Today debited ecs charge (590 rs) in my savings account. I have maintained all minimum balances and submit all my sip on a timely basis. The bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge is?? This type of direction is not good please return my charged amount asap. My email id is sr. [protected]@gmail.com

    On 27 may rs 826 is deducted from my bank account without prior notice to me.
    I didn't open any demat account through icici bank.
    Please refund my money. This is not fair to deduct money without informing me.

      Hi,
      on 28th May 2020, I swiped my ICICI debit card on my name Ankush Gajanan Lambe for Rs.50, 000 at SURYA electronics wakad, Pune.

      The amount was mistakenly withdrawn by merchant and the seller manager void the transaction at same day 28th May 2020 within in 5 minutes .

      The amount was debited from my account but still not credited to my account after void the transaction.Kindly help us to refund my debited amount.

      I contacted the customer care executive of icici bank and explained him on the issue, for which they asked me to wait for 2 -3 working days.

      I waited for 8-10 working days and found no refund credited into my account

      Kindly request you to fasten up the process and help me refund my money back.

      Please find attached void transaction receipt.

        I have made a transaction with icici credit card for rs.15673/- on april17th.i made a request to convert transaction into emi through mobile app(SR[protected].tat is 3-4days as communicated.till now ie., 11/6/20, the request was not processed.i have called customer care so many times.Not resolved.
        every time my call is being kept on hold by customer care for some time and then disconnecting call.
        iam requesting to track all the calls, process my request at the earliest.
        also, except first call from april 21st, i need penalty for every call I made to customer care because the call is chargeable and resolution not provided till date.

                I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan.

                Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount is debiting every month.

                Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

                    Hi i am mohan chorge here. 823.70 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till mar-20) on 6-june-2020. I have neither subscribed nor used my demat account till now.

                    Also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

                          Mr vinay balse,
                          I have attached full documentary evidence regarding the fraud which was enforce on me. Stating why i was not "in control" of my phone. And how i was hacked plz do a through investigation before coming to a conclusion. I have send it as an attachment for safety purpose. I have reported the incidence at national cyber crimes acknowledgement no no.[protected].
                          Please don't charge me for a fraud case of which i had "no control" and was remotely controlled by the hacker so your notion of i using my otp and two step authentication doesn't hold i have send you the software name too plz download and see how the user loses control of the phone.
                          I once again reiterate that i had no control of the phone or i didn't auntenticate the transaction or payment. Please see the document i have send and conduct a fair investigation and you will know that i speak no nonsense i have been cheated and duped so please correct your investigation on evidentiary basis of documents i have given you.

                              I have purchased a mobile on flipkart using icici debit card emi option for the amount of Rs.8999/-. I would like to mention that order has been cancel due to delay.
                              But still my debit card emi for this product is not yet cancelled. Now seller have refunded the amount to Icici bank with respective transaction id:[protected] and authorization code 019347.

                              But it was not adjusted in my pre-approved debit card emi account [protected].And my emi is not closed. I was debited Rs.3072.55.

                              i have contacted both icici customer care and flipkart customer care i couldn't get any possible solution till now.

                              I request you to address the issue. and cancel my debit card emi for amount of Rs.8999 and refund the debited amount to my account. i have attached reference mail from flipkart support team.

                                      Why my amount was deducted under this following statements. Why i am getting all charges from my account? I asked about bajaj finserve and told me they authorized to deduct only loan amount, not any other charges. So, i move to call customer care number icici bank. The ivr wanted me to enter my details so fast and then after a few seconds, it's automatically hang up.
                                      I need to know about the charges please help. And why you will charges like these under the name of "nach_ad_rtn_chrg~bajajfin".
