kyc verification pending for nps account

I am Amit Kaushik and have applied for online NPS account. I paid my 1st contribution using the net banking services of ICICI bank. I had selected ICICI bank as one of bank for KYC verification since i have salary account in this bank for many years. However, my NPS account is frozen with status as "frozen - PRAN frozen as KYC verification is pending/rejected by bank or employee confirmation pending by corporate", because it is waiting for...

vin/google fraud

My name is Nayana Bose I got message amount deducted from my saving account.{dear customer, inr 199.00 was spent using debit card of account xx 054 on 2nd Jan, 2020 Info: vin*google *tic. The available balance.}but i did not done any transaction. Without my otp how this happened. Please cross check and revert my money back.

ICICI american express card charged 500+gst as annual fee and it will be waived if we use more than 1 lakh per annual year. I used more than 1 lakh, but still they charged and debitted the amount, I called the customer care, they tiold it will be reflected in some days in my credit card account. But still it was not reflected in my credit card account..

      I applied fastag using icici bank web portal on 30th oct 2019. My fastag account no. Is 22149851. Vehicle registration no. BR01BR1215. . The tag was dispatched via blue dart courier to my registered address but Blue dart returned the tag to icici office stated that address un locatable. However, blue dart never called me in my registered mobile number to confirm the direction to reach my address. Even address is located in state capital.. Since then i kept calling bluedart/icici customer care toll free number many times without having any positive outcome. Customer care executive keeps telling you will get your fastag within 2 days, 3 days etc. But till now all such promises are not honoured.
      Its january and same situation happened again.
      Now i am thinking i did a big mistake to show faith on ICICI.Their services are pathetic.Still waiting for my fastag.

        Dear ICICI,

        My name is darshan and my card number is [protected]. I've had lost my credit cards due to a car accident where in I lost my cards along with it.

        1. Blocked my cards and requested for the new card for the card ending with 6002 and ending with 4000.

        2. Received only 1 with the replacement for 4000 i.e 4018. Where in the replacement of the other card ending with 6002 was not done.

        3. Kindly check the track records of my regular payment to ICICI when I had my card. I've been completing it regularly.

        4. When I informed about the replacement of both the card to one of your employee. They have just sent me one card and the other had some transaction done which I wanted to clear but I didn't receive any.note:- it happened in Aug 2019.

        5. Then I started getting calls from local ghoons who kept on asking for the payment but I always told them I don't have the card and asked to give my card dispatched but they spoke very rudely.

        6. My cibil kept on going down where in I explained everything to mr Shiva in detail about the whole issue.

        7. Your customer support didn't even address my issue and kept on arguing of something which was their fault.

        8. Spoke to karabi Khan about the issue which I faced and she behaved as if she doesn't care about the problem.

        9. Please see that because of the mistake done from your end it costed me my cibil score.

        Please tell me is it my fault that your person didn't send me my card even after raising a request to you people.

        10. Please also reach out to Shiva Kumar as I have cleared everything to him.

        11.Is this the way you treat each and every customer by being a fraudster.

          The ATM machine is off due to a power cut, so I didn’t get money, but my money is deducted from my account.

          PFB details:-Acct XX670 debited with INR 600.00 on 02-Jan-20.Info: NFS*BPCN1494*.Call 18002662 for dispute or SMS BLOCK 670 to [protected]
          Time:-01:09PM
          Money counting (Sound) was in process, due to power cut, cash was not delivered but amount gets deducted. No ups or generator facility available, I have checked "immediately" within 5 to 10 minutes after this problem checked nearby icici atm - balance shows after deduction.

          Please refund amount on priority basis.

                  757 rs have been deducted from my bank account in name of dmc dp charges but i have never opened nor requested to open a demat account in icici and there was no prior notice of the deduction nor any message was received when it was deducted. This is complete cheating and i want my money back asap. I mailed it and you sent a form to fill and submit in the nearest demat enabled branch but i ain't going anywhere as i have not got the demat account opened and thereby not going anywhere to get it closed. Just return my money.

                      I have made payment of rs. 3000 on 25/12/2019, and rs. 2000 . Amount debited from my account but fastag not recharged. I have complained about it to both bank and fastag company but there is no response. Please try to solve my problem because my 5000 rs. Is lost after transaction. I have used ICICI bank fastag app. And lost my money. Bank is saying that money is paid to fastag account and fastag company is saying that it is bank problem. They both are fooling me and i can't understand where to complaint about this problem so i am there. Please help me. Hope that my problem will be solved shortly.

                            Fastag not accepted at kadthal toll plaza, rangareddy dist... Although i have fastag working, they asked me to join the cash que. And only single queue is working... For fastag and cash toll. What is the purpose of taking fastag.. If no seperate line maintained. Please take action on kadthal toll plaza as they are not maintaining proper fastag line or following rules.

                              fraudulent transaction via vin/innovative

                              Date[protected] fraudulent transaction happened on my icici debit card for the amount of rs.5, 530 in single transaction.

                              Please note that i didn't lose my debit card or give my card details or internet banking information or 3d secure pin to anyone and debit card was with me when all said transaction took place. This had happened once before as well through vin/innovative but i assumed that it was a transaction i made and...

                              This is such a pain. Everytime i need to do an online transaction, i need otp and even though i have the correct german number registered the otps reach me sometimes and many don't. And when travelling, i have to make expensive calls to the customer service line to get the otp on the phone. Worst is when i am travelling internationally, i have to call them from my registered mobile number to get the otp. The roaming charges i pay sometimes half as much as the transaction i am trying to make.

                              Icici customer care's response when i call them is "there is no issue at our end sir"...

                              If a customer is not able to get the promised service there is an issue at your end silly!!!
