bank, they told to call and resolve this issue online. I tried calling them but due to covid-19, customer care didn't answer.

            Why my amount was deducted under this following statements. Why i am getting all charges from my account? I asked about bajaj finserve and told me they authorized to deduct only loan amount, not any other charges. So, i move to call customer care number icici bank. The ivr wanted me to enter my details so fast and then after a few seconds, it's automatically hang up.
            I need to know about the charges please help. And why you will charges like these under the name of "nach_ad_rtn_chrg~bajajfin".

            Please return my deducted money

              Icici bank had ripped off by paying extra charges to the bank. They charged me amlost 5900 rs extra to close the loan during pandemic as i was not able to used. Im mentally harrased by the bank. There is no help that i m getting

                My bank account is debited 826 for dp (Depository) charges in 3 transactions.

                They didn't told me about dp charges while opening account, i read about services charges that is on their web site, and find dp charges is about 4.5-5.5 rupee only.

                Below is the link of all charges and i don't understand how they dedcute 829 rupee when i did trade on icicidirect platform,

                    EMI deducted for cancelled order

                    This is regarding one of my flipkart order for which i have cancelled the order due to lockdown. However the emi of the same is deducted from my account for cancelled order. This is happening second time. Earlier also i had an issue and the same is still unresolved. The emi deducted is not returning by bank.

                    Last time also same thing happened. I ordered through flipkart emi and i wrote a lot of emails that emi deducted before...

                    Hi team,

                    826 rupees has been deducted from my account on 27th may 2020 as demat account charges. I have neither subscribed nor used my demat account till now. I only remember that one of sales guys cheated me while opening the account saying i will get a money refund if we open an account in icici. He never told me its demat account. I think they are doing it on very common basis.

                    I don't want it, and i got a call like this 3 to 4 times i told the same. I never used my demat account.

                    Also, i did not get any deduction message alert on my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

                    Mentioned the transaction remark - dmc/xxxx dp chgs

                    We trust icici. But this is kind of cheating is totally unacceptable. I know if i ask for a refund you guys will come up with your own # answers. I want an explanation and a refund immediately.

                      I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs.999 has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 3rd june. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

                            Sir in 2015 i got icici bank fastag, in 2017 car windshield broke down and bcoz of extra bank charges i stopped using icici bank fastag, in 2019 i got axis bank fastag but i cannot use bcoz my vehicle is black listed by icici bank
                            Raised many complaints with icici bank but they are not willing to remove my black listing, indirectly icici bank is forcing me to buy their fastag again, pls help me, my vehicle number is gj05jc9786

                              Hi team,

                              I had checked my icici account, ecs charges 590 rs. Was deducted from my account with icici bank (Account no:[protected]. I had applied for moretorium against the loan emi under the idfc firts bank (Capital first). Again, i got the alert of ecs return and definately i would be charges in form of ecs. During the moretorium, no ecs, no panelty should not be charged on my account.

                              I did call cutomer care and met with both bank branch (Icici & idfc) but i did not get the solution. I am very helpless and frustating.

                              This is very irritating on lockdown period in country as directed by pmo.

                              This amount is wrongly deducted by icici bank. Please help me to refund and wavie off of ecs return charges.

                                  I'm facing this situation since 3 years. They are not solving the problem and the bank manager is just awaiting us back that the problem will be solved. But they didn't solved.
                                  Here, the icici fraudulently looting money without any message and there is no proper statement and response for the reduction..
                                  If it continues we can go for consumers rights court..

                                    Hi, i am subhashchandra yadav. Customer of icici bank. I have a salary account of icici bank. Am an icici bank customer. Today[protected] ecsrtnchg charged 124.75 rupees, yesterday[protected] ecsrtnchg charged 493.24 rupees & 3rd june 96.76 rupees charges deducted. Total amount 777.75 rupees i don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is. Actually i have an emi of 4132 rs purchased through bajaj finance.
                                    This is again and again happened. Please do the needful.

                                      All these transactions where never given any prior notice.
