ecsrtnch & nach charges they have charged 9000

Dear sir/madam,

We would like to bring to your elite notice that iam one of the customer of icici bank and now i fully scared on this bank for whether they debit my account balance or not. Because they unwantedly charged my account balance without my knowledge or permission through sms, mails and phone calls. I don't know why they charged using the way of ecsrtnchg and what is this?
I already posted the same complaints...

My account has been charged around 585, 589, 582 rupees for many times, don't know the real reason behind this, where can i find the reimbursement. Is icici bank is too poor to rob from its normal customers??

    All this amount is deducted from my icici bank account in the name of bajaj finserv emi.
    I called bajaj customer care they said they got emi on time no bounce charge on month of march but icici charged rs 590×2 on april month and because of this deduction iam unable to pay emi on time (April) and due to lockdown i can't reach bank branch.
    But however i paid emi on 26 april 2020.
    And now bank deduting amount in name of emi bounce (April month) as bajaj customer care said they only charged one time 450rs but bank charge in interval of 5days 590rs.

        Rs 826 has been deducted from my account in april. I checked online and found that lot of other people have logged similar complain. I believe the charge is for dmat account but i don't even have an icici dmat account that i am aware of. Please initiate ba refund as i have never been informed about such deduction. I use sharekhan and motilal owswal for my share investments and they were also unaware of such a debit. I wasnt informed about the deduction. This is insane how can you open my dmat accout without my permission. This is so pathetic atlleast have some standard. Pepole trust you blindly and you take advatage of that.
        Refund my 3 years amonut in my accout today itself.
        This is the chepest act any company can do.
        There are many ways you guys can earn yo dont need to steal it from someones bank account. I can see so many compalin about this.

            Am using your cradit card last 3 to 4 year and i will pay all bills before last date of statement which is am using. On this month statement interem case back dabit 10000.00ru. Which is am not using. Its wrong transection entry from your side. Please provide me detail about 10000.00ru. Which is am using on 13 april 2020. I will not pay any amount till the satisfaction.               icici credit card transaction withheld due to security reasons

              I have tried to purchase a laptop from dell website but transaction failed with the same reason as below;

              "dear customer, transaction of inr 1, 29, 846.01 on credit card xx3004 is withheld due to security reasons. Pls call our customer care."

              Kindly note that due to covid-19 situation, even i am unable to reach out to customer care.

              Kindly help resolve my issue at the earliest as i am unable to...

                  Recently due to a misunderstanding i sent the sms block 256 to [protected]. I recieved a message that i will be getting a call from[protected] regarding the same within 30 minutes. But i did not recieve any call and my upi and imobile app has been blocked since. I have unblocked my card and changes the pin but still cannot access the app and use upi in any other app. Please help.

                      I have my slary account in icici bank, i do not have any d mat account in icici bank, but in the month of april and may thrice my amount got deducted from my account

                        I bhawana Mehra have icici bank credit card vide card number - [protected], I'm trying to surrender/ cancel my credit card from last 3months I.e 28/03/20. But customer care department people never co-operate in this regards. Every time they are telling new reason for surrender of card. In this mean time they have issued new credit card with out any intimation and debited charges in the name of yearly maintenance I'm getting mental agony due to this.
                        Kindly help me to surrender my card And take necessary action against this fraud bank which is looting innocent people money.

                          I transferred ₹1055 to a vendor via imobile app by scanning qr code. I got an error message on the app that transaction failed. I tried one more time and it failed again. I checked with the vendor and the money has not been received.

                          However got 2 sms that ₹1055 has been debuted from my account. I checked via mobile banking and net banking and on both i see ₹1055 debuted twice (Total ₹2100 debited).

                          Now the money is debited and the vendor has not received it either. I tried contacting customer support via both live chat and phone banking support, but got message on both that customer support is. It available.

                          How am i to proceed and get my money back?

                            The amount of 4200 has been deducted from my account on 30/5/2020 showing as nach_ad_rtn_chrg bajajfin. I have not given any authority to bajaj to deduct except loan amount. Please resolve this. Please make sure that i get my refund back.

                              I did not received any debit instructions and an amount of 590 was debited from my account, and when i contacted customer care they are saying that it's sip charges but i couldn't take any sip facilities, i need that amount to be refunded asap

                                  Why was my amount deducted under the following statements. Why am I getting all charges from my account? I asked about bajaj finserv and told me they were authorized to deduct only the loan amount, not any other charges. So, I moved to call customer care number icici bank. The ivr wanted me to enter my details so fast and then after a few seconds, it automatically hung up.
                                  I need to know about the charges please help. And why you will charges like these under the name of "nach_ad_rtn_chrg~bajajfin".

                                  Please stop all these. and i want my money back

                                    I have taken credit card number [protected] from icici bank on 2007 the credit limit is 10000 on 2010 i have closed my credit card account till date my credit card account shows high credit amount rs.981440 how this is possible my credit card limit is 10 thousand and high credit shows 981440 please do the needful in this matter.
