I had applied for home loan from icici in april 2019, agents of this bank is so unprofessional that they dont know how to handle customers. First they will take all the required documents from you and then when you follow with them for update they wont respond to your call, message or mail, and by your luck if they reply, they will come up with some more new requirements.in my case it was very hard to get response from agent, he was very unprofessional in his work, i wonder how many loan he may have processes and still dont know what all documents are required for processing loan application. First he asked me bunch of documents, which i provided asap. Then he went unresponsive for many days and gets rude on call, also switch off his phone or block, dont know what he was doing, then one fine day he will ask for some more document then go unresponsive to calls. Basically this happened for 4-5 months and my home sellers was getting pissed by seeing such a long process, then one day processing fee of 37, 406 was deducted from my account and got a sanction letter. I thought now things are going good and we are done with such a crappy process, but no they wanted a reason to deduct processing fee by providing sanction letter. After providing sanction letter they want some more documents from my seller, and this time agent went and spoke directly to seller for which he got more pissed and refused to provide document, these were the set of documents which was suppose to be asked at the time of initiating loan. So icici told that they cannot release amount.
Now i am trying to call agent to cancel my loan, return my documents and refund my money. No response on call, message or mail.
Then i raised a complain on icici's website, but still not updates, when followed for updates several time they escalated and they raised some internal ticket between team but no response on my mail
What i want from icici.
1) complete refund of my money which was deducted 37, 406.
2) cancellation confirmation letter.
3) all my documents
