    Just wanted to inform you that my name is govind vijay (Address - q-505, supertech township, sector 137, noida (Up) pin-201305. I am having salary account[protected] in icici bank for last 13 years, on 2 january 2020 i went on shadra village hdfc atm (Sector 137 opposite paras tiera township) to withdraw 5000 cash however cash did not dispense from atm but amount debited from my account. I got the massage as well. I again enter the atm card in atm machine to check the balance, but balance was deducted. I was standing there in between 9 to 9:30 am but there was nobody to help me out. Immediately i went to my icici bank branch and informed them about the incident. They told me “it does happen some time we have raised a complaint for you and in next 7 working days you will get your money back. Even after 7 working days when i visited the branch they told me that hdfc bank has rejected your request and we need 3 more days to look in to this matter. Today on 10th january i got the massage again that “second level claim towards your atm dispute has been raised. You will be receiving an update regarding the same within 21 working days”.
    Normally when an atm is faulty, the bank system recognises it and credits the debited amount back into the account and you will get a notification. But if the auto-credit does not happen, we have to raise a complain in associated bank and this was the process i followed but i am really disappointed with the icici bank staffs for the way they treated me. Please provide resolution for my query as soon as possible.

      The employee name lalit tiwari of icici fast tag in sendurwafa (Dist bhandara, maharashtra) toll naka was not in his conscious he was continuously misbehaving with me while asking for a complaint which i have made.. By his behaviour i was feeling very low he misbehaved with me in front of many card holders which effected my image.. I would request you to plz look in these matter

      In my account ICICI bank has debited 800, 413, 188, 390, 413, 608 rupees in a single day, in the name of DP CHGS for the month of JUl -17, 18, 19.
      i dont know what is happening in my account, i kept money for my EMI due to this debit ECS was returned and they also charges for ECS return

        On dated[protected] my fastag id no. 10705651. Trip no.[protected]. I had not use my fastag and my vehicle but toll plaza jaipur had wrong deduction of rs. 295/- on dated 27/09/2019. After several complaint done by me but about three months suffer wrong deducted amt. Rs. 295/- had not refunded. Please take action against authority as early as possible and refund amt. Rs. 295/-

          I have icici bank credit card. They have blocked my online transaction due to security reasons which i can appreciate. The problem is to activate online transaction i need to contact call centre. When ever am calling them it's taking more than 15min to get the line... And cc executive will ask some question to verify after giving the answers am about raise my request some beep sounds wills come in 20 seconds the call will be disconnected. The call is chargeable every time am phasing the same issue. Please resolve the issue.

              I recived sms that my icici bank fastag id. 11847956 on 9th december 2019. Rs499 deducted but nothing delivered till date, 9th jan 2020. Neither bank refund amount. Both the helpdesk numbers provided by bank never responded and ivr goes silent after one minutes. I was informed by local bank staff that there is document mismatch he took relevant documents from me and resubmitted. After that no action by bank staff neither the fastag customer care. No one available to help. Very poor services

              Dear Sir, Thanks for your prompt response but it does not help the situation. You advised me to drop a mail to [protected]@icicibank.com. I Do not think it is correct email ID as it should be [protected]@icicibank.com instead of [protected]@icicibank.com. I already provided you the allotted Fastag ID and my name it should be good for you to contact me as my details are linked to the Fastag ID. I do not want to provide my ICICI customer ID. You may contact Mr Prasant of ICICI bank Sahakara Nagara Branch, Bangalore-560092 to understand the pain I was put in to. Please understand why I said service of ICICI is POOR.

              1. If there is any issue with document I provided why bank deducted Rs499 on 9th Dec and sitting on it since one month
              2. Why Bank did not refund the amount if can not process my application.
              3. Did you try to check ICICI Fastag Customer Care. Just try to call Fastag Customer care no either[protected] or ![protected] and type 1 for English and 2 for Others. The IVR will start music saying executive will attend soon and after one minutes it just goes Silent. What is use for such kind of Help Desk
              4. I called ICICI customer care but they expressed they can not help and told me to contact the above Fastag Customer Care which is never contactable.
              5. I personally visited the home Branch, ICICI, Sahakara Nagara, Bangalore and contacted Manager there. Though he promised me to help but unfortunately he given up asking me again to contact Fastag Customer care (not contactable).

              6. Lastly when there is no other left, I came here, I was given a non usable email id putting me back in circles.

              Please understand the pain I am under going just because of my mistake for opening account in ICICI bank. If you really want to help me, please contact Mr Prasant of ICICI, Shahakara Nagara, Bangalore and he can provide all further details. Please understand I avoid putting any further personal details here.
              Thanks again for your prompt response though it did not help me to progress further

              Dear sir more than a month over ICICI deducted amount for Fastag. Tomorrow is the last day but till date ICICI dragging feet and doing anything to ship. Worst case as an ethical organization bank should atleast return my money. Every time i get only useless response. That indicate the pathetic customer service quality on this bank. If no firm commitment by today end of the business hours, i will proceed to close my FD and other account with ICICI. Looks like bank got in to a serious mess if not for Rs500 no bank will take such a step

              My wife having a salary account, after she left the job we visited bank to close the account. But the bank people suggested me to maintain 10000 /- so it will become savings accounts. Then I deposited 11k, but still SMAB charges were incurred and money deducted twice (1413.64) from account.

                  My account balance deduction 413/- without inform me

                  I am requesting you please refund my money if i have deposited the money on the same day then why the bank has deducted the amount, they should give me a day time and if there is no balance in my account on 05/01/2019 then they have rights to deduct the money.
                  Request to kindly look into, and do the needful to get the debit reversed.

