This very cheap and unprofessional from the reputed for name sake bank like icici bank.

In last 6 days the bank has deducted 7 times 29.50rs without any notifications or information, who gave you authority and can you do such cheap business from consumer.

These charges doesn't make sense nor are valid nor gave prior information, i have accounts in 2 more banks citi bank and kotal they are so professional and downward customer services.

Im going to close my account from this bank and also close my demat account and other family members account if any single amount is dedicated without proper information and notice.

i have removed all my balance amount and transferred it to kotak and citi bank. unless my amount is not back Creditd ivl not use this account and close it further

      There has been a posdec charge deduction from my account of around 176rs
      daily there was a deduction of 29.50rs from my account i was not sent even a single message regarding the deduction they just kept deducting it till my balance went down to 0

        Hi, i having icici amazon pay credit card [protected] which is lost in the month of march and i eport to block my card and on that time my outstanding bill is 999rs and i tried whole april month to reaplly my card, but due to corona coustomer service is too slow and unable to tlk wid me. And on 2nd may they give me bill of rs 1561 even i dont have my crredit card and if i blocked my card so how they can take intrest on that and after so many calls if any one pick the call from amazon pay they will directly cut the call without listen the problem and i m just pissed off from that and i paid the whole amount but still i didnt got any confirmation that they recieve my amount or not and from 2 days i m regularly trying to call voustome care they will hold the call for 30-40 min and then cut the call, i just wnat to compaint about this and i want my money back which i paid,

            826.00 rupees has been deducted from my
            account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till march 20) on 28-apr-2020. I have
            neither subscribed nor used my demat account till now.

            also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is
            registered with mobile banking with icici.

            mentioned the transaction remark - dmc/[protected] dp chgs till mar-20

            we people are here because of trust towards icici. But this is totally an
            unacceptable behavior from icici. Don't ever do this without a customer
            acceptance, otherwise, we can lose the trust.

            kindly refund my money at earliest.

                    Hi anjana here. Again Raising the same complaint . 824.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till mar-19) on 28-apr-2019. I have neither subscribed nor used my demat account till now.

                    Also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

                      I have interacted with 2 icici customer care representative and they said the transaction happened due to payback points redemption. I checked with payback team and checked my account also but there was no payback redemption but icici debited 167 rs from my account on 30th april 2020.

                      Request you to please justify this transaction.

                      Due to lockdown icici is not taking my complaint also as the team is not available. I dont understand how can such a big bank do such of activity.

                      I am requesting a refund of the amount deducted.

                        Hi sir/madam

                        I ordered a phone on amazon on 21-mar-2020 with order id :[protected]. Due to covid-19 pandemic the phone was cancelled and the money was refunded on 02-apr-2020 but it is still not reflecting in my credit card. I tried calling or mailing many times with icici bank but they were not reachable neither they replied on mail. I talked to amazon customer service they told me that they have refunded the money and the money is due with bank end. But today on 05-may-2020 i talked to one of the customer representative of icici bank they told that the money is due with merchant side and i am stuck between both of them. Bank is billing emi as i bought that phone on emi and also they are charging late fine. Amazon service has provided me with a reference number as 195145 of the refunded money. Kindly look into matter and provide me solution.

                          My bill payment was due on 28th april and i missed it. I got a message saying that auto-debit failed due to insufficient funds. On checking my internet banking account, i am shocked and surprised to see that i was charged rs. 530/- because of it. (450/- fee and 80/- gst).

                          First, i have never opted for an auto-debit option and checked once again to confirm if i did. It showed no auto-debit for the credit cards. Second, there was no reminder about the non-availability of funds.in that case, i would have put sufficient funds before the auto-debit would have happened.

                          Usually, i pay my bill from my mobile app. Since it was not working for a few days, i waited for it to become active. On seeing the message that auto-debit occurred, i opened my internet banking account.

                          Icici is duping people by levying unnecessary charges.

                          I tried calling customer care and also my relations manager. Both are not responsive. I have sent a mail too to [protected]@icicibank.com. I got no reply.

                                I am baibhav.
                                I have complain about icici bank.
                                As i have gone through my transactions i came to know that the charges of rs 826.00 got deducted from my account as the statement says dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till march-20 on april 28, 2020 and the same is escalated last week.
                                I have neither subscribed nor use any demat account till now.
                                I would like to let you know that i didn't receive any deductions notification/alert on my phone number which is registered with the bank account.

                                We customers had an account in the bank because of trust and relations towards icici bank.
                                This is completely an unacceptable behaviour by the bank.
                                Kindly go through this concern and resolve this issues on priority.
                                I am looking for my refund at the earliest during this critical time.

                                Looking forward to hearing back from you asap.
                                Already escalate this concern to the higher department as well but didn't get any resolution yet.
                                Are you guys looking for the customer patience?

                                During this lockdown where everyone wants to save single penny, icici deducted that much of amount with out any intimation.
                                I have gone through the reviews of many of the customer where they all are facing the same issues.
                                I need resolution on the same at the earliest.

                                  ICICI Bank deducting from account amount without any reason. they deducted the RS 29.50 amount multiple time without any notification. This time it is showing as POSDEC chjarge. return back my money and deposit in my account.

                                      ecs return charges and request of refund.

                                      I really condemn the working style of icici bank. On 4 may 2020 icici bank have deducted two ecs return charges of rs. 590 and 589.69.in this crucial moment where everybody is struggling with their earnings and emis pay these type of deductions are highly codemned. Rbi has also said that no charges should be apply on customers against short of balance, ecs return etc. Still icici bank is not following rbi guidelines.

                                      Hi I have been charged about 12000rs on the name of Ecs bounce charges. Even my emi was lower amount when compare with charges. Half of the salary was charged in the name of charges.
                                      I have been effected a lot on this lockdown for the charges they have made.
