I am arun, an amount of 646.57 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of dp chgs till mar-20 on 28th april 2020

I have never activated and used my demat account and most importantly i don't even know that i hold a demat account till now. There was no prior notice of deduction and i haven't received any deduction message.

I need my money back and am ready to complain anywhere else if needed

    I am Earnest Coutinho, an amount of 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my ICICI bank saving account in the name of dp chgs on 28th April 2020, Transaction ID SB498800 dtd 28th April, 2020. Requesting the bank to kindly arrange for a refund. I have not used any such facilities to incur such deductions.

        I did not open any demat account in icici bank. But present year, they deducted 826 (Till mar-2020) from my account. I don’t want to lost my money. I want my money back. Kindly do this as soon as possible and inform me what is this “dmc/in[protected] dp chgs” charges and how bank people are deducting our amount without our permission. Please refund the amount.in this critical time why is this happening and deducting money from account without any prior notice.

            I have a demat account in icici bank for 1 years now. When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till mar '20 — inr 826 when i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected]

              My amount 826 debited from my account, and debited on the name of transaction is DMC/[protected] DP CHGS TILL M AR-20. customer care is not working now on this lock down. i attached the image also. i dont understand why the deduction happened on my account. and no response from customer care. and i think they are doing purposely on this lock down period so no one can contact customer care and unable to visit branch so long from me.

Purchase and instead of sending money he has intiated payment and informed that double money will be recived.. As a trail i was ensured the same and he has taken 14000 from me and started telling that there was etror in machine and again asked for 14000.. I got doubt and dint send another money..                   I really want to tell about this unknown activity, the amount of rs 129/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited since january 26, 2020 and after that 26 of every month. I guess it is an fraud activity. Could you please assist me regarding this.

                        I received call from this number [protected] on dated 24/4/20 through phone pay.. And he send me massages when i checked the massages on phone pay.. He took my almost 50000 from my account.. Now i need your help to get my money back
                        I got on line cheat.. So please i need your help to get my money back take and that person on castudy
                        Phene pay andi cici pay mobile i am using. He took money through these two apps from my mobile.. And c
                        Now these two application are responsible... For this.. He used pay phone app. Send it massage on pay phone ball icons massages. When i opened that massages.. Same time he took my money.. Ans icici band not send me that time any massages or they didn't check four to five transactions happens and they have to stoped that.. It these two application fault any one can enter and take money from anywhere.. What is they have security to safe the people money. Now these are responsible

                          Dear icici,
                          I have made a purchase for an amount of 15, 938.34 on march 22, 2020 on amazon and same was converted to 6 month emi facility (Attached emi amortization schedule). The same purchase was cancelled by amazon due to corona outbreak and amount was refunded back to credit card.
                          Now i am desired to cancel that 6 month emi option, i have tried to contact icici credit card toll free but it was not available due to current corona outbreak.
                          So i am requesting you to cancel the 6 month emi loan of 15, 938.34 for purchase made on amazon on march 22, 2020 as per procedure and refund charges and interest if any.

                              I had invested in 4 mutual funds, ecs was enabled. Bank doesn't inform the customers of ecs return changes, i just realised that each month i am being charged ecs return charges upward of 500 rs. Is this allowed? If these charges are valid, why not inform the customer during the sign up process or when the deductions are happening?

                              There is no message when you are signing up for ecs service saying "hey if your ecs doesn't go through you go to pay the penalty" or no message when these deductions are happening from the past 2 years this has been happening. Unfortunately this was my secondary account and i wasn't going into the website (Net-banking) and keeping tabs on my account statement.

                                  My Personal loan was deducted on 06 April 2020. I got an email today which is as below,

                                  "We value your relationship with ICICI Bank.

                                  We would like to inform you that we have transferred Rs 10229 (Ten Thousand Two Hundred Twenty-Nine Only) via Electronic Transfer to your Account ********1659 on 27-APR-20 on account of Loan Disbursement / Refund of Excess Credit.

                                  For any clarification or more information, please call our Customer Care between 8:00 a.m.to 8:00 p.m. Alternatively, you may like to contact us by e-mail through the "Email Us" option at www.icicibank.com and for Home Finance loans through the "Write to us" option in the "Contact us" tab at www.icicihfc.com."

                                  I want to continue my EMI as usual. I have tried calling them but no response, I sent an email but received a response stating that they cannot help me through email.

                                        On 27 apr 2020 night 2:18 AM got a message Txn of INR 599.00 done on Acct XX656 on 27-Apr-20.Info: VSI*WWW MONEY.Avbl Bal:INR
                                        Call 18002662 for dispute or SMS BLOCK 656 to [protected]

                                        but i haven't done this transaction.
