vin* google fraud transaction

Dear sir/madam,

Today multiple transactions were performed with vin*google on my bank account and i am not sure who and how the transactions were initiated.
Please block all of them and recover my money.
I tried reaching your card blocking number but it did not confirm the account is blocked.
I tried blocking it from internet ban but even that is not working....

Why my amount was deducted under this following statements. Why i am getting all charges from my account? I asked about bajaj finserve and told me they authorized to deduct only loan amount, not any other charges. So, i move to call customer care number icici bank. The ivr wanted me to enter my details so fast and then after a few seconds, it's automatically hang up.
I need to know about the charges please help. And why you will charges like these under the name of "".

Please stop all these.

    I applied for online application on 14/3/19 around 8.30 pm.. Money got deducted from my account (₹ 3037) but it showed payment is incomplete and money get debited to your account.. But my money not yet credit to my account.. So, kindly consider this issue as soon as possible. And need to know when i will get my money back. Please reply back asap.

      My self p rabbit kumar having icici bank credit card in the month of august i had swiped card in malabar for 50000 it was rejected and when i had called to customer care they informed to try once and i had made transactions at petrol pump for an amount of 20000, 30000, 50000 but the amount was unable to swipe. When i call to the customer care they are saying that as my card is new i am unable to swipe the amount. Here my question is when i am not having right to swipe then why i have been provided the credit card with a limit of 80000. I have made call several times to customer care but there is no proper response. Please help in this regard.

        I had a current account and saving account in icici bank but from my current account money had being deducted twice for nmmab and cash deposit charge which was told will be refunded back after same time but till know it is not yet refunded.

        This is a very negative impact to the loyal customer, if this continue without the support of the bank to grow my business then we have to close the account.

        Please refund my deducted amount as soon as possible

        Cash dep chg sept 2019 of rs.3282 - on 17th of oct
        Nmmab chg jan 2020 of rs. 1179 - on 16th march

        Refund both the amount of rs.3282 and rs.1179 as soon as possible
        So the trust on the bank continue.

          These people are not allowing me to make transaction from credit card if 57k and send me a msg saying that call customer care. And when i called them no one is picking my call for even 10min and then disconnected my call and they even charge me for that 2rupees per minute. I am getting sick of this people. I am having credit limit of 62 thousand of which i have 61.5k available credit limit then why they don't allow me.

            I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs 999/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 13th march, 2020. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

              I have not used my vehicle for traveling on 11th march 2020, but still,
              My axis fastag has been charged twice on 11th march 2020. At 10:10:43 hr rs. 45/- and at 10:10:45 again rs.55/- was deducted the same day. I received sms from axis bank on 12th march 2020 early morning at 1.34 hr & at 02.09 hr but there is no mention of tollbooth place or name of the place.

                I have a fast tag with icici bank customer id: 11137436 which was blacklisted due to low balance. I recharged it with required amount and still the tag is blacklisted. They are saying the amount will get automatically transferred to tag deposit amount but that has not happened.
                I called the call centre of icici bank fast tag multiple times. The customer care are only taking the complaints and are not resolving the issue. Very poor service from icici bank fast tag department.

                You can see attached image. It is clearly showing the tag as blacklisted. Please revert as early as possible.

                  Hello this is sharad.. I have a salary account in icici bank and being a customer i enjoy its services.. But few days back they deducted rs 29.5 about 12 times for posdec charges.. And when i've talked to the customer care of icici, he said that you've been charged for failure of transaction due to insufficient balance and there are 24 declines.. I've deducted all my money from the account as soon as i got to know this.. I had sufficient amount of funds while transacting even though they have charged me the penalty... I mean you should have informed on the failure of first transaction.. Being a valued customer i don't want to switch to other banks.. Please resolve my issue (I. E refund rs 29.5 deducted 12 times and cancel the pending 12 charges).. 1 time penalty is ok.. But deducting it again and again is stupid and that also without consent.. Please refund my money asap..

                    I am not using any icici credit card for last 8 years, neither received any card for last 8 years.
                    Now, today got surprise to see my cibil reports, where they reported, haven’t paid inr 1858/- for nov19 and dec 19 bill (Credit card no - [protected]). I visited branch and then only got details about card and again big surprise they have issues 4 cards in my name and one of the cards having inr 1858/ (This all dues is joining fees + penalty + interest +gst)- dues which is issues in oct 2019.
                    When i called customer card, they transferred me to collection department. Now “priya“from collection department saying, they have delivered card to me in oct 2019. I told them, haven’t received any card for last 8 years, then she is forcing me to pay at least joining fees.
                    My question is, when i haven’t received the card itself, then why should i pay joining fees. Is it not icici is cheating customer and doing fraud? Similarly, they have issued 3 other cards, and i haven’t received anyone.
                    Icici is doing fraud and cheating customer. I need help to resolve this issue and want to close all credit card issues in my name without any charges as never received them. Icici bank cannot send card at their own wish and report unnecessary charges in cibil. Icici bank has spoiled my cibil record. With this issue my cibil score has been reduced 50 points.

