My name is Ravikumar Jagdishbhai Bhalodiya.

I have been wrongly charged for INR 826.00 on 27th Dec 2019 with the transaction details - DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL NOV-19 which is demat account charges.
I have/had never applied for the Demat account and never used it before.

Tried contacting customer care service, they connected me to demat account team, the answers from them were rubbish and disgusting. Instead of answering my queries of refund, they told me to get the Demat account closed by visiting the Demat branch here in Pune which is 40 kms from my home which is complete nonsense when I have never requested for one.

I need the refund at the earliest along with the reason for such incident.

Please help me to keep my trust on ICICI, its been 6+ years I am with ICICI.

    On 27 december icici demat account team has deducted rs826 from my account,
    I was told that there is no monthly charges for my demat account but i could see that rs 826 has been deducted on dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till nov-2019 transaction, can you please explain and be open to all your customers?

      I am VINAYAK UTTRESHWAR BAGAL. 798.63 Rupees has been deducted from my account as DP CHGS TILL NOV-19. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction '27/12/2019'----'DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL NOV-19'---- 'INR 798.63'.

      When asked to customer care they told it is deducted for DMAT account. But, There was no prior notice.I haven't received any deduction message to my mobile.

      I have a Demat account in ICICI bank for 6 years now. When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged.

      I need justice and my money back immediately.

      This complaint is still not resolved and i still didn't get the refund.
      As per the communication with ICICI i have been told to close the dmat account to get the refund.
      So i have immediately closed the account but now its been 1 and half month they still haven't issued the refund.

      Tried contacting with customer care on this 6-7 times but they are simply redirecting the call to dmat department and after the redirection call is automatically disconnected. This has happened all the times whenever i called the customer care.

      This is pathetic service from the bank like ICICI. Not expected this kind of response from them. Disgusting.

        ecsrtnchg deductions every month without any notice

        Hi icici bank,

        My account is getting deductions every month 472 multiple times in month and as a result my account balance has dropped drastically. I am not sure what this means and why is it auto deducting? Can icici please answer and return the entire amount right away. This is not done. I'll close my account with you guys.

        I am account holder of icici bank. I was using this account last 4 yr as salary account but there after i was not using this account due unemployed. From this month now i am using but they deducted balance 2 times in 1 week. The amount was in form smab chrg 599+chat 53.91+sgst53.91 =706.82 rupees per time and total 1week deduction 1413.64 rupees and also reissue debit chrg 588 rupees
        Total december month deduction =2001.64 rupees, what is this?. Please help me,

            On 24 th dec i was travelling through nh2 — at banskopa toll plaza — i paid cash for toll fee amounting to rs 70/-
            After sometimes i found that fastag deduction, too, was made from my fastatg account — as the amount remaining was low the fastag became inactive
            I want refund of rs 70/- deducted from my a/c

Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal.                     I received call from icici bank on 17th dec and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1899/- from my saving a/c on 22th dec. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

                      I bought a fastag from paytm. There was no vehicle registration number when i received the fastag. I raised a complaint to paytm with copy of my rc. Its being more than 72 hours (Complaint was registered on 22nd of december 2019) but they have still not activated my fastag. I have called them many times but paytm has still not resolved. I am attaching my fastag bar code[protected] for reference.

                        See i was going for a trip delhi to chandigarh and when i reached your dappar toll plaza they said your fastag is blacklisted and they took charged @rs55. When i am came back they charged me again @rs 55 after they i reached karnal toll plaza they also said your card is blacklisted and they took charged me @rs125
                        After that when i reached next toll my fastag is working. Now tell who paying me my refund back and where i can complaint about this

                          I have applied for a fastag at sbi bank on 29th nov'19 and have received my user name and password to login to the bank fastag portal. Where i'm still waiting for the tag to be received.

                          When i contacted the branch they were asking me to contact the agency/dealer to whom i have submitted the details. Unfortunately i haven't received any document copy when the request was raised by the branch manager by himself.

                          Could you please let me know whom i can contact further to get the fastag sticker?

                            Dear sir,

                            I am repaying a loan of rs. 3000, which i had taken from an app called nira whose monthly deductions happen on the 10th of every month. Due to some personal reasons i failed to pay my emi in time and repaid it on the 20th of this month. And now i can see there has been a deduction of rs 472 from my account twice can you let me how did that happen?

                              Sir, money got deducted on 24 th december from my fastag account without my car passing through the said toll plaza at that moment. I just got three messages one at 15:13 pm saying that i have paid rs 85 for toll charges at dankuni toll plaza and other two again at 15:42 pm saying i have paid for rs 85 and rs 40 again at dankuni toll plaza. My car, didnt move a single inch at that time, was at the garage at that time.

                              I dont know where to lodge complain and where to go so writing in this forum

                                ICICI hit ECS return charges 413Rs for me for Mutual Fund - SIP transaction of 1000 Rs. which is made by mistakenly by PayTM money APP.

                                First thing its disgusting that 413 charged for 1000 Rs by ICICI bank, secondly for MF which order placed mistakenly should not allow transaction if account balance is less.

                                  I had approximately rs499 as balance. But before i could use the fastag the balance got reduced to rs 200.
                                  When contacted the customer care of icici fastag on their tollfree number, the phone continues to ring but nobody picks it up. There is no email account of the company to report such lapses. It's therefore, requested that action be initiated against the company for harassing me unnecessarily and in addition to refund of my amount compensation should also be granted.

                                    I had applied for home loan from icici in april 2019, agents of this bank is so unprofessional that they dont know how to handle customers. First they will take all the required documents from you and then when you follow with them for update they wont respond to your call, message or mail, and by your luck if they reply, they will come up with some more new requirements.in my case it was very hard to get response from agent, he was very unprofessional in his work, i wonder how many loan he may have processes and still dont know what all documents are required for processing loan application. First he asked me bunch of documents, which i provided asap. Then he went unresponsive for many days and gets rude on call, also switch off his phone or block, dont know what he was doing, then one fine day he will ask for some more document then go unresponsive to calls. Basically this happened for 4-5 months and my home sellers was getting pissed by seeing such a long process, then one day processing fee of 37, 406 was deducted from my account and got a sanction letter. I thought now things are going good and we are done with such a crappy process, but no they wanted a reason to deduct processing fee by providing sanction letter. After providing sanction letter they want some more documents from my seller, and this time agent went and spoke directly to seller for which he got more pissed and refused to provide document, these were the set of documents which was suppose to be asked at the time of initiating loan. So icici told that they cannot release amount.

                                    Now i am trying to call agent to cancel my loan, return my documents and refund my money. No response on call, message or mail.

                                    Then i raised a complain on icici's website, but still not updates, when followed for updates several time they escalated and they raised some internal ticket between team but no response on my mail

                                    What i want from icici.
                                    1) complete refund of my money which was deducted 37, 406.
                                    2) cancellation confirmation letter.
                                    3) all my documents

                                      I am trying to activate my dormant savings bank account status to active mode but icici bank guys are not helping with it. I have made two requests already but both the times they tell me that there is a signature mismatch. Now i have not changed my signature from the beginning so i find it strange and they are also not ready to show me what my signature looks like in their record. It’s very agonising and they are doing it on a purpose as i told them both the times that i want to withdraw money and close my account.

                                      I went to the bank, looked at my sign in your reps computer and signed it the way it is displayed (closest to the image your stored). Then I withdrew all the money I had and shut the account permanently. I am done with you guys finally !! No further help needed.
                                      This bank is a [censored] it has been deducting people's money for no reason in other words fooling people with deducting money for no reason...we deposit money in the bank for safety and they are betraying us...that's not fair...I want my money back...