                    I received again and again calls from icici bank. Bank should never call because any fraudulent activity can also be taken place.
                    They just told me about cpp plan. I have not given any permission for that.
                    But instead of that cpp plan has been activated without my permission and amount of rs. 1899 has been deducted.
                    I want to cancel this plan and refund my amount.
                    I'll appeal in consumer court if any action will not be taken.

                      From my account, there was an deduction of inr 29.50 twice without any reason... It was described in the statement as atmdec chg. From internet i found that this charge was due to atm's not having enough cash. But there's no previous notification regarding this. And how come this charge can be levied to me. That's the problem with the atm right... Please do resolve it.

                        Ipo applied : ujjivan small finance bank limited

                        Issue:

                        I have applied for ujjivan small finance bank limited ipo and given upi mandate through icici bank. As per the ipo dead lines if the shares are not allocated the money should be released on 09th of december.in my case the shares were not allocated and same time money was not released by icici bank. They kept blocking the money after 9th also.

                        And on 10th i have called the bank customer care and i have asked them why the money was released as per sebi rules. The customer care executive informed me it will be released on next day. But the money was not released on next day also. Again i have called and customer care executive was not at all aware of the meaning of the ipo and she has tried to transfer the call to some unrelated department and another executive picked up the call and informed me the money will credited on next day.. It was keep continued for nearly 9 days.. And after 9 days i have received the money.

                        Major loopholes in icici bank customer care:
                        1. They are not properly trained on the basic things like ipo.
                        2. They were keep on trying to transfer the call to some unrelated department and trying to escape from their responsibilities.
                        3. Bank doesn't have any procedure documents to follow. Customer care executives are telling what ever comes in their mind.in my case i have spoke to more than 10 people and every one gave the different information. How the answer will vary to this extent for the standard question.. Only god knows!
                        4. Mail sent to - icici bank customer care,
                        Customer. [protected]@icicibank.com - but no response received.
                        5. Not taking the complaints. Even if there is issue they are trying to cut the call instead of taking complaints.
                        6. Toll free number not working : the toll free number was not working and i spend nearly 3 to 5 hours to make them to understand about the basic issue. And i have explained this to more than 10 persons. (I have lost nearly 300 - 400 rs to telecom and lost 5 hours in explaining the issue) out of 12 persons i spoke only one person properly knows about the issue rest all not trained properly on even basic services of the bank. Pathetic service!
                        7. I have lost the interest for those 10 days on ipo blocked money which i have borrowed for 18% interest per annam.
                        8. I have all call recordings with me and soon i will escalate to rbi soon.

                            Today someone has deposited amount in my icici account using 61351sry deposit machine from tirunelveli. But no one has to deposit money into my account which i'd verified with my family and friends, and no one other than couple of my family members knows my account number. So someone has entered a wrong account number and mistakenly deposited the amount. Now, what should i do to make this right?

                              I got call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1799/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

                                  I purchased fastag through paytm and the fastag delivered had wrong vehicle registration number, registered complaint with paytm on 18th december 2019, yet to get the vehicle registration number attached to fastag corrected despite registering multiple complaints as well as uploading vehicle rc and all required and requested documents by paytm.
                                  Fasttag barcode no: 30367259

                                  Not able to use the fastag on tollplaza due to wrong vehicle number, creating waste of money time and convenience.

                                  Request to please help to get the paytm compensate for the erroneous product and non responsive service request, which deprives my of convenience, wastage of time and money.

                                  To and fro charges are Rs 125/-, my fastag account was deducted Rs 85, 3 times i.e. Rs 255 were deducted.

                                    I had logged into icici bank website to check my bank balance as usual, while checking on credit card section i was able to see mr. Aslam lakkundi's credit card details. My name is raghavan mohan and the card number linked to my account does not belong to me.

                                    This is a serious breach of trust and should get addressed soon. Icici bank should be penalized for this.

                                      My icici fastag customer id is 11015806. I have recharged my account through icici bank android app in september 2019. The amount did not reflect or credited in account. I raised complaint tickets 4 times in last 3.5 months. No response or noone contacted. Worst service from icici fasttag. It is already been 3.5 months and complaint tickets are still open!

                                        In 4 instances, amount was deducted from my fastag linked paytm account in toll booth which i had not visited. I had received messages that amount is deducted from my paytm account linked to fasttag at yeddore. However, i had not visited the time when amount was deducted and my vehicle was also with me. Infact, i stay in visakhapatnam, andhra pradesh whereas the amount was deducted in yeddore.

                                        My vehicle nohr08p7039 and the fasttag is blocked by the HDFC fasttag.
                                        Now I am regularly trying to on the toll free no. Of HDFC fasttag they are not picking and the bells is trolling.

                                        The service of HDFC fasttag is completely fake and worthless and why they had blocked no any intimation
                                        Got fast tag Recharged with Rs 1000/ thru ICICI bank on dated 14th of this month, to recharge of Fast tag Customer ID 11728215, but this has not been credited in my fast tag, and I suffered a round trip to Chandigarh dated 14th and 15th of this month.
                                        Neither bank nor fast tag customer care are helping me in this regard

                                        As on today neither ICICI Fast tag Executives are is picking the call after waiting in que for more than 20 to 25 minutes nor the fast tag Customer service is able to tell where Rs- 1000 has gone and why this has not been Re charged in my Car fast tag, Customer ID 11728215
                                        I have downloaded my fastag application from play store to my android phone.
                                        and activated upi payment in application and added Rs1000 to my fastag upi id.
                                        but the wallet not get recharged. please help me
