I am writing to know about the unknown deduction of amount 1427.81 Rs from my account[protected] on 5TH MAY 2020 on the name of VSI*AMAZON ST.
I have made a query with Amazon also but they did not find any transaction of this amount.
Kindly do the needful.Waiting for your reply....

Hi moizkhan khan here. 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till mar-20) on 28-apr-2020. I have neither subscribed nor used my demat account till now.

Also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

Mentioned the transaction remark - dmc/[protected] dp chgs till mar-20

I worked in icici bank, avinipatti branch. I relieved on decemeber 2019. I sent pf withdrawal through courier on jan 2020. I also raise sr about the pf money. But i didn't get any response from payroll department. But it's been 5months. Still, they didn't give response from it. Please kindly transfer my money to my account. A/c no:[protected]

I have a demat account in icici bank. When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction "dp chgs till m
Ar-20 688.33". I was told that this account is free of charge for lifetime. But suddenly i can see charges are levied. This is a very bad way of luring customers by stating their products are free and charging them later. Kindly refund my money in to my account. I have already raised 2 complaints...

For last 2 months there is an auto dabet from my ICICI savings account by amazon in the name of some VSI/ Amazon STAN.
I did not give any instruction to ICICI for this kind of deduction.

I have done a upi payment through my bank for the paynearby I'd the money is deducted from my account and the I'd is no activated so I need my money back in my account for this I am so much disappointed...

I have been charged the emi of debut card loan for 3 months for the loan i have never taken. I will go legal against the bank. This pandemic situation instead of helping your bank is trying to extract money for no reason. I have already spoken to multiple people in icici bank in feb, march but no resolution yet.

Please help me understand the charges on blocked card. Last time, without my concert first time the amount was deducted from my sb account. It was not right and we blocked the card. I had bad financial period during which it was just deducted and even escalations were not heard.

But, i see there are charges happening on the blocked card.

I recently opened insta saving account with icici bank during lockdown. My salary is been credited to the same account in april month. But i can't withdraw any money from such account, due to debit freeze status. I visited sector 21 c faridabad branch. But didn't get any positive response. I want to highlight the same to your knowledge. Please resolve this immediately....

Iam one of the customer of icici bank and now i fully scared on this bank for whether they debit my account balance or not. Because they unwantedly charged my account balance without my knowledge or permission through sms, mails and phone calls. I don't know why they charged using the way of ecsrtnchg and what is this?
I already posted the same complaints on hdfc bank loan account for asking why ecs charges made and they replied...

I wanted purchase some service from icici i bank credit where i unable to pay and i'm getting reasons like this exp:dear customer, transaction of inr 45, 450.00 on icici bank credit card xx9013 is withheld due to security reasons. To complete your trxn, pls call customer care. I have rs. 88000/- limited in the card but many time called customer care helpline but there telling me to try after 24 hour and i try after that the same above error...

Icici bank is charging me pos dec charges of rs.29.5 over 40 times between 29th apr - 1st may, they've done this earlier too but this time they just went overboard with this nuisance. As it is a lockdown, i've not used my card at any pos so it is impossible that i am charged and that too 40 times, this is completely absurd!
I've seen many people raise this complaint, please do something about it. I bet the bank has earned crores,...

Dear sir, i recharge fastag id no[protected] Rs.2500/- on dtd. 07.05.2020 deducted sbi netbanking, but not credited on fastag account....

I have been an old customer with icici, however im not satisfied with the services they are giving in the name of posdec charges. Everyone knows its not a good time for everyone but still they want to deduct posdec charges that too not once but multiple times. I want the refund of my all posdec charges which is been charges recently asap or i have to try other ways to take my hard earned money back....

I have never activated and used my demat account and most importantly i don't even know that i hold a demat account till now. There was no prior notice of deduction and i haven't received any deduction message.

On 28/04/2020 there is a deduction of rs 757.17 with transaction remarks dp chgs till mar 20, i dont under stand how anyone can deduct any amount from my account without permission, without prior notice, and also no alert message was sent to mobile for this particular deduction. And all of this happened when i have niether created, used or linked any demat account to my icici account. This has broken my trust completely as this time somehow...

My account was deducted twice a day because of an ECRTNCHG charge. this charge is for what i dont know. almost 1300rs is deducted from my icici account. and because of lockdown i cant go outside or bank branch.
so bankers please make sure this amount deducted for a strong reason otherwise i will go for high compliant against you...

I failed to maintain balance in my savings account, so i missed paying my icici debit card emi of last month through auto-debit option. I thought of choosing moratorium. Later i paid my emi through virtual credit card payment option before emi due date. Also paid 620 addition for the auto-debit return fee. But i got sms from icici as rs 2859.65 is due on debit card emi which again charged with an additional fee. Refund the 620 i paid extra...
