I opened a salary account in 2016 and i was forcefully given a demat account with it telling me that there will be no charges till i login.in sept 2019, first time login to the direct account and in last 3 months extra charges have started being deducted whenever i have balance they deduct charges from my account.

Icici bank is a cheater and icici direct is also a big cheater.

        My account debited with comment:
        A purchase of inr 1, 899.00 has been made using your debit card linked to icici bank account xx953 on 04-jan-20. Info: iin*i-debit*si.

        Account no:[protected]

        While i have not made any transaction using debit card from my account. This is unauthorized transaction. I want to know the nature of transaction and want refund of the amount.
        It is noteworthy that my loan instalment is due tomorrow and unauthorized transactions like this may affect the repayment.

        It appears to be fraud from some card services.

          Dear icici bank, my self dhachanamoorthyp, how can you deduct money from my account without notifying me? Today i was just checking transactions of my account and found that rs 5434.98 (Three months from nov-2019 to till date)

          No has asked regarding that, without explaining just deducted money, fraud cheating activities.

            Currently i am in the usa and unable to use my icici bank account as per procedure i printed the hard copy and call customer service multiple times from usa and not able to connect with them to get a service code number which is required and one time i got that then stupid icici bank require us to send this form by ordinary post to send their mumbai address so i did and then they told me vey conveniently that they cannot update because that form wasn't received with in 07 days. Now after working for 15 days with them continuously and waking up in nights to call them and now i stuck again to the same situation. Icici bank has become worst then government banks in india. Don't understand why this stupid bank requires a hard copy to be sent with ordinary post from usa to india. Why can't we change this online by ourselves in this technological advance world? The first i am going to do is as soon as i return to india i am going to close my account with stupid icici bank.

              On 04.07.2019 i used my icici bank debit card to withdraw money from a sbi (State bank of india) atm in sirsa, haryana. The atm didn't dispense cash but money got deducted from my icici bank account and it has been 184 days since and the amount i. E., rs. 5000/- hasn't got refunded to my account. Please resolve the issue and credit my account asap. I withdrew rs. 5000/- and i needed the money on urgent basis for an emergency problem and in addition to it there is no more balance in the account. Due to this i faced a lot of stress and had to undergo a lot of problems leading to crisis situation. I raised the issue in complaints several number of times but to no avail. This resulted in a lot of mental pressure and many a times i suffered with nervous breakdown.
              So, i request you to get the issue resolved at the earliest.
              My account and transaction details and other information pertaining to the issue is as follows:-

                Dear team, i had raised a request for kotak fastag on 28nov2019, however i have not received till date. After several emails to fastag. [protected]@kotak.com they said that it is delievered but are not sharing any details on who and when did this was delivered. I have not received nor my family members. I am tired sending emails to them but no response. They are neither reachable on customer care number:[protected].

                I visited bank last week but they refused to help since there is no physical dept for fastag. Please help urgently

                  I have recharged icici bank fasttag from my icici bank credit card on[protected] for rs.500/- but even after waiting 24 hours i did not received recharge amount into my fasttag. So i raised complaint for the same to icici fasttag cutomer care but even after 16 days i did not received any response from icici fasttag. So u contacted credit card department of icici bank. They told me that payment has been processed from their side so i have to contact fast tag department. Now my concern is that, credit card department says they processed payment and fast tag department is not responding to me, so what i need to do? I feel cheated. My complaint number with icici fasttag department is cmp[protected] and complaint number with credit card department is sr[protected]. Please do the needful. Dont force me to go to the consumer court.

                    At khalapur toll plaza Dr. 31st Dec 19 late night around 10.19 they charge 173 toll amount . They deducted from fastag account...After travel towards Pune in talegao toll plaza they tell that they charge toll I am telling u can deduct from my fasttag account but that want taken cash from me..plz check this issue and refund my fasttag amount ...

                      I have emailed icici bank and they are saying wait for 24-48 hours which is ridiculous. How can a person wait for 2 days in state where the account is kind of compromised

                        I am Amit Kaushik and have applied for online NPS account. I paid my 1st contribution using the net banking services of ICICI bank. I had selected ICICI bank as one of bank for KYC verification since i have salary account in this bank for many years.                         ICICI american express card charged 500+gst as annual fee and it will be waived if we use more than 1 lakh per annual year. I used more than 1 lakh, but still they charged and debitted the amount, I called the customer care, they tiold it will be reflected in some days in my credit card account. But still it was not reflected in my credit card account..

                            I applied fastag using icici bank web portal on 30th oct 2019. My fastag account no. Is 22149851. Vehicle registration no. BR01BR1215. . The tag was dispatched via blue dart courier to my registered address but Blue dart returned the tag to icici office stated that address un locatable. However, blue dart never called me in my registered mobile number to confirm the direction to reach my address. Even address is located in state capital.. Since then i kept calling bluedart/icici customer care toll free number many times without having any positive outcome. Customer care executive keeps telling you will get your fastag within 2 days, 3 days etc. But till now all such promises are not honoured.
                            Its january and same situation happened again.
                            Now i am thinking i did a big mistake to show faith on ICICI.Their services are pathetic.Still waiting for my fastag.

                              Dear ICICI,

                              My name is darshan and my card number is [protected]. I've had lost my credit cards due to a car accident where in I lost my cards along with it.

                              1. Blocked my cards and requested for the new card for the card ending with 6002 and ending with 4000.

                              2. Received only 1 with the replacement for 4000 i.e 4018. Where in the replacement of the other card ending with 6002 was not done.

                              3. Kindly check the track records of my regular payment to ICICI when I had my card. I've been completing it regularly.

                              4. When I informed about the replacement of both the card to one of your employee. They have just sent me one card and the other had some transaction done which I wanted to clear but I didn't receive any.note:- it happened in Aug 2019.

                              5. Then I started getting calls from local ghoons who kept on asking for the payment but I always told them I don't have the card and asked to give my card dispatched but they spoke very rudely.

                              6. My cibil kept on going down where in I explained everything to mr Shiva in detail about the whole issue.

                              7. Your customer support didn't even address my issue and kept on arguing of something which was their fault.

                              8. Spoke to karabi Khan about the issue which I faced and she behaved as if she doesn't care about the problem.

                              9. Please see that because of the mistake done from your end it costed me my cibil score.

                              Please tell me is it my fault that your person didn't send me my card even after raising a request to you people.

                              10. Please also reach out to Shiva Kumar as I have cleared everything to him.

                              11.Is this the way you treat each and every customer by being a fraudster.

                                The ATM machine is off due to a power cut, so I didn’t get money, but my money is deducted from my account.

                                Time:-01:09PM
                                Money counting (Sound) was in process, due to power cut, cash was not delivered but amount gets deducted. No ups or generator facility available, I have checked "immediately" within 5 to 10 minutes after this problem checked nearby icici atm - balance shows after deduction.

                                Please refund amount on priority basis.

                                  Hi my name is sheeba selvaraj my account has been debited an amt of 6800 yesterday without any approval from my end.. how is that possible this is the second time am facing this issue.. look into this problem and refund the money as soon as possible.. why this activities only done on icici bank I don't know.. other banks are safe and secure..

                                    deducted the toll amount twice

                                    Chennasamudhram toll plaza detucted money for 2 times we want to know the reason why they detected rs.20