                    There are 4 ICICI Credit cards have been issued in my name without my information. I came to know about these cards, through CIBIL where ICICI reported dues pending on me is INR 1858/- for Nov and Dec 19 bill (Card No- [protected]). I visited ICICI Branch and they shared all below card details. These cards do not belong to me and never received by me; then how can you report these cards dues to CIBIL in my account. Basically, these cards never received by anyone and dues are nothing but joining fees, penalty and taxes.

                    This issue is not resolved yet. I called customer care several times, however every time they are forcing to make the payment for the card, which has't received by me. I contacted ICICI Bank several times, and every time they are forcing to make the payment for the card, which hasn’t even received by me. I also send email to customer care and escalated to grievance but no response from them.

                    ICICI bank is not supporting on the issue. They are not responding at all through customer care, even from grievance (Escalation). I called several times to customer care, but they are only forcing to pay the amount. My question is, why am being forced to pay the dues without receiving the card. That card does not belong to me at all. I have not received any card from ICICI bank in last 8 years, however they are saying, delivered to me in 2019. ICICI bank is lying and torturing customer. They are Fraud bank. Please take action on this bank, before they do big fraud. Also, please keep open this complain until it is really resolved. ICICI bank is not supporting at all, and neither received any call from them.

                    ICICI Bank is continuously cheating customer and doing fraud, In spite of several warning. I have no relationship with ICICI Bank for last 6 years, not using any credit card for 8 years still continuously they are reporting some dues for last 6 month. They have issued fake credit card on my name, and reporting annual fees and interest on annual fees as dues. After reporting issues here, somebody contacted me from ICICI bank and said, all dues will be cleared. However in April 20 month CIBIL report they have reported dues again 370/-

                    Please take necessary action on ICICI bank, they are continuously cheating people. They have issues fake credit card on my name and reporting annual fees as dues. Earlier they reported 1858/- and now in Apr 20 month they are reporting 370/-

                    I am getting frustrated by ICICI bank, my CIBIL score has come down by 157 points due ICICI Bank fraud activities. Attaching CIBIL Report screenshot for reference.

                      I have taken a loan of 1.5 lakhs from icici bank, remuna branch balasore, odisha.. I have paid my emi for 2 years sincerely.. But after that i was seriously hospitalized due to jaundice and left my job.. So that i cannot pay my rest emis but since last 2 month a recovery agent from icici bank named as mr. Vinit ray, sai bussiness solution, mumbai, icici bank fos called me and asked for emi... I told him my situation and demand him some time.....

                      I didn't make any payments on 16/1/2020 and 15/1/2020. But still rs.29.50 is deducted for 6 times, the total amount deducted for posdec chg is rs.232. But my transaction was before before 15/1/2020 on 13/1/2020. How could this possible? Is this the value give to your customer? Really frustrated. Kindly credit my deducted amount, if not i will take necessary action on this.

                            I got msg from icici which had an otp and then one after the other 4-5 times money got debited from my account. I immediately called up the bank and blocked my account now they are asking me to go to the back and submit dispute form and they will investigate and cant promise the money back. Thats absolutely horrible money went through vin paypal i dnt know what is that exactly.. I have an account on paypal but i checked and there wasnt any transaction that happened so i dnt know what exactly is happening i want my 15000 asap i cant keep my account locked for so long as i need money for my expenses

                                Dear team i have purchase my fastag from icici bank online and i received my fastag in dec-2019 but my fastag is not readable in any of the tool, and i have complaint so many time to icici bank fastag care but they are not change my fastag so i requested to you please resolve my issue on priority.                                   I had used imobile upi mandate to block some amount of money for ipo irctc in my account. This was my first-time experience and i did block the amount multiple times for buying irctc. This all happened in september - 2019. After that i have visited bank three times in different branches. I have called customer care department multiple times but all in vain. I also sent email to icici bank regarding the same.in one of the branches, i was told to check with the company with whom you have demat account. I contacted them also, but i was informed that only bank can release my amount. Apoorva mehta from lokhandawala branch, mumbai also wrote mail to internal team who handles this issue but still i got no support yet.

                                    Dear team,

                                    Why my amount was deducted under this following statements. Why i am getting all charges from my account? I asked about bajaj finserve and told me they authorized to deduct only loan amount, not any other charges. So, i move to call customer care number icici bank. The ivr wanted me to enter my details so fast and then after a few seconds, it's automatically hang up.
                                    I need to know about the charges why this has been deducted these under the name of "nach_ad_rtn_chrg~bajajfin". this was my hard earned money for my mom's medical expenses
