The ATM machine is off due to a power cut, so I didn’t get money, but my money is deducted from my account.

Money counting (Sound) was in process, due to power cut, cash was not delivered but amount gets deducted. No ups or generator facility available, I have checked "immediately" within 5 to 10 minutes after this problem checked nearby icici atm - balance shows after deduction.
Please refund amount on priority basis.
